      • The Research on Fusion and Diagnosis Method of Multi Soft Fault of Nonlinear Analog Circuit

        For the single source characteristics of the insufficient problem of nonlinear analog circuit soft fault diagnosis, we propose a new method that is based on dual Wiener core for fault diagnosis of intelligent information optimization fusion[1,2,3,4,5], firstly, the incentive is Gauss white noise, after sampling we obtain the Wiener core of circuit and power which is used from the discrete Wiener core, then use the improved genetic algorithm, make the feature selection and fusion combination as an optimization problem, propose intelligent optimization fusion extraction based on the improved genetic algorithm, the circuit set total Euclidean distance as the objective function optimizes, the different information in feature layer can be organic integration, then use the BP neural network for intelligent diagnosis. Experiments show that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of nonlinear multiple soft faults.

      • COLLISION AND ENERGY TRANSFER BETWEEN C60 FULLERENES IN AN Ar-ATOMS-FILLED CARBON NANOPEAPOD

        By the molecular dynamics (MD) method, the collision and energy transfer between C60 fullerenes in an Ar-atoms-filled carbon nanopeapod were simulated. Furthermore, according to the simulated results, the effects of the Ar atom density and the initial energy of the incident C60 fullerene on the energy transfer rate of the carbon-peapod were discussed. It is shown that the energy transfers between C60 fullerenes through their mutual compression and elastic deformation, and that the lower the Ar atom density and the initial energy of the incident C60 fullerene are, the higher the energy transfer rate of the carbon-peapod is.

        Pharmacokinetic, metabolic stability, plasma protein binding and CYP450s inhibition/induction assessment studies of N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-2- hydroxiymethyl-1-pyrrolidinyl-4-(3-chloro-4-methoxy-benzylamino)-5- pyrimidine-carboxamide as potential type 5 phos

        N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-2-hydroxiymethyl-1-pyrrolidinyl-4-(3-chloro-4-methoxy-benzylamino)-5- pyrimidine-carboxamide (NHPPC) is a new potential of type 5 phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitors, synthesized from the avanafil analogue for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The targets of this article were to assess plasma protein binding, liver microsomal metabolic stability, inhibition and induction on cytochrome P450 isozymes and the pharmacokinetics of NHPPC. Equilibrium dialysis technique was applied to determine Plasma protein binding (PPB) and NHPPC was evaluated in male Sprague–Dawley rats and Beagle dogs in vivo pharmacokinetic. The NHPPC was highly bound to plasma proteins in rats, dogs and human tested and the mean values for PPB rate were 96.2%, 99.6% and 99.4%, respectively. After in vitro liver microsomes incubated for 60 min, the percent remaining of NHPPC was 42.8%, 0.8% and 42.0% in rats, dogs and human, respectively. In vitro intrinsic clearance was found to be 0.0233, 0.1204 and 0.0214 mL/min/mg protein in rat, dog and human liver microsomes of NHPPC, respectively. NHPPC showed no significant inhibitory effects on major CYP450 enzymes, and had no significant induction potential on CYP1A2 and CYP3A4. Following oral administration in rats and dogs, tmax was 6 and 0.5 h, respectively. The clearance for NHPPC was 1.19 and 1.46 L/h/kg in rats and dogs, respectively. And absolute bioavailability in rat and dog were approximately 34.5% and 53.1%, respectively. These results showed that NHPPC has a good development prospect.

        Rapid Stress Analytical Solutions of Steel Strips Subjected to Non-uniform Tensile Loads Based on New Symplectic Method

        This paper deals with the stress distribution problem of steel strips subjected to non-uniform tensile loads at both ends, which induce the transverse in-plane compressive stress and is important for researching the transverse buckling of the steel strip. For stress distribution problem, the traditional fi nite element method (FEM) has acceptable accuracy while it takes too long computing time to be applied to on-site production and the semi-inverse analytical method needs to preset the form of stress solution and gets the solution with a certain error. Thence, a rapid symplectic analytical method for solving stress distribution problem of steel strips is presented, which is based on the Hamiltonian system unlike other traditional method based on the Lagrangian system. Furthermore, the rational and rigorous derivation without any forecast about the form of solution makes the stress result have high precision with short computing time. Finally, the symplectic method is demonstrated be more effi cient and suitable in the on-line calculation by comparing with FEM.

