        <i>In vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i> evaluation of a novel polymer-free everolimus-eluting stent by nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide film deposition

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Inflammation and thrombosis are linked to the use of polymer-based drug-eluting stents (DES). The aim of this study was to develop a polymer-free everolimus (EVL)-eluting stent using nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide (N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) and verify its efficacy by <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I> assessment in a porcine coronary model. Various analytical approaches such as scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy, electron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and contact angle measurement were employed for the characterization. As a part of biocompatibility assessment, platelet adhesion and smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation were examined. Bare metal stent (BMS), N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> stent, everolimus-eluting N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> (N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>-EVL) stent, and commercialized EVL-eluting stent (EES) were randomly placed in forty coronary arteries in twenty pigs. After four weeks of implantation, the stents were subjected to histological and quantitative analysis. The N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> film used in this study was well coated without any cracks or peeling. Surface hydrophilicity (88.8% of angle decrement) could be associated with the decrease in surface roughness post N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> deposition (37.0%). The platelet adhesion on the N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> surfaces was less than that on the BMS surface. The proliferation of SMC was suppressed in the N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>-EVL group (30.2%) but not in the BMS group. In the animal study, the percent area restenosis was significantly decreased in the N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>-EVL group compared to that in the BMS group. The results (BMS; 47.0 ± 11.00%, N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>-EVL; 31.7 ± 10.50%, and EES; 29.1 ± 11.21%, <I>n</I> = 10, <I>p</I> < 0.05) were almost at par with those of the commercialized EVL-eluting stent. The introduction of N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> deposition during fabrication of polymer-free DES may be an efficient accessorial process for preventing in-stent restenosis and thrombosis.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> surfaces can help to reduce the platelet adhesion. </LI> <LI> In porcine model, N-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> everolimus decreased in-stent restenosis and fibrin deposition. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • In-direct localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR)-based nanosensors for highly sensitive and rapid detection of cortisol

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Over-secretion of cortisol from the adrenal cortex is closely related to acute and chronic stress; thus, rapid and sensitive detection of cortisol in serum is of critical importance for preventing the progression of stress-related diseases. The binding of a biological molecule to the surface of metallic nanoparticles changes the local refractive index and in turn induces a shift in the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) wavelength. Utilizing this phenomenon, we designed a novel disposable LSPR-based cuvette-type sensor for detecting cortisol in serum. The developed cuvette-type nanosensor consists primarily of an assembly of plastic unit sensors coated with gold nanoparticles on a single layer wherein cortisol-conjugated bovine serum albumin (BSA) is immobilized. In this system, a redshift in LSPR wavelength is induced by the binding of cortisol antibody onto cortisol-conjugated BSA immobilized on a gold nanoparticle surface in the nanosensor. In a competitive assay, the nanosensor could rapidly detect cortisol in both a PBS solution and serum (within 20 min) at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10,000 ng/mL (2.759–3 × 10<SUP>3</SUP> nmol/L), which is comparable to conventional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) which typically requires longer than 4 h and complex sample preparation. Thus, we demonstrated that the LSPR-based nanosensor system developed in this study can provide a useful toolkit for a rapid, highly sensitive and reliable detection of cortisol hormone in a commercially available manner.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Novel disposable LSPR-based cuvette-type sensor for detecting cortisol in serum. </LI> <LI> Rapid, convenient, and sensitive method for detecting cortisol hormone in serum. </LI> <LI> Detect cortisol in both PBS solution and serum within 20 min at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10,000 ng/mL. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • 衛生昆蟲에 대한 無公害農藥(昆蟲發育沮害劑)의 殺蟲機作 및 應用技術開發硏究

