한국과 튀르키예의 예술경영 교육기관 교류 가능성과 방법에 대한 실천적 탐색

본 연구는 한국과 튀르키예 간 예술경영 교육의 교류 가능성과 실천적 방향을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구자는 한국의 한국예술종합학교와 튀르키예의 예디테페대학교를 중심으로 양국 예술경영 교육의 특성과 교류 여건을 비교 분석하고자 각 대학의 교수들을 대상으로 심층 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 개방형 문항을 중심으로 구성되었으며, 대면 인터뷰 형식으로 진행되었다. 응답 내용은 주제별 분석(thematic analysis)을 통해 교류 가능성, 협력 의지, 실행 방식, 교류의 한계, 기대 효과 및 제언의 여섯 가지 범주로 분류되었다. 연구 결과, 양국 교수들은 예술경영 교육의 국제화를 위한 교류의 필요성에 공감하면서도 언어장벽, 제도적 차이, 행정·재정적 한계 등 다양한 과제를 인식하고 있었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 단기 프로그램, 교수 교류, 제도 개선 등의 실천 전략을 제안하며, 향후 양국 간 상호 보완적이고 지속가능한 협력 모델 구축의 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 정성적 접근을 통해 실제 교육 현장의 목소리를 반영하고 있다는 점에서, 예술경영 교육의 국제협력 방안을 논의하는 데 실질적인 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study explores the possibilities and practical directions for educational exchange in arts management between South Korea and Türkiye. Focusing on the Korea National University of Arts (K-Arts) and Yeditepe University, the researcher conducted qualitative surveys through in-depth interviews with professors from both institutions. The survey consisted of open-ended questions and was carried out in person. The responses were thematically analyzed and categorized into six key areas: exchange potential, willingness to collaborate, implementation strategies, limitations, expected benefits, and practical suggestions. Findings reveal a shared recognition of the importance of international collaboration in arts management education. However, participants also highlighted several challenges, including language barriers, institutional differences, and administrative or financial constraints. Based on these insights, the study proposes realistic strategies such as short-term programs, faculty exchange, and structural improvements. Ultimately, the research suggests that sustainable and mutually beneficial collaboration models can be established between Korean and Turkish institutions. By reflecting on the voices of educators, this study serves as a valuable reference for developing international partnerships in arts management education.