        An Experimental Study of Mineral and Microstructure for Undisturbed Loess Polluted by Landfill Leachate

        To investigate the shear strength and microstructure of undisturbed loess polluted by landfill leachate, a series of laboratory tests were carried out to determine the shear strength, mineral composition, surface morphology, particle size distribution and pore characteristics of the loess. The stress-strain curve of undisturbed soil polluted by landfill leachate showed typical strain-softening behavior. The deviatoric stress, cohesion and angle of shearing resistance of undisturbed soil decreased at increased landfill leachate concentrations, decreased by 31.03%, 30.01%, respectively. But pore water pressure was positively related to leachate concentrations. The content of primary minerals remained stable, and the content of montmorillonite and illite decreased with increased leachate concentration, reduced by 26.02%, 23.93%, respectively. Soil structure changed into an unstable honeycomb structure when the leachate concentration increased. Moreover, the average particle size decreased by 62.1%, and the specific surface area increased and then stabilized at 500 ~ 650 m2/kg. The soil particles became nonuniform and porous and their sizes gradually decreased. The pore radius of soil mainly ranged from 0.02 μm to 1 μm. The maximum radius and optimal radius of the pore increased when the leachate concentrations increased.

        Highly-efficient catalytic combustion performance of 1,2-dichlorobenzene over mesoporous TiO2–SiO2 supported CeMn oxides: The effect of acid sites and redox sites

        High specific surface area CeMn/TiO2–SiO2 catalysts were synthesized and evaluated for the catalytic combustion of 1,2-dichlorobenzene (o-DCB). Mesoporous TiO2–SiO2 supports were prepared by evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) method to investigate the promotion of Si on the acid properties of TiO2. Pore structures of TiO2–SiO2 were modulated by controlling the amount of hydrochloric acid during the preparation process of mesoporous supports, and the influence of structures and physicochemical properties of CeMn/TiO2–SiO2 catalysts on the activity and stability of o-DCB catalytic combustion were thoroughly studied. The results showed that Mn cations incorporated into CeO2 fluorite structure caused the formation of more active oxygen species. The active oxygen species and high specific surface area of catalysts played significant roles in o-DCB oxidation reaction. The influence of water on o-DCB catalytic combustion was also studied, and two different observations were obtained at low or high content of water. Due to deposition of Cl species on the surface of catalyst, CeMn/TiO2–SiO2 loses partial activity during o-DCB catalytic combustion, and most of activity could be recovered through Deacon reaction.

        Bond deterioration of corroded steel in two different concrete mixes

        This paper investigated the effects of rebar corrosion on bond performance between rebar and two different concrete mixes (compressive strengths of 20.7 MPa and 44.4 MPa). The specimen was designed as a rebar centrally embedded in a 200 mm concrete cube, with two stirrups around the rebar to supply confinement. An electrochemical accelerated corrosion technique was applied to corrode the rebar. 120 specimens of two different concrete mixes with various reinforcing steel corrosion levels were manufactured. The corrosion crack opening width and length were recorded in detail during and after the corrosion process. Three different loading schemes: monotonic pull-out load, 10 cycles of constant slip loading followed by pullout and varied slip loading followed by pull-out, were carried out on the specimens. The effects of rebar corrosion with two different concrete mixes on corrosion crack opening, bond strength and corresponding slip value, initial slope of bond-slip curve, residual bond stress, mechanical interaction stress, and energy dissipation, were discussed in detail. The mean value and coefficient of variation of these parameters were also derived. It was found that the coefficient of variation of the parameters of the corroded specimens was larger than those with intact rebar. There is also obvious difference in the two different concrete mixes for the effects of rebar corrosion on bond-slip parameters.

        Analytical moment expression for linear element in diagonal form fast multipole boundary element method

        The moment of diagonal form fast multipole boundary element for the Helmholtz equation in essence is the surface integration of exponential function on an element. In this paper, the moment for a linear triangular element can be integrated analytically by transforming the coordinates from global Cartesian coordinates to local area coordinates. The derived analytical moment evaluation is compared with the classical numerical calculation, and results show that analytical method makes the moment calculation efficient, stable, and accurate.

        Active Distribution Network Expansion Planning Considering Distributed Generation Integration and Network Reconfiguration

        This paper proposes the method of active distribution network expansion planning considering distributed generation integration and distribution network reconfiguration. The distribution network reconfiguration is taken as the expansion planning alternative with zero investment cost of the branches. During the process of the reconfiguration in expansion planning, all the branches are taken as the alternative branches. The objective is to minimize the total costs of the distribution network in the planning period. The expansion alternatives such as active management, new lines, new substations, substation expansion and Distributed Generation (DG) installation are considered. Distribution network reconfiguration is a complex mixed-integer nonlinear programming problem, with integration of DGs and active managements, the active distribution network expansion planning considering distribution network reconfiguration becomes much more complex. This paper converts the dual-level expansion model to Second-Order Cone Programming (SOCP) model, which can be solved with commercial solver GUROBI. The proposed model and method are tested on the modified IEEE 33-bus system and Portugal 54-bus system.
