The results of this study on juvenile problems and role of physical training are as follows. 1. It is necessary to build up emotional stability, law-abiding spirit, rightful view of value, and positive attitude of young people through activities of physical training. 2. It is necessary to provide comnunity that prootes cultured and balanced phyusical and spiritual health of young people through physical training. 3. It is necessary to grasp device of spare time in order that only young people who can be adapted to their lesson and spare time may personally have faith of success. 4. It is necessary to build active personality and to educate effective humanity which are trained through mind and body at the meaning of harmonized development of young people. 5. It is necessary to build spiritua power and sense of value that young people should fulfill responsibility and duty of group through physical training.
수행평가는 학생들의 학습 과정을 관찰하거나 학생들이 산출해 낸 자료를 통해 평가하는 방식으로 단순 필답 고사의 단점을 보완하는 새로운 평가 방식으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 이 수행평가를 적용하는데 많은 노력과 시간 부담이 들어 실제 학교 현장에서 시행에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 부담을 줄이기 위해 인터넷을 이용한 평가가 다방면에서 시도되고 있으나, 이들 기존 연구에서는 학생의 평가 참여가 허용되지 못하며 평가 방법이 다양하지 못하거나 교사의 피드백이 부분적으로만 사용되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습자들의 평가 참여 및 학습 과정 중의 다양한 수행평가를 지원하고 교사가 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반의 수행평가 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이러한 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 활용할 경우, 학생들의 평가력 등의 고등사고 능력과 전인적 발달을 도모하고, 수행평가를 위한 교사의 업무와 시간 부담을 대폭 줄일수 있을 것이다. A performance evaluation, which requires to observe students in the course of teaming and studying and to evaluate their reports and materials, is emerging as an alternative evaluation method to overcome the shortcoming of simple written tests. However, there are many difficulties in real teaching setting to apply the performance evaluation, because it requires many burdens of efforts and time. In order to reduce these burdens of teachers, there have been several approaches which utilize the Internet for the evaluation. But these previous approaches have several limitations that they don’t allow students’ participation in evaluation activities, fail to provide a variety of evaluation methods, and/or support teachers’ feedbacks very limitedly. In order to overcome these limitations, therefore, this paper designed and implemented a web-based performance evaluation system supporting the participation of students in doing evaluation themselves and various evaluation methods, which can be effectively managed by teachers. This web-based performance evaluation system developed in this paper can enhance not only students’ high level thinking abilities but also their emotional and intellectual abilities. It can also help teachers to reduce the burden of working and the time in plenty used for evaluating students.
에폭시 수지의 경화제와 경화조건을 변화시켜가며 유리섬유/에폭시 적층판의 충격특성을 연구하였다. 상온경화에서는 분자사슬이 긴 폴리아미드(G-1034)를 경화제로 사용했을 때 가장 큰 충격강도를 나타내었다. 가열경화에서는 파괴개시에너지가 상온경화에 비하여 높게 나타났으며, 후경화에서는 파괴 전파에너지가 높게 나타났다. 저온시험에서는 모재로부터 섬유의 이탈이 많이 일어난 것이 높은 충격 강도를 나타내었다. The influence of hardener and curing condition were studied on the impact properties of epoxy resin laminated with glass- fiber experimentally. Generally, the initiation energy of the epoxy composites was increased with heat - cure, and the propagation energy was also increased with post-cure. The total impact strength of composites cured with hardener of polyamide type was than that of aliphatic or aromatic amine type. The impact strength was increased with enhancement of propagation energy when it was tested at low temperature.
In one bath dyeing system of silk/cellulose triacetate(triactate) fiber blend fabric with acid/disperse dyes, adsorption behvior of acid dyes and disperse dyes on silk and triactate fabrics were examined. In the dyeing of triactate with the C.I. Disperse Red 19(Red 19) and the C.I. Disperse Red 60(Red 60) at 100℃, dye uptake with the Red 19 was higher than that with the Red 60. When the silk/triaceetate was dyed with Red 19 and the Red 60 at 100℃, dye uptake on triacetate was influenced by affinity of the dye to the silk fabric dyed together. In the treatment of the silk fabric dyed with the Red 19 and Red 60 in desorption bath with and without undyed triacetate, desorption of the dyes from the silk fabric was influenced by the affinity of the dyes to the triacetate. When the silk/triacetate was dyed with the Blue 80/Red 19 and Red 60 at 100℃, color of triacetate dyed with the Red 19 and Red 60 was not influenced by the Blue 80 but silk dyed with the Blue 80 was influenced by the Red 19.
Silk and wool are the two most important natural protein fibers. Because of there different Physical chemical properties the two fibers show quite different dyeability. In this study, we tride silk/wool blend fabric in one step using a one bath dyeing method. Acid dyes, 1 : 2 type metal complex dyes, and complex type reactive dyes used as the dyes. The results of the exsperiments can be summarized as follows
In one bath dyeing system of silk/acrylonitrile(acryl) fabric with acid/disperse dyes and acid/cation dyes, adsorption behavior of acid dyes, disperse dyes and cation dyes on silk and acryl fabrics were examined. In the dyeing of acryl with the C. I. Disperse Red 19(Red 19) and The C. I. Disperse Red 60(Red 60), dye uptake with Red 19 was higher than that with Red 60. When the silk and acryl fabric were dyed with C. I. Basic Red 27(Red 27), dye uptake on the acryl was higher than that on the silk. When the silk/acryl fabric was dyed with Red 19 and Basic 27, solid shade could be obtained with Red 19 but could not be obtained with Basic 27. In the dyeing of silk/acryl fabric dyed with Blue 80/Red 27 and C. I. Acid Blue 113(Blue 113)/C. I. Basic Blue 116(Blue 116), compatibility could be obtained with Blue 80/Red 27 but that could not be obtained with Blue 113/Blue 116.
This study aimed at examining how the organizational citizenship behavior as a significant attitude variable of organization members appear through daily sports activities and self-efficacy in local administration organizations. To study the organizational citizenship behavior of local public officers as an important attitude variable and the human resource management program that is used to guide their behaviors, it made an assumptive model based on the results of precedent studies and intended to examine its cause and effects. To achieve the purpose of the study, this study presented specific items to be examined and intended to identify them as follows. This study used questionnaire for the study, and it consists of questions about daily sports activities, self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behaviors, altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, conscientiousness and civic virtue. The data, this study used the 'SPSSwin Ver. 10.01 statistics package' on a personal computer to perform descriptive statistics and demonstration of a research model and its assumption. For the statistical analysis, it used the single-dimensional analysis using Cronbach's Alpha, the Cross Tabulation, the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and the Multi-Regression.
This study aimed at examining how the organizational citizenship behavior as a significant attitude variable of organization members appear through daily sports activities and self-efficacy in local administration organization. First, is there a difference in daily sports activities, self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behaviors depending on socio-statistical characteristics of organization members? Second, is there any difference in self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behaviors depending on whether organization members participate in daily sports activities of rough organization members or not? Third, does the degree of participation in daily sports activities of the members have an influence on self-efficacy? Fourth, does self-efficacy of the members have an influence on organizational citizenship behaviors? Fifth, does the degree of participation in daily sports activities of the members have an influence on organizational citizenship behaviors? Finally, how much will the degree of participation in daily sports activities of the members have an influence on organizational citizenship behaviors thself-efficacy?
