        포스트모던 관광의 지속가능성에 관한 연구

        Postmodern tourism has been conceived as environmentally-friendly tourism and thus sustainable tourism. In reality, however, postmodern tourism tends to have a negative impact on the environment and lives of indigenous people. The purpose of this study is to analyze sustainability of so-called postmodern tourism and to suggest a new direction for postmodern tourism through a case study of Ahbu Oh-Rum in Jeju Island. The case study suggests that economic benefits to and social-cultural impacts on the indigenous people of the development of postmodern tourism in Ahbu oh-rum is very few, while environmental destruction has been increased. For instance, soil erosion resulted from trampling is found in many slopes, and a number of cows are infertile due to tourists' interference. As a result, indigenous p대ple, especially who work at a meadow, prohibit tourists from visiting their meadow because of tourists' negative impact on cows. The case study also finds that Ahbu Oh-Rum destination lucks or destination management systems to conserve the environment of the destination and basic facilities such as tourist roads, visitors centers, and interpretation services for tourists. Therefore, the destination management systems and the basic facilities are necessary to improve the sustainability of postmodern tow-ism in terms of economic revenue and conservation of the environment.

        Protective Effects of Portulaca oleracea L. Extract against Matrix Metalloproteinase Production and Reactive Oxygen Species Generation Induced by Ultraviolet B Radiation in Human Keratinocytes

        쇠비름(Portulaca oleracea.L)은 쇠비름과에 속하는 한해살이풀로서 리놀렌산과 같은 불포화지방산, 페놀성 화합물, 플라보노이드, 비타민 C, 미네랄 함량이 높은 것으로 보고되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 쇠비름 추출물을 이용하여 UVB를 조사한 인간각질형성세포에서 광노화 억제능을 확인하였다. Matrix metalloproteinases는 세포의 기질을 분해하는 효소로 MMP-1는 collagenase, MMP-2와 MMP-9는 gelatinases로 피부 진피층을 구성하는 type Ⅰ collagen을 분해시키는데 영향을 미친다. UVB를 조사한 인간각질형성세포에서 쇠비름 추출물을 처리했을 때 MMP-1, -2, -9의 발현이 감소하였으며, type Ⅰ procollagen의 발현은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 쇠비름 추출물을 처리한 군에서 UV에 의한 ROS 생성이 감소하였는데 이는 Nrf-2의 활성화를 통한 항산화 인자 SOD-1과 OH-1의 발현 증가로 인해 세포내 ROS 생성이 감소한 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 통해 쇠비름 추출물이 UVB를 조사한 인간각질형성세포에서 MMP 인자 및 항산화 인자의 발현 조절을 통해 광노화로부터의 세포 보호능을 가지는 것을 확인하였으며 나아가 화장품 소재로서의 개발 가능성을 확인하였다. Portulaca oleracea L. is an edible plant widely consumed in daily diet throughout Europe, Asia and America. In this study, protective effects of P. oleracea L. extracts against oxidative stress and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activity induced by ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation were investigated using HaCaT immortal human keratinocytes. In this context, the mRNA and protein productions of MMPs (MMP-1, -2, and -9) and type I procollagen, which are major markers of photoaging induced by UVB radiation in HaCaT keratinocytes, were evaluated. Furthermore, UVB-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and mRNA and protein expression levels of superoxide dismutase-1 (SOD-1), oxygenase-1 (OH-1), and nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor-2 (Nrf-2), all of which are associated with the antioxidant balance, were investigated. As shown by the results, UVB radiation induced ROS formation and led to increased production of MMPs and decreased collagen production in human keratinocytes, which resulted in skin photoaging or photodamage. The treatment with P. oleracea L. extracts downregulated MMP (MMP-1, -2, and -9) production and upregulated type I procollagen expression in UVB-induced HaCaT cells. Furthermore, treatment with the extracts decreased UVB-induced ROS generation and increased the expression of antioxidant enzymes, such as SOD-1 and OH-1, through the Nrf-2 pathway. Taken together, these results suggest that P. oleracea L. extracts could be a potential cosmeceutical agent for the prevention of skin photoaging or photodamage.

        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

        김창협의 서발류(序跋類) 문장(文章)에 나타난 문장기법 연구

        This dissertation to analyze and research about the Seobarlu in the literary work of Nongarm Kim Chang-hyub for mainly Suk-jong year in the late Choson Dynasty, sentence technique of Nongarm prose lead and the reporter the superiority and a artiness to investigate the fact that does is goal. The Seobarlu sentence describes reason·interpretation·evaluation·character etc. about writing oneself or writing the others is a writing which attaches on the front and after of the book. The Seobarlu sentences of Kim Chang-hyub are not visible 『Yeohansibgamuncho』. Then the Nongarm sentences are the possibility of seeing with the literature which does not have a superior feature. But the Seobarlu sentence will have one style with that oneself and will be to come to be described, preface and epilogue will become the criticizing door of that collection of works respectively and to the case which will be a prose house will become the prose criticism, to the case which will be a husband`s house means that becomes the comment. Consequently, criticizing technique of sentence leads time about literature of the Nongarm and that the value which is important as is a place which becomes known has must see. He first had a general logic and the technique which builds a proposition he used. The standard of evaluation is proper with the general logic which all recognizes and to present to build a proposition is. Second, he had a fact and he pursued the propriety of logic. About writer had a fact and corresponded led and that was superior and put out indolently with a logic. Three, borrowed the old thing and the technique which distinguishes a now used. Referred the general term of the Chinese literature which becomes known already widely and satirized proves a logic a present time. Four, he abide an affection sent ing and he emphasized a logic. Fact and relating with a sky and relating with a loyalty, did and one and because this affection liking a thing being deep, with nature becoming saying, did. Fifth, distinguished a subject again from end of the writing and the technique which mixes up a main subject used. Turns over a till now logic and new initiative, does and discusses from before the event which again and refers praises, does and distinguishes is a subject. The technique of various branch sentence being developed, according to the logic flows the water to be naturally developed and the individual does not make know and oneself is making indulge, this will be feature of the Nongarm sentence rightly, superiority and artiness will be the possibility of saying.

