        일본의 신 아시아 국제질서 구상에 관한 연구

        패전 이후 주권을 상실한 7년간을 포함해서 50여년이 경과한 오늘날 일본은 경제대국에서 정치대국으로의 변신을 모색하고 있다. 그런 만큼 21세기를 앞둔 일본은 군사대국의 선택을 목전에 두고 있어서 아시아 지역의 불안 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 그러나 아시아 지역 유일의 G-7 창설회원국인 일본은 결국 금세기내에 유엔 안보리 상임이사국이 될 것으로 전망된다. 아시아 지역에서는 냉전 종식 이후 양극질서가 다극질서로 이행해 가고 있으며 정치적 불안 용인도 증대되고 있다. 이 지역은 유럽 지역과는 달라서 <공동의 적> 인식이 모호하며, 구성국들간의 문화, 종교, 경제발전단계의 차이도 크다. 따라서 아시아 지역 구성국들의 공통분모를 찾아 하나의 집단안보기구를 창설한다는 것은 매우 어려운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이 지역의 국제질서은 기존의 양국간 및 다국간 안보협약, 아세안, 아세안 확대 외상회의, APEC, 태평양경제협력회의(PECC) 등 기존의 협력기구와 지난 7월 말 싱가폴 아세안회의에서 논의된 ARF(아시아지역 포럼), EAEC(동아시아경제협의체), 클린턴이 제안한 11월의 APEC 정상회담등 여러 방안을 비교하여, 경제 안보 문제 등에 관한 폭넓은 대화의 창구를 넓혀 나가는 선에서 구축되어야 한다. 현대의 도시 건설은 상하수도, 전기, 전화, 가스의 설치에서 보이는 것처럼 지하파이프 공사 없이는 불가능하다. 국제사회에서 갈등 관계와 군사력의 필요성이 없어지지 않는 한 국제질서를 유지하는 힘은 반드시 존재해야 한다. 현시점에서 이 지역의 안보는 유일한 군사대국이며 원거리 투입능력을 갖고 있는 미국의 역할에 의존하고 있다. 장기적으로 미일간의 공동의 적이 소멸된 상황에서 미국 단독의 균형자 역할을 기대할 수는 없을 것이다. 걸프전쟁에서 확인된 유엔의 기능을 고려할 때 유엔의 활성화는 국제적 갈등을 해소하는 데 긍정적으로 기능할 수 있으리라고 판단된다. 이 점에서 유엔 평화유지 미군부대의 운영은 현 주일미군에 비하여 정통성과 효율성이 높아질 것으로 전망된다. 이 메카니즘은 상당 기간 동안 일본의 신아시아국제질서 및 군사대국화 구상을 견제하는 하나의 유용한 지하파이프 역할을 할수 있으리라고 여겨진다. 따라서 아시아 지역 신국제질서는 유엔과의 연계하에서 구축해 가는 한편 기존의 쌍무조약, APEC, ASEAN 등 국제협력체들을 포괄하는 방향으로 나아가야 할 것이다. Most people would agree that Japan will be an important actor in a new international order. So called 'Peace Constitution' explicitly denies the right of possessing military armament as a means of war and aggression. Japan's defence budget of 1993, however, is $37 billion which ranks the second largest in the world. Japan is also aiming to become a member of a permanent member of the Security Council. Japan is no longer 'ordinary state'. No one can deny that Japan is now a economic and political superpower with high military potentialities. A nation with the economic and technical strength like Japan may unlikely remain a regional power in the next century. Japan's security strategy has been, so far, closely linked to its alliance with the U.S. In the last fifty years, Japan supported America's global containment policyaganist the Soviet Union. However, the collapse of communism will profoundly change a strategic concept of Japan. In the disappearance of the common enemy, reason d'etre of MSA between US and Japan may be in doubt. New Hosokawa Government will probably pursue its global policy to enhance political influence suitable to her economic strength. New leaders will also move toward the amendment of the article 9 of the Constituiton and the strengthening of the military capabilities. For the long term, Japan would strengthen its military armament in considering a disengagement policy of the US Government. The military built-up of Japan would eventurally create an uncertainties in Asia which has already been a cause of escalating arms races in this region. Are there any policy alternaties to restrain or contain Japan becoming a strong military power? Last July President Clinton proposed an establishment of American oversea troops under the UN. Mr. Ozawa Ichiro who played a crucial role in the process of bringing about recent political change in Japan also proposed a strengtheming of the PKO forces of Japan as a means of active participation in the world politics and of taking responsibility suitable to its economic strength. The presence of the US proops in Japan is probably a most reliable device to deter Japan's superpower ambition. If US maintain military troops under the aegis of the UN flag deterence effect would be much higher. If the new Hosokawa government agrees to establisha standing forces for UN in the forthcoming General Assembly of the UN, a new device under the command of the Security Council would certainly contribute to restrain its military ambition. It is safe to mention that to have two seperate UN standing forces in Japanse territory may, at least for the short term, provide a secure mechanism to contain Japanese conservative movement.