        In recently, much pesticides were used for control of agricultural and medical insects. The result of using pesticides were social problem because of environmental pollutions with pesticides in urban and farm village. The environmental pollutions were very serious. This experiment was conducted to eluciated of reduce to environmental pollution bring about using pesticides (organophosphates, carbamates, pyrethroids, and insect growth regulators) for control of medical insects(house fly, Musca domestica L and mosquito, culex pipiens pallens copuillett) and carried out the method of pest control. And the result are summarized as follows. The Kyongbuk house fly strain treated with pyriproxyfen on third instar larvae were very high mortality and low emergence. When use it, at the same time, we can reduce degree of environ-mental pollution and house fly populations. Using of imidan was effective in Seoul and Chungnam house fly strains. In mosquito larvae, the efficacy of icon to chungbuk strain, propoxur to Chungnam and Chungbuk strain, imidan to Kyongbuk strain, fenthion to Chungnam strain were excellent. In result of spraying imidan and icon on adult mosquitoes, the efficacy of icon was excellent than imidan. In esterase electrophoresis, third instar larvae of Chungnam house fly strain fed on artificial diet mixed with pyriproxyfen LC50 were very high activity of -Est-αl in early stage(second day after third instar larvae fed on diet), and the activity of Est-αl was very strong in late stage(se-vents day after third instar larvae fed on diet). In Kyongbuk strain, -Est-αl and Est-αl were detected in early and late stage, and activities of and -Est-αl and Est-αl were detected almost equally in late stage. It was very characteristic in this experiment. Third instar larvae fed on diet mixed with pyriproxyfen LC95 were detected -Est-αl and Est-αl almost equally. It was believed moulting control in insects. In electrophoresis with head, thorax, abdomen of house fly adult, -Est-α2 -Est-αl, Est-αl, Est-α2, Est-α3 were detected in abdomen in susceptible strain and only -Est-αl, was net detected in thorax -Est-αl, was detected in head, thorax and abdomen of Chungbuk strain and -Est-αl was detected in head, -Est-α2 in thorax of same strain. Activities of chitinase in late instar larvae of house flies fed on artificial diet mixed with pyrip-roxyfen LC50 and LC95, in pyriproxyfen LC95, analysised low and high again with the lapse of time in Kyongbuk strain. This was believed that the activity of chitinase was became high just before emergence. The result of filter paper test with mosquitoes were very high index(265) of esterase activity in Chungnam strain among all mosquito strains. In this reason, we can suppose that used pyrip-roxyfen (IGR) in Chungnam area for control pest. In this reason, it was more reasonable made use of pyriproxyfen than other pesticide in Chungnam area.

      • 제주민요 <서우젯소리>의 분석적 연구

        In this study I have concentrated on the musical characteristics of Cheju Islaild with reference to Soˇuje-sori which is well known as a representative folksong of Cheju. Soˇuje-sori has spread throughout the whole island as a farming song, a fishing song, and a entertainment song. The melody of this song can also be found in the shaman rituals. Folksong and shanman music are regarded as preserving the basic musical characteristics of a society. Therefore the musical stucture of Soˇuje-sori may be considered as representative of Cheju folksongs, since it seems to contain all the elements of Cheju folk music. In my study I analysed the melodic structure, and also the rhythmic patterns and musical forms of Soˇuje-sori. I selected 9 Soˇuje-sori from Han'guk u˘Minsok u˘mak-Chejudo pyoˇn; The Folkmusic in Kora-Cheju Island's Section for this study. Seven songs are in C major and two songs are in F major, but I used solmization for ease of comparison. I find preferable because Korean vocal tones do not share the intonation of Western music. One melody of Soˇuje-sori consist of 4 rhythmic cycles(changdan) in a 12/8 pattern. Thrse 4 rhythmic cycles alternate between solo-verse and chorus sections(meginu˘n-sori and pannu˘n-sori) in paired cycles-the former two are solo, and the latter two are chorus. Therefore I divided one melody into four phrases according to the rhythmic cycle, and gave a special number to each phrase. For example, each phrase is subdivided into 4;as 〔195-Ⅰ-메(Me)-앞(Ap)〕. 3. To explain this, 「195」 means own number in Han'guk u˘Minsok i˘mak-Chejudo pyo˘n; The Folkmusic in Kore-Cheju Island's Section,「1」 means the order of the melody, 「메(Me)」 means the solo section, and 「앞 (AP)」 indicates the 1st and 2nd phrases as shown in 〔EXAMPLE 1〕. ◁그림 삽입 ▷ (원문을 참조하세요) I also used the Koreall mensural notation (choˇnganbo) to record the melody line with a solmization. This notation comprises a set of 12 squares (choˇngan); a square is one beat. So Notation 1. is the transcription of the 9 songs which were selected from Han'guk u˘Minsok i˘mak-Chejudo pyo˘n; The Folkmusic in Kore-Cheju Island's Section-. In 〔Notation 1〕 we find some similar musical phrases which have similar melodic patterns. These patterns can be divided into several types as shown in 〔Notation 2〕. However 〔Notation 3〕 shows various strurutural melodies, for example, the most simple structure employs just one tone 「sol」, but the rather complex one has the structure 「sol- la-do-la-sol-mi」. Through detailed analysis, I found 23 kindrs of structural melodies and also identified a common structure 「do-la-sol」. Those 「do-la-sol」 structures are found mainly in the 1st, 2nd 4rd melodies But as an exception, different types of melody structure, either 「sol」 or 「sol-la」, appears in the 3rd phrase of each melody. In conclusion, the musical form of the So˘uje-sori is 「A-A-B-A」, 「A」 means the common melody structure 「do-la-sol」 and 「B」 is the exception.

