      • Comparison of Hanwoo with Holstein of OPU derived Embryo and Offspring Production

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the comparison of production efficiency of oocytes and OPU (ovum pick‐up) derived embryos of Hanwoo with Holstein. The OPU session of each species (6 cows) was carried out from the Hanwoo (106 sessions) and Holstein (114 sessions) at intervals of 3 4 days (2 times per week) for 3 months. Cumulus‐oocyte‐complexes (COCs) retrieved were classified into 4 grades by the status of oocyte cytoplasm and cumulus cells. The COCs collected were matured in vitro in TCM‐199 supplemented with 10% FBS, 10 mg/ml FSH and 1 mg/ml estradiol‐ 17β in 5% CO2 and over 99% humidity for 24 h. After 24 h co‐incubation with post‐thaw sperm, the presumed zygotes were cultured in CR1aa medium with 4 mg/ml BSA for 3 days and then changed CR1aa medium with 10% of FBS for another 3 4 days. The Mean number of aspirated follicles and collected oocytes were not significantly different between Hanwoo and Holstein spacies (10.4±0.42 vs. 11.4±0.41 and 7.5±0.38 vs. 6.1±0.37 per session). But the collection rate of oocytes from aspirated follicles were significantly higher in Hanwoo (72.8%) than that in Holstein (53.6%) (p< 0.05). Furthermore, the average number of good quality oocytes (Grade I and II) was 5.9±0.28 and 4.1±0.27 (Mean±SD), and the cleavage rate and the development rate to blastocysts was significantly (p<0.05) higher in Hanwoo (40.0%) than Holstein (21.6%). The OPU derived embryos of Hanwoo were transferred 83 times into 52 recipients and then 42 calves were produced from 44 pregnancy recipients. In conclusion, the efficiency of OPU derived embryo was significantly different between Hanwoo and Holstein species. In vitro culture system for OPU derived embryo production should be optimized for industrialization and the improvement of livestock.

        VDT작업별 정신사회적 스트레스와 근골격계 장애에 관한 연구

        It has been hypothesized that jobs that have both high psychological demands and low decision latitude("job strain") can lead to musculoskeletal disorder. The objective of this study was to test whether job strain was correlated with the presence of work-related musculoskeletal disorder, especially myofascial pain syndrome(MPS). Information on demographic factors, confounders such as household load and taking care of children or not, and scores for decision latitude, job demand, and social support was obtained by self-administered questionnaire, which had been developed in Korean language, by adopting NIOSH instrument and Extended Karasek Model(16 items). All subjects were also examined by rehabilitation medicine specialists for musculoskeletal disorders. Subjects(n=370) could be categorized into 4 groups, these were, housewives(n=89), shipyard CAD workers(n=89), general female workers(n=79; nurses, insurance counselors, public officials, clerks, etc), and telephone directory assistance operators(n=113). Results from univariate analyses indicated that all demographic factors, all confounders, scores for decision latitude and social support were not associated with the risk of musculoskeletal disorder. However, score for job demand was higher in musculoskeletal disorder cases than others. In subgroup analysis, this association was convinced again, in telephone directory assistance operators. Job strain model showed that the group of telephone directory assistance operators was high-stain group, and OR of musculo skeletal disorder was 2.446(95% C. I. : 1.174, 5.096), when comparing this with the low strain group. In conclusion, job strain is a risk factor for work-related musculoskeletal disorder.

        국제 무역시대의 도래로 항만 물동량이 크게 증가함에 따라 항만시설의 확충이 시급한 실정이다. 비교적 양호한 지반에서의 항만공사는 종래에 대부분 행해졌으며, 현재는 아주 연약한 지반에서의 해안매립을 통한 부지조성 등의 대규모 공사가 진행중이다. 연약지반 성토시 하부지반은 압밀침하와 전단변형이 동시에 발생하므로, 양자를 고려한 안정성 판단이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 현장에서 파괴가 발생한 부산 신항만공사의 서방파제 계측결과를 분석하고 수치해석을 수행하여, 면적비 안정관리기법을 제안하였다.

      • [논문]SCP 설치지반의 압밀침하특성에 관한 실험적연구

        바야흐로 개방화 시대를 맞이하여 세계 각국들과 교역량이 늘어나면서 여러 제반시설을 필요로 하게 되었다. 특히 항만과 같은 대규모 공사의 기초 작업으로 먼지 해야할 일은 시공 예정지역에 형성되어있는 해양의 연약점성토 지반을 개량해서 강도가 높은 안정된 기초를 가지게 하는 것이 중요하다. 토압, 지진, 파압 둥에 우수함이 이미 일본 등 여러 나라에서 검증되어 온 SCP공법은 우리의 지반조건에 맞는 설계자료가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 SCP 압밀실험에서 치환율에 따라서 압축지수의 변화관계를 분석하였다.

