        국내 수집 야생버섯류 추출물의 생리활성 비교

        국내 자생하는 야생버섯 추출물의 생리활성 성분을 평가하기 위하여 각지에서 수집된 야생버섯 70% 에탄올추출물에 대한 DPPH 라디컬 소거능, 총 폴리페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 함량, 철 환원 항산화능, 환원력의 항산화 활성, 아질산염 소거능 및 야생버섯의 건조시료를 이용하여 베타글루칸 함량을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 10종의 야생버섯류 중에서 영지(OK1362) 에탄올추출물의 DPPH 라디컬 소거능(73.2%), 총 폴리페놀 함량(28.9 mg GAE/g) 및 총 플라보노이드 함량(10.0 mg QE/g)철 환원 항산화능(0.134), 환원력(0.155), 아질산염 소거능(56.3%)이 다른 버섯류에 비하여 유의적으로 가장 높았다. 그 이외에도 아까시흰구멍버섯(OK1360), 광대버섯속의 A. lanigera (OK1398), 졸각무당버섯(OK1406)이 높은 항산화능 및 아질산염 소거능을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 베타글루칸 함량은 영지(OK1362)가 25.2%를 나타내며 가장 높았으며, 그 외에 구름버섯속의 T. lactinea (OK1457)가 24.5%로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 자생하는 야생버섯류 중 새로운 천연물 유래 생리활성 물질을 탐색하기 위한 기초자료로서 활용 가능성을 기대한다. The aim of the study was to obtain the extracts of various native wild mushrooms and select the useful resources though biological activity evaluation. The anti-oxidant potential, nitrite scavenging activity, and ��-glucan content of wild mushrooms collected from Eumseong and Bonghwa in Korea were investigated. Based on the results of this study, Ganoderma lingzhi (OK1362) showed the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity (73.2%), ferric reducing anti-oxidant power (0.134), reducing power (0.155), nitrite scavenging activity (53.6%), total polyphenol content (28.9 mg GAE/g), flavonoid content (10.0 mg QE/g), and ��-glucan content (25.2%) when compared to other wild mushrooms sampled in this study. In addition, it was confirmed that Perenniporia fraxinea (OK1360), Amanita sp. (OK1398), and Russula sp. (OK1406) had relatively high anti-oxidant and nitrite scavenging potentials. In conclusion, our results can provide fundamental data for extracting beneficial compounds from wild mushrooms.

      • 제주먹초파리(Drosophila sp ; Robusta Group)에서 난황 단백질 합성에 미치는 유충 호르몬Ⅲ(Juvenile hormone Ⅲ)의 영향

        제주먹초파리 (Drosophila sp: robusta group)에서의 난황 단백질 합성은 우화 후 2일된 female 성체의 지방체와 난소의 여포세포 (follicle cell)에서부터 합성되기 시작했다. 그리고 합성된 난황 단백질은 hemolymph로 방출된 후 선택적으로 난소로 흡수되어 완전히 성숙한 embryo를 생성하는데는 우화 후 약 4일정도가 소요되었다. 난황 단백질 유전자 발현은 곤충 호르몬인 20-hydroxyecdyson(20HE)과 juvenile hormone (JH)에 의하여 조절된다. 미성숙한 female성체에서 복부만을 분리하여 10-6M에서 10-3M의 juvenile hormoneⅢ 을 0.3 ㎕정도 주입하여 난황단백질을 합성을 유도 할수 있었다. 그리고 10-3M의 JHⅢ 처리후 2-3시간 사이에 난황 단백질의 합성을 추적할 수 있었다. 우화 후 2일된 female 성체에 수종의 호르몬 (Acetone, JHⅢ, JHⅢ-20HE)을 처리한 결과 난소의 발달 효과는 JHⅢ 처리구에서 가장 높았다. 따라서 JHⅢ는 vitellogenesis동안에 지방체와 여포세포에 있는 난황 단백질 유전자를 활성화시킴은 물론 난소의 발달에도 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. Three yolk proteins of Drosophila sp (robusta group) begin to be synthesized in fat body and ovarian follicle cells of two female after eclosion, and selectively accumulated by the oocyte during vitellogenesis. Expression of the yolk protein genes are regulated by the insect hormone, each as 20-hydroxyecdyson and juvenile hormone. An injection of 0.3 ㎕ of 10-6 M JHⅢ in one day-old female was sufficient to promote synthesis and secretion of yolk proteins in isolated abdomens. Three yolk proteins were first detected between 2 and 3 hrs after treated of 10-3 M JHⅢ in abdomens removed from the whole body of one day-old female flies. The vitellogenin oocytes development by treatment with some hormones (acetone, JHⅢ, and JHⅢ-20HE) was highly affected in JHⅢ of 2-day old female flies after eclosion. Thus it seems like that increase juvenile hormone levels not only switches on yolk protein genes during vitellogenesis but also promotes the oocytes development.