        스티렌 폭로 근로자들의 기중 및 혈중 스티렌과 요중 만델산의 관계 분석

        The concentration of styrene in air in blood and mandelic acid in urine were checked for the 60 workers with normal liver function, exposed to styrene. Styrene in air were sampled with personal air sampler at least 4 hours and analyzed by gas chromatography. Blood and spot urine were collected at the end of shift with a vacuum tube and a polythylene bottle and analyzed by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Means of air and blood styrene and urine mandelic acid were 8.16 ppm(geometric mean), 0.199 mg/L, and 0.519 g/g creatinine, respectively. The concentration of styrene in air and mandelic acid in urine were high in the FRP factories and low in polymerization factory. Styrene in blood showed large difference by the working process. Styrene in air showed a good correlation with mandelic acid in urine(r=0.6369) and styrene in blood(r=0.6371). The mandelic acid in urine and styrene in blood corresponded to exposure of 50 ppm styrene were 0.890 g/g creatinine and 0.434 mg/L. However, hippuric acid in urine did not show any correlation with styrene in air. Urine mandelic acid excretion expected ratio showed a tendency to decrease according to obesity index and to increase with alcohol consumption.

      • 산업재해 환자의 삶의 질, 자살사고 및 우울증상

        연구목적 : 최근 산업재해(이하 산재) 및 교통사고 발생이 증가하면서 사고 후유증으로 치료받는 환자들이 늘어나고 있다. 산재를 포함한 각종 사고들은 환자의 신체적 상태를 변화시킬 뿐 아니라 이로 인한 사회적, 직업적, 경제적 문제들을 초래하게 되고 환자의 삶 전체를 변화시킬수 있다. 본 연구에서는 산재가 환자들에게 미치는 정신적 영향을 알아보기 위해 산재 환자들과 대조군에서 삶의 질, 자살사고 및 우울증상을 비교하였다. 방 법 : 연구대상은 1999년 12월 21일부터 12월 30일 사이에 경상남도 울산 마산·창원지역의 입원한 산재환자 169명이었고 정상 대조군은 울산의 공업단지 내 일반근로자 166명이었다. 평가군과 대조군 모두 남성이었고, 19세에서 60세였다. 모든 대상에서 일반 인구학적 특성, 삶의 질, 자살사고, 우울 증상을 평가하였고, 산재 환자군의 경우 사고일시, 사고원인, 치료기간, 손상부위를 추가로 조사하였다. 주관적 삶의 질은 한국판 스미스클라인 비챰 삶의 질척도로 평가하였고, 자살사고는 Beck의 자살사고(思考)척도로 평가하였으며, 우울증상은 PRIME-MD를 개선한 Patient Problem Questionaire의 우울증 척도로 평가하였다. 결 과 : 산재환자군과 대조군간 일반 인구학적 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이 없었다. 산재환자군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 삶의 질 척도 점수를 나타냈고, 유의하게 높은 자살사고와 우울증상을 나타냈다(p<.05). 산재환자군에서 연령, 결혼상태, 치료기간과 삶의 질 점수는 관련이 있었다. 30대 이상의 연령에서 유의하게 낮았고 10∼20대 연령에서 유의하게 높았으며, 미혼이거나 이혼, 별거중인 경우 유의하게 삶의 질 점수가 낮았고, 치료기간이 길수록 낮았다. 치료기간과 자살사고가 관련있었으며, 치료기간이 길수록 자살사고가 많았다. 산재환자군에서 손상부위에 따라 삶의 질 점수, 자살사고 점수와 우울증상이 유의한 관련이 있었다. 삶의 질 점수는 요추부 손상군에서 높았고, 경추부 손상군과 다발성 좌상환자군에서 낮았다(p<0.01). 자살사고 점수는 경추부손상군과 다발성 좌상 환자군에서 높았고, 요추부 손상군에서 낮았다(p<0.01). 연구 대상군에서 삶의 질 점수, 자살사고 점수, 우울증상간 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 결 론 : 본 연구 결과 산재환자들은 일반 근로자들과 비교하였을 때 삶의 질이 낮다고 느끼고 있었으며, 주관적으로 우울감과 자살사고를 많이 나타냈다. 