        최적 연료주입 모델 추종형 ${\mu}-$합성 제어기의 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we design an optimal model following ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection of diesel engine which has robust performance and satisfactory command tracking performance in spite of uncertainties of the system. To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply genetic algorithm with reference model to the optimal determination of the weighting functions that are given by the D-K iteration method which can design ${\mu}-$synthesis controller in the state space. These weighting functions are optimized simultaneously in the search domain which guarantees the robust performance of the system. The ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection designed by the above method has not only the robust performance but also a better command tracking performance than those of the ${\mu}-$synthesis control system designed by trial-and-error method. The effectiveness of this ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection is verified by computer simulation.

      • A comparative study on the inhibitory effects of mast cell-mediated allergic reactions by artificially cultured and wild Acanthopanax senticosus

        We compared the effect between CAS and WAS(root, stem) on mast cell-mediated allergic reaction. CAS, WAS-root and WAS-stem, significantly inhibited compound 48/80-induced systemic allergic reaction(1g/kg) and histamine release from RPMC(1mg/ml). CAS, WAS-root and WAS-stem also inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylactic reaction. In addition, IgE-induced $TNF-{\alpha}$ secretion from RBL-2H3 was inhibited by pretreatment of CAS, WAS-root or WAS-stem$(0.01{\mu}g/ml)$. Taken together, inhibitory effect on mast cell-mediated allergic reactions of WAS-root is greater than those of WAS-stem but less than those of CAS.

        Beneficial Effects of Cynaroside on Cisplatin-Induced Kidney Injury In Vitro and In Vivo

        Anti-cancer drugs such as cisplatin and doxorubicin are effectively used more than radiotherapy. Cisplatin is a chemotherapeutic drug, used for treatment of various forms of cancer. However, it has side effects such as ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity. Cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity increases tubular damage and renal dysfunction. Consequently, we investigated the beneficial effect of cynaroside on cisplatin-induced kidney injury using HK-2 cell (human proximal tubule cell line) and an animal model. Results indicated that $10{\mu}M$ cynaroside diminished cisplatin-induced apoptosis, mitochondrial dysfunction and caspase-3 activation, cisplatin-induced upregulation of caspase-3/MST-1 pathway decreased by treatment of cynaroside in HK-2 cells. To confirm the effect of cynaroside on cisplatin-induced kidney injury in vivo, we used cisplatin exposure animal model (20 mg/kg, balb/c mice, i.p., once a day for 3 days). Renal dysfunction, tubular damage and neutrophilia induced by cisplatin injection were decreased by cynaroside (10 mg/kg, i.p., once a day for 3 days). Results indicated that cynaroside decreased cisplatin-induced kidney injury in vitro and in vivo, and it could be used for improving cisplatin-induced side effects. However, further experiments are required regarding toxicity by high dose cynaroside and caspase-3/MST-1-linked signal transduction in the animal model.

        내장형 펌핑 커패시터를 사용한 TFT-LCD 구동 IC용 전하펌프 설계

        본 논문에서는 TFT-LCD 구동 IC 모듈의 소형화 측면에서 유리한 DC-DC 변환기 회로인 펌핑 커패시터 내장형 크로스-커플드 전하펌프(Cross-Coupled Charge Pump with Internal Pumping Capacitor) 회로가 새롭게 제안되었다. VGH 및 VGL 전하펌프 각각의 입력단과 전하 펌핑 노드를 연결하는 NMOS 및 PMOS 다이오드를 두어, 초기 동작 시 전하 펌핑 노드를 서로 같은 값으로 프리차지하여 대칭 적으로 전하 펌핑을 하도록 하였다. 그리고 첫 번째 전하 펌프의 구조를 다르게 설계하여 펌핑된 전하가 입력단으로 역류되는 현상을 방지하였다. 또한, 펌핑 클럭 구동 드라이버의 위치를 펌핑 커패시터 바로 앞에 두어 기생 저항으로 인한 펌핑 클럭 라인의 전압강하를 방지하여 구동능력을 향상 시켰다. 마지막으로 내장형 펌핑 커패시터를 Stack-MIM 커패시터를 사용하여 기존의 크로스-커플드 전하펌프 보다 레이아웃 면적을 최소화하였다. 제안된 TFT-LCD 구동 IC 용 전하펌프 회로를 $0.13{\mu}m$ Triple-Well DDI 공정을 사용하여 설계하고, 테스트 칩을 제작하여 검증하였다. A cross-coupled charge pump with internal pumping capacitor, witch is advantages from a point of minimizing TFT-LCD driver IC module, is newly proposed in this paper. By using a NMOS and a PMOS diode connected to boosting node from VIN node, the pumping node is precharged to the same value each pumping node at start pumping operation. Since the lust-stage charge pump is designed differently from the other stage pumps, a back current of pumped charge from charge pumping node to input stage is prevented. As a pumping clock driver is located the font side of pumping capacitor, the driving capacity is improved by reducing a voltage drop of the pumping clock line from parasitic resistor. Finally, a layout area is decreased more compared with conventional cross-coupled charge pump by using a stack-MIM capacitors. A proposed charge pump for TFT-LCD driver IC is designed with $0.13{\mu}m$ triple-well DDI process, fabricated, and tested.