        현장에서 시공시 성토량은 성토체 자체의 압축침하(즉시 및 크리프)와 시공중 및 시공완료 후 발생한 제체하부원지반의 압밀침하, 암버럭 사이의 간극채룹에 의한 토량, 강우시 토사유출에 의한 손실토량 등에 의해 압축량은 영향을 받는다. 이러한 여러 가지 이유로 성토할 흙의 종류에 따른 토량환산계수의 허점을 보완하고자 소정 밀도로 다짐 성토공시체에 일정재하하중을 정적으로 가하여 성토체 압축침하량을 산정하는 식이 있지만 상수값 산정이 다소 불명확하게 표현된다. 본 연구에서는 성토체의 다짐도와 건조밀도를 달리하여 응력 단계별로 즉시변형률과 크리프변형률을 산정하여 자중에 의한 압축량 산정방법을 제안하고자 한다.

      • 글루타민酸 醱酵副産液을 原料로 한 有機質 複合肥料의 製造

        Glutamic Acid Fermentation By-product liquid (GAFBL) contains high nitrogen (4.0 %) and organic matter (31 %) so that it could be used as a source of organic compound fertilizer. A large quantity of moisture (62.3 %) in the GAFBL requires a great deal of energy in the process of concentration and dehydration of the material. This work aimed at solidifying the GAFBL with the heat evolved when the GAFBL was treated with concentrated sulfuric acid (88.8 %), fused phosphate (P?O? : 16.1 %) and ammonia (Anhydride) respectively during the period of material processings. Results obtained are as follows: 1. The heavier the acidulation of the GAFBL, the greater the removal of moisture from the GAFBL. The rate of moisture evaporation, however, grew in curvature form as the acidulation became heavier. 2. Mixing fused phosphate to the acidulated GAFBL also reduced moisture content of the latter and solidified it when the mixing rate of the fused phosphate was increased. 3. Ammoniation of the friable mixture of acidulated GAFBL and fused phosphate brought further dehydration of the product. Total evaporation of moisture at above mentioned three successive processing stages ranged 16.5% to 23.6% against the sum of the water in GAFBL and sulfuric acid. 4. The minimum requirement of sulfuric acid (88.8%) and fused phosphate for the solidification of 10ml GAFBL were 2ml and 4g respectively. The final compounds which were ammonified after the solidification showed less than pH=6.5 and contained 5.6% total nitrogen and 2.10% soluble phosphate in weak acid, amounting about 9% in it's total available plant nutrients. The requirement of GAFBL, 88.8% sulfuric acid, and fused phosphate for the manufacture of one ton of such solid compound were 660kg, 200kg and 220kg respectively.

      • 축대칭 壓力容器의 補强材 形狀 設計에 관한 硏究

        양쪽의 끝이 半球形인 壓力容器의 끝에 大口徑노즐이 부착되어 있다. 여기에 內壓이 크게 작용하면 연결부에 應力이 집중된다. 이 應力集中을 방지하기 위하여 補强材가 필요하게 된다. 범용구조해석 프로그램을 利用하여 補强材가 있는 부위의 응력을 解析하고 그 結果에 따라서 補强材의 形狀을 변경하는 과정을 반복하여 補强材가 있는 부위의 應力이 균일하게 분포하도록 그 形狀을 결정하였다. Large- diameter nozzle is attached to the end of pressure vessel, the shape of the end of it is semi-sphere. The stress is concentrated in the connecting area of nozzle and main body under high internal pressure. To prevent this stress concentration, reinforcement plate is needed. Using the general-purpose structual analysis program, the stress of the reinforcement area is analyzed and the shape of the reinforcement plate is modified according to the result of the analysis. The stress is analyzed in the area of modified reinforcement plate and this procedure is repeated until the stress of reinforcement area is distributed uniformly,thus the fully stressed shape of reinforcement plate is obtained.

Chunmaejoen was formed between the beginning of the ninteenth century and the middle of the ninteenth century, so writer is the problem of different volume when we guess that, china literary writecopy volume is the governing class and Hangul writing-copy volume is the common people. The second is the main idea of Chunmaejoen. Writer introduced as anti-tang person by the influence of modern conscirnce was formed through both of battle of Im-Jin and Byong-Ja, externally denied to establish a social order of samgangorun style and tried to settle a value system based on contend fact, reality and ability.
