곡물 bin을 이용한 벼의 건조실험을 수행하여 상온통풍건조 시스템과 태양열 건조 시스템의 건조 특성을 비교하여 분석하였다. 태양열 건조의 시뮬레이션 모형에 대한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였으며 시뮬레이션 모형에 의한 함수율의 예측치는 실측치와 전체적으로 일치하였다.<br/> 또한, inverter를 사용하여 벼의 건조 상태에 따라 송풍량을 적절하게 제어하는 송풍량 제어 시스템을 개발하였으며, 개발된 송풍량 제어 시스템을 통하여 에너지 절약 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. In-bin grain drying experiments were performed to investigate the drying characteristics between natural air and solar heated-air drying system of rough rice. A computer simulation model for solar drying system of rough rice resulted in a good agreement between the experimental and predicted moisture content.<br/> In order to save the electric energy consumption of fan, airflow rates control system using inverter was developed and resulted in the effect of energy saving.

The renocortical index(RCI) is a number expressing the fraction of the area of the whole kidney which is occupied by the cavitary system and it is calculated by dividing the product renal length times width by the product length limes breath of the cavitary system. Normal intravenous pyelograms of 232 cases taken at Chungnam National University Hospital for recent two years were analized. The following results were obtained. 1. The size of kidney in male is larger than in female and the right kidney is smaller than the left. 2. The ratio of renal length to the height of second lumber vertebra in female is slightly higher than in male. 3. The mean RCI of the right kidney is 0.346±0.035, the left kidney is 0.351±0.038. 4. There is no significant difference between the RCI of right and left, and in 57% of the cases both kidneys show the RCI of same value. 5. The difference of RCI according to sex, height of patient and renal length is not seen. However, the RCI is increased with age.

Two kinds of microcomputer programs were constructed for the instruction of elements and periodic properties. the first program can display 14 kinds of data for 103 elements, and the second show dinamical chang of atomic radius, density, electronegativity and frist ionization potential as graph. These could be used for teaching materials in chemical education and as reference programs to develop the more advanced CAI programs.

The reaction of phenylhydrazin with bromine in sulfuric acid solution has been studied kinetically. The rate constants for φNHNH₂+Br₂and φNNH+Br₂has been measured ?? and ?? respectively in 0.1 M H₂SO₄and 0.1 KBr at 15℃ and the activation parameters on the two steps reaction were determined. The pseudo-second-order rate constant is a approxinately in versely proportional to hydrogen-ion concentration when the concentration of sulfuric acid is lower than 1M.

In this paper, a Word processing system which processes the sentences composed by Korea, Chinese and English words is studied. In this system, every word is coded uniformly in two bytes and especially Chinese words are processed by dictionary. Thus, we can enhance many properties : at least as much as half memory size can be saved, more over high processing speed, program modulization and automata design for additional commands can be achieved. In order to implement this processing system efficiently, an algorithm and program explanation for output form of end-user destination are added.
Diphenylhydantoin이 배양중인 치은 섬유아세포에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of diphenylhydantion on humna gingival fibroblasts in culture. Cell proliferation assay was performed to determine the effect of PHT on the DNA synthesis rate of human gingival fibroblasts by means of [^3H]-thymidine incorporation method. Protein synthesis assay was designed to detect the collagen production by [^3H]-proline incorporation method. The results were as follow : 1. In case of DNA synthesis assay, the contents of DNA were significantly increased more than the control group(1 ㎍/ml : p<0.05, 5 ㎍/ml, 10 ㎍/ml : p<0.01). 2. In case of collagenase-digestible protein synthesis assay, the contents of CDP were significantly increased on PHT 5 ㎍/ml group compare to the control group(p<0.05), and PHT 1 ㎍/ml, 5 ㎍/ml group were increased but there were statistically not significant. 3. In case of noncollageneous protein synthesis assay, the contents of NCP were significantly increased on PHT 1 ㎍/ml group(p<0.05), and PHT 5 ㎍/ml, 10 ㎍/ml group were increased but there were statistically not significant. 4. The ability of collageneous-digestible protein synthesis was great increased than the cell proliferation. 5. The effects of PHT increasing the ability of collagen synthesis, were cell proliferation and increased of protein synthesis.
道路에 인접한 構造物이 汚染物의 空間分布에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is to estimate the spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants due to the structure near the street. Especially, transport mechanism in complex area at the midtown district with the lofty buildings is complicated. So this study estimates spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants according to the height of the building and the distance from the street. The results of this study are as follows. 1. If the building is stationed in the flat area, the flow of air mass near the building changes. The changing range of air flow is varied with the height of a building and the arrangement of a building. 2. The spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants varied with the height of building. However, this rate of variation decreases with the increment of height. 3. The accumulation of atmospheric pollutants is higher at the front of the building than the rear of the building. This phenomenon is, however, reversed according as the structure becomes more distant from the street. 4. The highest concentration appeared at a distance from the front of the building in case of high building. 5. The concentration near the structure is decreased with the downwind direction. However the change is small. 6. The wind speed doesn't affect the spatial range of the high level concentration but has an effect on the concentration.

A faraday cup has been used to obtain informations of various carbon ions in plasma generated during PLD(Pulsed laser deposition). We propose an analytical expression for the velocity distributions of carbon ions ejected in laser ablation. Under the applied voltage the Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution on a stream velocity was adopted to describe the measured velocity distributions. The kinetic ion energies are calculated to be in the range of 605.9eV to 30.7eV. The number are inverse proportional to their kinetic energies : ?? in the oder named.

Diagnosis or measurements using Infrared thermo-image hasn't been available. A quick diagnosis and thermal analysis can be possible when that kind of system is introduced to the investigation of each part. In this study, Infrared Camera, Thermo-vision 900 was used in order to investigate. Infrared Camera usually detects only Infrared wave from the light in order to illustrate the temperature distribution. Infrared diagnosis system can be applied to various field. Also, it is more effective to analyze temperature distribution on the machining center main-axis process.
