        황색포도상구균 신속 검출용 간이 진단키트

        This study was performed to develop a rapid test kit for pathogenic Staphylococcus in various samples. The rapid detection kit has been fabricated based on nitrocellulose lateral-flow strip. Colloidal gold and Staphylococcus antibodies were used as a tag and a receptor, respectively. Manually spotted Staphylococcus antibody and anti-mouse antibody on the surface of nitrocellulose membrane were used as test and control lines, espectively. Feasibility of the rapid kit to detect Staphylococcus aureus in samples were evaluated. The intensity of the color of the tes line started to increase with the samples in which higher concentration of the cells were contained. The sensitivity of the sensor was 106 cfu/mL Staphylococcus spiked in PBS. Also, the rapid test kit could detect 105 cfu/mL of Staphylococcus in chicken meat extract.

      • Fe-Ni-Si-B계 비정질합금의 자기적 성질

        Amorphous (Fe Ni) Si B (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1, y=6, 8, 10, 12) alloys were prepared by a single roll quenching method. Both composition and temperature dependence of saturation magnetization were studied by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). Electrical resistivity was measured by four probe method and the power loss was calculated which is related change of frequency by A.C B-H loop tracer. Domain patterns were observed by Bitter method. 1. The preparation of amorphous alloys with all composition was possible, and after heat treatment crystallization occurred, resulting in Fe₃B and Ni₃B. 2. The saturation magnetization was increased with B content and the Curie temperature was about 750°K. 3. Electrical resistivity in amorphous alloys was twice in crystalline alloys and the crystallization temperature was increased with Si content. 4. The power loss of amorphous (Fe Ni) Si B alloys which is dependent on frequency was decreased with decreasing Si content and Ni content. 5. By heat treatment, the fingerprint type domain was gradually diminished and the decrease in power loss was also observed.

      • 施肥法이 水稻機械移秧苗의 生育形質에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out to know the effects of fertilizer application methods of the growth and physiological characters of rice seedling. For this purpose, three levels of phosphorous fertilizer(0, 6 and 12g/seed box) and three methods of nitrogen application(heavy- N-basal, split and heavy-N-top dressing) at seed box, seed bed and different rice growing stages were treated. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The plot which received heavy-N-basal application with fused phosphate caused physiological disorder like a dampingoff of rice seedlings severely. 2. The rooting ability of rice seedling after transplanting in creased significantly by the phosphorous application compared to no treated plot. 3. The occurrence of physiological disorder like a dampping off was shown severely in plot which had a heavy-N-basal and split application. However, the plot which did not applied phosphorous didn't show any physiological disorder. 4. The chilling injury of rice seedlings was appeared from the, plots that had heavy-N-basal and split plots regardless of phosphorous levels. 5. Heavy-N-basal and split application accelerated leaf length and width elongation during the early growing stage it has the risk of overgrowing that leads to dead leaves. 6. The plot receiving heavy-N-top dressing increased number of green leaf at the time of transplanting and raised uniformality of seedlings, hence, resulted in healthy seedlings(Dry weight of shoots over plant height rate increased), compared to other treatments. 7. The rate of leaf development dry matter production and rooting ability were enhanced when the leaf of overgrowing seedlings were cutted at the 2 and 3 leaf stage.

        꽃노랑총채벌레(Frankliniella occidentalis)의 외부 미세구조의 특징

        SEM을 사용하여 꽃노랑총채벌레, Franklimella occidentalis의 외부형태적 특징을 살펴보았다. 꽃노랑총채벌레의 촉각은 모두 8마디로 구성되어 있으며 길이는 0.25㎜정도이다 또한 3번째 마디와 4번째 마디는 부메랑 모양을 하고 있으며 5번째와 6번째 마디에는 길이가 7㎛정도의 감각기가 있다. 8번째마디에는 8개의 감각기가 있다. 입틀은 비교적 앞으로 튀어나온 모양을 하고 있으며 많은 감각기가 분포하고 있는데 모두 14개의 감각기가 양쪽으로 배열되어 있다. 다리의 구조는 발톱을 가지고 있지 않다. The external morphology of Frankliniella occidentalis was studied by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The antenna was consisted of 8 segments and the length of antenna was 0.25mm. The 3rd segment and 4th segment were bent. The 5th segment and 6th segment had sensilla with 7㎛ long. The 8th segment had 8 sensilla. The mouthpart was protruded and distributed many sensilla on there. The leg had no claw.

