사이코패스 유영철 시의 의식 변화 연구

이글은「살인중독」(이은영, 2005)에 나타난 사이코패스(Psychopathy, 반사회적 인격장애) 유영철의 시 9편을 발취하여 피수용자의 글쓰기로 규정하고, 그에 따른 의식 변화 양상을 관찰하였다. 이 책은 월간조선 객원기자였던 이은영이 "연쇄 살인범 유영철의 어린 시절"이라는 제목으로 기사를 쓰게 된 일을 계기로 유영철과 주고받은 편지글이다. 2004년 8월부터 2004년 12월까지 총 32통의 편지 속에 2004년 10월 15일 창작한 시 '마지막' 부터 2004년 12월 26일 창작한 시 '하늘아 내가 잘못했다' 까지 연구되지 않은 총 9편의 시를 분석하였다. 시라는 매체는 시인과 독자가 만나기 이전에 시인과 시인의 무의식이 접촉하는 공간이며, 심리의 망막 위에 포착한 의식을 인화한다. 이때 인화의 양식은 언어이며, 이 언어는 정제된 내면의 성찰을 통해 무의식의 비밀을 드러낸다. 정신분석학에서 시는 '언어로 말하기'의 한 양식이라는 점에서 '무의식의 저장소'에서 현상된 '무의식의 언어'로서 사이코패스 유영철의 의식변화를 살피는데, 좋은 텍스트가 될 수 있을 것으로 조망한다. 유영철의 시편들을 객관적으로 독해하기 위해 문학적 수사법과 정신분석적인 접근방법을 사용하고자 한다. 유영철 시편의 주된 분석방법으로 엘리자베스 퀴블러 로스(1926∼2004)가「죽음과 죽어감」(엘리자베스 퀴블러 로스. 이진 역, 2008: 65-224) 에서 논구한, 인간이 비극적인 소식을 접했을 때 거치게 되는, 부정―분노―협상―우울―수용 등 5단계를 통해 탐구하였다. 본고는 주검의 피해자(수용자)가 아닌 죽임의 가해자(피수용자)인 유영철과 같은 사이코패스의 경우 자신이 가해한 피해자의 비극적인 불행을 어떻게 인식하고 수용하여 극복해가는 의식변화 과정과 양상에 주목하였다 글쓰기를 매체로 한 이러한 연구는 범죄심리학, 수사심리학, 사회심리학 등에서 피의자 및 범죄자들에게 수감 일기, 범죄 인정 유무, 주관적 범죄 경위와 객관적 범죄 경위 및 범죄 사실 등 수사상 요구되는 여러 가지 글쓰기를 통해 느낀 점을 작성하게 하여 인지행동심리분석으로 피의자 및 범죄자들에 대한 내면의식을 심층적으로 파악할 수 있는 '대체 수사심리학'으로서 '실용적인 도구'가 될 수 있으리라고 관측된다. 투자자들은 투자자 심리가 위축되는 하락장에서 배당주를 더 선호하는가?

