        1RM 적용에 따른 강도별 웨이트트레이닝 운동이 혈역학 반응과 심근 부담율에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of weight exercise on physiological response according to weight by comparing the hemodynamic response and rate pressure product (RPP) according to weight exercise of each area at 60% and 80% of 1RM. Treadmill and 1RM tests were conducted in healthy 20’s men. Also, the ratio of bench press (BP), deadlift (DL), military press (MP), squat (SQ), and behind press (BNP) at 6 0 and 80% of 1RM according to HR, SBP, RPP, MRPP was measured. At 60% o f 1RM in HR, DL, MP, SQ, and BNP were significantly higher than BP (p<.001, p<.01, p<.001), and SQ was significantly higher than MP(p<.05). In SBP, DL was significantly higher than BP and MP(p<.01, p<.05), and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.01). In RPP, BP was significantly lower than DL, SQ, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.05), and DL was significantly higher than MP(p<.001). SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.05). In the ratio to MRPP reach, DL was significantly higher than BP(p<.01), and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.01). At 80% of 1RM in HR, B P was significantly lower than D L, M P, SQ, a nd BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.001, p<.01), and SQ was significantly higher than BNP(p<.05). In SBP, DL and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, BNP(p<.001). In RPP, DL was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.001, p<.01), and SQ was sigficantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001). At MRPP reach ratio, DL was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001, p<.01, p<.01), and SQ was significantly higher than BP, MP, and BNP(p<.001). In conclusion, when applying 60% and 80% of 1RM of each weight exercise, RPP was clealy increased according to high blood pressure response in DL and SQ, and there was lower heart rate compared with other exercise type in BP. The safe exercise prescription should be necessary when applying weight exercise for patients who need cautions of weight exercise.

        Distribution and Potential Toxicological Effects of 2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl Ether (BDE-47) as a Endocrine Disrupting Chemical in Human and Animals

        Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are a class of "brominated" (bromine containing) man-made chemicals used as flame retardant additives in plastics, foams, and textiles. PBDEs are found in various environmental contaminants in air, soil, sediment, and water, and 209 individual forms (congeners) of PBDE exist. Among these, 2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) is the dominant congener found in the environment. Exposure to BDE-47 is now worldwide, and levels of BDE-47 have been detected in the blood of animals, including humans. BDE-47 can adversely affect the developmental system in both humans and animals. BDEs have structural similarities to polychlorinated biphenyls and thyroid hormones. However, recent studies have shown that BDEs may act as hormonal disrupting chemicals with detrimental effects. Therefore, a reliable assessment of BDE-47 toxicological action is required to understand the detrimental impacts of BDE-47 on human health. In this review, we overview recent studies on the distribution and potential toxicological effects of BDE-47 in humans and animals.

      • 몰리브덴 퍼어말로이의 자기저항 효과에 관한 연구

        자기저항센서를 제작하기 위하여 Mo-permalloy(Ni:79.43%, Fe:14.47%, Mo:5.7%, Mn:0.38%, C:0.013%)를 슬라이드 그라스에 진공증착하여 sensor element를 제작한 후 포화자속밀도(B_(s)), 보자력(H_(c)), 자기이방성상수(K//), 자기저항변화율(ΔR/R)을 조사하였다. 진공증착된 permalloy 박막의 포화자속밀도는 0.746T 이었으며, 자화주파수 1kHz에서 보자력은 2.90A/cm(//),1.98A/cm(⊥) 이었고, 열처리 후에 1.79A/cm(//). 1.37A/cm(⊥)로 감소되었다. 한편 이 소자의 자기이방성상수는 1.38X10^(4)erg/cm^(3) 이었으며 5x1^(0-3)T의 자장변화에 대만 저항변화율(ΔR/R)은 2.0% 이었다. 앞으로 이 소자의 온도특성, 잡음특성 및 내열성 등을 조사하고자 한다. To fabricate magnetoresistive sensor, Mo-permalloy(Ni:79.43%, Fe:14.47%, Mo:5.7%, Mn:0.38%, C:0.013%) was evaporated on the slide glass. Saturation magnetic induction(B_(s)), coercive field strength(H_(a)), magnetic anisotropy constant(K), and magnetoresistance were measured for the fabricated samples. The evaporated samples show that saturation magnetic induction was 0.746T, and coercive field strengthes were 2,90A/cm(//) and 1.98A/cm(⊥), and this values were reduced to 1.79A/cm(//) and 1.37A/cm(⊥) respectively after annealing. For the measurement of coercive field strength, magnetizing frequency of 1kHz was used. For the fabricated sensor element, magnetic anisotropic constant was 1.38X10^(4)erg/cm^(3) and magneto-resistance change(ΔR/R) was 2.0% under the magnetic field change of 5X10^(-3)T, We will continue study on the characteristics for the temperature, heat resistance, and noise.

