      • 가막사리(Bidens tripartita L.)와 미국가막사리(Bidens frondosa L.) 종자의 발아에 미치는 몇가지 요인

        The experiments were conducted to determine the factors such as light and darkness, phytohormone and seed coat, influencing on seed germination of Bidens tripartita L. and B. frondosa. The seeds of both species were germinated when seed coat was damaged and weakened GA3 and BA stimulated germination of both species but ABA and IAA had no effect on germination of them, which ranged 50.0% to 80.0%. In B. forndosa, when inner layer of seed coat was removed, germination was highly promoted up to 96.7% compared with 10.0% germination rate in another treatments.

      • 길랑-바레 증후군으로 초래된 기립보행불능증:증례보고

        기립보행불능증 (astasia-abasia)은 양호한 근력과 운동기능을 가지고 있음에도 서거나 걷는 것이 불가능한 것을 말한다. 이것은 흔히 정신적인 질환으로 간주되지만 기질적인 원인들도 보고되고 있다. 보행영역은 근육과 말초 신경 뿐 아니라 전정-소뇌-시상-피질 연결고리의 되먹임 작용에 의한 연계가 필요하다. 우리는 길랑-바레 증후군을 가진 환자에게서 나타났던 기립보행불능증을 경험하였고, 신경염 과 함께 보행 영역 연결의 붕괴가 증상 발생과 연관이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

      • 초등교사의 과학교과교육학지식과 학생의 과학불안도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between elementary school teacher``s science pedagogical knowledge level and student’s science anxiety. The study encompassed four schools in Seoul and Gwangju involving 5th and 6th grade students. It was to investigate their science pedagogical knowledge and science anxiety. Pedagogical questionnaires using Park Sung Hye``s questionnaires(2003) and science anxiety questionnaire using SAMS(1992) were utilized. The survey results were correlated using the SPSS 12.0 analysis program. The main conclusions of this study revealed the following: First, science pedagogical knowledge is associated with teachers`` major. Science pedagogical knowledge level of those who majored in science or engineering was slightly higher than the teachers who majored in humanities or social arts. Second, with science anxiety, both grade level and gender were indicators of significant differences. There was a tendency for the 6th grade and/or female students to have higher science anxiety and for it to be lower in 5th grade and/or male students respectively. Finally, There was a negative correlation between the teacher``s science pedagogical knowledge levels and students`` science anxiety. Through the above studies, the relationship between science pedagogical knowledge level of teachers and science anxiety of students were confirmed. Science teachers want their students to learn science while maintaining a low level of science anxiety. If teachers increase their science pedagogical knowledge level in order to reduce the students`` burden of learning content, the students`` reduced learning anxiety will increase learning satisfaction.

