      • 그레이브스병 환자에서 방사성 옥소(^131Ⅰ)치료의 효과

        Graves' disease is characterized by diffuse hyperplasia of thyroid gland, hypersecretion of thyroid hormones, ophthalmopathy, and localized pretibial myxema. Although the pathogenesis of Graves' disease is still obscure, but the TSH receptor antibodies have pathophysiological role in the hyperplasia of the gland and autonomous over production of thyroid hormones through the stimulation of TSH receptor. Radioiodine (^1311I) has been used for the treatment of Graves' disease for many years and is regarded as an treatment for the cases who is not remit following a course of antithyroid drug. To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of radioiodine treatment in Graves' disease, we studied clincal outcome after fixed dose(5-20mCi) of ^131I The results were as followings; 1) The mean dose of 9. 1mCi of ^131I administration makes 12 patients euthyroid out of 41 patients with Graves' disease. The dose of radioiodine(^131I) used for the treatment was not significantly different in hypothyroid group (3/41; 7.3%) or hyperthyroid group(26/41; 63.4%) after ^131I treatment. 2) The clinical outcomes after radioiodine (131I) treatment was not depend on the age and sex and thyrotropin receptor binding inhibitory immunoglobulins(TBII) of radioiodine(^131I) administered patients, but only the short duration of antithyroid drug treatment(the period of observation of the responce to antithyroid drug) before the radioiodine administration increase the incidence of radioiodine induced hypothyroidism. 3) The cumulative incidence of hypothyoidism after radioiodine(^131I) administration was 39.4% after third treatment. In conlusion, radioiodine treatment in fixed-dose is effective; it can induce euthyroidism or hypothyroidism in 33 out of 41 patients without major complications. With this study, we could confirm the efficacy of radioiodine treatment in a minor groups of patient who its difficult to maintain remission after antithyroid drug.

      • PSD 센서 시스템을 이용한 이동물체의 실시간 위치측정

        본 논문에서는, 평면상에서 이동하는 물체의 위치를 실시간으로 측정하기 위한 PSD 센서 시스템을 개발하였다. 이동물체에 적외선 광원을 설치하고 이 광원으로부터 적외선광이 PSD 센서에 입사 되도록 한다. 센서로부터 얻은 광원에 대한 위치정보를 이용하여 실제 광원의 위치를 계산하기위한 알고리즘으로 파라미터 켈리브레이션과 신경 회로망을 이용한 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 이동물체의 위치를 실시간으로 측정하기 위하여 PSD 센서를 이동공간 상부에 고정시키고 이동로봇 상에 적외선 광원을 설치한 후 이동 중에 있는 로봇의 위치를 측정하였다. 결과적으로 개발된 시스템으로부터 얻은 위치 정보는 매우 만족할 만큼 정확성이 있음을 보였다. In this thesis, PSD(Position Sensitive Detector) sensor system that estimates position for moving objects in 2D plane is developed. PSD sensor is used to measure the position of an incidence light in real-time. To get the position of light source of moving target, a new parameter calibration algorithm and neural network technique are proposed and applied Real-time position measurements of the mobile robotwith light source is examined to validate the proposed method. It is shown that the proposed technique provides accurate position estimation of the moving object.

        This research was carried out by investigating, three time a week, what do 4th grade students'-18 boys,17 girls- who are all living in Incheon City play with in Iunch time in school. And the analyses and conclusions of the research are following statements. 1) Boys were prone to play soccer. basketball and other physical activities which don't have relationship with weather, season. Otherwise, girls were fond of mental activities like reading and playing recorder. 2) Physical education class didn't have particular effect to the students' playing inclination although teacher was effective to students. 3) All students were sensitive to Examination. qualification test. and other exam or test and tried hard to get good score. 4) Boys didn't consider season when they were playing, but girls did.' 5) It was responsible for teachers to make students play with advantageous and healthy game.

        Obesity is usually defined in terms of excessive Quantities of total body fat. Before adulthood, body fat increases in two ways : by enlargement of individual fat cells, termed fat cell hypertrophy, or by an increase in the total number of tat cells, termed fat cell hyperplasia. The following are health-related correlates of obesity : impairment of cardiac function, hypertention. diabetes, renal disease, pulmonary respiratory disease, osteoarthritis, and abnormalplasma lipid and lipoprotein concentrations. For young men, obesity would correspond to a body fat content above 25%, above 30% for young women. Dietary restrition and exercise have influenced fat cell development. These effects are prominent during early growth when the rate of fat cell division can be retarded. Foods uses as an energy source(catabolism) and as building blocks for making complex chemical compounds(anabolism). In all persons, fats not needed catabolism are anabolized and stored in adipose tissue. When the number of calories in your daily food intake equals your TMR(Total Metabolic Rate), your weight remains constant. When your daily food contains more calolies than your TMR, you gain weight : when your daily food contains fewer calolies than your TMR, you lose weight. To prevent an increase in weight and fat because of a caloric disequilibrium, an effective program of weight control must establish a balance between energy input and energy output. Severe diating alone causes a loss of lean body tissue in addition to loss of fat. Clearly, physical activity can be used effectively by itself or in combination with mild dietary restriction to bring about an effective loss of body fat. Exercise enhances the mobilization and utilization of fat, thus increasing fat loss, and at the same time retards losses in lean tissue.

