        세계 각국의 자원에 대한 통계적 고찰

        본 논문에서는 세계 232 개국에 대한 인구, 경제 및 기타 자원에 관한 자료를 사용하여 국가의 개발정도, 인간개발지수, 경제력 그리고 OECD 가입 여부에 어떤 자원이 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 통계적으로 고찰해보고자 한다. 여기서 사용하는 국가별 자원 자료는 연속형 자료와 이산형 자료가 혼재되어있는 혼합형이며 많은 결측값이 포함되어 있어 기존의 방법으로는 분석하는 데 한계가 있다. 이 논문에서는 시각적 방법을 동원하여 복합형 자료를 탐색하는 과정을 제시하고 이러한 방법의 한계점을 보이고자한다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하고 객관적인 판단기준을 적용하여 주어진 문제에 대한 과학적인 결론을 유도하기 위해 Shannon (1948)의 엔트로피 이론에 기본을 둔 상호정보(MI)를 활용하고자 한다. 상호정보를 추정하는 방법은 여러 가지가 있으며 각 방법에 따라 결과가 매우 다르게 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 Fayyad와 Irani (1992)의 이산화 방법을 적용하여 MI를 추정하는 방법을 적용한다. 여기서 이루어지는 모든 과정은 다차원 자료의 시각적 탐색 도구인 DAVIS (Huh와 Song, 2002)를 사용하였다. The paper investigates the resources of the 232 countries based on the 39 resources of these countries. The data used in this work is from various sources like UN, CIA, World bank, OECD reports and the home pages of each country. The purpose of the study is to evaluate what resources are most influential to the wealth of a country, to the well-bring of the country, or the status of the country's development. For this, data visualization method is applied. Data visualization technique, although powerful for exploratory purposes, is dependent upon the users expertize and the interpretation is also dependent on the of the users. For objective methods of investigation, mutual information based on the Shanon's entropy theory is applied here. All the statistical methods employed in this paper are processed with DAVIS (Huh and Song, 2002)

      • 5-Fluorouracil 투여가 마우스공장 소낭선세포의 방사선조사 효과에 미치는 영향

        The interaction of radiation and 5-Fluorouracil(5-FU) on mouse jejunal crypt cells was studied using the microcolony survival assay. 150㎎/㎏ of 5-FU was injected intraperitoneally 15 minutes before irradiation and 6 hours after irradiation. Jejunal crypt cells of mouse survived more when 5-FU was given 15 minutes before irradiation than giving it 6 hours after irradiation. The mean lethal doses(Do) of each of irradiation alone group, 5-FU injection group of 15 minutes preceding irradiation, and 5-FU injection group of 6 hours postirradiation were, 135, 135, and 114 rad respectively. The dose effect factor of each of 5-FU injection groups of 15 minutes preceding irradiation and of 6 hours post irradiation were 1.13 and 1.27.

        This paper provided to solve the interface between CIM and MIS database system design procedure and their solutions. There are many changes to processing the management data using computer systems, but a few studies are developed to integrated processing the huge information data. According to this situation, distributed data management becomes managed by integrated information processing system. And the manufacturing information has been developed separately with their own work flow and characteristics. It makes difficult to rebuild integrated control. Therefore this study invokes standardization of all data transaction and management there procedure.

        확장된 안면경부 피판을 이용한 협부 재건

        Together, the cheek and neck can be considered as a single anatomic location because skin vascularity, texture and thickness are similar. The cervicofacial flap has been described as the treatment of choice for the cheek defect because of its good mobility and excellent cosmetic result. However, if the defects on the cheek are wider than the length of palpebral fissure or extended to the lower two thirds of the cheek, the conventional cervicofacial flaps would be inadequate in size without the benefit of expansion. Tissue expansion of the cheek and neck is distinguished by a particularly high rate of complication. Prevention of various complications require careful planning and certain modifications in technique. We have used the following modifications and measures to prevent the complications and to maximize the expansion. 1) Whenever possible, expanders were placed over the rigid foundation such as mandible or posterior neck area after wide undermining. 2) Expanders were placed deep to platysma in the neck area. 3)Following optimal expansion, the further dissection extending to the clavicle and the posterior neck area was performed for optimal mobilization and draping of the expanded skin. 4) The expanded skin was advanced upward on the cervical portion and rotated forward on the cheek portion. 5) The flap should not be draped above the inferior orbital rim and postoperatively the pressure garments were applied to prevent drooping of the expanded skin. We experienced 21 cases of the expanded cervicofacial flaps with above surgical modifications and the expanded cervicofacial flaps can resurface the 95% of cheek defects with munimal complications and excellent cosmetic results.

      • 방사선치료 2040 예의 악성종양의 분석

        From July 1985 to April 1993, total 2040 new patients with malignant neoplasms were treated by radiation in the Department of Therapeutic Radiology, Soonchunhyang University Hospital. Male cases were 872, and female were 1168. Curative radiotherapy was done in 830 (41%) patients, palliative in 563 (28%), and pre or post-op radiotherapy in 503(25%). Most common tumors were lung cancer in male, and uterine cervical cancer in femalw. Some clinical features of the malignant neoplasms treated by radiotherapy were discussed.

      • 해수에서의 알루미늄 합금의 부식 거동에 관한 연구

        (O_R_V) which vaporizes the LNG to NG is consisted of the tube and the header whose substrate is aluminum alloy. The corrosion of the tube is very severe because of the sea water being used as the heating source. In this study to protect the (O_R_V) substrate material, the corrosion behaviors of several aluminum alloys have been investigated. Al1080, Al3003, Al5083, coextruded and thermally sprayed Al-Zn (<2wt%) and Al-Zn (<2wt%) aluminum alloys were prepared for the electrochemical and immersion tests, and the surface analysis. As the result of the investigations, the corrosion potential of Al-Zn (<2wt%) alloy is lower than that of Al3003 alloy regardless of the content of oxygen dissolved in the sea water. The same trend was also observed with time. The surface roughness and the adhesion of coextruded coating layer of Al-Zn (<2wt%) is superior to those of the thermally sprayed coating layer. From the results of the immersion test to observe the corrosion behavior of Al-Zn (<2wt%) aluminum alloy, the corrosion products has the double layer that is considered as the oxide or the hydroxides layer.

        In this study, we suggest a improvement on press safety job by checklist method. The press job is very dangerous to workers, and it may cause many accidents by its misuse. Hazard of this job is analyzed by using checklist method. This method is to use a checklist for surveying the hazard causes of the press job. Various analyze and survey are provided to the checklist method. As the analyzed result shows that a method for safety of press job should be proposed.

        Multi-echelon inventory systems are often controlled as a network of single-echelon inventory systems for simplicity of managerial authority, organizational control, and performance monitoring. this paper explores the amount of suboptimization in such a situation using an actual demand data set provided by other researchers. We consider low-demand, high-cost items controlled on an basis, with all warehouse stockouts met on an emergency-ordering basis. We demonstrate that the suboptimality penalty for this data set is 3% to 5% when single-echelon system are appropriately parameterrized.
