        파라메트릭 디자인 기반 한옥 부재의 지식 표현과 활용에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to support han-ok design for supply and popularization of han-ok using parametric design, To achieve this, represent design knowledge of han-ok components based on parametric rules on the basis of modeling principles and geometric association of han-ok to use various computer environment. This is realized to extract design DNA of shape and non-shape through meta modeling that be able systemically to describe information. In addition, construct the 3D Parametric model of han-ok component using this knowledge.

        연 X-선 현미경을 이용한 금 나노입자 세포영상

        연 x-선 현미경은 ‘물의 창’ 영역(2.3~4.4 nm)의 파장을 이용하여, 수십 nm의 분해능으로 세포를 파괴하지 않고 살아있는 상태에서 세포의 내부구조를 관찰할 수 있어 가시광선현미경과 전자현미경을 단점을 보완하는 특징을 갖는 세포 생물학 연구에 적합한 현미경이다. 그러나 기존 연 x-선 현미경은 광원으로 방사선 가속기를 이용하기 때문에 사용이 제한적이었다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 2.88 nm의 연 x-선을 광원으로 사용하는 소형 연 x-선 현미경을 이용하여, 내포작용에 의해 금 나노입자를 포획한 HT1080과 MDA-MB 231 세포의 영상을 약 60 nm 분해능으로 획득하였다. 금 나노입자의 세포에 대한 독성을 제거하기 위하여 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 캡핑하였고, 2.88 nm 파장의 연 x-선에 대하여 충분한 조영효과로 인하여 세포영상에서 뚜렷한 대조도를 나타내었다. 내포작용에 의해 액포에 포함되어 있는 다양한 크기의 금 나노입자 군집을 확인하였으며, 세포내부의 액포의 분포상태도 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 고분해능을 가진 소형 연 x-선 현미경을 이용하여 금 나노입자를 세포내의 미세기관이나 특정 단백질에 표지하면 연 x-선에 대한 조영효과의 증가에 의하여 더욱 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. A compact soft x-ray microscope operated in the ‘water window’ wavelength region (2.3~4.4 nm) was used for observing cells with nano-scale spatial resolution. To obtain cellular imaging captured with colloidal gold nanoparticles using a compact soft x-ray microscope. The colloidal gold nanoparticles showed higher contrast and lower transmission more than 7 times than that of cellular protein on the soft x-ray wavelength region. The structure and thickness of the cell membrane of the Coscinodiscus oculoides (diatome) and red blood cells were seen clearly. The gold nanoparticles within the HT1080 and MDA-MB 231 cells were seen clearly on the soft x-ray microscopy. The gold nanoparticles were aggregated within vesicles by endocytosis.

      • 정지궤도 위성과 지구국간 광통신 링크의 전송속도 해석

        정지궤도 위성과 지구국간 광통신을 대기상태와 앙각의 함수로써 해석할 수 있는 한모델(Han's model)을 제시하였다. 한모델에서는 대기상태를 맑은날, 구름낀 날, 안개, 헤이즈, 비, 눈의 여섯가지 전형적인 상태로 구분한다. 비트오류을 $10^{-7}$을 만족하는 데이터 전송속도를 한모델을 이용하여 상향링크와 하향링크에 대해 해석하였다. 상향링크시의 포인팅손실이 하향링크시의 대기에 의한 공간 가간섭 저하보다 크기 때문에 데이터 전송속도는 하향링크 보다 오히려 상향링크시에 제한됨을 알 수 있었다. Han's model, which is able to analyze optical communication between earth station and geo-satellite as a function of atmospheric conditions and elevation angles. is presented. In Han's model, atmospheric conditions are roughly classified into six basic types; clear sky, cloud, haze, fog, rain and snow. Data rate satisfying for the BER below $10^{-7}$ is analyzed by Han's model in case of up-link and down-link, respectively. Data rate is more limited by up-link than by down-link because the pointing loss caused by atmosphere on the up-link is greater than the spatial coherence degradation caused by atmosphere on the down-link.

        This article conducted an pilot study on Lee Gyu-Jun(李圭晙)’s life and thoughts. He championed, and is mainly based on, old annotations of ancient Confucian bibles古文 that were made in the Han漢 and Tang唐 era in Chinese history and consequently took additionally into account Zuxi朱熹’s annotations on Confucian bibles. This cause big trouble to him in conservative Gyeong Shang Province(嶺南). He participated in the Confucian Religion Movement孔敎運動 and proposed constitutional monarchy as a new polity fit for changing Korean history. He closely interacted with many resistants to the Japanese rule of Korea and had a mixed perspective on Western culture, science and technology, and social system, positive or negative, contingent on cases. He made great footprints in the history of both modern Korean medicine and philosophy. Thus there is an urgent need for the overall study on Lee Gyu-Jun in every aspect.

