부동산개발이익의 배분에 관한 탐색적 연구

이 연구는 부동산개발사업의 성공에 중점 둔 금융 수요자(GP)와 사업참여에 신중하고 보수성향을 가진 금융 제공자(LP)간의 이익 배분의 합리성을 탐색하는 것이다. 다시 말해서, 부동산 개발사업의 지분 투자자간, 위험의 분배와 그에 비례한 합리적이고 바람직한 개발이익의 배분 구조를 규명하는 것이다. 이 연구는 2가지 관점에서 개발이익의 배분 구조를 분석한다. 첫째, 투자비율에 비례한 이익 배분 구조를 분석하고. 둘째, 허들을 추가한 상태하에서 발생하는 이익배분 구조를 탐색한다. 투자자 간의 투자비율에 비례한 이익 배분은 위험 기피적인 유한책임 투자자의 입장에서는 받아들이기 어려운 구조다. 또한 허들이 많아질수록 무한책임 투자자의 업무성과 향상은 추가수익의 발생으로 유인기능을 한다. 따라서, 부동산개발사업은 상당한 리스크를 수반하므로 워터폴 구조에 의한 무한책임 투자자와 유한책임 투자자의 개발이익 배분의 합리적 결정 모델을 제시한다. This study focuses on the possibility of structuring the business between the GP, which expects the success of the development project, and the LP, who is careful to participate in the project and has a conservative tendency. In other words, it iinvestigates a profit sharing structure between equity investors in a real estate development project and the distribution of risks and the corresponding reasonable and desirable development gains. This research will analyze Choi Hyuk-jae and Jang Hee-soon s existing research in 2020 from two perspectives. First, explore the profit-sharing structure proportional to the investment ratio. Second, we add four hurdles to identify a various profit-sharing structure. Distribution proportional to the investment ratio between each investor is difficult to accept for risk-averse limited liability employees. In addition, the more hurdles are introduced, the more additional promote is generated considering the performance of the general partner, which functions as an incentive design function. Therefore, in a real estate development project where significant risks are inherent, the distribution of development profit between the general partner and the limited partner under the Waterfall structure is inevitable.

Fungus such as Candida albicans is a normal flora that is frequently found in the oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, vaginal mucosa in a normal person. However, candida can cause opportunistic infection in an immune compromised host. Candidiasis has broad spectrum of disease from mucocutaneous infection to invasive or disseminated infection. But, it is rarely reported that candida is associaed with gastrointestinal tract disease in a healthy adult. The case of gastric ulcer associated with candida particularly in a health adult is reported with relevant literature.

Carcinoid tumors have been reported in a wide range of organs but most commonly involve the lungs, bronchi and gastrointestinal tract. Within the gastrointestinal tract, appendix is the most common location for carcinoid, followed by the distal small intestine, the rectum, and the stomach. Among these, primary involvement of the ampulla of Vater is extremely rare. We report a case of carcinoid tumor of ampulla of Vater. A 62-year-old man presented with epigastric soreness. Gastroduodenal endoscopy showed hyperemic bulging mass on ampulla of Vater and diagnosed as carcinoid tumor by histologic finding, with immunohistochemical study. In ^(111)In-octreoscan, tumor had regional lymph node metastasis, but no evidence of distant metastasis. Pancreatoduodenectomy with lymph node dissection was performed.

Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), as a form of minimally invasive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, has become an important treatment modality. Because of limitation of surgery, RFA has become standard therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in some situations. But there are some complications of RFA such as bleeding, infection, hematoma, adjacent organ thermal damage including intestinal perforation, needle track seeding, and so on. There are few reports in the literature that systematically evaluate the incidence of needle tract seeding and its associated risk factors. And only 2 cases of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA were reported in Korea. We report a case of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA.

