        로스의 의무론의 도덕교육적 함의

        In history of the western ethical thoughts, many theories are devided into two types, consequential theory and deontological theory. These theories has the unsatisfactory implications conflicting with each other. But the unsatisfactory implications does not arise in the moral convictions of well-educated man. Ross`s theory provide an acceptable compromise based on our moral convictions. Pluralism is deeply embedded in our moral thinking. Ross denies that there is one single moral principle or rule. His basic complaint about two types of ethical theories is that each, in a different way, over-simplifies our moral life. Besides pluralism, intuitionism is another distinct feature of his theory. He thinks there are some general basic principles. If any moral knowledge is included in our moral convictions, we must know certain fundamental moral propositions directly. This means that they are self-evident. But although Ross held that the principles of prima facie duty are self-evident, he did not think that we know the stringency of these duties. We only have a probable opinion about the degree of their prima facie obligatorieness. Furthermore, He was sceptical about our ablity to know what our actual duty is in particular situations. But He thinks we can make moral progress step by step by learning more and more about our moral duties, and do our best at balancing conflicting considerations and values. From this view, I will suggest that there are some implications for moral education that may be justified by Ross`s theory.

        칸트에 있어서 도덕적 구속력의 근거

        칸트가 선의지로 지칭하는 도덕성은 행위의 어떤 목적이나 결과와는 무관한 것으로서, 행위 자체의 특성에 있다. 즉 아무런 이득도 없으며, 타인의 상황에 둔감하고, 심지어 원하지 않는 일이라 해도, 해야만 하는 구속성이다. 어떤 행위가 나에게 이득을 주는 경우, 그 행위를 해야 한다고 생각하는 것은 자연스런 일이다. 또는 타인의 고통에 민감한 사람이 그 고통을 덜어 주기 위해 어떤 행위를 해야 한다고 생각하는 것도 자연스럽다. 그렇지만 아무런 목적이나 결과, 감정이 없어도 해야 한다고 생각하는 것은 자연스러운 것 같지 않다. 본고는 이런 구속성의 가능 근거를 자율성 개념에서 두 관점론 그리고 궁극적으로 자신을 스스로 도덕적 존재로 간주하는 자기의식에 있음을 보여주고자 한다. In Kant`s ethics, the morality, often referred to as Good Will, has nothing to do with any purposes or results of the action. It is linked closely with the characteristics of the act in itself. In other word, it is the ought that we have to do an act even though we have no any interest through the action or even if we are insensible to other`s unhappiness. If we look out for our own interests through an action, it is natural that we have to do it. If we are not insensible to other`s pain, it is natural that we have to help them. But it requires an justification that we have to do an act without any our interests or feeling. This study aimed to show that in Kant`s ethics the moral ought is based on the autonomy of the practical reason, two perspectives on a common world and our self-consciousness as moral being.

        청소년의 학생건강체력(PAPS)과 스포츠자신감이 신체적 자기개념과 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년의 학생건강체력(PAPS)과 스포츠자신감이 신체적 자기개념과 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 총 476명 (남:257, 여209)의 중학생을 대상으로 PAPS등급, 스포츠자신감, 신체적 자기개념, 학 교생활적응 검사지를 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석과 신뢰도 검증, 일원변량분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 건강체력 등급이 높은 청소년일수 록 신체적 자기개념이 높았다. 둘째, 건강체력등급이 높은 청소년들이 학교생활적응 도 높았다. 셋째, 스포츠자신감이 높은 청소년일수록 신체적 자기개념이 높았다. 넷 째, 스포츠자신감이 높은 청소년일수록 학교생활적응도 높았다. 이러한 결과는 청소 년의 실제적 건강체력과 스포츠에 대한 자신감이 신체적 자기개념은 물론이고 학교 생활적응에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. This study is aims to analyze how the effect on physical self-concept and school adjustment about PAPS and sports confident to youth student. A total of 476(man:267, woman:209) randomly selected middle school students participated in this school. And we used to questionnaire about level of PAPS, sport confident, physical self-concept, school adjustment. Then we did analysis of frequency, factor analysis, reliability verify. Here are the following results. First, The more high-grade PAPS youth were more physical self-concept. Second, high-grade health and physical fitness youth were more school adjustment. Third, The high-grade sports confident youth were also physical self-concept high. Fourth, The more sports confident youth were also school adjustment high. The results above show that the youth student of heath fitness, sports confident has an importance effect on the physical self-concept and school adjustment.