따라서 산재로 인한 우울 및 자살등의 증상을 예방하기 위해서는 조기 정신과적 치료 중재가 반드시 필요하다고 생각된다. Objective : As the occupational and traffic accidents are increased, patients who are treated for complications of accidents have been increased in recent years. Accidents including industrial injury affect the physical state of the patients and make social, vocational, and economic problems, so that they can affect the whole life of the patients. We performed this study to compare subjective evaluation of quality of life, depressive symptoms, and suicide ideation in both industrial injury patients and control subjects in order to know how industrial injury affect patients in psychiatric aspect. Method : The subjects were 169 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria of industrial injury patients and 166 healthy control subjects. All subjects were male and their age is from 19 to 60 years old. Demographic variables, quality of life, depressive symptom, suicide ideation were assessed in subjects. The types of injury and duration of treatment were assessed in patients. The quality of life was measured using the Korean version of SmithKline Beecham 'Quality of Life' Scale(KvSBQOL), and the suicide ideation was measured using the Scale for Suicide Ideation(SSI), and the depressive symptom was measured using the Dpression scale of Patient Problem Questionaire(PPQ) which were devised from Primary Care Evaluation of Mental Disorder(PRIME-MD). Results : 1) There were no significant differences in the general demographic variables between industrial injury patients and control subjects. 2)Scores of KvSBQOL were significantly lower, and SSI and Depression scale of PPQ were significantly higher in the industrial injury patients than control subjects(p<0.05). 3) In industrial injury patients, there was a correlation between the age and the scores of KvSBQOL(p<0.01). The scores of KvSQOL were lowest in older than 30's, highest in 10's-20's. No significant correlation was recognized between the age and the suicide ideation, the depressive symptoms. Threre was a correlation between the marital status and the scores of KvSBQOL(p<0.01). In unmarried, divorced or separated state, the scores of KvSBQOL were significantly lower than married state. There was a correlation between the the duration of treatment and the scores of KvSBQOL, the suicide ideation. As the duration of treatment was longer, the scores of KvSBQOL were significantly lower(p<0.01), and the scores of SSI were significantly higher(p<0.01). 4) In industrial injury patients, there was a significant correlation between the type of injury nd the scores of KvSBQOL, the suicide ideation, and the depressive symptoms. The scores of KvSBQOL were highest in the L-spine injury patients, lowest in the C-spine injury and multiple contusion patients(p<0.01). The scores of SSI were higher in the C-spine injury and multiple contusion patients, lowest in the L-spine injury patients(p<0.01). 5) In subjects, there was significant correlation between the scores of KvSBQOL, the scores of SSI, and the Depression scale of PPQ. Conclusion : Industrial injury patients feel bad about the quality of life and have more depression and suicide ideation. As a results, psychiatric intervention is needed for prevention of depression and suicide due to industrial injury.

