수용전념치료가 만성통증 노인의 통증, 통증간섭 및 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 수용전념치료(ACT)를 노인들의 만성통증에 적용하여 통증과 통증간섭, 삶의 만족도에 대한 치료효과를 검증하였다. 퇴행성 질환으로 만성통증을 호소하는 65세 이상의 노인들을 대상으로, 치료집단에는 ACT 집단 프로그램, 통제집단에는 건강교육을 총 8회기로 진행하였다. 결과분석에는 치료집단 25명과 통제집단 27명으로 총 52명의 자료를 사용하였다. 그 결과, 건강교육에 비해 ACT 프로그램은 통증과 통증간섭을 유의미하게 감소시켰으며 매개변인으로 가정한 불안과 심리적 경직성을 변화시키는 데 효과적이었다. 그러나 통증 및 통증간섭 감소에 대한 불안과 심리적 경직성 변화의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 만성통증 노인에 대한 ACT의 효과를 검증한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. Background: The population of the aged has been rapidly increasing worldwide, and about 50% of them are under chronic pain by irreversible degenerative diseases. This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) on pain, pain interference, and life satisfaction in people with chronic pain. In addition, this study proposed that anxiety, depression, self-efficacy, psychological inflexibility in pain, pain catastrophizing and kinesiophobia are mediating the effectiveness of ACT. Methods: Participants of ACT program for this study comprised the elderly aged 65 and over who had been suffering from chronic pain for at least 6 months and reported their pain intensity of at least five on the VAS (Visual Analogue Scale, 0-10). During the sessions, experimental group participated in the ACT program designed by Stoddard and Wetherell(2011) and the control group received health education. After finishing eight sessions of each program, data from 25 participants in the experimental group and 27 in the control group were used for the final analysis. Results: The results showed that the ACT program is significantly more effective on relieving pain, pain interference, anxiety, and psychological inflexibility in pain than health education program. However, anxiety and psychological inflexibility did not have significant mediating effects on pain and pain interference. Conclusions: Finally, this study has verified the curative effect of ACT for elderly people suffering from chronic pain. Therefore, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy can be used for supplementary treatment for patients with degenerative disease.

중도입국학생의 공교육 진입 지원을 위한 교육 계획 분석 : 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 활용하여

이 연구는 중도입국학생의 ‘공교육 진입’을 위해 계획된 학교 교육 내용 특성을 파악 하고자 2016년 다문화 예비학교로 지정된 68개 초등학교와 46개 중등학교의 교육계 획서를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 일차적으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시하였고, 보완 적으로 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 초․중등 다문화 예비학교 교육 계획에서 공통 적으로 ‘한국어’, ‘문화’, ‘상담’, ‘강사’가 출현 빈도가 높고 의미 구성에 영향력이 큰핵심어로 나타났다. 이를 통해 학교에서는 ‘한국어 능력’과 ‘문화 적응력’이 중도입국학 생의 학교생활 적응의 주요 요인으로 인식되고 있고, 상담이 중요한 교육 활동으로 계획 되고 있으며, 예비학교 교육 활동에서 강사 활용 비중이 높다는 점을 확인하였다. ‘특별 학급’, ‘통합’, ‘일반학급’은 중등보다 특별학급 개설 학교 수가 더 많은 초등에서 상위 핵심어인데, 이는 특별학급과 일반학급 간의 통합 교육에 관한 내용이 비중있게 다루어 지고 있음을 보여준다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 중도입국학생을 위한 현장 교육 지원 방안을 제언하였다. his study aims to explore the characteristics of the school education plan for migrant students who have different linguistic and cultural backgrounds from other students. For this, the education plans established by the 68 elementary schools and 46 middle and high schools designated as multicultural prep schools were analyzed through a network text analysis method. This study found that the key words ‘Korean language’, ‘culture’, ‘counseling’ and ‘part-time instructor’ emerged with high frequency and degree centrality in the education plans of middle and high schools, as well as the elementary schools. As a result of this data, ‘Korean language ability’and ‘cultural adaptation’are identified as key elements in school education plans. One can also conclude that counseling is a significant activity and that part-time instructors play a large role in the activity of migrant students. Additionally, in schools running these special classes, the connection between special and normal classes might be a crucial matter. These findings can provide a basis when forming policies for the management of prep schools concerning multicultural education.

Regulation of follicle growth and apoptosis in cultured mouse ovaries by NGF and oxygen

<P>Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue has been proposed for use in preserving female fertility before anticancer chemo-radiotherapy, because ovarian tissue contains a large pool of non-growing, primordial follicles. The mechanisms that regulate the exit of follicles from the pool are poorly understood. To determine optimal conditions for <I>in vitro</I> ovarian culture, we investigated the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) and oxygen concentration on follicle growth and apoptosis. Oxygen concentration affected both cell proliferation and apoptosis. Under 20% oxygen, but not 1.5% or 5%, NGF decreased apoptosis in mouse ovaries by down-regulating the pro-apoptotic genes <I>Bax</I> and <I>p53</I>. In conclusion, high oxygen tension during <I>in vitro</I> ovarian culture promotes follicle growth and, in conjunction with NGF, suppresses apoptosis. The efficiency of this method to preserve fertility depends in part on the level of atresia. These results suggest that oxygen and NGF may be used to increase numbers of preantral follicles and mature oocytes in the culture of mammalian ovarian cortical strips.</P>

Copper-Catalyzed Double Borylation of Silylacetylenes: Highly Regio- and Stereoselective Synthesis of <i>Syn</i>-Vicinal Diboronates

<P>Phosphite–copper(I) complexes efficiently catalyzed the double borylation of internal silylated alkynes to provide vicinal diboronates with excellent regio- and stereoselectivity. The copper-catalyzed reaction between bis(pinacolato)diboron (B<SUB>2</SUB>pin<SUB>2</SUB>) and aryl-substituted silylacetylenes in the presence of MeOH resulted in double syn addition of the pinacolboronate moiety (Bpin) and H across the triple bond with complete selectivity. <P>The rhodium-catalyzed 1,2-addition of chiral benzylic secondary alkylboronic esters with a coordinating carbonyl group to aldehydes was demonstrated with high levels of enantiospecificity. Pinacol boronic ester derivatives can be employed directly for the addition in the presence of KHF<SUB>2</SUB> without the use of corresponding trifluoroborate salts where retention of the configuration was observed. Copper-Catalyzed Synthesis of Tetrasubstituted Enynylboronates via Chemo-, Regio-, and Stereoselective Borylalkynylation

<P>An efficient, catalytic method for accessing tetrasubstituted enynylboronates has been established via copper-catalyzed chemo-, regio-, and stereoselective borylalkynylation of internal alkynes. In this protocol, a range of symmetrical and unsymmetrical internal alkynes with aryl, heteroaryl, and alkyl substituents afforded fully substituted enynylboron compounds in good yields and with high levels of regio- and stereoselectivity, up to a ratio of >20:1. The enynylboron products could be further utilized in transforming the C-B bond into C-C bonds by coupling reactions.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
