      • 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에서의 효소 활성도의 변화로 본 홍화자 분획물의 간손상 보호 작용

        본 연구소에서는 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에 대한 홍화자 메탄올 추출물과 이를 계통 분획한 분획물의 보호 효과를 이미 보고하였다. 본 실험에서는 혈장과 조직 생화학적 분석으로 홍화자 분획물의 간보호 효과를 확인하며, 간보호 작용에 대한 기전을 살펴보기 위하여 약물 대사 효소에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 홍화자 butanol subfractions 중 BS-5 분획물은 CCl_4로 간손상을 유발시킨 흰쥐에서의 혈장 ALT와 AST 활성과 간조직 중 cholesterol and triglyceride를 감소시켰으며, 이러한 BS-5 분획물의 CCl_4로 유발된 간손상에 대해 보호 작용은 cytochrome P450 감소와 glutathione S-transferase의 활성 증가에 기인된 것으로 생각된다. Previous studies have shown that methanol extract and its butanol fraction of Carthamus tinctorius L. Semen have the hepatoprotective effect on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity. The hepatoprotective effect of subfractions has been evaluated by analyzing blood and hepatocyte biochemical analyses and biotransformation enzyme analyses. Treatment of BS-5 subfraction has significantly decreased the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. In addition, the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride in liver have been decreased as compared with that of CCl_4 treated rats. The hepatoprotective effect of BS-5 subfraction on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity would be mediated of the attenuation of the level of cytochrome P450 and the enhancement of the activity of glutathion S-transferase.

      • 홍화자 분획물이 사염화탄소 유발 간손상 흰쥐에서 지질과산화와 oxygen free radical 제거 효소 활성도에 미치는 영향

        저자들은 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에 대한 홍화자 메탄올 추출물과 이를 계통 분획한 분획물의 보호 효과를 이미 보고하였다. 본 실험에서는 홍화자 분획물의 간보호 작용에 대한 기전을 살펴보기 위하여 지질과산화와 oxygen free radical 제거 효소 활성을 측정하였고 조직병리학적 분석을 통하여 간보호 효과를 확인하였다. 홍화자 BS-5 분획물은 CCl_4로 간손상을 유발시킨 흰쥐에서 superoxide dismutase의 활성도를 유의적으로 증가시켰으며, in vitro에서의 1, 1-diphenyl -2-picrylhydrazyl radical를 직접적으로 제거하였다. 또한 조직병리학적 분석에서도 홍화자 BS-5분획투여군은 CCl_4 투여로 인한 중심정맥 주변의 ballooning degeneration, 염증 세포 침윤 및 괴사를 완화시켜 간손상 보호 작용을 나타내었으며, 이는 free radical scavenging 작용에 의한 것으로 생각된다. The hepatoprotective effect fo the subfractions of butanol fraction has been evaluated by analyzing oxygen free radical scavenging enzyme activities and histopathological examinations. In BS-5 subfraction treated group, the activity of superoxide dismutase has been significantly increased as compared with that of CCl_4 treated rats. Antioxidant activity has been evaluated by the examination of the scavenging ativity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical. BS-5 subfraction has shown strong antioxidant activities. The histopathological examination showed that the treatment of BS-5 subfraction has relieved the ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes which had been generated by CCl_4. It appears that the protective effect of BS-5 subfraction would be mediated of the attenuation of lipid peroxidation by acting as a free radical scavenger. which were based on the increase of superoxide dismutase activity.

        소아청소년 복합만성질환자 수 및 진료비의 변화: 2011-2021년 건강보험청구자료 분석

        Background: The number of children and adolescents has decreased by more than 3 million over the past 10 years. We analyzed changes in the number of children and adolescents with complex chronic conditions (CCCs) and their medical expenditures between 2011 and 2021. Methods: We used National Health Insurance claims data of patients under the age of 20 from 2011 to 2021. CCCs were classified as pediatric CCCs by Feudtner et al. Patients who repeatedly utilize medical services due to CCCs were defined as patients who sought medical care twice or more within the past 3 years. Their sex, age, CCC categories, and the number of CCC categories were presented using descriptive analyses. Results: The number of children and adolescents with CCCs increased from 345,320 (3.04%) in 2011 to 451,238 (5.33%) in 2021. Patients who repeatedly utilized medical services due to CCCs increased by 71,889 during the same period. The proportion of patients with two or more CCC categories increased from 35.80% in 2011 to 43.67% in 2021. In 2021, patients with other congenital or genetic defect were most common. Medical expenditures associated with CCCs increased from 475,654 million won (12.34%) in 2011 to 768,467 million won (19.11%) in 2021. Conclusion: The number of patients with CCCs and their medical expenditures increased in Korea between 2011 and 2021. The results indicate that consistent national efforts are required to maintain the specialized pediatric care. Further studies are needed to identify pediatric patients who require specialized medical services through various methods.