        This study was conducted to investigated the major characteristics of genetically modified rice of "Milyang 204" originated from Dongjinbyeo compared to a non-transgenic rice varieties Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. Basta resistant transgenic rice lines carrying bar gene produced by the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute were evaluated for their agronomic characters. The transgenic Japonica rice of "Milyang 204" showed inferior phenotypic traits compared to a non-transgenic rice variety Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. On the basis of UPOV (Union Internationale Pour la Protaection des Obtentions Vegetables) and NSMO(National Seed Management Office) the transgenic "Milyang 204" showed difference in some traits out of some agronomic traits, such as leaf color, angle of flag leaf, number of spikelets, culm length, white core and white belly compared to the nontransgenic varieties rice.

        The pathogens causing damping-off of coniferous seedlings were isolated from diseased seedlings of the pine, larch and soil of seedlings bed. After isolating and identifying the causal fungi, ecological factors such as temperature affecting mycelial growth, pathogenicity and conidia germination were investigated. In addition, outbreak of damping-off by different growing stages were also investigated. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The causal pathogens identified were Fusarium moniliforme, F. acuminayum, F. graminearum, the unidentified Fusarium spp. and confirmed their pathogenicity on the seedlings of Pinus densiflora and Pinnus thunbergii. 2. Fusarium moniliforme showed the highest frequency among pathogens isolated from diseased seedings, whereas in the soil, F. acuminatum and F. sp. (8706) showed higher frequency than the others. 3. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth the Fusaria was 25℃~30℃, mycelial growth of every species was discontinued at 5℃, the optimum PH for mycelial growth was at 5.5 to 7.5. 4. Optimum temperature for the conidial germination was at 25℃. At 100% of relative humidity the conidial germination was above 94%, but decreasing trend was shown at less than 90%. 5. The percentage of the diseased seedlings in Pinus densiflora and Larx kaempferi by the fertilizer application were not remarkably different, but N fertilizer showed a positive correlation. 6. The outbreak percentage of diseased seedlings on Pinus densiflora and Larix kaempferi was a negative trend according to their age.

        This paper presents dynamics of spreader suspended by four flexible cables. This kind of spreader is widely used in dock side container terminals. To derive dynamic equations with Lagrange method, we derive gravitational energy of spreader and elastic energy of suspension cables. The dynamics of spreader is found to be lightly coupled with planar motion and rotational motion. With the dynamic equations, natural frequency of spreader motion is compared with the previous researches, and the results are proven to be more accurate. Simulation of spreader with and without external disturbance are shown.

      • 실과의 자기 주도적 실습 안내서 개발과 적용에 관한 연구

        The study is about the project on teaching-learning method for promoting self-managing learning that utilize practice guidance. I divided two groups for this study. One is the experiment group that developed self-managing learning abilities to activate personalities and characters of elementary students through practice guidance that analyzed the whole 6th grade curriculum and completed. The other is the comparison group that learned practical arts through the general teaching methods. I compared the two groups by the achievement. Also, I researched students' learning interests and skill advancement in the experiment group. The results on this study are the following: 1. I gave two groups pre-achievement test on early March. There was little difference between two groups by achievement. But on late September test, the experiment group surpassed the comparison group. This leads that it is effective way to utilize self-managing practice guidance. 2. The research on learning interests shows that 75.7% of the whole students are interested in the curriculum. This also shows that it is useful way to stimulate learning needs and motive through self-managing practice guidance. 3. Only 18.9% felt that they were doing well on early March, but 62.2% thought that they were developing their skills on late December although the students themselves evaluated their skill advancement.

        Clear cell syringoma has histologic characteristics of clear cells and is known to coexist with diabetes mellitus. Two patients visited our clinic due to asymptomatic skin colored papules around the eyelids. A 68-year-old woman had an increasing number of skin lesions which had initially developed 40 years previously. A 71-year-old woman had a skin lesion which had been found 1 year previously. On past medical history, they were diagnosed as having contracted diabetes mellitus 20 and 30 years previously, respectively.