        EFFECT OF EUGENOL AND CAPSAICIN ON THE VOLTAGE-DEPENDENT ION CHANNELS OF TRIGEMINAL AFFERENTS

        삼차신경절의 뉴런이 구강악안면영역에서의 촉각, 압각,온도각 및 통각 등 다양한 감각을 중추신경계로 전달하는 역할을 하는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 신경전달에 있어서 이온통로는 감각정보를 전달하는데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하며 특히 소디움 통로는 활동전위의 발생에 중요하다. 소디움 통로는 tetrodotoxin-sensitive(TTX-5) 및 tetrodotox-in-resistant(TTX-r) 통로로 나누어지는 데 이 중 TTX-r 통로에 발생되는 tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium cur-rent(TTX-r INa.)는 capsaicin에 민감한 일차구심신경세포에서 유해자극에 의해 통각신호를 발생시키고 전달하는데 중요하다. 또한 칼슘 통로는 시냅스 전토에 있어서 필수적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 한편 치과영역에서 치수의 진정 목적으로 eugenol이 흔히 사용되고 있다. 그러나eugenol의 그 작용 기전에 대해서 현재까지 이온통로에 대한 상세한 결과가 없는 실정이며 최근의 보고에 의하면 eugenol이 capsaicin수용기를 통하여 감각신경에 대한 억제작용을 나타낸다고 한다. 따라서 본 실험은 eugenol과 capsaicin이 흰쥐의 삼차신경절의 TTX-r INa와 칼슘통로에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고 eugenol이 capsaicin 수용기를 통하여 작용하는지를 검증하고자 시행되었다 삼차신경절 뉴런은 100-150g의 흰쥐의 삼차신경절로부터 외과적으로 절제하여 통법의 화학적 및 기계적 처리를 통해 단일세포로 분리하였고 이를 Whole-cell patch clamp 방법을 이용하여 시행한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.1mM의 dugenol은 흰쥐 삼차신경절 뉴런의 TTX-r INa.와 HVA INa.를 억제하였다. 2.1㎛의 capsaicin은 흰쥐 삼차신경절 뉴런의 TTX-r INa 와 HVA INa 를 억제하였다 3.Capsazepine은 capsaicin의 HVA ICa 에 대한 억제작용을 차단하였다. 4.Capsazepine은 capsaicin의 HVA ICa .에 대한 억제작용을 차단하지 못하였다. 결론적 으로 eugenol과 capsaicin은 tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium current(TTX-r INa )와 high voltage-activated calcium current(HVA ICa )를 모두 억제하는 것으로 나타났으며 , 이러한 작용이 통각의 발생과 시냅스 전달과정을 차단하여 치수 진정 목적으로 많이 사용하는 eugenol의 작용기전으로 판단된다. 한편 capsaicin의 길항제인 capsazepine을 전처치하였을 때에도 eugenol의 HVA ICa 에 대한 억제효과는 변화가 없었다. 이와같은 결과로 보아 HVA ICa 에 관한한 eugenol은 capsaicin 수용기를 통하여 나타나지 않는 것으로 사료된다.

      • 압출성형공정으로 제조한 선식 팽화스낵의 특성

        Sunsik extrudate was prepared by mixture of cereal and vegetable by using an experimental twin-screw extruder. Extrudate properties such as expansion ratio, density and bending strength were analyzed. Extrusion process conditions were moisture(20%, 25%), barrel temperature(70℃, 90℃, 110℃) and vegetables content(0%, 10%, 20%). Expansion ratio decreased as adding vegetable mix and increased as water content increased. Expansion ratio was the highest in water content 25% and barrel temperature 90℃. Density increased with the increase in water content and vegetable mix. Bending strength decreased by increasing water content and vegetable mix content. It was the lowest in bending strength that extrusion conditions were water content 25%, vegetable mix content 20% and barrel temperature 110℃. In conclusion, physical properties of puffed Sunsik snack could be controlled by the ratio of cereal and vegetable mix and extrusion process variables such as barrel temperature, moisture and screw speed etc.