      • The Supply Chain Analysis of Hakka Restaurants Industry for Hakka Liutui Regions in Taiwan

        Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to weight the 6 major and 18 secondary attributes from the data of interviews. The objectives were to find out the weaknesses of business development of the Liutui Hakka restaurants and food industry via competition analysis of the business supply chain. These findings would be used as references for suggesting a “Blue Ocean Strategy” to the future sustainable operation and an uncontested market of the Hakka restaurants and food industry in the Liutui area. The research showed that the top three priorities of the 6 major attributes were quality, customer service and marketing (equally weighted), and flexibility. The most important secondary attribute under the major attribute quality was product safety and wholesomeness. These findings would be provided to the business holders and governments as bases for making development policies and strategies for future sustainable Hakka restaurants and food industry.

        This study adopted the concept of supply chain analysis to establish 6 major and 18 secondary attributes for evaluating the Hakka food industry in the area of Liutui (six major clusters of the Hakka villages distributed in Kaohsiung and Pingtung counties, which functioned as 6 allied military forts when encountered with invading enemies), Taiwan, through literature review and on-site interviews of the business owners on the aspects of cost, quality, innovation, customer service, marketing, and flexibility. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to weight the 6 major and 18 secondary attributes from the data of interviews. The objectives were to find out the weaknesses of business development of the Liutui Hakka restaurants and food industry via competition analysis of the business supply chain.         미용종사자의 조직문화유형과 라포형성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        미용산업은 조직구성원 개개인의 역량과 기술이 기업의 성과를 결정짓는 중요한 요인이 된다. 기업의 번영과 발전을 추구하며, 직무성과의 향상을 위해 조직구성원의 잠재된 능력을 최대한 이끌어 낼 수 있는 인적자원관리에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 본 연구에서는 미용산업에서 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조직문화유형과 친밀감 형성 및 결속력을 바탕으로 하는 라포에 대해 고찰하고, 조직문화유형과 라포형성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 조직문화유형을 구분하기 위해 Quinn & McGrath1)가 제시한 위계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 과업지향문화, 관계지향문화의 네 가지 경쟁가치모형(Competing Value Model)으로 분류하여 연구가설을 설정하였다. 첫째, 미용종사자의 조직문화유형은 직무성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 미용종사자의 조직문화유형은 리더-구성원간 라포형성에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 리더-구성원간 라포형성은 직무성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구방법은 서울과 경기 및 기타 지역의 미용종사자(헤어, 메이크업, 피부, 네일)를 대상으로 2015년 3월 24일부터 4월 22일까지 총 600부의 설문지가 배포되었고, 수거된 570부 중 응답내용이 미흡한 120부를 제외한 450부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 설정된 가설들을 검증하기 위하여 수집된 자료의 실증분석은 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화유형이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 전반적으로 과업지향문화, 관계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 위계지향문화의 순서로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화유형이 리더-구성원간 라포형성에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 혁신지향문화와 관계지향 문화에서만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더-구성원간 라포형성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 리더-구성원간 라포형성은 직무 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 창의적이고 도전성의 가치를 존중하며, 팀웍을 중시하는 등의 탄력성 있는 조직문화유형은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 조직구성원과의 관계회복을 위한 리더에 대한 신뢰라고 할 수 있는 라포형성에 영향을 미치며, 즐거운 만남을 위한 노력, 호의적인 관계를 위한 노력, 친밀감 형성과 같은 라포는 조직구성원들에게 조직의 목표달성을 위한 업무의 추진속도를 높이고, 개개인의 목표달성 및 업무에 대한 긍지와 자부심 등을 높이는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 미용산업의 다양한 조직문화형성과 전략적 인적자원관리를 통한 경쟁우위 확보를 위해 긍정적인 방향을 제시하고자 하며, 향후 연구를 통해 조직문화를 통한 조직의 인식 변화와 더불어 조직 구성원의 발전과 목표달성을 위한 프로그램을 개발 할 필요가 있으며, 조직문화유형이나 라포와 같은 개념의 일반화를 위해 다양한 변수들과의 관계를 검증하는 것이 필요할 것이다. In the beauty industry, organizational members’ abilities and skills are important elements in determining companies’ performance. As interests in human resource management that can maximize organizational members’ potential abilities to promote companies’ prosperity and development and improve job performance have increased, this study tried to grasp rapport as a factor influencing job performance in the beauty industry based on organizational culture type, intimacy, and solidarity, and analyze the effects of organizational culture type on rapport formation and job performance. In order to set research hypotheses, organizational culture type was divided into four competing value models suggested by Quinn & McGrath, that is, hierarchy-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture, and relationship-oriented culture. First, beauty industry workers’ organizational culture type would have a significantly positive (+) effect on job performance. Second, beauty industry workers’ organizational culture type would have a significantly positive (+) effect on rapport formation between leader and members. Third, rapport formation between leader and members would have a significantly positive (+) effect on job performance. A survey was performed from March 24, 2015 to April 22, 2015 targeting beauty industry workers (hair, makeup, skin, nail) living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and other regions. 600 questionnaires were distributed, and of returned 570, totally 450 excluding 120 including negligent responses were used for the final analysis. In order to verify the hypotheses, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used. The study results can be summarized as below. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of organizational culture type on job performance, task-oriented culture had the highest effect, followed by relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture, and hierarchy-oriented culture, in order. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of organizational culture type on rapport formation between leader and members, only innovation-oriented culture and relationship-oriented culture had effects. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of rapport formation between leader and members on job performance, rapport formation between leader and members had an effect on job performance. In other words, flexible organizational culture types respecting creative and challenging values and emphasizing teamwork positively influence job performance and rapport formation which relies on the leader in recovering the relationship with organizational members. In addition, rapports such as an effort to have pleasant meetings, an effort to keep favorable relationships, and intimacy help organizational members increase their working speed in achieving organizational goals and raise their pride and confidence of goal achievement and work performance. Based on the study results, this study intends to suggest positive directions by forming various organizational cultures in the beauty industry and securing competitive advantage through strategic human resource management. The future studies need to develop related programs to change organizational members’ recognition through various organizational cultures and contribute to their growth and goal achievement, and verify the relationships between diverse variables to generalize the concepts such as organizational culture type and rapport.