소비자 선택 재활 모델의 적용

장애인 당사자들이 자신들이 제공받는 재활 서비스의 내용을 선택하고 주도적으로 참여하는 것을 주된 내용으로 하는 소비자 선택 재활 모델은 우리나라 시각장애인들이 당면한 여러 가지 문제들을 개선시킬 수 있는 대안으로 여겨지고 있다. 따라서, 우리는 이 글을 통해 소비자선택 재활 모델의 적용을 위해 선결되어야 할 몇 가지 문제들을 검토할 것이다. 우선, 논의를 위해 우리가 임의로 선정한 한 시각장애인 단체에 대해 간략히 소개하고자 한다. 다음으로, 소비자 선택 재활 모델의 이론적 토대를 제공하는 소비자중심 역량강화 이론에 대해 간략히 설명할 것이다. 셋째, 소비자 선택 재활 모델의 적용을 저해하는 장벽들이 무엇인가를 논의할 것이다. 끝으로, Benn(1991)의 "Leadership counts" 모델의 적용을 통해 소비자 선택 재활 모델의 적용을 저해하는 장벽들의 제거 방안들을 제시하고자 한다. A consumer choice model of rehabilitation, which consumers of rehabilitation services should gain power over the services they receive, and gain or regain control over their lives is an alternative to solve many problems of the rehabilitation of blind people in Korea. In this paper, we will discuss following issues to implement the consumer choice model of rehabilitation. First, an overview of the organization we selected is described. Consumer directed theory of empowerment as a theoretical framework of the consumer choice model of rehabilitation then follows. The third section of this review paper is to deal with barriers that hinder consumer choice model of rehabilitation from being implemented. Finally, in an attempt to solve above-noted barriers and to implement the consumer choice paradigm of rehabilitation, we will apply those described in "Leadership counts" by Benn(1991).

자율 이동 로봇의 장애물 회피 기술 동향

본 논문은 자율 이동 로봇의 장애물 회피와 관련된 기술동향을 분석하였다. 산업현장, 공공 및 개인 서비스 분야에서 다양하게 사용 중인 이동 로봇에서 안전과 가장 밀접된 장애물 충돌 회피를 위해 사용하는 다양한 기법들을 소개하고, 특히 인공전위계 알고리즘(Artificial Potential Field), 가상역장(Virtual Force Field) 알고리즘, 탄성력(Elastic Force) 알고리즘 등을 분석하고 각각의 장·단점을 도출하였다. This paper presents, the trend of technology regarding obstacle avoidance for autonomous mobile robots. The mobile robots are widely used in various fields such as industry and public personal service area. This paper introduces several techniques of the collision avoidance sith obstacles, which is closely related to the safety, especially three algorithms of artificial potential filed, virtual force field and elastic force are analyzed by figuring out pros and cons of each one.

우리나라의 국제회의 및 컨벤션산업 현황과 육성방안에 관한 연구

본 논문은 세계의 국제회의산업, 컨벤션산업, 및 MICE산업의 현황을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 이 부문과 관련된 우리나라 산업의 육성방안에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 국제회의 참가자들은 장기간 체재하는 경우 회의기간 중 또는 그 전후에 국내관광과 쇼핑 등을 함으로써 일반관광객에 비해 많은 소비를 하므로 교통․항공․숙박․유흥업 등 관광관련 사업의 발전에도 크게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국제회의 유치 및 개최관련 정부의 지원정책 확대, 회의 유치를 위한 홍보 마케팅 지원, 회의 주재 단체 및 국제회의 기획업체 지원 강화, 및 국제기구 진출 활성화 등의 정책이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. The paper is basically designed to evaluate meeting industry, convention industry, and MICE industry based on a current trend in the world markets. The following promoting devices could be considered as a police instrument in order to upbring these industries in Korea. That is, extending government aid to build up an invitational system, Increasing P & R opportunities and supporting a marketing procedure, increasing support for a hosting facility, and making inroads into the international organization.

Heat transfer characteristics of self-oscillating heat pipe were experimentally investigated for the effect of fill charge ratios and heat loads. The heat pipe used for this study is made of copper capillary, has 0.002m internal diameter, a 0.34m length in one turn and consists of 19 turns. Heating and cooling section each have a length of 70mm. Water was used as working fluid inside the heat pipe. As the experimental results, the self oscillating heat pipe was operated b self-exited oscillation and circulation of working fluid and the oscillation within the self-oscillating heat pipe assumed chaotic behavior.

화상처리에 의한 춉트 스트랜드 섬유배향의 분포측정

In order to examine the accuracy of intensity method, the fiber orientation distribution of chopped strand reinforced polymeric composites is measured using image processing. Theoretical and experimental results of fiber orientation function are compared with each other for the composites having different fiber content and fiber orientations. An intensity method is used for the experimental investigation and the measured fiber orientation function is compared to the calculated one. The results show that, firstly, the feature of fiber orientation can be represented and identified by the fiber orientation function J measured and theoretical fiber orientation functions, J_(M) and J, respectively and related as J_(M)=0.73J. Secondly, as far as the measuring of fiber orientation is concerned, the intensity method is, in general, found to be quite effective due to its feature of using the intensity difference in the measuring ranges. Finally, the accuracy of the method increases when the fiber with less clash is considered.
