        가감청영탕(加減淸營湯)에 효과를 보인 열성 아토피 피부염 환자 6례 증례 보고

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) for atopic dermatitis patients diagnosed as the febrile tendency. Method : This case study was done on 6 atopic patients with febrile tendency who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.08.01. to 2014.04.30.. Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) was prescribed to all 6 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and questionnaire. Objective SCORAD Index(OSI) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective change. Results & Conclusion : The Objective SCORAD index and VAS were decreased in all patients. The average OSI reduction score was 26.3. Most symptoms of 6 patients were improved. Gagamchengyoung-tang ($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) can be effective in patients who were diagnosed as febrile tendency.

        3,4‑Dichloroaniline promotes fatty liver in zebrafish larvae

        Backgrounds 3,4-Dichloroaniline (3,4-DCA) is a transformation product of herbicides that is commonly used as a reference in developmental toxicity studies (OECD TG 236) (Bonnet et al. in Environ Toxicol 22:78–91, 2007). However, the mechanisms underlying 3,4-DCA-induced hepatotoxicity are not well known. Methods We exposed zebrafish larvae at 72 hpf to 3,4-DCA for 3 days and observed lipid accumulation in liver treated with 10-μM 3,4-DCA using oil red O staining. Subsequently, we performed qRT-PCR analysis to determine the genes involved in the observed lipid accumulation. Results We found that genes related to lipogenesis (srebp1, pparγ, lipin1, and scd1) and ER stress (bip, atf4, ddit3, dnajc3, and edem1) were significantly upregulated. In addition, we found that ROS generation increased in the larvae treated with 10-μM 3,4-DCA. Moreover, glutathione-S-transferase activity in these larvae was increased by 3,4-DCA in a dose-dependent manner, and the expression of the inflammation marker il-1β increased. Conclusion Our results indicated that exposure to 3,4-DCA induced fatty liver in zebrafish larvae and that this, in association with additional factors such as ER stress response, can promote liver damage. We accordingly suggest that 3,4-DCA could be used to induce fatty liver in zebrafish larvae.

        Influence of Gas Nitriding on the Damping Capacity of Fe‑17Mn Alloy

        Fe-17Mn alloy has been attracted as a high damping alloy due to its excellent damping capacity and tensile properties. For itsindustrial application, it is necessary to improve both wear resistance and anti-oxidation. To solve this problem, gas nitridingwas performed at 520 °C for 10 h using cold-rolled specimens. The nitrided specimen revealed a thick nitride layer of~ 68 μm with ~ 20%Mn and a hardness value of ~ 650 Hv on the matrix of ε martensite and γ austenite without the diffusionlayer. The damping capacity of the nitrided specimen was decreased with increasing the thickness ratio of nitride layer tomatrix. However, when the thickness ratio was ≤ 1.5%, the damping capacity of the nitrided specimen was similar to that ofthe nitride-free specimen. This indicates that the wear resistance and anti-oxidation of Fe-17Mn alloy can be improved bya thin nitride layer without the loss of its damping capacity.