      • 상호운용성 지원을 위한 이동 에이전트 시스템 설계

        A mobile agent is a computer program that acts autonomously on behalf of a person or organization and that has the unique ability to transport itself from one system in a network to another. An agent system is a platform that can create, interpret, execute, transfer and terminate agents. But, most current mobile agent systems adopted their own architectures, being implemented in various ways. Since those agent systems provide different interfaces, agens created in one mobile agent system could not move to other agent systems perform their task. To solve this problem, interoperability becomes one of the important issues on mobile agent systems. The OMG(Object management Group) proposed: the MAF(Mobile Agent Facility) specification for the interoperability among heterogeneous mobile agent systems. The MAF specification contains MAFAgentSystem and MAFFinder interfaces, and defines agent management, code mobility and naming rule. In this paper, we propose an execution model that can execute mobile agents within an agent system and migrate them to a remote agent system as conforming MAF, and design the structure and functions of its agent system. Our model uses Java and CORBA ORB in its the implementation and exploits their characteristics appropriately. Specifically its agents beside its clients can spawn child agents and control other agents.

        Since divided into two Koreas, South and North Korea have been building their own land use system over tears, However, North Korea has been managing its land less effectively than South Korea in land development and uses, resulting in impaired competitive power in the world. Considering future reunification of Korea, barriers which are caused by too different land uses in both countries. However, as some methods that had been done so far just summarized existing information, there are not enough imformation to mend land use system in North Korea. If reunification of Korea occurs, several pending issues such as land ownership, land confiscation by communist party, introduction of real estate, restoration of North Korea's economy, and land intergration will rise in the future.

        The effect of dehydrating agent in DMC(dimethyl carbonate) synthesis from methanol and carbon dioxide over Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ catalyst was studied in this work. Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ catalyst having the best activity among Ce_(1-x)Zr_(x)O₂ catalysts was selected. We could supposed that the addition of dehydrating agents improved the DMC yield by H₂O elimination. When the dehydrating agents such as Na_(2)SO₄ or K₂SO₄ was added into the synthesis of DMC, the formation amount of DMC increased to about 0.8∼0.9 mmol through the elimination of formed H₂O as by-product.

      • 古小說에 나타난 道仙的 超越意識 硏究

        The purpose of this thesis is to examine the transcendental consciousness of the Taoism and elucidate it's meaning in the ancient novel. In the ancient novel, many supernatural persons appear and the supernatural time and space develop naturally. They have their background in the Taoism. But it seems that literary study necessiates the fundamental and complicate approach rather than such simple illumination, because it can't be denyed that literature, at any point of view, is the production of an age. In the view of fundamental factor from which Taoism originate, I can argue that, when the thought for Sinsun (神仙) is in vogue, such supernatural being and power believed by people as religious element. When Taoistic elements were used in the literature, people of that age does not regard it as irrational and fictional element but rational and non-fictional element. Therefore, in the literature, it must be translated into reasonable facts in itself. Main ideas in my thesis are as follows: First, it is the distinct fact that the process of a hero birth, the development of events and the final act are ordered by the heaven. To put it concretely, hero's life is ordered by Okhwangsangjea(玉皇上帝). Thus, the thinking and ideas which frequently come out in the ancient novel originate in the Taoism. The Taoistic person gives organistic relation to the story by introducing heavenly order into earthly process of the life. Therefore, we can know the cause-effect and the necessity of it's accident according to him. In the most ancient novel, there are mainly the Taoistic view of birth and death in the purpose of disregarding the peril of human's life. Second, for the most part, the desirable time and space that appear in the ancient novel is recognized as fairly land and such a world was mainly fairly land-oriented. For the Taoism in itself is realistic and is concerned whth the pursuit of realistic profit. Another reason is that fairy land is recognized as eternal world where there is no death. Third, in the ancient novel, the typical romantic element is due to the supernatural world of Taoism. The Taoistic person, transcendental being surmounts the limit of a reality through supernatural spirit. Such trancendence of the life and death acquired by the longevity and immortality causes the absence of tragedy.