        방사선 수술시 경험적 표적 근사화에 근거한 최적화 방법 개선

        정위적 방사선수술(stereotactic radiosurgery, SRS)은 한번에 고선량의 방사선을 병변에 조사하는 방사선 치료법으로 단 한번의 조사로 고선량의 방사선이 환자에게 주어지므로 정확한 수술계획의 수립이 필요하다. 현재, 수술계획은 수술계획자에 의해 직접 시행착오를 거듭하며 수립되고 있으며 이로 인해 계획의 재연성과 신뢰성에 문제가 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험적 표적 근사화에 근거한 오등의 연구방법을 바탕으로 각 단계를 개선하여 더 나은 수술계획 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 주어지는 병소의 다양한 모양을 동일한 높이의 원통을 사용해 근사화하고, 각각의 원통의 중심점의 위치와 지름에 의해 주변의 원통과 하나로 결합시켰다. 그 후 각각의 원통 내에 등선량중심점(Isocenter)을 모사한 구를 미리 정의된 규칙에 의해 채워 나갔다. 두 개의 가상 표적을 이용해 기존 알고리듬과 본 연구에서 개선한 알고리듬을 이용해 최적화를 수행하였다. 그 결과 두 개의 가상 표적에서 PITV (proscription isodose to tumour volume ratio)와 MDPD (maximum dose to prescription dose ratio)의 별다른 차이가 보이지 않았으며, 사용된 구의 수를 각각 $36\%$, $26\%$ 줄일 수 있었다. 원통과 구형을 이용한 이러한 기법은 정위적 방사선 수술시 수술 계획자에게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is a technique to deliver a high dose to a target region and a low dose to a critical organ through only one or a few irradiation. The SRS must be planned exactly. Currently the surgery plan is peformed by trial and error method. There are many questions about the reliability and reproducibility of the plan result. This study Improve each step of the Oh's method based on heuristic target shaping to obtain the better result. The target was reconstructed using cylinders with same height and the neighbored cylinders were combined according to the difference of each center and diameter. Then, spheres were packed within each cylinders by the packing rules. Two virtual targets were used to compare this method with Oh's method. As a result, the numbers of isocenter were successfully reduced - more than $35\%$ and $26\%$ - without serious differences of proscription isodose to tumour volume ratio (PITV) and maximum dose to proscription dose ratio (MDPD). This technique using cylinder piling and sphere packing will be a helpful tool to planner in stereotactic radiosurgery.

        The acoustic properties of 2 kHz difference frequency wave generated from a parametric acoustic array in air were experimentally studied in an anechoic chamber. The mean primary frequency is 17 kHz. To eliminate pseudosound of the difference frequency produced directly by the primary waves at the microphone face, an acoustic filter was used for the experiment. The sidelobeless narrow beam of the difference frequency sound shows that a parametric acoustic array is one of the most feasible research tools for the study of scattering and target strength.

        In this paper we have described on the characteristics of the remote control system for auxiliary machinery of ship and we tried to research for improvement method using the infra-red rays remote control system. 1. We could be changed the remote control system for the solenoid operated 3 port valve of oil motor, instead of the hand operated stream-flow control systems for the auxiliary machinery(trawl winch, fishing & deck winch etc. ). 2. In order to the improvement of reliability and accuracy, the infra-red rays remocon system are composed of the wireless receiver, portable type transmitter and prevent against trouble that the interference for various of other infra-red rays, and has choose the PPM system. 3. also we intended to get stability and reliability for control system driving in good condition against troubles, A) For the purpose to prevent the interference and abnormal operations, it has made additions to keycode and custum-code of data and select inversion transfer system. B) In order to reduce the power consumption to minimum, the switch has canceled the electric source. 4. The omni-directional antenna system has arrange four pair parallel photo-diodes, so we could be able to control for omni-directional part using the portable type transmitter.

        족부 재건에 유리조직이식술의 응용

        Over the past 7 years we have used five sources of free fla tissue transfers in 16 patients to reconstruct defects of the foot. These included groin, instep, dorsalis pedis, latissimus dorsi, axallary free flap. In these, not only skin flap but also tendocutaneous, osteocutaneous flaps were applied. All except two cases were successful in restoration of form and improvement of function. From an analysis of these cases, we have developed indications for various transfers based on the functional needs of the area involved. For the reconstruction of dorsum of the foot, the groin flaps were suitable in need of bones, and latissimus dorsi muscle flap with split thickness skin graft were suitable in need of tendon reconstruction. This method of reconstructions should be considered when loncal tissuese are not suitable for foot reconstruction.