        세균독소로 자극시킨 사람 섬유아 세포에서의 Interleukin-6와 Interleukin-8의 생성

        Cytokines are hormone-like proteins which mediate and regulate inflammatory and immune responses. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is involved in the final differentiation of B cells into antibody-producing cells. Interleukin-8 (IL-8) is a neutrophil chemotactic factor that plays an important role in the recruitment of neutrophil to inflammatory loci. Inflammatory mediators by cells in the gingiva have been implicated in the initiation and progression of periodontitis and oral infection. The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS), staphylococcus enterotoxin B (SEB) on production ofIL-6 and IL-8 by human gingival and facial dermal fibroblasts. Primary cultured human gingival and facial dermal fibroblasts were incubated with LPS(0.01, 0.1, 1.0㎍/ml), SEB (0.01, 0.1, 1.0㎍/ml) or LPS (0.1㎍/ml) plus SEB (0.1㎍/ml). Culture supernatants were collected at 24, 48, and 72 hrs and assessed for IL-6 and IL-8 production by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. IL-6 production in gingival fibroblasts stimulated with LPS was higher than that with SEB. IL-6 production by double exposure with LPS plus SEB was amplified in comparison with single exposure of LPS or SEB. IL-6 production in facial demal fibroblasts was increased only by stimulation with a high concertration of LPS (1.0㎍/ml). Its production in facial dermal fibroblasts by exposure with SEB was decreased in comparison with control, nontreated cells. Therefore, gingival fibroblasts showed higher sensitivity than facial dermal fibroblasts in response to low concentration of LPS. Also, IL-6 production by double exposure with LPS plus SEB was amplified in comparison with single exposure of LPS or SEB.IL-6 production in facial dermal fibroblasts was increased only by stimulation with a high concentration of LPS(1.0㎍/ml). Its production in facial dermal fibroblasts by exposure with SEB was decreased in comparison with control, nontreated cells. Therefore, gingival fibroblasts showed higher sensitvity than facial dermal fibroblasts in response to low concentration of LPS. Also, IL-6 production by double exposure with LPS plus SEB was amplified in comparison with single exposure of LPS or SEB. IL-8 production in gingival fibroblasts was enhanced greatly only by stimulation of high concentration of LPS (1.0㎍/ml). That by exposure with SEB was increased only in 24 hrs cultivation. IL-8 production by double exposure with LPS plus SEB was amplified in comparison with single exposure of LPS or SEB. IL-8 production in facial dermal fibroblasts was decreased by LPS and increased only in 48 hrs cultivation by SEB. IL-8 production by double exposure with LPS plus SEB was enhanced only in 48 hrs cultivation in comparison with single exposure of LPS or SEB. therefore, IL-6 and IL-8 production were released at various quantities according to bacterial toxin applied and site of fibroblast harvested. These results suggest that gingival fibroblasts may be concerned with IL-6 and IL-8 related inflammatory response more than facial dermal fibroblasts.

      • 흰쥐에서의 Puromycin Aminonucleoside-유발 단백뇨에 대한 선택적 Thromboxane A₂수용체길항제, KT2-962의 효과

        The administration of puromycin aminonucleoside(PAN) to rats caused to nephrotic syndrome which characterized ascites, proteinurisa, hypoalbuminemia, and hyperlipidemia similar to those observed in human minimal change disease. Recently, several studies indicate that renal endogenous thromboxane(Tx) A₂may have an important role in pathophysiology of various renal disease. In this sutdy, we hafve examined the protective effct of a selective TxA₂receptor antagonist, KT2-962(KT2) on PAN-induced proteinuria in rats. Thus, male Wistar rats were given either daily subsutaneous injection of PAN, 20mg/kg, for 10 consecutive days from 3 days before to 7 days with PAN treatment. Urine was collectd, and body weight was measured in interval of 2 days during 2 weeks and urinary N-acetyl-β-Dglucosaminidase(NAG) activity as an index of renal tubular cell damage and urine protein were measured. In addition to measuring BUN, serum creatinine and creatinine clearance were measured to assess the degree of renal functional damage in 14th day. The results(Means SE) otained can be summarized as follows: 1)Body weight(gm) was progressively increased and gained about 46.4gm and 39.2gm on 2 weeks of treatment in the control and KT2 groups respectively. In constrast, there was weight loss about 27.4gm in the PAN group. But, it was increased about 23.2 gm in KT2+PAN grou and means that KT2 has significantly(p<0.05) suppressed weight loss by PAN. 2)Urine flow (ml/24 hours) was slightly increased in both control and KT2 groups during 2 weeks. But, it was significantly(p<0.05) increased after 7th groups during 2 weeks. But, it was significantly(p<0.05) increased after 7th day. But, concurrent administration of KT2 significantly(P<0.05) suppressed PAN-induced polyuria in KT2+PAN group. 3)Urinary protein(mg/24 hours0 was slightly increased in both control and KT2 groups. But, it was progressively increased and reached at the maximal level, 3.2 folds of initial level to 11th day and thereafter slightly reduced proteinuria to 14th day in the PAN group. In contrast, KT2 cotreatment with PAN was significantly(P<0.05) suppressed PAN-induced proteinuria in the KT2+PAN group. 4)Urinary NAG activity was markedly increased and reached to maximal level, 122.03 18.53 U/mg of urine creatinine, 12.7 folds of initial by day 9 and thenafter progressively decreased to 5.4 folds of initial level by day 14 in the PAN group. But, when KT2 was administered with PAN, it was significantly depressed its increment to day 13. But, it was reached to maximal level, 99.05 42.55, 12.7 folds of inital level much than PAN group. This result indicated that KT2 had a partial preventive effect on PAn-induced renal tubular cell damage. 5)The BUN and serum creatinine level(mg/dl) were significantly(p<0.05) increased from initial level, 18.48 1.28 and 0.50 0.03 to 118.42 41.34 and 1.66 0.27 respectively, and creatinine clearance(ml/min) was significantly(P<0.05) decreased from initial level, 0.44 0.02 to 0.28 0.07 by day 14 by PAN treatment. But, when PAN was given together with KT2, the increment of BUN and serum creatinine except for creatinine clearance were significantly(P<0.05) inhibited in the KT2+PAN group. Based on all these results obtained in this study, it is concluded that the coadministration of KT2-962 with PAN can be ingibited protein excretion in urine and suggested that endogenous TxA₂would take part in PAN-induced proteinuria in rats.