        It has been noted that interest in ethical standard of behavior within the public service has a cyclical effect, ranging from apathy to preoccupation. The main locus and focus of public service ethics is, therefore, varying from the administrative contingency and environment of a certain county. But public administrative ethics, in general, has been understood as the rules or requirements on which public servants act. The main substantial which public ethics includes may be said, in my opinion, democracy and efficiency or effectiveness in carrying out public administrative goal. In other words, the two are, therefore, the benchmark quaranteeing responsibility, realizing public interest and ensuring participation of citizen in the over all public administrative process. Our government has been striving for heightening administration ethics of public servants in many respects, it is to say, statutory regulations and enactment of 「Charter of public servants ethics」 to foster their spontaneous administrative activity. In the real sense, however, the standard of public service ethics is yet to reach the enough level to satisfy in our country. The reason is that public servants behavior has been forcibly affected, what is called, by Korean public administrative culture the principal attributes of which are pointed out family-oriented system, hierachial authoritarianism, conventional formalism, fatalistic determinism, paternalism, etc, in a broad context. To operate public administration effective, based on citizen's fabor, the followings are obtained. First, establishment of sound values system of public servants. Because the problem of elevating public service ethics could not be solved unless their behavior be followed by the change of their values system from the existing low level to the desiring level. And key important substantials of values system, as it were, can be enumerated as unprejudical universalism, disinterested incorruption, thrust in one's ability and heigher achievement motivation, etc. For the more important, public servants in charge of public administration have not only to acknowledge and hold up above-mentioned values, but to transfer them to the real administrative activity. Secondly, maintenance or development of thorough professionalism-oriented mind. In such a professional context, voluntary mode of action like self regulation can be appeard and their behavior, in turn, is regulated. What is concerned here are attitudes, standards, systems of values which have been internalized in public servants. But sound view of values and professionalism-inclined mind are only method to improve public interest ethics. As it were, the other side, that is, administrative environment and intra-organizational structure must be deliberatly by consideration. In the environmental context, such essentials as the followings need to be necessarily assured-to ameliorate public interest ethics standard of the public at large, to purify political atmosphere, to secure political neutrality of public servants occupied in general administrative job, and to aggrandize the private sector, etc. In the other structural aspect, also, to rationalize public personnel administration, to optimize quality and opportunity of education-training program , to actualize the optimal pay level equivalent to their public activity and to make up rigid statutory regulation arrangements. It is followed, in the end, that elevation of public service ethics level can be accompulished when public servants behavior is related to and governed by sound values system of public interest and professionalism-oriented mind, while backed up by recondition of administrative environment and rationalization of intra-organizational structure. In doing so, the purpose of public administration responsibility, I believe, can be attained.

In this papers, It make use of up to date computer technology and information communicate technology so as to improve and automation of pumping system for power plant water. The automatic equipment of pumping system for power plant water with computer, graphic board, remote terminal unit bring supervisory control and data acquizition system into practice. Therefore, it is obtained the economic effect and good efficiency for manpower reduction.