[연구목적] 본 연구는 평균 월별 주가지수 수익률이 양(+)일 때를 시장에 대한 투자자들의 기대가 높은 상승기로 음(-)일 때를 투자자들의 기대가 낮은 시장 하락기로 구분하여 시장 상황에 따라 기업이 실질적으로 배당을 증가시키는 정책을 시행하는지 여부와 주가지수 월별수익률(시장 상황)에 대한 개별 주식수익률의 민감도, 즉 베타와 배당정책 및 현금배당공시에 대한 투자자들의 시장반응(CAR)이 시장상황에 따라 다르게 나타나는지를 확인하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 2005년에서 2015년까지 4,352개의 현금배당공시 중, 주당 배당금의 변화가 이루어진 2,015개의 공시자료를 대상으로 로짓분석 및 회귀분석을 이용하여 배당증감 요인과 투자자들의 시장 반응을 월별주가지수 수익률과 종합주가지수 수익률에 대한 개별 주가수익률의 민감도를 중심으로 살펴보았다. [연구결과] 종합주가지수의 사사분기 평균 수익률과 배당증감 여부 사이에는 부(-)의 관계가 확인되어 종합주가지수의 사사분기 평균 수익률이 음(-)일 경우(투자자 심리가 낮을 때), 투자자들의 안정적인 배당에 대한 수요가 증가하게 되고 기업은 이러한 투자자들의 수요에 맞춰 배당을 증가시키는 경향이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 총자산 대비 현금배당금 증감뿐 아니라 발행주식 수를 고려한 주당 배당금증감에 따른 분석 결과에서도 동일하게 모든 모형에서 종합주가지수의 사사분기 평균 수익률(MKT RETURN)이 1% 수준에서 유의한 음(-)의 계수로 보여 시장 하락기에 실질적인 주당 배당금 증가가 이루고 지고 있음이 나타났다. 두 번째로는, 시장이 하락기(종합주가지수 사사분기 평균 수익률이 음(-))일 때, 개별기업의 베타(FIRM BETA)가 5% 수준에서 유의적인 음(-)의 계수를 보여, 투자자 심리가 낮을 때, 개별기업의 베타가 낮은 기업일수록 배당증가 경향이 강함을 확인할 수 있었다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 시장 전반적인 투자자 심리의 낙관과 비관을 종합주가지수 월별수익률로 대용하여 배당증감 여부와 및 투자자들의 시장 반응을 살펴보았다는 점에서 기업의 배당정책과 이에 따른 투자자들의 시장 반응에 대한 이해의 질을 높이고, 경영자와 투자자들에게 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] This study categorizes when the average monthly stock index return is positive (+) as an uptrend in which investors’ expectations for the market are high and negative (-) as a market decline in which investors’ expectations are low. This was to confirm whether the policy to increase dividends was implemented and whether the sensitivity of individual stock returns to the stock index monthly rate of return (market condition), that is, whether beta and dividend policy decisions and investors’ market reactions are different. [Methodology] Investors’ stable dividend payouts when the quarterly average return of the composite stock index is negative (-) (when investor sentiment is low). It has been confirmed that the demand for money increases and companies tend to increase dividends to meet the demands of these investors. In addition, in the analysis results according to the increase or decrease in dividend per share taking into account the number of issued shares as well as the increase in cash dividend relative to total assets, the average quarterly return of the composite stock index was significant at 1% level in all models It is shown as a coefficient of, indicating that the dividend per share is actually increasing during the downturn in the market. Secondly, when the market is in a downturn (the average return of the overall stock index is negative (-)), the individual company’s firm beta shows a significant negative (-) coefficient at the 5% level. When is low, it can be seen that the tendency of dividend increase is stronger for companies with lower beta of individual companies. [Findings] [Implications] In this study, the optimism and pessimism of the overall market investor sentiment was substituted for the monthly rate of return of the comprehensive stock index to examine the increase or decrease of dividends and the market reaction. It is expected to be able to provide practical implications to customers.

사외이사 특성에 따른 이사회 독립성과 기업가치: 법적 최소기준을 반영한 이사회 구성의 시사점

[연구목적] 본 연구는 사외이사 비율을 통해 기업 이사회의 독립성을 대리한 기존 연구를 확장하여 사외이사 수, 사외이사 재임기간 및 사외이사 선임에 관한 법적 최소기준까지를 분석에 활용하여 기업 가치에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 이사회 구성에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 사외이사 특성이 기업 가치에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 2012년부터 2017년까지 유가증권시장에 상장된 3,861개의 기업-연도 표본을 대상으로 합동회귀모형(Pooled OLS Model)을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. [연구결과] 실증분석결과 사외이사 수, 사외이사 비율은 기업 가치에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을, 사외이사 재임기간은 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 각각 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 표본을 사외이사 초과선임 여부를 기준으로 하위표본을 구성하여 분석한 결과, 법적 최소비율을 유지하면서 사외이사를 다수 선임한 경우에 주요 관심변수인 사외이사 특성을 활용하여 기업 가치를 제고할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 이사회 독립성과 기업 가치에 대한 연구 분야의 확장에 기여하고 이사회 구성에 대한 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 관련 연구는 법적 최소기준을 반영한 분석이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보이고, 본 연구의 결과를 활용한 이사회를 구성함으로써 기업 가치를 제고할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. [Purpose] This study aims to expand the existing research field related to the corporate boards independence by analyzing the impact of these on firm value by using the number and tenure of outside directors and legal minimum standards of appointing outside directors. [Methodology] In order to analyze the effect of the characteristics of outside directors on firm value, this study tested 3,861 firm-year samples listed on the KRX KOSPI market from 2012 to 2017 using a pooled OLS model. [Findings] Following our empirical results, it was found that the number and the ratio of outside directors had a significant positive(+) effect on the firm value, and their tenures has a significant negative(-) effect on the firm value, respectively. In addition, sub-sample(restructured by legal minimum appointment criteria) testing results was found that the firm value could be improved in case of a number of outside directors were appointed while maintaining the legal minimum appointing ratios by controlling each of our key variables. [Implications] This study contributes to the expansion of the research field on the boards independence and firm value. Moreover, provides implications for the composition of the boards. In the later, related study on domestic companies should be analyzed reflecting the legal minimum standards, and it is expected that firm value can be improved by constructing a boards using the empirical results of this study.