      • 도시근교 자연휴양림의 이용객 특성과 이용행태 : 비슬산 자연휴양림을 사례로

        원래 자연휴양림은 대국민 휴양서비스의 제공과 산촌지역주민의 소득증대를 목표로 개발되었으나, 실제 개발방법이나 분위기가 일반 유원지 및 관광지과 뚜렷한 차별성을 찾아보기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 휴양림 이용객의 이용행태 및 만족도에 관한 연구가 전제된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비슬산 자연휴양림을 연구대상으로 이용객속성, 이용행태 그리고 만족도를 분석하여 개발방향을 제시하고자 한다. 비슬산 자연휴양림은 2계절형(여름ㆍ가을), 주말형, 당일이용형, 통과형 자연휴양림의 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 특성을 결정하는 가장 중요한 요소는 ‘접근성’이며, 이는 휴양림 이용객속성과 이용행태에 결정적인 영향을 미친다. 휴양림의 유인력을 높이기 위해서는 다양한 측면에서의 접근성 제고가 최우선과제이다. 그리고 기대도에 비해 만족도가 낮은 활동 및 시설의 보완 그리고 산촌지역주민들의 소득증대라는 측면에서의 임산물 생산기능과 관광기능을 연계하는 대책도 강구되어야 할 것이다. 결론적 편의시설 위주의 현 개발방식의 재검토가 요구된다. Recreation and leisure activities are recently increased and spread over all the social classes. Many people interest in natural recreation forest for recreation and leisure, and then the number of visitors is rapidly increased. There are few studies on the visitors' characteristics and behaviors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the socio-economic characteristics of visitors and their behaviors of Mt. Bisul natural recreation forest [BNRF], which is located in the close to a large city, Taegu. The data were collected by interviewing 59 visitors with a constructed questionnaire in BNRF. Like general natural recreation forest, BNRF is two season(summer, fall) and weekend type. In the socio-economic characteristics of visitors in BNRF, the noticeable characteristics of visitors were that the sex ratio was 1.17 and the high proportion of visitors of BNRF worked in professionㆍfreelancer and housewife. Most lodgers of BNRF were from Taegu and attracted by lodge itself. In terms of the visitors' behaviors in BNRF, the visit motivation in BNRF was accessibility and convenience of facilities. The informations were obtained by face-to-face. Most visitors were with their families and 3 to 9 persons. Most visitors traveled less than one hour to arrive in BNRF. The tour course of BNRF was mainly a piston type and a key type. The resource-used activities such as resting, walk, and talks with companions were preferred, and walk road and log cabin were most convenient. In the satisfaction for activities, most visitors of BNRF were satisfied with forest-recreational activities such as walkㆍforest-bathing, but not satisfied with sightseeing or exploring of adjacent resorts and forest products & local foods. This was resulted from no famous tourist resorts near BNRF. The level of satisfaction was more low than the level of expectation, generally. The gaps between two levels were considerable in watetplay and forest products. In BNRF the activities of waterplay and forest products should be developed to enhance the level of satisfaction. The studies on the visitors' characteristics and behaviors in the natural recreation forest are required to help develop natural recreation forest to compete with recreation resorts and make to improve the marketability. This study contributes to help make programs to attract more people to natural recreation forest and to improve the facilities that people want.

      • TFELD 절연층을 위해 ITO glass위에 증착된 (Ba_(0.5),Sr_(0.5))TiO₃박막의 특성

        We have studied that dielectric and electrical properties of (Ba_(0.5),Sr_(0.5))TiO_(3) thin films deposited on Indium Tin Oxide-coated glass substrate by using rf-magnetron sputtering method in this paper. Substrates were heated at room, 300℃ , 400℃, and 500℃. Working pressure was changed 5mTorr, 10mTorr, 20mTorr, 30mTorr respectively substrates temperature, and Ar:O_(2), ratio was fixed 9:1. SEM analysis was conducted to investigate thickness of BST thin films. Dielectric constant, current-voltage(I-V), and transmittance were measured. We observed difference of that thickness, dielectric constant, current-voltage(I-V), and transmittance due to variable substrates temperature and working pressure. We also obtained best conditions at 400℃, 30mTorr. Dielectric constant was 209.1 at 1kHz, leakage current density was below 7.35X10^(-7)A/cm^(2) at 100V, and transmittance was over 91%.

        This study examined soil parameters, existence of ground water, and the safety factors of slope according to the ground water level. The following are the conclusions of the study. (1) The safety factor became less as the ground water level decreased. (2) The greater the cohesion became, the less the safety factors according to the ground water level did. (3) In the case with ground water, greater cohesion had less effect on the safety factor. However, in the case without ground water, changes in cohesion had considerable effects on the safety factor. (4) While the safety factor increased associated with increase in the angle of shear resistance as the ground water level, the safety factor according to cohesion was almost constant.

        Differential cross section of double-stripping nuclear reaction has been calculated with distorted wave Born approximation(DWBA) in ^40Ca(t.p)^42Ca reaction. The angular distribution shape of differential cross section shows large peak in forward. And it has small oscillation. It determines the angular momentum transfer and then the final state of the nucleus is predicted by the angular distribution. In the ^40Ca(t.p)^42Ca reaction, the angular momentum L of the transfered neutron pair from triton is equal to the total angular momentum of the final state nucleus ^42Ca and the parity of the final state is even.

      • 하천 횡단 지하구조물 시공 시 발생하는 오차원인 및 보완대책에 관한 연구

        This thesis studied construction errors and complement methods of steel pile pressure injection method. We studied Daesan, Changwon, Gyoungnam. We analyzed the construction results in terms of FEM analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows. 1) We found that the settlement of steel piles was caused by a great disturbance of the underground, which had in turn been caused by the pressure injection of steel piles. The settlement of steel piles exceeded the allowable settlement. The following summarizes the results of Terzaghi's consolidation theory and FEM regarding ground reinforcement. 2) The Semi-Shield method and Micro Tunnelling method turned out to be the most appropriate method.
