        본 미니 게임은 웨이터라는 직업을 모티브로 하여서 남녀노소 누구나 재미를 느낌과 동시에 기억력 향상시켜 주는 게임제작이라는 목적아래 제작되었다.본 논문에서는 이 게임의 제작과정을 기술하고자 한다.이 게임은 제3회 AGC(한국 아마추어 게임제작 공모전)에서 우수 작으로 선정되었다.

        A control structure to be used for rejecting periodic (or repetitive) disturbances from the output of a system is presented. The objective is to drive the output of the system to the reference input which results in the perfect fallowing. The proposed structure includes a neural-network to identify the inverse dynamics of the system, where the dynamics of the disturbance is grasped. The identification is done at an on-line process. The dynamical back-propagation algorithm is applied to the training of the neural-network. Since the control structure acquires the dynamics of the disturbance by on-line identification. it is possible to generate control signals that reject any disturbance provided that it does not diverge.

        각종 치과레이저의 Streptococcus mutans에 대한 증식 기능억제 효과

        레이저의 구강내 산 생성 세균인 S. mutans에 대한 증식 및 기능 억제효과를 평가하기 위하여 S. mutans KCTC 3065가 포함된 세균 pellet에 Er:YAG 레이저와 Nd:YAG 레이저를 비접촉식 방법으로, 조사세기 50mJ, 조사시간 5초, 그리고 pulse repetition rate를 각각 10Hz와 30Hz로 하여 조사하고 세균 군락수, 산 생성능, 불용성 세포외다당류의 합성량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후 Nd:YAG 레이저를 조사한 경우가 S. mutans의 증식을 가장 많이 억제하였으며 Er:YAG 레이저 조사도 증식을 억제하였다. Chinese ink를 사용하지 않고 ND:YAG 레이저를 단독으로 조사한 경우는 S. mutans의 증식을 억제하지 못하였다. 2. Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후 Nd:YAG 레이저를 조사한 경우가 일정기간 동안 S. mutans의 산생성능을 가장 많이 억제하였으며 Er:YAG 레이저 조사도 산 생성능을 억제하였다. Chinese ink를 사용하지 않고 Nd:YAG 레이저를 단독으로 조사한 경우는 S. mutans의 산 생성능을 억제하지 못하였다. Er:YAG 레이저와 Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후 Nd:YAG 레이저를 조사한 경우는 pulse repetition rate가 클수록 전반적으로 세균의 산생성능을 더 많이 억제하였다. 3. 레이저 조사는 S. mutans의 불용성 세포외다당류의 합성에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 Er:YAG 레이저와 Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후의 Nd:YAG 레이저 조사는 일정시간 동안 S. mutans의 증식과 산 생성능을 억제시키므로써 치아우식증 예방효과를 얻을 수 있다고 사료되나 억제효과가 오래가지 않아 임상적으로 효과를 얻기 위해서는 자주 조사를 해주어야 한다는 문제점을 안고 있어 임상적으로 치아우식증 예방이란 단독 목적으로 사용하기에는 실용성이 크지 않다고 사료된다. This was performed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of laser on the growth of S. mutans. The bacterial pallets containing S. mutans KCTC 3065 were irradiated with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser by non-contact method at an intensity of 50mJ for 5 sec with the pulse repetition rates of 10Hz and 30Hz, respectively. The following results were obtained on colony count, acid producing ability, and the amount of insoluble extracellular polysaccharide synthesis. 1. The irradiation of Nd:YAG laser after photosensitization with Chinese ink inhibited the proliferation of S. mutans the most, and the irradiation of Er:YAG also inhibited the proliferation. However, the irradiation of Nd:YAG laser alone could not inhibited the proliferation of S. mutans. The pulse repetition rate did not affect significantly on the proliferation of bacteria in overall. 2. The irradiation of Nd:YAG laser after the photosensitization with Chinese ink inhibited the acid production of S. mutans the most for a certain period of time. Er:YAG laser also inhibited acid production. When Nd:YAG laser was used alone, the acid production of S. mutans was not been inhibited. The irradiation of Nd:YAG laser after photosensitization with Chinese ink inhibited the acid production ability of bacteria the most as the pulse repetition rate increased. 3. Laser irradiation did not inhibited the synthesis of insoluble extracellular polysaccharide of S. mutans. From these results, we conclude that the irradiatioin of Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser after photosensitization with Chinese ink would inhibit the proliferation and acid production by S. mutans, which may prenent dental caries. However, this effect does not last long time so that the laser irradiation should be repeated frequently in order to obtain clinical effect; thus, this laser irradiation would not have a clinical usefulness in preventing dental caries when used solely.