      • Tomato에 發生하는 TMV의 系統檢定 및 品種의 抵抗性

        The study was attempted to get the basic information on tobacco mosaic virus. Its strain detection and the mode of inheritance and the difference between varieties in resistance to tobacco mosaic virus were examined with infected plants collected in Kimhae region, one of the major tomato producing areas through all types of cultivation in Korea. The results obtained were summarized as follows: Viruses infected in all collected plants were classified by 83.8% of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) and 24.3% of cucumber mosaic virus(CMV). 93.3% of virus strains identified as tobacco mosaic virus was TMV tomato strain. It was noted that 19 TMV isolates group were the strain O by pelham classification method. When 5 isolates of TMV strain O which showed different symptoms in host plants were inoculated on 41 introduced and 28 commercial varieties, 5 introduced and 3 commercial varieties were highly resistant to TMV O strain. When resistant variety(R), 430-2-21-2Sm and susceptible one(S), Yozu were crossed, the segregation ratio of F₂ generation showed a complete dominance as 3:1, but F₂ generation in the combination, Ohio MR-12(R) × Yozu(S) was segregated as helathy 1:necrosis 2:mosaic under high temperture, 27±2℃.

      • 琴湖江 流域의 一部 農作物에 對한 重金屬含量調査

        琴湖江 流域의 土壤 및 農作物에 있어서 重金屬濃度를 測定하고져 1983년 8월 4일부터 同年 11월 27일까지 河川敷地 의 土壤 및 農作物을 採取하여 亞鉛, 銅, 카드미움 및 鉛을 分析하였다. 河川流域의 土壤의 重金屬濃度는 地域에 따라 差異가 많았으며 新川下流地域 및 達西·工團川 下流地域에서 높은값(Zn, 246.31, 321.32 : Cu, 71.84, 89.34 : Cd, 3.23, 5.07 : Pb, 80.99, 99.47 ppm)을 보였으며 무우에서도 같은 지역에서 높은값(Zn, 97.33, 77.88 : Cu, 17.08, 10.14 : Cd, 0.77, 0.74 : Pb, 4.14, 4.11 ppm)을 나타내었다. This study was conducted to investigate the contents of heavy metals in basin soils and agricultural products around the Geumho river basin from August 4 to November 27, 1983. Especially investigated Zn, Cu, Cd and Pb from the soils and agricultural products. in the soils of river basin, we estimate that the contents of heavy metals have much difference according to areas. Especilly the downstreams of Sin-stream, and Dalseo and Kongdan-stream were very high (Zn, 246.31, 321.32 : Cu, 71.84, 89.34 : Cd, 3.23, 5.07 : Pb, 80.99, 99.47 ppm). And in the radishes, they showed the same high values( Zn, 97.33, 77.88 Cu, 17.08, 10.14 : Cd, 0.77, 0.74 : pb, 4.14, 4.11 ppm) in the same areas.

      • 임신중독증 환자에서의 혈장 Fibronectin 농도(Ⅱ)

        In order to evaluate diagnostic and predictive significance of plasma fibronectin in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH), concentration of plasma fibronectin were measured by Turbidometric End Point method. It is based on 140 cases with PIH, 8 cases with hypertension only group, 30 cases with proteinuria only group and 112 cases with normal control group, who were admitted to our department from November, 1990 to December, 1993. Mean concentration of plasma fibronectin were statistically significant between normal and PIH group, 309.09μg/ml versus 413.3μg/ml repectively(P<0.001). The result suggest that plasma fibronectin is significant in PIH evaluation. But this study does not confirm the usefulness of prediction of PIH.