        연결어미 ‘-든지’의 통사 · 의미적 특징

        The ending ‘-deunji’ is divided into single construction and reduplication construction based on the number of proposition combined. It may be used as a final ending, connective ending, or ending of embedded sentence in terms of the presence or types of following elements. This study examines various usage of ‘-deunji’ particularly in a form of the reduplication construction such as ‘-deunji, -deunji’ and analyzes its syntactic and semantic characteristics. First, the primary condition of using ‘-deunji’ is the availability of the list of items for selection, and therefore the ending does not merely require the performance of selection. This may be supported by the fact that ‘-deunji’ is often employed in the reduplication construction to represent the meaninglessness of selection, and that it also appears in a form of ‘infinitival construction + -deunji.’ On the other hand, the form of ‘proposition + -deunji’ contains a semantic feature so that it can be repeated as ‘ending 1, ending 2, ....., ending n + following phrase,’ when the range or standard of selection is decided by the characteristics of the following phrase. However, it is difficult to conclude that the preceding endings merely function to enumerate items, while the last ‘ending n’ has a distinct function. According to this study, the reduplication construction of ‘-deunji, –deunji’ can be divided into ‘-deunji -deunji + following phrase’ and ‘-deunji -deunji + hada.’ First of all, the form of ‘-deunji -deunji + following phrase’ can be sub-categorized in accordance with the presence of the expression that characterizes the listed objects in the following phrase. In the form where the reduplication construction of ‘-deunji’ is followed by the phrase, the necessity of selection varies depending on the proposition in the phrase. The use of the form depends on the necessity of selection, and the form can be distinguished by the way in which the followed expression imposes limitation on the ‘-deunji’ phrase. In this respect, this article argues that ‘-deunji -deunji + following phrase’ has three types in regard to the openness of proposition list and the necessity of selection: extreme openness, semi-openness, and closeness. The first type is conditioned by the complete absence of the following phrase expression that intends to define the category or characteristics of the listed proposition. In this case, the reliability of the former “deunji” statement does not affect the meaning of following phrase, and other objects can be listed as many as the speaker wants, so it shows the extreme openness. The second type is used when the expression that defines the category or selection criteria of listed propositions is followed by the phrase that contains semi-openness in the followed expression. This type can be divided again based on whether or not the followed phrase or noun (phrase) presents the selection criteria that characterizes the listed objects. The latter pattern is often used when the speaker only intends to provide a list of objects. Lastly, the third type is the expression that put a limit on the number of listed propositions and selections in the following phrase, and it therefore represents the closeness of listed objects. Therefore, the pattern of extreme openness does not demand the listener’s act of selection, while that of semi-openness and closeness requires the performance of selection.

        The purpose of this study were to compare the kinematic variables of the skilled group with those of the less-skilled group in salto backward tucked vault landing. The subjects were selected 6 gymnasts from H university and were divided into two groups by skill level. The results were as follows, 1. There was no significant difference between two groups in the elapsed time for performing movement. 2. The skilled group showed higher score than the less-skilled in the height of C. G after jump. 3. There was no difference between two groups in the angle of flexion on the hip joint and the knee joint during the rotation phase. 4. The skilled group revealed higher score than less-skilled in the angle of the flexed hip joint and of vector C. G during the landing phase. 5. The angular velocity on the selected joint was not significantly different between two groups. However, the change pattern of the angular velocity in the total phase showed remarkable characteristics in the skilled group. 6. There was no difference between two groups in the changing velocity of C. G during the rotation and landing phase.

        빈랑자 추출물의 염색성 및 기능성에 관한 연구

        Recently there has been interested in the use of natural dyes in textile applications. Generally natural dyes can exhibit better biodegradability and have a higher compatibility with the environment. In this study, cotton wool and silk fabrics were dyed with alkali extract of Arecae semen using various mordants, and their dyeabilities were discussed. Additionally the fastness to washing, perspiration, light, rubbing, and drycleaning and UV-B protection rate were also investigated. Cotton, silk and wool fabrics dyed with alkali extract of Arecae semen were colored in reddish yellow tint. The optimum dyeing condition of the colorants extracted from the Arecae semen was three repeated dyeing at 95℃ for 1.5hrs. The dyed fabrics by using mordanting methods improved the fastness to washing, perspiration and drycleaning, but the fastness to light and rubbing were not increased. The UV-B protection rate of the wool fabrics were increased by dyeing with extract of Arecae semen.

        The study examines the influences of CRM activites to the relational benefits, relational commitment and behavioral intention. First of all, CRM activities were classified into 3 categories using factor analysis: continuous contact, discriminated management, typical compensation. Or Relational benefits were classified into 3 categories: social benefits, customization benefits, economic benefits. To analyze the data, with SPSS program (Ver.12.0) and AMOS program (Ver.5.5). The result of fators analysis, only discriminated management have a positive effect with continuous contact, discriminated management and typical compensation. Second, continuous contact, discriminated management and typical compensation have a positive with relational commitment. Furthermore all benefits have a positive with behavioral intention.