        백서 창상의 피복방법에 따르는 Muofibroblast의 생성 및 소실되는 과정의 실험적인 비교관찰

        The question of how skin coverage affects contracting wounds has long been a significant problem in the study of wound contraction. Myofibroblasts appear to be well established as the cellular cause of wound contraction. Myofibroblasts are found in many types of contracting wounds, including granulating wounds and hypertrophic burn scars. Myofibroblasts in contracting wounds have definitive life cycles, being present when contraction is active and then disappearing when contraction has ceased. In this study, we observated comparatively quantitative changes in the surface area by planimetry and changes of myofibroblasts by electron microscope through 8 weeks according to the types of skin coverage. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the myofibroblast population in skin coveraged wounds in a rat model, which allowed frequent biopsies as well as precise identificaion of the interface of the skin coverage and the wound bed. The results of our experiments are as follows: 1. Granulating wound Contracted rapidly and had long persistence of myofibroblasts. 2. Split-thickness skin graft Contrated less and myofibroblasts were more rapidly decreased and were disappeared at 5 weeks later. 3. Full-thickness skin graft Minimum contracti aondnmyofibroblasts were very rapidly decreased and were disappeared at 4 weeks later. 4. Local flap No contraction and could not find myofibroblast. Slowly increase in size at begining. 5. Contraction was influenced by number and lasting time of myofibroblast.

      • 수종의 항생제에 대한 임질후요도염의 발생빈도에 관한 고찰

        Several gonococcal therapeutic regimens in Korea were compared in respect to te incidence of postgonococcal urethritis(PGU). In ofloxacin and norfloxacin, which belong to fluoroquinolone, the incidence of PGU were respectively 32.6% and 6.4%. But the PGU rates of other drugs (talampicillin, fortified procaine penicillin G, kanamycin, spectinomycin, clavulanate-potentiated amoxycillin, ceftriaxone) ranged from 43.3% to 75.0%. All these therapeutic regimens shpwed the highly curable results for gonococcal urethritis over 95%. Then, some fluoroquinolone derivatives may be recommendable agents for gonococcal urethritis because of the relatively lower incidence of PGU in addition to the good therapeutic effectiveness for gonococcal urethritis.

        This paper presents a new magneto-thermal finite element analysis for predicting the temperature rise of the EHV GIS bus bar. The power losses of a bus bar calculated by the magnetic field analysis are used as the input data to predict the temperature rise for the thermal analysis. The heat-transfer coefficients on the boundaries are analytically calculated by applying the Nusselt number considering material constant and model geometry for the natural convection. The temperature distribution in a bus bar by coupled magneto-thermal finite element analysis shows good agreement with the experimental data.

        한국인 안면화상에 대한 임상적 연구

        Burn-related death and injury become one of the major health problems today:from quarter to one-third of all burns are facial burns. In the process of healing burn injury, contractures and hypertrophic scars are two frustrating sequelae of thermal injury. The two complications are so followed by not only deformity in outlook but difficulties to physical excercise as well that they make student-patients feel alienated from friends and, because of the defective body image, expecting development of harmonious personality is rarely possible. Adults of the kinds, also, often encountet inability against their social activities. Timely local management, therefore, on these complictions is mostly significant. We have undertaken analysis of our clinical experiences on facial burns and a review of the literatures. During the last eight years, from January, 1970 to December, 1977, 478 cases of facial burned patients had seen created at surgical departments in University Hospital of Ewha, Korea and Chungang, and are summarized as follows; 1) Males were affected more often tan females: 309 against 169 cases. 2) Incidence of facial burned patients reached 41.1% of the whole (487 among 1161). 99 patients among 478 were only facial burns and 379 had injury upon combined areas together with on their faces. 3) Under 14 year-old group occupied 31.2% (31 among 99) of only facial burned patients and 67.2% (255 among 379) of facial and combined area burns. 4) Seasonal distribution (cases) : spring 109, summer 127, autumn 111, winter 121. 5) To see the elements of 99 only facial burned group, eyelids burns were 34 and the most. 6) Neither early excision nor skin graft is adquate in cases of facial burns. 7) Open methods are desirable for local management on facial burns and adapting topical agent is rather useless.