        We report the critical role of the initial state of as-deposited amorphous silicon (a-Si) films near, or, at the a-Si/SiO₂ interface on the crystallization kinetics upon annealing. Grain size enhancement has been achieved by artificially modifying nucleation interface during deposition of LPCVD (low pressure chemical vapor deposition) a-Si films followed by solid phase crystallization (SPC). Since the deposition conditions change the incubation time, i,e. nucleation rate,and since nucleation occurs dominantly at a-Si/SiO₂ interface, we devised the following deposition techniques for the first time in order to obtain the larger grain size. A very thin a-Si layer (∼50Å) with the deposition conditions having long incubation time is grown first and then the reference films (∼950Å) are grown successively. Upon annealing the crystallization kinetics of composite films was observed to be determined only by the deposition conditions of a thin a-Si layer at the a-Si/SiO₂interface. Nucleation interface was also observed to be modified by interrupted gas supply resulting in the enhancement of the grain size.

        The purpose of this study was the level of Aerobic-Anaerobic exercise intensity according to Rope skipping frequency by the skipping type at different age group(Middle, Junior high school and collegean). Types of Rope skipping(Jump, Leap and Double jump) with 100 rounds per min(5min), 120 rounds per min (5min) and max round frequency were tested by 120 volunteer untrained men and women students (forty middle school, forty high school and forty collegean) form Oct. 10. 1987 to No V.5. 1987. The results are showed at the skip intensity of 120 rounds per min. was higher than that of 100 rounds per min. at all skipping types, and men students showed less HR than women students. From the testing result, Double Jump was Considered as Anaerobic Exercise, Tean Jump was determined the strongest Aerobic exercise, and Jump or Leap were moderate Aerobic exercise.       • 초에너지 이온주입에 의한 초저접합 형성시 발생하는 Deactivation 현상에 관한 연구

        Semiconductor proces sing technologies have progressed toward ULSI(Ultra Large Scale Integration) regime to enhance packing density and operating speed and reduce power consumption. For these reasons, not only horizontal dimensions but also vertical dimensions will continue to be decreased to minimize short-channel effect such as punchthrough. Since an As ion has a rather high mass and low diffusivity during annealing, the formation of n??/p shallow junction is relatively easy. However, the formation of p??/n junction is difficult because a B ion is light and shows significant diffusion during annealing. Ultra shallow p??/n junction is formed by ULE(ultra low energy) implanter and RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing). In this study deactivation phenomena was investigated according to various post-annealing condition after the formation of ultra shallow p??/n junction.

      • MeV이온주입을 사용하여 Buried Layer를 포함한 CMOS Retrograde Well 제조시 발생하는 격자 결함에 관한 연구

        MeV ion implantation has been recently employed in the field of CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) retrograde well engineering. An issue on MeV ion induced damage is critical especially in forming a buried layer below the well. MeV B implanted buried layers were observed to show greatly improved characteristics of latchup suppression. Junction leakage current, however, showed a critical behavior as a function of ion does. The rod like defects were observed to be responsible for the leakage current. Rod-like defects were generated near the ??(projected range) and grown upward to the surface during annealing. According to cross sectional examination of each pit density, they were generated and propagated between 700。C and 800。C. They shrink or change into long, elongated dislocation loops at higher temperatures above 900。C. Results of SIMS (secondary ion mass spectroscopy) analyses and two-step-annealing (700。C/3∼6hrs.→900。C/1hr.) indicate that interstitial oxygens impede shrinkage of existing-g rod-like defects at higher temperatures above 900。C.

        Apparatus activities play a large role in the child's overall physical development, especially, horizontal bar exercising benefits the arm and shoulder. In comparizon with activities on other apparatus, activities performed on the horizontal bar extremely difficult for elementary school children. Proficiency on this apparatus depend upon a child's level of arm and shoulder girdle strength and endurance. Movement challanges should be designed to allow children with minimal levels of fitness to perform movements within their own level of ability. The elementary school program with the horizontal bar should be limited simple stunts. To perform many of the more complicated stunts on the bar, sufficient arm strength is necessary to pull the body up and over the bar. Therefore, this study was to suggest the ways of the effective lesson of activities with the horizontal bar for elementary school children. The results were summerized a follow: 1. A quantities be learned is too numerous. 2. Some skills are not established as staircase to their approximate order of difficult between grades. 3, There are in appropriated skills for the children's ability levels, some are too difficult.Activities in the curriculum of elementary school is in appropriated should be regulated
