        구속전단가공법 (ECAP) 에서 전단변형 특성

        The study focuses on the basic deformation mechanism of ECAP (Equal Channel Angular Pressing) which gives a large shear deformation without change in the reduction of area. A model deformation in which a plasticine is pressed through a transparent die shows a typical shear deformation in detail. ECAP was performed on a commercial pure aluminum and an Al-7%Si alloy in order to investigate the change in the microstructure after ECAP. Friction force between specimen and die acts to prevent uniform shear deformation of a specimen. ECAP significantly reduces grain size of both aluminum alloys below the order of micronmeter by giving a large shear deformation, which provides a new method for grain refinement. A drastic increase in the yield strength combined with a small increase in the strain hardening is observed in both ECA pressed aluminum alloys. The ECAP is believed to be very effective in the grain refinement.

        구속전단가공 (ECAP) 한 Al 합금의 미세조직

        The study is an attempt to understand the basic characteristics of ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Pressing) which gives large shear deformation without any change in the dimension of material. Microstructure comparison was performed between pure Al and Al-7 wt% Si alloys after the ECAP. Emphasis was put on the microstructural change of Al-Si alloys consisting of two phase (primary Al + eutectic Si) where eutectic Si appears different shape and size depending on the modification. The pressing leads to the development of subgrain bands of Al and the fracture of unmodified eutectic Si. The eutectic Si may form dislocation tangles by acting as an obstacle to movement of dislocation, which can be proved with the location of eutectic Si on recrystallized grain boundary. It is obvious that ECAP results in a fine grain structure in Al-Si alloy without decohesion between Al matrix and eutectic Si.

        韓國昆蟲硏究所 所藏 메뚜기目의 目錄, Ⅰ. 민충이科와 여치科(여치上科). 文太暎 · 尹一炳(高麗大學校 附設 韓國昆蟲硏究所, 生物學科), 昆蟲硏究誌, 19 : 55-59, 1993. 韓國昆蟲硏究所에 소장된 메뚜기類의 標本들 중에서 여치上科 즉, 민충이科와 여치科에 속한 種들이 우선 정리되고, 그 결과와 표본정보가 전산정보관리체계에 입력되었다. 과거에 발표된 문헌에서 사용된 證據表本들을 가능한 찾아내어 재동정하였다. 결과적으로 한국곤충연구소에 소장된 여치上科의 표본은 1科 6亞科 15屬 24種으로 구성되었으며, 이는 국내에 알려진 여치種의 77.42%에 해당된다. The orthopteran materials accumulated in Korean Entomological Institute (KEI) were examined. As a beginning part of the work, the Tettigonoidea composed of Deracanthidae and Tettigoniidae were put into systematic order and databased with information of their labels. The specimens reported in various publicatons were traced with priority and re-examined if they were still available to. Amongst them, a small number of materials were registered here as vouchers, and preserved in a separate section of KEI. The rest of specimens in good condition were also examined and tagged relevant identification labels on, but remained in general collection. The samples were consequently arranged into 1 family 6 subfamilies 15 genera 24 species under Tettigonoidea. It covers 77.42% of the Tettogonoidean fauna known from Korea.

        부산지역 4개 백화점의 공기오염도에 관한 조사연구

        For the purpose of contributing to the promotion of health of the employees working at the same kind of department store or similar type of business and the people utilizing them and preparing the basic data for the establishment of management measure by assessing the level of air pollution at indoor and outdoor of four department store among the distribution service business in Pusan area, authors measured the concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, formaldehyde and total suspended particle according to the measuring height of variable at indoor and outdoor from Aug. 1990. to sep. an. d Jan, 1991 to Feb. : for each two months in summer and winter, and studied by dividing the variable factor into atmospheric factor (temperature, humidity and air velociy) The results are as follows ; 1. The mean concentration of air pollutants at indoor to total subjects was nitrogen dioxide 31.1 ppb, sulfur dioxide 51.7 ppb, formaldehyde 162.1 ppb and total suspended particle 67.7 ㎍/㎥, and it was higher in winter than in summer (P$gt;0.05) 2. The mean concentration of formaldehyde to total subjects was higher indoors than outdoors (P$lt;0.001), in case of nitrogen dioxide there was no significant difference and sulfur dioxide and total suspended particle were higher outdoors than indoors (P$lt;0.05) 3. The concentration of nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide proved to be a adverse correlation, reducing with height. 4. According to the result questioned about the exposure concentration of pollutant and the general symptom caused by the pollutant, nitrogen dioxide and symptom proved to be a positive correlation (P$lt;0.09)