        This thesis attempts to study on research of the corelation to variation of per age and the factor of physique. In order to research for the height of center of gravity and the rate of center of gravity, I had selected 4.189 students who attended kindergarten, public school, middle school, high school. and college in Jun Buk province and analyzed sex and each ege. The results are as followings; 1. It was shown the Table 3 ~ 9 of the corelation of variation of center of gravity and it's relation to the physique factors (body height, body weight, chest girth, lower limb length and Rohrer's Index) by sex and age. 2. The boys was higher than girls on the height of center of gravity (women are higher than men are only at 11 age) and the difference was remarkable with increasing ages. 3. It was shown the top in the case of 11-12 age boys (5.9cm) and 10-11age girls (4.7cm) in the increasing development per on the height of center of gravity. 4. There was a remarkable difference between men and women in the rate center of gravity, the range was from 56.0 to 57.0% and both men women was decreased until 12 age, since then, it was gradually increasing and 56.7% in the case of men and 56.4% in women. Men was higher than women was by 0.3%. 5. It was shown range from r=+0.609 to=+0.861 in the case of men, ranging from r=+0.601 to r=+0.880 (P<0.001) in women on the corelation to the height of center of gravity and body height, the taller men were higher than the other, this relation was remarkable at 10-11 age. 6. It was shown range from r=+0.384 to r=+0.607 in the case of men, range from r=+0.386 to r=+p.577 (p<0.001) in women on the corelation to the height of center of gravity and body weight, and the heavy-weighted persons was higher than the others was in the height of center of gravity but this relation was smaller than the case of body height and the degree was remakable after 14 age. 7. It was shown range from r=+0.310 to r=+0.691 in the case of men, range from r=+0.294 to r=+0.588 (0.001<p<0.01) in women on the corelation to the height of center of gravity and chest girth, as the result of it, we can understand that persons with large chest girth are greater in the height of center of gravity. This relation was distinguished in yonger boys and girls, and men were higher than women. 8. It was shown range from r=+0.677 to r=+0.765 in the case of men, range from r=+0.479 to r=+0.712 (p<0.001) in women on the corelation to lower limb length and the height of center of gravity, persons with longer lower limb length was higher in height of center of gravity, and this relation was distinguished than other factors. 9. It was shown range from r=-0.103 to r=-0.522 in the case of men, range from r=-0.218 to r=-0.436 (0.001<p<0.02) in women on the corelation to Rohrer's Index and the height of center of gravity, persons who had higher Rohrer's Index was lower in height of center of gravity, and this relation was remarkable in the case of yonger boys and girls.
