담배식물의 생장에 따른 Holocellulose와 Lignin 함량의 변화

본 연구는 담배식물의 바이오에타놀 생산원료서의 가능성을 타진하기 위하여 온실에서 pot재배를 통하여 이식 후 25일부터 80일까지 5일 간격으로 잎과 줄기의 holocellulose와 lignin함량 변화를 조사해 보았다. 생육이 진행됨에 따라 건물 g당 holocellulose와 lignin의 함량도 증가하여 성숙 및노화기로 갈수록 높았다. 건물 g당 holocellulose함량은 잎보다 줄기가 높았고, 줄기의 lignin함량은 최대생장기에 급격히 증가했다. 담배 1주당 총 함량은 이식 후 70일에 최대였는데, holocellulose함량은 건물중의 60%이었고 lignin을 합할 경우에는 67%가 되었다. Changes in holocellulose and lignin contents of tobacco p1ants(var. NC 82) were determined from 25 days after transplanting in a pot to senescence stage at 5 days interval in green house. The amount of holocellulose and lignin per g of dry matters were increased from growing to senescence stage. The hollocellulose content of dry stalk was higher than of leaf, and lignin content of stalk was increased rapidly during the maximal growing stage of tobacco plant. The total amounts of holocellulose and lignin per a tobacco plant were reached maximum at the around 70 days after transplanting. At that time, the ratio of holocellulose only and holocellulose with lignin to dry matter was about 60% and 67%, respectively.

This study is to analyze the yongjarye of Hunminjeongeumhaerye First, the original is analyzed yongjarye. Second, the example of 23 characters each consonant is byeon gseo and ‘ㆆ’ was to illustrate. Yongjarye two pairs of 34 characters each character of ‘ㅸ’ was added. 11 characters of Yeui medial consonant is addressed. And consonant clusters (2characters) and consonant clusters (3 characters) of the four who did not disclose of the 14 who were exemplary. The neutral consonant yongjarye consists of 44 characters, 4 characters each pair. Yeui final consonant in the first spellings as the granulomatous was explained. And two pairs of 16 characters yongjarye dealt with granulomatous, was limited to eight characters. Third, Yeui first consonant a velar sound 2, a lingual sound 2, a labial soun d 1, a dental sound 2, a guttural sound 1, half dental sound 1 was illustrated. However velar sound (快, 虬) 2, a lingual sound 斗, 那) 2, a labial sound(漂, 弥, 步) 3, a dental sound(慈) 1, a guttural sound(揖, 虚) 2, half dental sound (闾) 1, 11characters are not illustrated. Third, yongjarye consonant, neutral, granulomatous hyperonym of the ‘creature’ 43, ‘plants’ 19, ‘range’ 16, ‘equipment’ 12, ‘target’ 11, ‘shape’ 4, ‘phenomenon’ 3, ‘space’, 3, ‘s tatus’, such as 2 respectively. In addition, the entire word list yongjarye 54 monosyllabic, two -syllable, and 40 of them have to configure the list.

남북한의 언어 규범

The object of this study is concerning about korean language. As a result, the language norm due to language policy sets up different each other on the basic of that context this study look into the case and efferts of different situation between 'Hangulmachumbeop', Stundard pronunciation, Standard language norm, Orthography of Loanwords, Romanization that devised in 1988 by South Korea and 'Goseonmalgyubeomgip' that devised in 1987 by North Korea. It is commonly infers a cause from a different language norm of which has it origins under the each nation to prescribe the dialects setting up the language norm.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 간호업무성과간의 관계

Purpose: This study was undertaken in order to suggest self-leadership as a way to promote organization efficiency of nursing organization. So the relation between self-leadership and outcome of nursing practice inorganization was studied. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 215 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, perason correlation coefficient, t-test and ANOVA on SAS Program. Results: Self-leadership of nurse got 3.51 grade out of 5 as a mean point. Each of the segments got 3.74 in self-compensation, 3.57 in self-expectation, 3.53 in goal-setting, 3.45 in rehearsal, 3.37 in self-criticism and 3.30 in constructive thinking in order. Independent performance of nursing practice at each items of outcome of nursing practice showed the highest correlations with the self-expectation among self-leadership segments. Constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal, goal-setting were related like this in order, but self-criticism was related just a little. Dependent nursing practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, goal-setting, rehearsal, constructive thinking, self-compensation were similar as aboves in order, but self-criticism didn't show any similar correlations. Relationship practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, and goal-setting, constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal were similar, while self-criticism did not show any correlations. Conclusion: In conclusion the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

공무에서 사용하는 법령문 띄어쓰기를 위한 소고

The purpose of this thesis arranges a way of writing rightly in the line of duty on the basis of things that analyzed the parts making a popular fallacy systematically, the provisions of spacing words in Han-geul orthography, the consideration and the right plan of spacing words in decree, etc. in the way of spacing words. When we write a composition, It is spacing words that one of the hardest things and also everybody will have a experience that they can't make up mind whether to space out words or not while writing a composition. That's because it's not only depending on their myopic outlook but also not understanding the basic principle of spacing words. Today, spacing words in different systems are interfered with having broaden native speaker‘s horizons in newspaper, magazine and the mass media, etc. and it have a bad influence upon them. Spacing words is also our unique writing way and it is mostly of no use to use a korean dictionary for searching it, so we feel tight. If we do not polish up the personal sentence expression, there'll be difficulty to transmit the meaning. An official document will be same. If the sentence of the document is not made up well, the effective value of the document decreases. So those who draw up the document need to make the sentence written by themselves as an exemplary sentence. The public official is both a servant of the people and a leader, so they have to show a fine example of linguistic function. Once the paper in an administrative organ is shown a good example of proper and correct sentence, it'll have an influence on the general public's drawing up the sentence. 양극성 장애에서 표피성장인자의 유전적 다형성에 대한 연합연구