        제품차별화전략으로서의 Brand Identity : 5대 패스트푸드사 중심으로

        Enterprises have to first establish special relations with their customers through effective communication in the market environments of a society with diversified environments that makes it easy to get commodities. In view of that, brand identity is getting more and more important. Especially, in the package design, study in B.L makes its efficiency identified and it is understandable that the image of a brand with excellent package design could stimulate people to buy merchandise. A commodity increases its good impression by expressing its uniqueness, thereby forming brand loyalty. Meeting the emotional propensity to consume by groups with desire to buy by providing the brand image with effective impact, that is, a strategy of appealing to the emotional feelings of consumers would play a great role in the business culture. In this connection, the results from this study will be summarized as follows: First, brand naming is the one of the strongest differentiation factors. The leading brand in the appreciation of brands is preferred by consumers. It means it is more frequently exposed to people, who will prefer it more. High degree of recognition of a brand by consumers means that the image of the brand name has been clearly transmitted to people. Second, in the aspect of the sense of vision, differentiation strategy consists in development of B.I. As shown on the results of investigation, although B. I. cannot work as a direct factor for the preference of brand, it is evaluated that a decisive factor in the degree of brand preference is greatly correlated with B. I. strategy of package design. Since preference to a brand is formed by connection with various factors, consistent development of image through comprehensive review and improvement can give contribution to increase of preference to a brand. Third, in differentiation strategy for package design, colors, the aesthetic aspect and appreciation of the beautifulness work as the most core factors. It is appraised that more people are tempted to purchase commodities by package designs, and many people agree on importance of it. However, since it is evaluated that satisfaction in package design is not so high now in the Korean market, which means package design must be improved in the future in Korea. As it is indicated that colors and aestheticism are the important parts in which consumers have the most interest as proper package design factors, it is required that package designs must be diversified through market segmentation. Fourth, B. I must be gotten stronger to enhance brand loyalty. Brand loyalty should be upgraded by review of connection with the aspect of the sense of vision and the aspect of marketing as well through market segmentations fit to life patterns of groups with desire to purchase commodities. Fifth, local brands should focus on becoming better than leading brands, just not to try to come up with them. Because B. I. and package designs of most of the local brands remains in the state of OEM or planetary redesigning of foreign brands, it is definitely required that both Korean designers and companies have to create unique Korean identity depicting excellent Korean cultural value. Sixth, all we have to do is in the future establish marketing approach to meet the requirements of various buying groups and develop marketing strategy based on design marketing concept. In addition, it is hoped that the results from general marketing aspects will be compared and reviewed and then integrated through a thorough study.

        In this paper, we designed, implemented and evaluated 32-bit CLA adder with the ENMODL(enhanced NORA Multiple Output Domino Logic) logic style which is new dynamic CMOS logic. The circuit is implemented using 0.8㎛ CMOS double-metal process technology. It operates stably and the addition time is less 3.9 ns. The ENMODL logic style can improve the performance in the high-speed computing circuits depending on the degree of recurrence.

        In the rectifying single sampling inspection, 9-sampling inspection methods are briefly described, and then the optimal inspection plan to minimize the expected total cost is derived. The results of this experiment through numerical example are: (1) The optimal inspection plan of sampling to minimize the cost with several variables is derived. The result is TC(134, 4)=2321. (2) The optimal inspection plan is obtained when the LTPD is increased, and the sample size, acceptance number and total cost are decreased. (3) The optimal inspection plan is obtained when the lot size is increased, and sample size and acceptance number are also increased. (4) When e₁ is fixed and e₂ is increased, p_(e) is decreased with very small erefore, the type -Ⅰ error must influences on sample size more than the type-Ⅱ error does.

        지반구조물을 설계할 때 대상 지반의 불확실성을 극복하기 위해 여러 가지 셜계법이 사용되고 있다. 지반공학분야에서 사용되어온 기폰의 허용응력설계법은 구조물의 리스크를 효율적으로 관리하지 못한다. 그래서 통계확률 기법에 기초한 신뢰성 해석과 하중저항계수설계법이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 이들의 설계개념과 현황 및 향후 전망을 다루어보았다.