      • 한국산 말벌아과(亞科)의 다양성 보존에 관하여

        韓國産 말벌亞科의 多樣性 保存에 관하여. 문태영, 김정규, 윤일병(고려대학교 곤충연구소, 생물학과) 昆蟲硏究誌. 18 : 63~69, 1992. 현재 都市 및 半自然地域에서 급격히 감소되고 있는 말벌類들의 保存을 위해 분류, 생태 및 기타 정보들을 검토하고 정리하였다. 현재까지 보고된 한국산 말벌亞科 種들을 최근의 분류체제에 따라 검토한 결과 13종으로 정리되었는데, 이를 중국 동북부에 분포하는 16種 그리고 일본의 16種과 비교한 결과, 量的인 統計分析에서는 동북아에서 중국가 일본이 차지하는 지역간 種多樣度가 같으나, 系統評價法와 缺損補完法을 사용하여 優先保存判定을 겸한 質的인 多樣度의 測定 結果는 일본, 중국, 한국의 순서로 높은 다양도가 실험적으로 측정되었다. 그러나 중국, 한국, 일본은 각각 18, 15, 21 亞種을 보유하고 있어 末端分類群에 種內多樣性이 고려되면 결과는 다를수 있지만, 동북아에서 種下 分類群의 다양성 측정은 분류 자체가 더 연구될 필요가 있으므로 다루어지지 않았다. 한편, 말벌들의 다양성에 관한 추후 연구를 위해 생태학적인 정보들을 요약 정리하고, 그 보존의 필요성을 제시했다. The diversity are compared between the vespine fauna from northeast China, Korea and Japan, that have respectively 16, 13 and 16 species. Consequently, the highest diversity score is given to Japan, then the second to China, and the lowest to Korea, when the species is the terminal taxa for measuring the diversity scores using the taxonomic root weighting and complimentarity. However, 18, 15 and 21 subspecies are recognized respectivly from the countries. Ecological information is digestively reviewed to provide a launching point for further studies in Korea. It is suggested that the systematic and ecological knowledge should be in urgent need to understand and to conserve the vespine diversity particularly in the urban and semiwild areas, where the urbanization has been rapidly in process and constantly vespine babitats have been destroyed consciously or unconsciously.

        나환자에서 Hepatitis B Surface Antigen ( HBs Ag ) 의 출현빈도

        Sera from clinically, bacteriologically and pathologically proven 395 leprosy patients were tested for Hepatitis B surface Antigen(HBsAg) using counterimrnunoelectrophoresis (CIEP), As a control, sera from 816 healthy inhabitants, 3,525 professional blood donors and 22 ctinical Laboratory technicians were subjected to HBsAg testing. The HBsAg in Leprosy patients were evaluated in disease types, sex and age differences, and grops in out-patients and settled patients. The following results were obtained. 1. The positivity frequency of HBsAg in leprosy patients was not different from the other control groups. Only high incidence is observed in the clinical laboratory technician group. 2. The incidence of HBsAg in Tuberculoid type was higher than in Lepromatous type much more higher incidence is observed in the Borderline and Indeterminate types. 3. There was no sex differences in HBsAg incidence among leprosy patients. 4. The HBsAg incidence was comparatively higher in socially active age group (21 -40 years) patients than in the other age groups. 5. There was no social environrnental differences (out-patients and settled patients) in HBsAg incidence. 6. There was no direct evidence of the relationship between HBsAg and lepresy types so far.

        신발제조업체에서 사용되는 접착제에 관한 연구

        In order to acquire the fundamental data for the organic solvents in bond and to contribute the health improvement of workers in department of organic solvents in shoes manufacturing industries. The authors surveyed the contents of organic solvent in adhesive and determined the amount of volatilization of organic solvent by time and temperature with gaschromatography from March to September 1990. The results were as follows ; 1) The kinds for organic solvents in bond were 9 that was Toluene, C-Hexane, N-Hexane, C-Hexanon, Aceton, Methyl Ethyl Keton, Dimethyl Formamide, Etyly Acetate. 2) Toluene and Methyl Ethyl Keton among the organic solvents in adhesive were over 80.18%. 3) The amount of volatilization of Methyl Cyclohexanone and Aceton by time and temperature were the most level than other compounds.

        몰리브데나 - 알루미나 촉매의 세슘 첨가효과(1)

        Mo-Al₂O₃ 觸媒의 세슘添加量에 따른 酸鹽基特性의 變化를 알아보기 위하여 pyridine吸着量을 測定하였으며, probe reaction으로서 이소프로필 알코올의 分解反應實驗을 遂行하였다. 세슘량이 增加함에 따라 이소프로필 알코올의 脫水反應活性은 감소하였고, 脫水素反應의 活性은 增加하다가 감소하는 양상을 나타내었다, 또한 pyridine의 吸着量은 세슘含有量이 增加함에 따라 감소하였다. 이러한 實驗結果들로부터 세슘添加에 따라 Molybdena-Alumina 觸媒의 酸點數는 감소함을 알았다. In order to study the acid-base properties of the cesium-containing molybdena-alumina catalysts, the amount of adsorbed pyridine was measured and the decomposition of isopropyl alcohol as a probe reaction was carried out. As the cesium-content was increased, the dehydration activity of isopropyl alcohol was decreased and the dehydrogenation activity passed through a maximum. Adsorbed amount of pridine was increased with increase in cesium-content. These results suggest that cesium additives lead to decrease the amount of acid sites.