        Propranolol 이 Halothane-N2O 마취중 Sodium Nitroprusside 의 혈역학(血力學)및 폐내 Shunt 에 미치는 영향

        Sodium nitroprusside hart become increasingly popular as a vasodilator due to its high potency, rapid onset and reversibility. However, it has some untoward effects including cyanide toxicity, tachyphylaxis, and rebound phenomenon. Accordingly, several attempts to dimmish such complications have been tried including the use propranolol, a possible direct cardiovascular depressant. Therefore, to determine whether propranolol makes a deleterious contribution to hemodynamic responses and impaired in pulmonary gas exchange during SNP in patients anesthetized with halothane·N_2O (FiO_2; 0.5), experiments were performed on 25 patients with deliberate hypotension scheduled for elective surgery. Thirteen patients were pretreated with divided doses of propranolo (320mg, b.i.d po) and the other twelve were controls. The results were as follows. 1) Cardiac index was significantly lower in pretreated with propranolol than the untreated control in the hypotensive period (3.45±0.16 vs 2.97±7.141/min/m2, p$lt;0.05). 2) Hearate increased by 20% in control group during the hypotensive period, but it remained unaltered in propranolol group at all times. 3) Hypotension induced by SNP, resulted from a marked decrease in systemic vascular resistance in both groups. 4) MPAP, PCWP, CVP, SVR, PVR significantly decreased after SNP infusion in both groups, but , they did not differ significantly between the groups at all times. 5) SNP caused a significant increase in intrapulmonary shunt fraction from 8.26±0.51 to 10.11±0.92%, but propranolo prevented it. 6) Mixed venous oxygen tension was significantly lower in propranolol group than in untreated control group at all times. 7) Patients who .received propranolo required less SNP than the untreated control. (2.51±0.22 vs 5.95±0.75 mcg/kg/min, p$lt;0.001) These results indicate that propranolol required does not produce any unfavorable hemodynamic event and, furthermore, prevents impairment of pulmonary gas exchange during SNP induced hypotension in patients anesthetized with halothane antrous oxide. Therefore, premfdication with propranolol should be considered for patients who are supposed to receive SNP for deliberate hypotension.

      • Pentaethlenehexamine XAD-4 수지를 이용한 금속이온의 흡착 및 분리에 관한 연구

        The new chelating resin Pentaethylenehexamine XAD-4 was synthesized by the reaction of Amberlite XAD-4 resin and the chelate reagent Pentaethylenehexamine. The newly prepared resin contained 0.75 mmol of Pentaethylenehexamine per gram of resin and showed weak base behavior in aqueous solutions. The capacity of adsorption of metal ions are Mg(II) 1.0×10-³, Ca(II) 1.95×10-¹, Sr(II) 2.14×10-¹, Ba(II) 2.54×10-¹, Cu(II) 7.2×10-¹, Ni(II) 2.50×10-¹, Zn(1l) 2.11×10-¹, Co(II) 2.01×10-¹, m mol per gram of the chelating resin. Also, the elution order of the alkaline-earth metal ion Mg(II), Ca(Il), Sr(II), follow by Ba(II), and for the transition metal ions are eluted to Co (II), Zn(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) in order.
