In this article, traditional Korean houses are studied in the view of Paedagogische Anthlopologie. A space is one of the fundamental elements that form man's existence. Futhermore, the most fundamental space is a dwelling house. The dwellers' views of man and of the world are reflected in the house. This study shows that the structure of the house has undifferentiated, flexible, half-opened, gradual, ranked qualities. And it has developed middle spaces. These qualities have several educational meanings- man forming his existence in the relation with spaces, a house as the center of his life, his view of the world that coexisting with others is important, and his self-knowledge as a member of a community. Modern schools lack the meanings. They should be reflected in school environments.

Without scientific understanding of the phase change and the rejuvenation in woody perennials, many tree breeders have successfully rejuvenated and multiplied mature trees of some tree species, i.e., Eucalyptus, Pseudotsuga menziesii, Sequoia sempervirens, Pinus radiata, Pinus pinaster, Quercus virginiana, Hedera helix, Juglans, apples, grapes, and so on. Practical techniques discussed to rejuvenate the old trees include grafting to younger stock, growth regulator treatment, pruning, repeated cutting, and in vitro culture. However, a combination of skills mentioned is recommended for rejuvenation of the mature propagation material. It is strongly required to develop a morphological and/or biochemical indicator system to judge the juvenility.
Fusobacterium nucleatum의 테트라사이클린 내성여부를 검사하기 위한 세균배양법과 중합효소연쇄반응법의 비교

The purposes of this study were to identify the detection and incidence of tetracycline resistance determinant tet(M) by PCR method and to evaluate the availability of PCR method guided for clinical use of antibiotics in dentistry. Subgingival plaque samples were collected from 172 sites of 29 patients. Both original sample and subculturd sample, PCR amplification was used to detect tet(M) in Fusobacterium nucleatum. The percentage of tet(M)-positive subjects and sites in original samples were 100%, 95.9%, respectively. And the percentage of tet(M)-positive subjects and sites in subcultured samples were 17.2%, 3.5%, respectively. In subcultured samples, probing pocket depth and clinical attachment level in tet(M)-positive sites were higher than in negative sites (p<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of PCR method compared with broth dilution method as a gold standard were 0.91 and 0.86, respectively. The results suggested that tet(M) assay using PCR method was available to detect the tetracycline-resistant F. nucleatum.
축냉재 포접화합물의 열물성에 관한 실험적 연구(Ⅲ) : 충전량 변화 Variations of Charging Conditions

The objective of this paper is to investigate the thermal properties of TMA-clathrate compound in order to applicate cold storage system to residential air-conditioning. Especially, the test tube experiments are performed by comparing and analyzing the concentration of TMA-clathrate compound, the temperature of heat source, and the phase change temperature, specific heat and subcooling characteristics on the point of the variation of charge capacity. The results are summarized as follows; 1) When the temperature of heat source is -15℃, the stability of the thermal properties is appeared high in the whole experiments 2) The effect of subcooling suppression is improved around 0.6℃ when the temperature of heat source is -15℃, while the teemperature of subcooling is about 2.2℃ when the temperature of heat source is -10℃. Especially, it did not almost present any subcooling in the 26wt% of the 5g and the 25wt%, 30wt% of the 10g. Thus, we concluded that TMA-clathrate compound has thermal properties as the cold storage medium for residential air-conditioning.

Patient with alveolar abscess due to dental caries with severe alveolar bone loss, severe tooth mobility, root resorption need extraction of tooth because it is impossible to carry out pulp treatment and restoration by using conventional method. Early loss of primary molar might cause masticatory interference, extrusion of opposing tooth, problem in maintaining space and interference on eruption of permanent tooth. Especially, early loss of primary second molar before the eruption of permanent first molar might cause space closure by mesially erupted permanent first molar and impaction of second premolar. In such a case, distal shoe space maintainer and removable space regaining appliance was the first choice of treatment. But, distal shoe space maintainer need precise adaptation and might cause chronic inflammation if the oral hygiene is poor. In a case using removable space regaining appliance, patient's cooperation is most important. If the distal root of primary second molar is comparably sound and alveolar abscess with alveolar bone loss is localized at mesial root, hemisection should be carried out for precise guide to eruption of the permanent first molar, restoration of masticatory fuction and solution to the discomfort of the patient.

X-Y 테이블과 같은 서보메카니즘의 제어에서 마찰은 추적에러를 유발시키는 지배적인 요소중의 하나이다. 기존의 마찰모델들은 운동방향이 변하지 않을 때에는 잘 맞으나, 운동방향이 바뀔 때는 quadrant glitch라는 커다란 추적에러가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 quadrant glitch 현상을 보상할 수 있는 항을 갖는 새로운 마찰모델을 제안한다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 마찰모델의 성능과 효율성이 평가되며, 그 결과 제안된 마찰모델을 사용할 경우 quadrant glich 현상이 완전히 제거됨을 볼 수 있었다. In controlling servomechanism, such as X-Y tables, friction is one of the most significant source of tracking error. Existing friction models work well when the direction of the motion does not change. However, when the direction of motion changes such as traversing a circular profile, relatively large tracking errors referred to as 'quadrant glitches' are introduced. In this paper, we propose a new friction model, which has a term that can compensate the quadrant glitches. The performance and effectiveness of the proposed model are evaluated through the experimental work. The results show that the controlling servomechanism with the proposed model completely remove the quadrant glitches.

In order to allow separate design and action of modules and reliability of data structure, the separation of the environments is a basic step. We assume that separation of environments lies in the concepts of subprogram and local variable. But the passage by reference makes the external memory locations-where actual parameters are stored-directly accessible inside the subroutine they are passed to. In this study we examine the features of the passage by reference and suggest the technique to prevent the side-effect.