      • D-Amphetamine이 니코틴성 흥분작용에 의한 카테콜아민 분비작용에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 d-arphetamine이 흰쥐의 적출부신 관류모델에서 니코틴 수용체 흥분에 의한 카테콜아민(CA) 유리작용에 미치는 영향을 검색하여 그 작용기전을 규명하고자 하였다. D-amphetamine은 흰쥐 부신정맥내로 60분간 관류시 d-amphetamine자체는 약한 CA 분비작용을 나타내었으나, d-amphetamine (30 μM)을 비롯한 강력한 neuronal nicotine 수용체 작용제인 cytisine (50 μM) 및 epibatidine (30 μM)에 의한 CA 유리작용을 처음 4-10분 동안만 유의하게 증강시켰다. 또한, d-amphetamine (30 μM)은 60분간 부신정맥 내로 관류한 상태에서 dihydropyridine L-형 칼슘통로 개방약물인 Bay-K-8644 (10 μM)과 세포질내 칼슘저장고에서 Ca^(2+) ATPase 억제제인 cyclopiazonic acid (10 μM)의 CA 유리작용을 처음 4분간만 유의하게 증강시켰다. 그러나, 고농도의 d-amphetamine (500 μM)은 상기한 모든 분비촉진제의 CA분비작용을 오히려 억제하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과로 보면, 흰쥐 관류 부신수질에서 d-amphetamine은 낮은 농도에서는 콜린성 니코틴 수용체 흥분에 의한 카테콜아민 분비반응을 증강시키지만, 고농도에서는 오히려 억제적으로 작용함을 시사한다. 따라서, d-amphetamine은 용량에 따라서 흰쥐 적출 관류부신수질의 니코틴 수용체의 작용제 및 길항제로 이중 작용(dual action)을 나타내는 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 d-amphetamine의 작용은 흰쥐 부신수질 크롬친화세포의 dihydropyridine계 L-형 칼슘통로의 활성화 및 세포 내 칼슘저장고로부터 칼슘유리작용과 관련성이 있는 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of the present study was to examine the effect of d-amphetamine on CA release evoked by nocotinic receptor stimulation from the isolated perfused model of the rat adrenal gland, and to establish its mechanism of action. D-amphetamine(30 μM), when perfused into an adrenal vein of the rat adrenal gland for 60 min, enhanced the CA secretory responses evoked by ACh (5.32 mM), nicotine (30 μM), cytisine (50 μM, a selective neuronal nicotinic Nn-receptor agonist) and epibatidine (30 nM, a selective neuronal nicotinic Nn receptor agonist) only for the first period (4~10 min), although it alone has weak effect on CA secretion. Moreover, d-amphetamine (30 μM) in to an adrenal vein for 60 min also augmented the CA release evoked by BAY-K-8644, an activator of the dihydropyridine L-type Ca^(2+) channels, and cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of cytoplasmic Ca^(2+) ATPase only for the first peroid (4 min). However, in the presence rather inhibited the CA secretory responses evoked by the above all of secretagogues. Taken together, these experimental results suggest that d-amphetamine at a low concentration enhances the CA secretion from the rat adrenal medulla evoked by stimulation of cholinergic nicotininc receptors, but at a high concentration it rather inhibits them. It semms that d-amphetamine has dual action acting as both agonist and antagonist at nicotinic receptors of the isolated perfused rat adrenal medulla, which are might be dependent on the concentration. It is also thought that these actions of d-amphetamine are probably relevant to the activation of the dihydropyridine L-type Ca^(2+) channels located on the rat adrenomedullary chromaffin cell membrane and release of Ca^(2+) from the cytoplasmic store.

      • 링 앞 휘돌아 물구나무서기 동작의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine the kinematical factors of Felge upward with straight arms to handstand motion, and to grope for the better Felge motion or dismount motion using the Felge motion on the Rings. As the subjects, six gymnasts(KOR 2, JPN 2, CHN 2) who participated in the 1997 Pusan East Asian Games(men's team competition Ⅰ). Two S-VHS video cameras were used for the data collection. The Direct Linear Transformation(DLT) technique was employed to obtain 3-D position coordinates of 30 control object points and 18 landmarks. A cubic spline function was used for smoothing and differentiation. And the following conclusions were drawn; 1. Down swing phase : It indicated that the longer vertical and horizontal displacement of CM were the smaller in vertical position of CM after the first handstand. Also it showed that the large extension of shoulder and hip joint resulted in the fast downward velocity at the Beating. 2. Beating swing phase : It indicated that the factors influencing the angular velocity of shoulder and hip joints and the horizontal velocity of the CM were the large downward vertical velocity during downswing phase, and the hip angle and position at the Beating. 3. Felge swing phase : It indicated that the large upward velocity and the small angular velocity of the shoulder and hip joints and the small horizontal velocity of the CM have the advantage of performing the last handstand motion.
