Warranty cost usually involves complex factors particularly when the product concerned consists of a great deal of parts. In spite of that it can be assessed by means of rather simple mathematical expressions. With a sutable combination of these expressions, it is possible to realistically appraise the sensitivity to any type of quality policy. This paper thus presents the mathematical concept related to the warranty cost and the general relationship showing that quality policy can be established in connection with the economic with the economic quality level.
This paper is focused on recognizing the environment potential in the atomsphere and providing the basic requirements on application of environment impact assessment techniques for globle warming. The relationship between trends and environment impact assessment is considered the following three view points: First, the characteristics understanding of environment problems for global warming. Second, the weighted problems which are made from confliction, complementation, long term effectiveness, and different occurrences. Third, the approach difficulties to the problems due to the security and limitations on public properties. The environmental impact assessment techniques are analyzed with the following aspects: The evaluation of the greenhouse effect, the priority on human health, air quality, cooperation between acid rain and smog, international and local governments. It is concluded that to meet the environment problems in present and future, specific environment countermeasures are prepared and environmentally related techniques for greenhouse effect should be developed.
Today, as globalization continues and international trading blocks are formed, world are intensely competitive and abound in product variety, volume, complexity and environmental management. Specifically, green consumer's needs and expectations are changing and diversifying, resulting in a changed global environment for industry. Due to these changes, domestic companies are striving to achieve the Environmental Management System (ISO 14000) certification. This is considered a basis step in meeting the guiding principle and practice of ISO/TC 207/SC 3 resolution. In this paper, we will present three type(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) of Environmental Labelling programs to build a model for environmental management system by analysing practitioner and stakeholder. After companies establish an ISO 9000 quality system these companies should focus on improve toward their own Environmental Labelling program and continue to build ISO 14000.
Life Cycle Assessment is a process to evaluate the environmental burdens associated with a product or process by identifying and quantifying energy and materials used and wasters released to the environment ; to assess the impact of those energy and material uses and releases to the environment ; and to identity and evaluate opportunities to affect environmental improvements. A tool to aid decision making on environmental criteria. go beyond environmental safety and consider environmental quality by assessing the overall environmental effects of the life cycle on a global scale. In this paper, we will present three steps (inventory, impact, improvement) of life cycle assessment to build a model for life cycle analysing by energy and material. After companies an ISO 14000 environmental management systems these companies should focus on improve toward their own Life Cycle Assessment and continue to build ISO 14040-49.
Environmental Impact Assessment includes all of the procedures and activities related to the more performance(value) from less materials, less energy, less environmental burdens. Since our country has greater pollutant loadings than any other countries due to the greater population density and degree of industrialization, special efforts to overcome the problems are required to the ISO 14000. Therefore, the government is implementing the stringent environmental regulations and developing the post and pretreatments as more competitive environmental industries. Industries are also making great efforts to develop the pollution reducing technologies to meet the regulations. Researches on clean and Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) are being performed as international projects. In this paper we are planning to perform the EIA related to the pollution prevention rather pollution treatment, classification(resource depletion, environmental and human impacts), characterization (quantification of the risk), valuation(results of the characterization are compared, significance of the results of the impact assessment is determined).

The results show that the choice of the scrapping or repairing the defective produsts or alternatively, salvaging the acceptable parts, may effect the total product cost by as much as 400 per cent. Environmental Performance(EP) is an organization's achievement in managing the relationship between the full range of its activities and their significant environmental risks and effects. Environmental Performance Evaluation(EPE) is a process to measure, analyze, assess and describe an organization's environmental performance against agreed criteria for appropriate management purposes. Environmental Performance Indicator(EPI) is a specific description of EP within an evaluation area. EPE is distinct from other environmental assessments, investigations, reviews and audits in that it. is based on ongoing data collection and assessment, and provides a current evaluation as well as trends over time. ISO 14031-39 on EPE should assist organizations in the design and implementation of their own EPE process. In this paper, we are analyzed by the management of an organization for a number of purposes some of which are summarised as follows ; (1) to measure, assess and analyze EP, (2) to improve and correct EP, (3) to create a basis for continual EP improvement, (4) to better understand the environmental effects of an organization's activities, (5) to contribute to the ongoing identification and prioritisation of environmental policies, objectives and targets, (6) to demonstrate achievement, (7) to communicate to internal and external stakeholders, and (8) to evaluate environmental risk.

Home shopping without store, which is a new distribution type, is introduced and the number of internet based online shopping malls is also increasing. Fast growing of shopping mall provoked excess competition, and it became important problem that how satisfied consumers. To survive and grow continuously of these service companies, an appraisal standard that can be estimated from customers is necessary. Especially, customers' understanding and evaluation on enterprises and services provided can be a basis to build a marketing strategy. Therefore, a customer assessment standard about home shopping service quality refer to PSI, IQ, PQISS which is measurement tool for broadcasting program quality and internet service quality based on a SERVQUAL of retail store will be developed and suggested.
