지역농협의 효율적인 경제사업 운영을 위해서는 경제사업을 실행하는 지역농협 부서 간의 유기적인 연계와 협력이 필요하다. 지역농협 경제사업은 지도과와 구매과, 판매과를 중심으로 운영되는데, 각 부서 간의 정보와 업무는 유기적으로 결합될 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 경제사업 각 부서에서 발생되는 정보가 정보통신기술을 통해 각 부서에 효율적으로 전달되고 활용되는 과정에 대한 실증사례 연구에 주안점을 둔다. 안성원예농협의 사례를 통해 경제사업 부서 간 연계모델이 추진된 배경과 개념, 초기 실패사례를 통해 새롭게 구성된 경제사업 연계모델의 창출과정과 결과물을 살펴보고 그 의미를 평가해 본다. For the effective management of economic business on agricultural cooperatives (Nonghyup (NH)), association and coordination between local NHs’ departments that implement economic business are crucial. The economic business on local NHs is managed on guidance, purchasing, and sales departments (APC). For the successful performance of the business, sharing information between each department and being coordinated in each business area is needed. The goal of this study is to deal with information sharing effects of each departments using information and communication technology (ICT). The study examines the Anseong Horticultural Cooperative story, which is known to have a successful model on association and coordination between departments. During our study, the researchers dealt with the background and vision of the establishment and failure story at initial stage. In addition, the study evaluated their historical performances and found implications on their business model.
Electrothermal Soft Manipulator for Ultrathin Tissue and Electronics Transport

Recently, molecular or living cell-based thin materials with unique microstructure, properties, and functionality have been extensively studied for their uses in various applications. However, it is difficult to transport and manipulate thin materials with a thickness of around 0.001 mm safely without deforming or damaging them. To overcome this challenge, this talk will present an electrothermal manipulation bot. Our manipulator bot consists of a thermo-responsive hydrogel with aligned microchannels and a flexible electrical heating array that converts electricity to heat. The thermos-responsive hydrogel layer was fabricated to present microchannels, which can shrink and expand within 10 seconds in response to an electrothermal signal. The subsequent pressure change along the microchannels enables the manipulation bot to lift, hold, and deliver any thin cell sheets and electronic sensor arrays, like a cephalopods suction cup controlled by a bioelectric signal.
Automatic Upright Adjustment of Photographs With Robust Camera Calibration

<P>Man-made structures often appear to be distorted in photos captured by casual photographers, as the scene layout often conflicts with how it is expected by human perception. In this paper, we propose an automatic approach for straightening up slanted man-made structures in an input image to improve its perceptual quality. We call this type of correction upright adjustment. We propose a set of criteria for upright adjustment based on human perception studies, and develop an optimization framework which yields an optimal homography for adjustment. We also develop a new optimization-based camera calibration method that performs favorably to previous methods and allows the proposed system to work reliably for a wide range of images. The effectiveness of our system is demonstrated by both quantitative comparisons and qualitative user study.</P>
Changing Relationships between Education and Marriage among Korean Women

Using the data from the 1-percent microdata sample of 2010 Census (N = 107,741), we examine changing relationships between education and first marriage across Korean women of three birth cohorts born in 1951-60, 1961-70, and 1971-80. We apply discrete-time hazard models to the person-year data, allowing the effect of women’s educational attainment on the risk of marriage to fully vary across cohorts and over duration. Women of younger cohorts have increasingly delayed and forgone marriage regardless of educational levels. However, the trend toward later and less marriage has been particularly significant among the lowest educated. In the result, for the youngest cohort, the percentage of women who remained single by the age 39 is highest at both ends of educational attainment. This contrasts the pattern among the oldest cohort where there was a linearly negative relationship between education and marriage, consistent with the findings in other East Asian countries.

Pristine and 4.35 V charged-state particles of the Li1.0Ni0.88Co0.08Mn0.04O₂ lithium–ion battery (LIB) cathode material were cross-sectioned by the focused-ion-beam method to allow the acquisition of spatially resolved Ni L₃-edge, Co L₃-edge, Mn L₃-edge, and O K-edge X-ray absorption spectra by scanning transmission X-ray microscopy with a spatial resolution of ~30 ㎚. The Co L₃-edge and the Mn L₃-edge spectra, respectively, displayed almost the same features throughout the particles for both the pristine-state and charged-state samples. The average oxidation states of the Co and Mn ions were estimated to be ~3+ and ~4+, respectively. The Ni L₃-edge and O K-edge spectra included different features, depending on the charge state and intra-particle location. The estimated average oxidation state of the Ni ions ranged from ~2.7+ to ~3.0+ for the pristine-state sample (space-averaged value: ~2.9+) and from ~2.7+ to ~3.5+ for the charged-state sample (space-averaged value: ~3.3+). A correlation was observed between the changes in the features of the O K-edge and Ni L₃-edge. These results would provide important implications for the development of high-performance LIBs.