        Hidden Markov Chain 모형과 이변량 코플라함수를 이용한 가뭄빈도분석

        본 연구에서는 가뭄의 특성분석에 유리하며, 확률론적 접근이 가능한 은닉 마코프 모델(HMM) 기반의 가뭄 분석 기법을 적용하였다. HMM 기반의 가뭄의 심도뿐만 아니라 지속시간을 동시에 평가할 수 있도록 코플라 함수 기반의 이변량 가뭄빈도해석 기법을 도입하여 우리나라의 2015년 가뭄 빈도를 평가하였다. 가뭄빈도분석 결과 최근 40년 자료를 기준으로 영동지방에 비해 영서지방이 전체적으로 가뭄이 발생할 경우 가뭄의 심도가 큰 것으로 평가되었다. 심한가뭄의 발생 비율의 경우에 철원의 경우 10%를 상회하는 등 임진강 유역에서 상대적으로 심한가뭄의 발생비율이 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 한강유역 일부지점에서는 2014/2015년의 가뭄 지속기간 및 심도의 결합재현기간이 1,000년이 넘는 가뭄이 발생하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 특히 북한강 및 임진강 유역에 심한 가뭄이 발생하고 있으며 전반적으로 100년 이상의 기왕최대가뭄을 나타내고 있는 것으로 판단되었다. This study applied a probabilistic-based hidden Markov model (HMM) to better characterize drought patterns. In addition, a copula-based bivariate drought frequency analysis was employed to further investigate return periods of the current drought condition in year 2015. The obtained results revealed that western Kangwon area was generally more vulnerable to drought risk than eastern Kangwon area using the 40-year data. Imjin-river watershed including Cheorwon area was the most vulnerable area in terms of severe drought events. Four stations in Han-river watershed showed a joint return period exceeding 1,000 years associated with the drought duration and severity in 2014-2015. Especially, current drought status in Northern Han-river and Imjin-river watershed is most severe drought exceeding 100-year return period.

        하지 분절 각도에 따른 수의 등척성 수축(MVIC)시 근전도 비교

The purpose of this study was to quantify the maximum EMG levels and determine if there are differences in these EMG levels with respect to different knee flexion angles. Eight university students with no known musculoskeletal disorders were recruited as the participants. The maximum voluntary isometric knee extensions and flexions were taken from each participant sat on the isokinetic exercise machine (Cybex 340) at five different knee flexion angles (10?30?50?70? 90?. After surface electrodes were attached to rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus laterlis, biceps femoris, and semitendinosus, maximum EMG levels at five different knee flexion angles were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in maximum EMG levels among five different knee flexion angles. Although there was no significant difference in EMG levels and were some variations among different knee flexion angles, the EMG signals of quadriceps in extension and biceps femoris in flexion were the greatest at 30? It seems that different joint angles or relative locations of body segments might affect the magnitude of EMG levels. Because the maximum EMG levels could change with a different knee flexion angle, an attempt should be made to more accurately measure these values. If then, %MVIC measure provides more reliable data and is most appropriate for EMG normalization.

        Spawning Behavior, Egg Development, Larvae and Juvenile Morphology of Hyphessobrycon eques (Pisces: Characidae) Characidae Fishes

        Hyphessobrycon eques is a famous fish for ornamental fish market and aquarium. They are inhabit in regions of Amazon and Paraguay River basin. Serpae fishs were investigated 2–3 males are chased to female, and then males attempted to simulate the females abdomen. After fertilization, eggs were kept in incubators at 28oC. The fertilized eggs had adhesive and demesal characteristics and had a mean diameter of 0.92 ± 0.01 mm. Larvae hatched at 16 hrs post fertilization. The hatched larvae averaged 2.90 ± 0.16 mm in total length (LT). Complete yolk sac resorption and mouth opening occurred on the third day post hatching. At 45 days post hatching, the larvae were 12.5 ± 1.60 mm LT and had reached the juvenile stage.

      • 單一핀을 가진 水平管에서 熱傳導率이 自然對流에 미치는 影響

        The effect of conductivity on natural convection from a horizontal heat exchanger tube with a downward projecting fin was studied by analytical method. Local fin Nusselt number is increased gradually at (r-r_(o))≤0.13 and apparently at leading edges of fin. The outer tube temperature for angle represents high as conductivity is low and low as conductivity is high at tube top portion. Excepting top portion, higher conductivity creates higher outer tube temperature. If conductivity is low, the local tube Nusselt number represents high at θ≤60°, low at 60°<θ≤130° and high at θ>130°. Radial velocity reaches maximum value at (r-r_(o))=0.12 and angular velocity reaches maximum value at (r-r_(o))??0.03 for θ=177.5° and also radial velocity reaches maximum value at θ=20° and angular velocity reaches maximum value at θ=175° for (r-r_(o))=0.01. According as conductivity increases, the mean fin Nusselt number and mean total Nusselt number is slightly increased, the mean tube Nusselt number is slightly decreased, and mean outer tube temperature is slightly increased.

      • 사회체육과 학생의 자원봉사와 자아존중감이 욕구수준에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was for investigating the relation between level of need and volunteer activity, self-esteem. The participants are students who are major in sport and leisure. The multiple regression was used for this study and the level of need explained by sex, volunteer experience and self-esteem. In the result of analysis, only stabilization need with sex is statistical significant. Then there are statistical significant in accomplishment need for volunteer experience and level of self-esteem. Using the MANOVA, the results are as following. There are significant differences in levels of need that according to sex, sources and self-esteem. And there is interaction effect in sex*self-esteem only for accomplishment need.