중소기업의 컨설팅 참여도 및 이해도와 컨설팅 재구매 의도와의 관계 연구

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 컨설팅을 받은 수진기업(受診企業)들을 대상으로 컨설팅 참여도 요인이 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것이다. 또한 수진기업의 당해 컨설팅에 대한 이해도가 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 대해 조절효과를 가지는지에 대해 추가적으로 분석한다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서는 기존에 수행되었던 관련 국내외 연구들에 대한 검토 및 관련 실무 담당진과의 면담을 통해 6개의 연구가설을 도출하였다. 이에 대한 검증을 위해 국내 중소기업의 컨설팅 참여도 · 이해도 및 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 관한 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료에 대해서는 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 연구 결과 컨설팅 재구매를 높이기 위해서는 수진기업의 참여도 제고와 함께 컨설팅 이해도를 높이는 노력이 동시에 필요함을 실증적으로 검증하였다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 상대적으로 간과되었던 컨설팅 수진기업의 컨설팅 참여도 · 이해도 요인이 컨설팅 수행 성과 및 매출 증대와 관련하여 중요한 결정요인임을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 관련 분야의 후속연구에 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] This study empirically assessed the extent to which consulting companies have increased their participation in consulting in some cases or situations, and how this affects consulting repurchases. In addition, we empirically assessed whether clients’ understanding of consulting affects the intention of consulting repurchase. [Methodology] For this purpose, we described prior literature review and we examined various researches to provide understanding of relationships with strategic account. Six hypotheses were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through survey, and the data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, structural equation modeling analysis. [Findings] As a result of the study, it is proven that both customer participation and consulting understanding need to be enhanced to increase consulting repurchase. [Implications] This study can see that it is important to conduct the consulting in order to participate in the role and process of the client’s personnel and to improve the understanding of consulting.

In vivo transduction of ETV2 improves cardiac function and induces vascular regeneration following myocardial infarction

<▼1><P>Vascular regeneration in ischemic hearts has been considered a target for new therapeutic strategies. It has been reported that ETV2 is essential for vascular development, injury-induced neovascularization and direct cell reprogramming of non-endothelial cells into endothelial cells. Thus, the objective of this study was to explore the therapeutic potential of ETV2 in murine models of myocardial infarction in vivo. Direct myocardial delivery of lentiviral ETV2 into rodents undergoing myocardial infarction dramatically upregulated the expression of markers for angiogenesis as well as anti-fibrosis and anti-inflammatory factors in vivo. Consistent with these findings, echocardiography showed significantly improved cardiac function in hearts with induced myocardial infarction upon ETV2 injection compared to that in the control virus-injected group as determined by enhanced ejection fraction and fractional shortening. In addition, ETV2-injected hearts were protected against massive fibrosis with a remarkable increase in capillary density. Interestingly, major fractions of capillaries were stained positive for ETV2. In addition, ECs infected with ETV2 showed enhanced proliferation, suggesting a direct role of ETV2 in vascular regeneration in diseased hearts. Furthermore, culture media from ETV2-overexpressing cardiac fibroblasts promoted endothelial cell migration based on scratch assay. Importantly, intramyocardial injection of the adeno-associated virus form of ETV2 into rat hearts with induced myocardial infarction designed for clinical applicability consistently resulted in significant augmentation of cardiac function. We provide compelling evidence that ETV2 has a robust effect on vascular regeneration and enhanced cardiac repair after myocardial infarction, highlighting a potential therapeutic function of ETV2 as an efficient means to treat failing hearts.</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Cardiovascular disease: New hope for healing the heart</B></P><P>A gene therapy strategy that stimulates cardiovascular repair could improve recovery for heart attack patients. Heart attacks inflict severe damage on the heart and blood vessels, tissues with limited capacity for self-repair. Researchers led by Kiwon Ban of the City University of Hong Kong and Hun-Jun Park of the Catholic University of Korea, Seoul, have now demonstrated that a gene responsible for cardiovascular development can also efficiently stimulate heart repair. They used viruses to deliver the gene into a mouse model of heart attack, and showed that treated heart tissues exhibited strong recovery relative to untreated controls. The treatment reduced scar tissue formation and promoted proliferation of the cells lining blood vessels and blood vessel formation, measurably improving heart function. This approach could lay the groundwork for treating a common potentially fatal event.</P></▼2>

골관절염 환자에서 관절내 Sodium Hyaluronate(Hyruan®)의 투여가 슬관절통에 미치는 영향

Background : Sodium Hyaluronate has been found to be deficient in the synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis. We evaluate the effect of intraarticular Sodium Hyaluronate(Hyruan®) on the knee joint pain in patients with osteoarthritis. Method : Ten patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were participated in this study. Sodium Hyaluronate was injected into knee joints weekly for 5 weeks consecutively. Clinical evaluations were performed using visual analogue scale(VAS) for pain, tenderness and swollen joint counts weekly for the first 5 weeks and at 10 weeks postinjection. Result : VAS, tenderness and swollen joint were all significantly improved from 2 weeks to 10 weeks. There was no complication, except pain on injection site in two patients. Conclusion : Intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate has been shown to be effective on the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
