        다중흐름모형을 활용한 산림일자리정책 변화과정 분석

        산림일자리는 노동집약적 특성과 함께 서비스 산업 등 다양한 형태의 일자리가 창출될 수 있는 잠재력이 큰 분야이다. 본 연구는 일자리 문제가 이슈화된 외환위기 시대의 김대중 정부에서 문재인 정부에 이르기까지 산림일자리정책이 역사적으로 어떠한 변동과정을 거쳐 산출되었는지, 시대적 상황에서 어떠한 역할과 성과를 창출해 냈는지를 Kingdon의 다중흐름모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, IMF 외환위기, 경제위기, 코로나19 팬데믹이 정책결정자로 하여금 일자리문제를 해결해야 할 문제로 인식하게 한 주요 요인이 되었다. 둘째, 정책혁신가로서 역할을 한 주체는 산림청과 시민사회, 학계가 각 정권별로 주도를 달리했다. 셋째, 산출된 정책은 시대적 변화에 따라 정책혁신가의 개입으로 다시 보완, 개선되어 한단계 상향된 버전의 정책으로 재산출 되었다. 그 결과 정책의 창이 열렸고 산림복지, 휴양, 교육 등의 산림복지서비스 일자리가 확대되었고, 산림분야 사회적경제 활성화를 통해 지역과 연계된 새로운 일자리가 창출되었다. 결론적으로 산림정책이 산촌과 지역의 문제를 해결하고 이를 통해 지역의 활력을 도모하며, 실질적인 도움을 주기 위해서는 시민사회와 파트너십을 통한 사회적 가치를 추구하는 산림일자리정책이 운영되어야 한다. 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 향후 산림일자리정책의 효율성과 성과를 높이기 위한 정책 제언을 하였다. Forest job is a field with great potential to create various types of jobs, such as service industries, along with labor-intensive characteristics. This study analyzed how Korean forest job policy has been changed historicaly and edtablished, and what kind of roles and achievements have been created from the Kim Dae-jung administration when foreign exchange crisis and the job issue occurred, to the Moon Jae-in administration using Kingdon’s Multiple Streams Framework. The study results are as follows. First, the IMF foreign exchange crisis, the economic crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic became a major factor that made policy makers recognize the job issue as a problem to be solved. Second, the Korea Forest Service, civil society, and academia which played as role as policy innovators was different byeach government. Third, the established policy was supplemented and improved again with the intervention of a policy innovator according to the changes of the times, and it was re-produced as an upgraded version of the policy. As a result, a window of policy was opened, and jobs in forest welfare services such as forest recreation, and education were expanded, and new jobs linked to the region were created through the revitalization of the social economy in the forest sector. In conclusion, in order for forest polices to solve problems in mountain villages and regions, promote regional vitality, and provide practical help, forest job policies which pursue social values through partnerships with civic groups should be operated. Based on the above, policy recommendations were made to improve the efficiency and performance of future forest job policies.

      • 백금과 세리아를 담지한 촉매의 포름알데히드 산화반응에 관한 연구

        Total oxidation of formaldehyde was studied using platinum and platinum-ceria catalysts supported on γ- alumina. Catalysts were prepared by coimpregnation with γ- Al₂O₃, Platinum and ceria loading were controlled as 0.02∼0.04wt% and 0.3∼7.6wt%, respectively. The characterization of the catalysts were investigated by catalytic activity, O₂-TPD and H₂-TPR. The order of catalytic activities in view of formaldehyde conversion was as follows ; Pt+Ce(0.3%)/Al₂O₃>Pt+Ce(0.8%)/Al₂O₃>Pt+Ce(5%)/Al₂O₃>Pt+Ce(7.6%)/Al₂O₃>Pt/Al₂O₃. Small amount of added ceria enhanced the catalytic activity. However, as the amount of ceria increased the activity was decreased. Optimum loading of ceria seems to be 0.3∼0.8w%.

      • 최소 영역법에 의한 진직도 계산에 관한 연구

        정밀가공된 면의 진직도(Straightness)계산을 위해서 측정이 수행된 뒤 Computational Geometry를 응용하여 데이타를 해석하는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 현재 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 해석방법인 최소영역법의 경우 이러한 접근방법이 유용함을 보였고, 이를 이용하여 개발된 방법은 기존의 방법들에 비해 알고리즘의 복잡도 측면과 Numerical Stability측면에서 효율적임을 보였다. 특히 본 논문에서는 기존의 방법들과 달리 On-Line Dynamic 알고리즘을 제시함으로써 측정의 해석 시간뿐만 아니라 검사 비용의 절감 효과도 가져옴을 보였다. The assessment of straightness from the computational geometry viewpoint is given in this paper. It is proved that proposed algorithms are more efficient in time complexity and practical aspect than any other algorithms. Especially the proposed on-line dynamic algorithm has advantages of the reduction in test cost as well as time in analysis.