Objectives : Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a neurotrophic factor which regulates the intracellular signaling molecules. These molecules are also affected by mood stabilizers such as lithium and valproate. In addition, epidermal growth factor enhances neuronal survival, maturation and differentiation especially in midbrain dopaminergic neurons of which dysfimction may play a role in pathophysiology of bipolar disorders. Bipolar disorder has some genetic commonalities with schizophrenia, and several association studies of EGF have been done with schizophrenia. In this study, we tried to investigate the geneticassociation between EGF A61G polymorphism and bipolar disorder. Methods : Total of 189 patients and 347 nonnal control were included. All patients satisfied the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV for bipolar disorder type I (BPDI, N= 146) and bipolar disorder type II (BPDII, N=43). Genomic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood, and genotyping was performed by TaqMan™ method. Genotype and allele frequency of EGF A61G polymorphism between the patients and the control were compared by contingency chi-square test or the Fisher's exact test. Results : No association was found between EGF A61G polymorphism and susceptibility of BPDI, BPDII and bipolar disorder (all patients). Female patients with BPDII showed overexpression of AG genotype compared to that ofcontrol group (p=0.03). However, this association was not significant after correction of multiple testing. Conclusion : In conclusion, EGF A61G polymorphism has no association with susceptibility of bipolar disorder. However, the disease modifying role of EGF gene polymorphism for bipolar disorder remains to be elucidated in respect to factors such as gender difference or diagnostic subtype.

즉흥사고를 이용한 글쓰기 전략 개발 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop an writing strategy with brainstorming. Concrete instructional contents for the dvelopment of writing strategy with brainstorming and the continuous application of the strategy to the whole writing's processes were developed here. And its method of application to elementary school and university were also described. The modern writing theory which reflects the importance of thinking had emphasis on the diversification of thinking ability. From this point of view, brainstorming which is adopted to a way of enhancing thinking ability was applied to students' writings. Brainstorming aims to pull out the unique idea from the consciousness of students and this study tried to develop continuous model of writing strategy through brainstorming. The advantage of continuous model could be in teaching the students interactively for whole writing processes. This study showed that brainstorming could be applied to the whole writing process, idea production - idea construction - paragraph writing, and described the results of its application at the order of method - application - consideration of instruction.

현대국어 의존명사의 선․후행환경자질과의 통합관계

This thesis is the purpose of dicussing that it is the meaning characteristic about the bound noun antecedent and escorting environment feature in the korean language. The result of this study can be conclued as follows. A bound noun, unlike the free, cannot be used alone, and should be preceded by an ad-nominal form-ad-nominal form of a predicate, substantive, or demonstrative ad-nominal form, etc. In this study, I investigate which lexical items belong to a free noun, clitic and the ending of a word through the syntactic and semantic study of the bound noun in modern korean. So, it is desir to make a study on the bound noun in korean and thus make a full escription on the diachrinic development of the bound noun in the korean language. 타액선 세포에서 내인성 산화질소에 의한 칼슘유입 조절기전

Nitric oxide (NO) has been known to function as a cellular signaling messenger in various tissues and organs. The present study was aimed to investigate whether the regulatory mechanisms of calcium influx are mediated by the endogenous NO in submaxillary acinar cells. Effects of agents which stimulate or inhibit the NO-cGMP pathway on the calcium influx and potassium efflux were examined in submaxillary cells of the rat in vitro. 1) In the submandibular slices, carbachol (10^-5 mol/L) increased the NO_2 contents, which was prevented by pretreatment with L-NAME. 2) In the submandibular slices, K^+ efflux in response to carbachol (10^-5 mol/L) was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with L-NAME (10^-4 mol/L) which was attenuated by L-arginine (10^-5 mol/L). 3) L-NAME (10^-4 mol/L) did not affect the transient K^+ efflux in response to carbachol (10^-5 mol/L), but decreased the sustained K^+ efflux. 4) In the isolated submandibular acini, calcium influx by carbachol (10^-5 mol/L) was reduced by L-NAME or L-NMA. 5) In the isolated submandibular acini, calcium influx induced by sodium nitroprusside (10^-6 mol/L) was attenuated by pretreatment with hemoglobin (10^-4 mol/L) or methylene blue (10^-4 mol/L). 6) Calcium influx by 8-Br-cGMP (10^-4 mol/L) was inhibited by H8, (10^-4 mol/L). 7) Calcium influx by 8-Br-cGMP was not affected by nifedipine or verapamil (10^-5 mol/L) but was slightly decreased by reduction of extracellular sodium concentration. These results suggest that endogenous NO stimulates Ca^2+ influx through activating a cGMP-dependent protein kinase-activated nonselective cation channel in submandibular acinar cells.