        치차로스의 <시적인 순간> 중 ‘철새’, ‘블루스 왈츠’, ‘나비 래그타임’, ‘서부기차’ 분석 및 교수법적 제안

        치차로스(Christos Tsitsaros, b. 1961)는 미국 일리노이 대학교의 피아노 교수학과 교수이며, 피아노 교육용 작품을 많이 작곡하였다. 본 논문은 국내에 잘 알려지지 않은 그의 작품에 대한 정보를 제공하고 한정된 레퍼토리의 선택지를 넓히는데 기여하고자 그의 교육용 피아노 작품인 <시적인 순간>에 나타난 음악적 특징을 살펴보았으며, 중급 학생들에게 효과적인 교수방법을 제시하였다. <시적인 순간>은 총 8곡으로 구성되어있으며 이 중 ‘철새’, ‘블루스 왈츠’, ‘나비 래그타임’, ‘서부기차’를 살펴보았다. ‘철새’는 편안하고 서정적이며 아르페지오와 당김음 페달 교육에 효과적이다. ‘블루스 왈츠’는 불분명한 조성감으로 몽환적 분위기를 자아내며 리듬적 유연함을 배울 수 있다. ‘나비 래그타임’은 스윙 리듬과 다양한 아티큘레이션의 표현을 공부할 수 있다. ‘서부기차’는 빠르고 긴장감을 유발하는 곡으로 다양한 페달의 사용을 습득할 수 있다. 이 곡들은 길이가 짧고 단순하며, 다양한 음악양식과 재즈적인 요소를 지니고 있어 중급 학생들이 흥미롭게 학습할 수 있다. 본 논문을 통해 더 많은 교육용 레퍼토리가 확대되고 그의 교육용 피아노 작품들에 대한 관심과 연구가 이어지길 기대한다. Christos Tsitsaros(b. 1961) is a Professor of Piano Pedagogy at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, IL in the United States, and has composed many educational piano pieces. On the purpose of providing information on his compositions, which are not well known in Korea, and contributing to expand educational piano repertoire, this article examines the musical features of his < Poetic Moments > and suggests effective teaching methods for intermediate level students. < Poetic Moment > consists of a total of 8 character pieces: ‘Migrating Birds’, ‘Blues Valsette’, ‘Butterfly Rag’, and ‘Westbound Train’ among them were investigated. ‘Migrating Birds’ is easy to listen, lyrical and effective for polishing arpeggio skills and syncopated pedaling. ‘Blues Valsette’ creates a dreamy atmosphere with complex harmonies and students may learn rhythmic flexibility. ‘Butterfly Rag’ employs swing rhythm and diverse articulations. ‘Westbound Train’ has fast running tempo increasing tension and good for learning various pedaling. Each piece is short and simple attracting intermediate level students’ interest by conveying various musical styles and jazz elements. Through this article, I hope that more educational repertoire will be expanded and interest and research on Tsitsaros’ educational piano compositions will continue.

        화병환자의 분노와 우울정도에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of study was to extend the understanding and knowledge of hwa-byung by identify the relationship between anger and depression level in hwa-byung patients. Method: The subjects in this study were 69 hwa-byung patients who hwa-byung clinic in oriental hospital. The data were collected through the personal interviews with questionnaires and the period for data collection was from March. to June. 2001. The tools of the measurement were the anger scale that developed by Spielberg and translated by June, et al. The tools of the measurement were the Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D) that developed by Radloff and translated by Shin. The data was analyzed by the SPSS computer program that included the descriptive statistics, χ2-test, t-test, ANOVA and pearson correlation. Result: 1. The mean score for anger was 17.4, 24.9, and the mean score of depression was 20.3. 2. There was the significant difference in the score for anger according to the age(t=7.02, p=.000), the marital status(t=3.34, p=.001), the average monthly income(t=5.48, p=.000), the occupation (t=2.18, p=.031). 3. There was the significant difference in the score for depression according to the age(t=3.58, p=.016), education(t=6.35, p=.002), the average monthly income(t=11.37, p=.000), 4. Anger in Hwa-byung patients showed significant correlation with depression level(r=.405, p=.000). Conclusion: From this study, a relationship between anger and depression in hwa-byung patients was identified. Therefore, nursing interventions are needed to assessment anger and depression level with hwa-byung patients.

        Seo Shin Hye. 2002. A Study on the JeongUiNeo(貞義女) in the <SamHanSueoYou(三韓拾遺). In this research, I would like to explain that the story of jeongUiNyeo in <SanHanSuepYou> can read on various way. The <Samhansuepyou> is a full length noverl written in Chinese letter in 1814. The story of JeongUiNyeo is a one of the <SamHamSuepYou>'s episode. JeongUiNyeo is a mermber of the lower class, but she suicided by throwing gerself into Nakdong river for right and faith. She was officially recognized as a virtuous woman by the Government. This story show JeongUiNyeo is a virtuous woman. Also in this story, she show her wonderful skill on the reception aspects of classical books and modification. Yoryangja(繞樑子) that live in a southern district, explained the meaning of JeongUiNyeo's remarks and her action in the ship. So people understood how she had wonderful skill on the reception aspects of classical books and modification. KimsoHeang(金紹行) who wrote this novel, was thought JeongUiNyeo is himself and her dbility is his ability. And he want that he become known on the world as JeongUiNyeo became known. So a story of JeongUiNyeo also can read that writer wrote for show his ability to Chosun dynasty(朝鮮王朝).