        백서에서 치아 회분말과 치과용 연석고의 혼합매식술시 골막의 역할: 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bone-forming capacity of the periosteum in calvaria of rats. The experiment was carried out in 49 rats. We exposed the calvaria and made 1㎝ diameter round full thickness defect at both sides of calvaria. In the left calvarial bone serving as control, the periosteum was removed after implantation of block, while in the right calvarial bone the periosteum remained intact as an experimental site. The histologic examination of bone response was performed after 1-, 2-, 4-, 6-,8-, 12-, 24-week implantation in calvaria of rats. We could observe the periosteal preservation favorably influenced the bone formation.

      • 산업용 팬의 설계 S/W 및 시험용 금형 개발

        본 논문에서는 공조용 냉각탑에서 사용되는 축류팬의 최적 설계 기술의 개발 및 이를 이용한 금형 제작을 다루었다. 팬 블레이드 주위의 3차원 유동 해석을 기반으로 저소음, 고효율을 보장하는 설계 방법을 개발하였고 이를 CAD/CAM 시스템을 이용하여 3차원 스파인 곡면으로 모델링한 후 시험용 금형을 제작하였다. 특히 설계 방법은 Win95 환경에서 3차원 곡면 모델링을 이용하여 구현함으로서 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 하였다 In this Paper, an optimal design systems and die manufacturing of axial fan for cooling towers is developed. The design is based on 3-D flow analysis to ensure low noise and high efficiency. Three dimensional surface modeling and computer graphics is introduced to display the design data on computer, and CAD/CAM systems are used for modeling and manufacturing its die. The design and die manufacturing processes are automated through a self-made interface program which converts the design data to a part program for CAM system. It is shown that the newly developed fan has a superior performance characteristics to an existing fan.

        구리, 니켈 및 코발트를 함유한 염산용액으로부터 LIX84에 의한 구리의 용매추출

        Solvent extraction experiments with LIX84 have been performed to separate copper from synthetic hydrochloric acid solutions containing copper, nickel and cobalt. Experimental conditions such as solution pH, the concentration of chloride ion and LIX84 and manganese ion, the volume ratio of organic to aqueous phase and pH of stripping solution have been investigated. The optimum conditions for the separation of copper from nickel and cobalt were obtained from the experimental results.

Aside from unique minerals of the spa, the Donrae area has various tourism resources; Kisang Association(Kwon Bun), Kumgang Park and Kum Jung Mountain, and On Jung Won which functioned as a national bank in the Joseon Dynasty. This essay suggests that promoting new tourism resources such as Spa Culture Street, Spa Fountain Park, and Underground Spa Resort be stongly considered.

      • 납기와 생산 용량을 고려한 job-shop 일정계획

        Inconsistency between scheduling and real shop is one of the most difficult problems to solve in job shop production. In this paper, we dealt with the integration of scheduling and job shop floor control in small sized job-shop production. The jobs are first scheduled according to earliest due date and then the scheduled results are delivered via employ time sheets to employees in manufacturing processes. The sheets are drawn back after daily work in order to reflect the variations occurred during work. We developed an algorithm to absorb the variations such as machine breakdown, operator absence, defect products and operation delay to next day's scheduling in unified fashions. The developed algorithm is implemented on computer and applied to a real shop to test its validity.

      • 4족 보행로봇의 지형-적응 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        보행로봇이 비평탄 지형에서도 자유로운 이동을 할 수 있기 위해서는 지형에 따라 적절한 알고리즘으로 변화시켜 보행하는 것이 중요하다. 지금까지 블라인드 로봇(blind robot)의 경우 각 다리의 착지점을 선택하는 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있으나 본 논문에서는 스트로크와 주기를 변화시켜 비평탄 지형에도 안정된 등속도 보행을 하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. Framix-DSP라고 하는 4족 로봇을 실험대상으로 하였고, 로봇은 물결-게 걸음새로 보행한다. One of the primary advantage of walking robots is their ability to walk in the irregular terrain. Adaptive algorithms that modify the gait according to the terrain must be provided to apply this advantage. Existing articles about adaptive gaits of blind robot are based on intelligent foothold selection. However, this article proposes a algorithm that is based on the variations of stroke and period to adapt the irregular terrain. If this adaptive algorism is used, robot can maintain periodic gait walking and constant speed using only force sensor even in the irregular terrain without external sophisticated sensor. Quadruped robot named FRAMIX-DSP is used as a working example and robot walks with the wave-crab gait.
