        The Content of rumen were compared between two groups (A and B) of dairy cow fed different rations. Group A were fed on ration consisted exclusively of concentrates, and Group B were fed on ration consisted mainly of roughage. 1. The pH of content in the rumen showed that group A was 6.9 and group B was 6.5 on the average. 2. Total number of ciliates of both A and B groups on the average per ml showed normal range, displaying somewhat increased in group A than group B. Ten genera or sub-genera and twenty-five species of ciliates were detected from the content of the rumen both A and B group of dairy cow. Among them Betehella was detected for the first in Korea. Entodinium simplex keeps the highest appearance rate of all species of ciliates, showing above 60 per cent of them all, and the others showing below 7 per cent on average. 3. There was no significant difference in volatile fatty acid(VFA) concentration of the contents of the rumen between two groups. When the VFA composition of the contents of the rumen was compared, the acetic acid content was significantly higher (P<0.05) whereas the propionic acid content was significantly lower (P<0.05) in group A than in those of group B.

        At the London opening of The Importance of Being Earnest on a chilly February evening in 1895, Oscar Wilde savored his great and last public triumph. At 40, he was perhaps the most famous literary figure in London, talked about everywhere, and not only for the brilliant wits and the epigrammatic charms of his writing. While married and the father of two sons, Wilde was flamboyant in his relationship with younger men in age when homosexuality was regarded as a sin that dare not speak its name. Less than four months after the flattery of applause for his engaging play, he was in the dock hearing himself sentenced to two years of hard labor. This year the playwright returned from exile to make his entrance into the literary pantheon of the country he fled. With public flourish, a diamond of blue-and-gray stained lass at Poets' Corner in Westminster Abbey was dedicated to him a century after the first-night success of his theater masterpiece. But the 100th anniversary of his courtroom tragedy is also being remembered as an occasion for Wilde to be reclaimed as a man of lasting importance. (by Emily Michell, TIME, June 19, 1995) According to Wilde, aesthetics are higher than ethics. They belong to a more spiritual sphere. His The Critic as Artist marries Pater's technique of impressive criticism. In his essays, Intentions, he says “Beauty has many meaning as man has moods . Beauty is the symbol of symbols.” In The Decay of Lying he also reveals many doctrines of aesthetic theory. Wilde takes criticism as a species of independent artistic creation. His essays are no doubt meant to have a personal application. He is much too brilliant to be ever believed; he is much too witty to be ever taken seriously. However, he gains his effects by adhering to the concrete signification of words. His criticism is a creative art. Moreover, he calls criticism a creation within a creation, He was one who stood in symbolic relations to the criticism theory and culture of his age. One hundred years have passed since he entered into the prison by the dishonorable action in 1895. In this years, 1995, on the occasion of regaining his good reputation, he si judged to be the literary great contributor. And from now on, he will be recognized as a professor of the aesthetic criticism and his criticism theories as the classics of the aesthetic criticism.

      • 실험계획법을 이용한 대형 사출물의 사출성형 해석과 검증에 관한 연구

        The large injection molded parts technology such as instrument panel, front and rear bumper are presented for a precision molding. Some lead time and cost are required to product these part from design to mass product. Recently, CAE is widely used in product design, mold design and analysis of molding conditions to reduce time and cost. The optimal molding conditions can be obtained by DOE(Design of Experiment). The optimal design applications with CAE and DOE have been used in small molded parts. However, application to the large molded body is not reported. In this paper, optimization of injection molding process is studied for quality control in mass production of automobile bumper. Mold temperature difference is chosen through robust design of injection molding process, the molding process being optimized in term of shrinkage and deflection. The optimal conditions through DOE are validated by using injection molding analysis

        本 論文은 洛東江의 流砂量算定을 위해서 掃流力과 浮遊砂量, 掃流砂量을 實測하여 考察한 것이다. 1. 河川에서 實測한 限界掃流力을 다음 式으로 表示할 수 있다. dm>0.085㎝ : U_(*c)^(2)=Γc/ρ=105.78dm-2.25(㎠/sec^(2)) dm 0.085㎝ : U_(*c)^(2)=Γc/ρ=113.94dm+1.60(㎠/sec^(2)) 2. 實驗室에서 얻어진 限界掃流力式은 다음과 같다. U_(*c)^(2)=34.83dm^(0.788)(㎠/sec^(2)) 3. 浮遊砂量의 算定公式은 다음과 같다. Qs=0.002Q^(1.726) Qs : ㎏/sec Q : ㎥/sec 4. 總流砂量의 算定公式은 다음과 같다. Q_(T)=2.797×10^(-6)Q^(1.44) Q_(T) : ㎥/sec Q : ㎥/sec This paper is studied a consideration on the practical measure of the critical tractive force, suspended load and bed load of NAG-DONG river for the calculation of sediment load. 1. The critical tractive force measured in the river can be represented as a following formula. dm>0.085㎝ : U_(*c)²=Γc/ρ=105.78dm-2.25(㎠/sec²) dm 0.085㎝ : U_(*c)²=Γc/ρ=113.94dm+1.60(㎠/sec²) 2.         John Millington Synge(1871-1909) was born near Dublin of a family of landowners. He graduated at Trinity College, Dublin, afterwards through Germany, Italy and France to study music and the European classic literature for several years, seperated from Irish life interests until W.B.Yeats met him in paris in 1896 and advised him to get away from the Continent altogether and go back to Ireland to live among the peasants on the Aran Islands in Galway Bay. Synge took this advice, dwelling as a peasant among the peasants, steeping himself in their language, storing his mind with their tales, and observing closely their customs and characters. I tried to understand the literary literary background about his works. I studied how he was interested in the natural features of Wicklow in his boyhood, and what he saw and heard when he went to Castle Kevin for relaxation with his family in summer, 1897. And Synge got his first visit to Aran in 1898, the second visit in 1899, the third in 1900, and the fourth in 1902. He stayed among the island` native dwellers for total about four months. The islands which he saw was surrounded with dirt and ignorance. They are very wretched, the soil very scanty and almost all a barren rock. But he observed their life and daily customs carefully, and collected their native Irish and dialects intently. Gaelic syntax and idioms collected in the peasant villagers and fisher-men and the social structure of desolation became the material and the expressions of the Shadow of the Glen, and the story, the original father-slayer from Connemara which be heard from Martin McDonough and Martin Flaherty in Aran, made the plot of The Playboy of the Western World. A legend about A Holy Well that Synge saw in Inishmore, the main island of Aran, could be the background of The Well of Saints, and his observation on the vagrants all the country over of Ireland made him try and manage The Tinker`s Wedding. Synge`s peculiar tragedy, Riders to the Sea, also came from the sad and lonely life of the Aran islands people who was taken charge of the wild sea. Like these I studied and discussed his works` realistic writing backgrounds in this thesis. His works decribe the real lives of people in Ireland, their language, their thinkings, and their social customs. I understand the Symbolical Realism with the writer`s own literary consciousness might play an important role in bringing about a formation of the Irish National Literature. He as a great dramatist of the early twenty century with W. B. Yeats and Lady Gregory was a member of three pioneers of the Irish literary movements, and I think the more honourable appreciation must be given to him.