        Impact of lifestyle factors on trends in lipid profiles among Korean adolescents: the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys study, 1998 and 2010 Shin-Hye

        Purpose: Only a few studies have explored nationwide trends in lipid profiles among Asian adolescents. We aimed to assess trends in lipid profiles and the associated lifestyle factors among Korean children. Methods: We analyzed data for 2,094 adolescents who were aged 10-18 years and had participated in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys in 1998 and 2010. Results: During 1998-2010, the prevalence of obesity significantly increased in boys, but no changes were observed in girls. Over this period, there was a small but significant decrease in the mean lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol level in boys (1998, 87.5 mg/dL; 2010, 83.6 mg/dL; P=0.019) and mean triglyceride levels in girls (1998, 90.8 mg/dL; 2010, 85.8 mg/dL; P=0.020). There were no significant changes in the prevalence of dyslipidemia in boys, but a modest decrease was noted in girls (1998, 25.1%; 2010, 18.3%; P=0.052). During the study period, the prevalence of breakfast skipping decreased, whereas that of regular exercise increased in both groups. Daily total energy intake did not change between these years. In multivariable logistic regression analyses, breakfast skipping was associated with increased risk of hyper-LDL-cholesterolemia in boys (odds ratio [OR], 5.77) and hypertriglyceridemia (OR, 2.27) in girls. Regular exercise was associated with decreased risk of hypo-HDL-cholesterolemia (OR, 0.40) in boys. Conclusion: Although the prevalence of obesity in boys increased, favorable or constant trends in lipid profiles were observed among Korean adolescents during 1998-2010. Decrease in breakfast skipping and increase in regular exercise may have contributed to these trends.