        시효열화시킨 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V 강의 고온화의 회전굽힘 피로강도에 관한 연구

        The estimation of the remaining life for the aged components in power plant as well as chemical and petroleum plants has been recently concerned. The raw materials used in this study are the 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel which intensified P and S compositions along with the nominal compositions of ASTM A 470 standard. Five kinds of specimens with the different degradation levels were prepared by isothermal aging heat treatment at 630.deg.C. The mechanical properties and rotated bending fatigue strength of virgin and aged 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel have been investigated through the hardness, tensile, fatigue test, SEM fractograph and EDS analysis at 538.deg.C and room temperature, respectively. Thus the data of aged specimens were compared with those of virgin specimen to evaluate the aging effects. The main results obtained in this study are as follows ; The decrease of the yield and tensile strength due to degradation was distinguished until 50, 000hrs simulated service time. And it was confirmed that the considerable amount of P, Mn, Cr and S was precipitated at the grain boundary of aged material through the SEM and EDS analysis. The rotated bendingd fatigue strength at 538.deg.C of virgin, 25, 000, 50, 000, 75, 000 and 100, 000 hrs aged material was decreased 44.6 %, 49.6 %, 51.5 %, 52.4% and 53.8% than that of virgin material at 10$_{7}$cycles of room temperature, respectively. The major cracks of virgin and aged materials mainly initiated at the inclusions including Si, P and Mn compositions which were located at the outer periphery of the specimen.n.

        항진균성 펩티드에 의한 표고버섯 푸른곰팡이병의 억제

        원목과 톱밥배지에서 푸른곰팡이의 오염과 성장은 표고버섯의 생장을 심하게 저해할 수 있다. 표고버섯 재배에서 푸른곰팡이 병의 방제를 위하여 농약과 항생제와 같은 화학 약품의 사용은 일반적으로 허용되지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 푸른곰팡이병의 방제를 위하여 느타리버섯에서 갈반병을 일으키는 세균성 병원균을 분리하고 이들의 펩티드 독소를 분리하였다. Pseudomonastolaasii 균주들은 항진균 활성을 갖는 톨라신 및 이와 구조적유사체인 다양한 펩티드 독소를 분비한다. 이러한 펩티드들은 표고버섯의 생장에는 영향을 주지 않는다는 것이 알려져 있다. 펩티드 독소들을 Trichoderma harzianum H1 푸른곰팡이에 처리하였을 때, 푸른곰팡이의 성장을 저해하였다. 펩티드를 분비하는 20 종의 P. tolaasii 균주 중에서 강, 중, 약의 항진균 활성을 가진 균주의 수는 각각 8, 5, 7 종으로 나타났다. 표고버섯을 재배하는 동안에, 펩티드 독소를 함유한 세균 배양액에서 세균을 제거한 배양원액을 톱밥배지 표면에 자란 푸른곰팡이 균사에 분무하였다. 배양원액은 푸른곰팡이의 성장은 억제할 수 있는 반면, 표고버섯 생장과 생산에는 영향을 주지 않았다. 펩티드 독소를 함유하는 배양원액은 곰팡이의 흰색 균사체를 노란색의 마른 딱지로 변화시켰고, 이것은 펩티드 독소가 강력한 항진균 활성과 살균 활성을 갖고 있음을 보여준다. Contamination and growth of Trichoderma, a green mold, on the oak log and wooden chip or sawdust media can severely inhibit the growth of oak mushroom. Chemicals including pesticides and antibiotics are generally not allowed for the control of green mold disease during mushroom cultivation. In this study, bacterial pathogens causing blotch disease on the oyster mushrooms were isolated and their peptide toxins were purified for the control of green mold disease. Strains of Pseudomonas tolaasii secret various peptide toxins, tolaasin and its structural analogues, having antifungal activities. These peptides have shown no effects on the growth of oak mushrooms. When the peptide toxins were applied to the green mold, Trichoderma harzianum H1, they inhibited the growth of green molds. Among the 20 strains of peptide-forming P. tolaasii, strong, moderate, and weak antifungal activities were measured from 8, 5, and 7 strains, respectively. During oak mushroom cultivation, bacterial culture supernatants containing the peptide toxins were sprayed on the aerial mycelia of green molds grown on the surface of sawdust media. The culture supernatants were able to suppress the fungal growth of green molds while no effect was observed on the mushroom growth and production. They changed the color of molds from white aerial mycelium into yellowish dried scab, representing the powerful anti-fungal and sterilization activities of peptide toxins.

        적변에 따른 연근별 산양삼 생육특성과 진세노사이드 함량

        The aim of this study was to investigate the growth characteristic and ginsenoside contents of 7 and 13 year-old wild-simulated ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) according to rusty root. The root growth characteristics of wild-simulated ginseng were did not shows significant difference according to the rusty root. The results of ginsenoside contents of wild-simulated ginseng according to rusty root, ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 of 7 year-old wild-simulated ginseng were had shows a significantly higher in rusty root compare to general root. On the other hand, ginsenodie Rc, Rd, Re and Rg2 were significantly higher in gerneral root. In the case of 13 year-old wild-simulated ginseng, the contents of ginsenoside did not shows to significant difference according to rusty root. The results of correlation analysis between growth characteristics and ginsenoside content of general root, the ginsenoside Rb2, Rc, Rd, Rf, Rg1 were positive correlation with root length, while as the ginsenoside Rd of rusty root was shows significantly negative correlation with root length. The results of this study was might be able to improve awareness of consumer related to rusty root of wild-simulated ginseng. Moreover, might be help to provide useful information on the establish quality standard and distribution system of wild-simulated ginseng.
