Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT) is an Islamic social movement that struggles to change the existing political system to the Islamic system. HT argues that all problems in the Muslim world are rooted in adopting secular thought and ideology and the separation between Islam and the state. Hence, HT works to persuade Muslims to abandon that way of life and only apply Islam as the country's only ideology and constitution. HT has spread this narrative since it started in 1953 in Jordan. With this ideological and political attitude, many countries consider HT a threat to their political and community life, suppressing this movement by arresting members and banning the group to reduce or end HT activities in these countries. The Indonesian government has also carried out this repressive policy to limit the influence of Indonesian HTI since 2017. This paper aims to discuss the strategy of Hizb ut-Tahrir to continue its political activities Indonesia after being dissolved by the Indonesian government in 2017. This article used content analysis method to interpret the data collected from interview and documents from Hizb ut-Tahrir. Responding to state repression, HTI sought other methods of action by changing the place of resistance or activities, and by changing its identity.

Life skills education services have quite complex problems. These include little awareness from government; poor accountability and capacity; reliance on government assistance; an unclear position as a judicial institution; low participation from the community; and low participation from the private sector. The establishment of a synergy model of governance in the service component is done through four stages PKH inter-components synergy: synergy at the stage of identification of service needs; synergy in the preparation stage of implementation of the service; synergy in the phase of the service; and synergy in the evaluation stage of the service. It is recommended that the municipal government takes initiative to establish an institutionalised governance inter-component synergy; provider agencies need to give greater space for the components of governance to work together constructively; and limited testing of the governance inter-component model synergy need to be conducted.

Compliant actuators are employed in exoskeleton robots instead of stiff actuators for safe human-robot interaction. In parallel with this idea, we previously constructed a biomimetic compliant exoskeleton robot (BioComEx). In this study, to provide more stable and safe trajectory tracking even under disturbances, magneto-rheological (MR) brakes were added to all joints of BioComEx as variable damping actuators and a PID+D controller was proposed. To evaluate the robot and controller, first, BioComEx was hung on a platform and the controller was applied without device user under external forces. This primary test results showed that the proposed design and controller can effectively minimize disturbance effects and consequently reduce trajectory tracking oscillations. In the rest of the study, the similar control experiments were repeated with a user who has unilateral lower limb movement disorders. In these experiments, the movements of the user's healthy leg were detected by force feedback impedance control algorithm and then were used as reference for the impaired leg with walking cycle delay in real time. The secondary test results showed that the variable impedance exoskeleton robot design with PID+D controller can ensure effective walking assistance for the impaired human legs.
Biohydrogen production from palm oil mill effluent using immobilized mixed culture

Cell immobilization techniques were adopted to bio-hydrogen production using immobilized anaerobic sludge as the seed culture. Palm oil mill effluent (POME) was used as the substrate carbon source. It was found that with a POME concentration of 20 g COD/l in the feed, the suspended-cell containing reactor was able to produce hydrogen at an optimal rate of 0.348 l H2/(l POME h) at HRT 6 h. However, the immobilized-cell containing reactor exhibited a better hydrogen production rate of 0.589 l H2/(l POME h), which occurred at HRT 2 h. When the immobilized-cell containing reactor was scaled up to 5 l, the hydrogen production rate was 0.500–0.588 l H2/(l POME h) for HRT 2–10 h, but after a thermal treatment (60 8C, 1 h) the rate increase to 0.632 l H2/(l POME h) at HRT 2 h. The main soluble metabolites were butyric acid and acetic acid, followed by propionic acid and ethanol.

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of family ownership and family CEO on the dividend policy of family firms by using the demographic characteristics of the CEO as a moderator. Dividend policy is a decision taken by the firm in determining whether the profits earned by the firm will be distributed to shareholders in the form of dividends or will be reinvested in the company as retained earnings for future internal resources. Using samples from non-financial family firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013–2017, 93 firms were selected based on adequate data. We also used logit regressions to provide robustness. The results show that family ownership and family CEO have a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. This finding supports the family income hypothesis. Among CEO demographic characters, CEO age significantly strengthens the positive effect of family CEO on dividend payout ratio. While CEO tenure does not significantly strengthen the positive effect of family CEOs on dividend payout ratios. Meanwhile, leverage, ROA, and firm size significantly affect the dividend payout ratio, but firm age does not significantly affect the dividend payout ratio.
A Comprehensive Optimization Approach Based on Cloud Computing for Logistic Sharing System Planning

Due to the global size of the production space and a large number of suppliers and service recipients, sequencing op-erations and logistics are very important in achieving optimal production system performance, reducing costs and reducing time. Since, in the cloud manufacturing space, each of the production activities of a product can be assigned to different resources in different places, logistics services are needed to communicate between these resources. Thus, the study aims to propose a model for a comprehensive optimization approach based on cloud computing for logistic sharing system planning. Given the results, regarding both operational services and logistics services in the cloud manufacturing system, in addition to the optimal allocation of activities and logistics services, it is possible to plan and schedule the sequence of operations and logistics to minimize the total cost of the cloud production system. Stud-ies are also being conducted on sharing logistics systems in the cloud.