        일반 : 칼빈의 언약 사상에 나타난 믿음과 행위의 관계에 대한 이해 -아브라함의 언약을 중심으로-

        릴백(Peter A. Lillback)은 칼빈의 창세기 17장 주석을 통해서 칼빈의 언약 사상에 나타난 조건성과 상호성을 논증하였다. 이 결과는 한편으로는 창세기 15장에 나타난 하나님 측에서의 일방적인 언약의 특성과 모순을 다룬 반면, 다른 한편으로 이것은 창세기 22장의 행위 언약의 토대를 제공한다. 그러므로 본 논문은 칼빈이 창세기 15장과 17장에 나타난 아브라함의 언약이 지닌 일방성과 상호 조건성의 관계를 어떻게 설명하고 있는지 살펴보는 것을 그 목적으로 삼았다. 창세기 15장에서 칼빈이 언약의 주체이자 인간의 행복한 삶을 주관하는 하나님께서 인생의 최정점에 있는 아브라함에게 다가와 그와 언약을 맺었다는 사실에 주목하였다. 이 맥락에서 아브라함에게 내재되어 있는 본성적인 죄의 속성에 주목함으로써 칼빈이 창세기 12장에서 아브라함이 이미 하나님을 믿었음에도 불구하고 칭의를 필요로 하는 존재라는 점을 드러내었다. 이를 토대로 칼빈이 믿음과 칭의를 구분하고 있다는 것을 도출하였다. 창세기 17장 주석에서는 아브라함을 부르시는 화자로서의 하나님의 속성을 서술하여 하나님과 아브라함과의 관계를 강조함으로써 하나님의 언약이 지닌 상호성을 드러내고 있음을 보였다. 이로써 제기되는 17장과 15장의 모순을 칼빈은 하나님의 속성과 더불어 17장의 언약은 15장의 언약에 대한 확증에 불과하다는 논지로 이를 극복하고 있다는 점을 제시하였다. 이러한 논리는 언약과 약속을 개념적으로 구분한 칼빈의 사고에 토대를 둘 때 그 의미가 분명하게 드러남을 입증하였다. 칼빈의 창세기 22장 주석에서 아브라함을 시험하시는 하나님의 본성 자체가 지닌 모순을 하나님의 신실하신 사랑과 권능에 대한 아브라함의 믿음으로 극복하고 있음을 나타내었다. 여기에서 아브라함의 행위에 대한 보상으로서의 언약의 특성이 나타나는데, 이 문제를 칼빈은 17장에서와 유사하게 15장과의 연속성에서 해결하고 있음을 보였다. 이 연속성의 관점에서 칼빈이 앞서 먼저 이룬 하나님의 은혜의 언약이 행위에 전가됨으로써 행위의 의무적 조건을 이루었다는 결론을 도출하였다. 칼빈의 창세기 주석을 분석하여 다음의 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 칼빈은 인간의 본성이 지닌 죄로부터 의롭다 칭함을 받는 것과 믿음을 구분한다. 둘째, 하나님의 언약은 종말론적 차원을 포함하며 하나님은 역사적 과정에서 약속을 통해서 그 언약을 이루어 가신다. 이러한 맥락에서 창세기 15장, 17장 그리고 22장에 나타난 아브라함의 역사는 하나님의 언약이 성취되어가는 약속의 역사로 드러난다. 칼빈의 주석에서 그는 종말론적 차원에서의 언약이라는 거대 구조 아래서 믿음과 행위의 관계를 역사적으로 그 언약을 성취해 나가는 과정으로 이해하고 있기 때문에 그 역사에서 나타나는 믿음과 행위의 시간적 선후 관계의 문제는 그 의미를 잃게 된다. 다만 인간의 본질적인 죄로부터 자유를 얻게 되는 칭의와 하나님의 언약은 구체적으로 인간의 믿음과 행위에 근거한 응답을 통해서 이루어 가신다는 사실만이 부각될 뿐이다. Calvin`s Understanding of the Relationship between Faith and Works in his Thought of Covenant - Abraham`s Covenant in Genesis - Shin-Hye Yang (Anyang University) Peter A. Lillback demonstrates the mutuality and conditionality of Calvin`s covenant thought in his Genesis-commentary, Chapter 17. However, this result is, on the one hand, in direct contradiction to Chapter 15, Genesis. On the other hand, it provides the foundation for the binding of God with activity in Chapter 22. This paper, therefore, aims at showing how Calvin explains the relationship between Chapter 15 and 17 in his Genesis-commentary; in other words, how he explains the relationship between a one-sided and mutual covenant character. In Chapter 15, Calvin takes notice that God as the subject of the covenant and the source of a happy life is coming up to Abraham in his best life. This raises the problem of the relationship between faith and justification in connection with the Chapter 12 of Genesis. Calvin approaches this relationship through the sinfulness as nature of human. Calvin differentiates faith from justification. Calvin shows the mutuality and conditionality of God`s covenant by describing God as the speaker and by stressing the relationship between God and Abraham in his commentary Chapter 17. In addition, he argues God`s covenant consists of two: declaration of God`s gracious love and a sincere effort of people for perfection. It means that there is an obvious continuity between Chapter 17 and 15. Calvin demonstrates the former as a confirmation of the covenant of the latter. His logic is based on a conceptual distinction between covenant and promise. In Chapter 22, Calvin presents that Abraham overcomes the contradiction of God`s nature by his faith of His sincere love and power. Here God`s covenant displays as a reward for Abraham`s behavior. Calvin solves this problem like in Chapter 17, by showing the relationship between Chapter 22 and 15. According to Calvin, God`s covenant of grace in Chapter 15 contributes to the very acting of Abraham, which fulfills God`s covenant. A comprehensive analysis of Calvin`s Genesis-commentary is as follows. First of all, Calvin differentiates between faith and justification. It means that the believers also must be justified from sinfulness of human nature despite their faith in God. Second, the covenant implies eschatological dimension, and God fulfills it with promise in human`s history. In this context, Abraham`s covenant in Chapter 15, Chapter 17 and Chapter 22 in Genesis presents the fulfillment of God`s covenant. Therefore, the temporal successive relationship of beliefs and practices will lose its meaning on the level of large-scale structure of the eschatological covenant. It is highlighted that the believers should be justified from a sin, and God`s covenant is fulfilled through their responses of acting based on faith.
