This study aims to find out the network structure, influence and progress of the network, by analyzing the network of Korean Society for Rhythmic Exercise(KSRE) using the social network analysis structure. For this study, we collected the text data of the titles and authors(affiliations) of 65 papers in 2010-2015 published on the KSRE online journal web site. The data analysis and visualization were performed by social network analysis tool, Node XL, by Microsoft. Also, the influences of authors and their groups were investigated by applying the weight factors depending on the importance of authors, and the network size was analyzed by Eigenvector Centrality, Betweenness Centrality and Closeness Centrality. The results show that the influence under the application of the weight factors is bigger in the ‘Kim, Eunhye" and "Kangwon National University" than the other authors and their affiliations. In terms of the network size, "Choi, Young-jun" and "Dongnam Health College" was the biggest. "Seo, Han-kyo" and "Shinhan University" was doing the role of the midium connecting authors. In conclusion, since the research performance of KSRE is low compared to other academic societies, the efforts to expand the authors and their affiliations are required in the future.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.
PCR을 이용한 국내시장에 유통중인 유전자재조합 콩 및 가공식품의 모니터링

본 연구에서는 PCR을 이용하여 국내시장에 유통중인 원료콩과 가공식품에 epsps 또는 pat 유전자가 삽입된 유전자재조합 콩(GMS)의 사용여부를 모니터링하였다. 이러한 GMS의 검출을 위해 3쌍의 primer set을 제작하였고, 각각의 primer들은 GMS에 삽입된 유전자와 특이적으로 반응하여 PCR산물을 생성하였다. 2001년 표시제가 시행되기 이전에 생산된 총 가공식품과 이후의 제품에 대해 각각 모니터링을 수행하였으며, 표시제 이전에 생산된 제품의 경우 대부분의 미국산 원료에서 esps가 삽입된 GMS가 검출되었으나, 표시제 이후에는 검출되지 않았다. A method using PCR was developed for the monitoring of genetically modified soybean (GMS) and GMS derived foods utilized in the market. We designed 3 pairs of specific oligonucleotide primers based on epsps and pat inserted in GMS and ferritin gene as internal standards. Template DNAs isolated from soybean and processed foods were used for multiplex PCR with 3 primer sets. PCR, used with specific primer sets for GMS detection, showed the amplified DNA fragments with GMS template DNA. In this study, GMS containing epsps was detected from soy processed foods manufactured before GM food labeling system, however, GMS containing epsps or pat was not detected from soy processed foods manufactured after GM food labeling system.

The truncate equations are formulated for natural convection flows adjacent to a vertical isothermal cylinder in cold, pure water. The resulting truncate equations, when reduced to ordinary differential equation by a nonsimilarity transformation, constitude a two point boundary-value problems. which are solved numerically using the computer code COLSYS. It is presented that the, numerical results corresponding to various values of the density extrimum parameter R(-1.014<R<0.5) and prandtl number. The results yield inferences regarding the ranges of density extrimum parameter R for existence of multiple-steady-state solutions, which have-at least two different solutions on the same physical conditions.
이동 로봇을 위한 초음파 센서 기반의 주면 환경 지도 작성에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 미지의 환경에서 작업하는 이동 로봇의 경로 계획과 위치 인식에 필요한 주변 환경에 대한 지도작성 방법에 대하여 다루었다. 주변환경에 대한 정보를 보다 간략하게 나타내기 위하여, 이동로봇의 실내주행 중에 초음파 센서로부터 얻어진 일반적인 격자지도를 호프 변환을 이용하여 몇개의 직선 선분으로 단순화시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 여기서 기본이 되는 실내 환경에 대한 격자 지도 표현은 이동 로봇 상부에 장착한 15개의 초음파 센서를 이용하여 실시간으로 얻었고, 생성된 격자 지도 정보를 Off-Line상에서 호프 변환을 사용하여 간단한 직선 선분으로 변환한 후, 직선 선분을 합성하여 주변 환경 정보 표현의 간략화를 구현하였다. 실제 실험한 결과, 이동 로봇의 주변 환경을 간략하게 표현할 수 있는, 적은 수의 직선 성분으로 구성된 지도를 얻을 수 있다. In this paper, we presents how to simply build a grid map, which forms with line segments through in indoor environment. The description of the grid map for indoor environment is acquired in real time from 15 Ultrasonic sensors on a upper frame of mobile robot. To transform the grid map intothe line segment map, the Hough transformation method is applied. In result, we could obtain the line segment map which will be able to describe a indoor environment with a small number of line segments.
경두개촬영법에서 조사각도변화에 의한 하악과두의 모양에 관한 실험적 연구

The author has evaluated the transcranial oblique lateral images of the mandibular condyle according to the angulation of the radiation projection. The lead foils were attached to both condylar poles and two thin wires were attached to the superior border and posterior border of the condyle. The mandibular condyle was located on the device designed specially. The materials consisted of 56 transcranial oblique lateral projections. The results were as follows: 1. It was possible to find the point of the retroepicondyle at angles of H-1OVO. HOVO, H-1OV5, HOV5, HOV1O and H1OVO - H1OV35(H:horizontal angulation. V:vertical angulation). 2. It was impossible to find the osteosclerotic line located in the anterior portion of the condyle on transcranial oblique lateral view at angles of H2OVO, H2OV5, H3OVO. H3OV5, H3OV1O. The length of the osteosclerotic line was positive horizontal angulation. but the distance between the osteosclerotic line and the superior border of the condyle was getting closer. 3. When the vetical angulation increased. the smooth posteior border line of the condyle was getting angulated with the increase of the positive horizontal angulation and getting curved sharply with the increase of the negative horizontal angulation. 4. We might misinterpret the shape of the medial pole as the ostophyte seen in osteoarthrosis with the increase of the negative horizontal angulation. 5. The inclination and the distance between both condylar poles were getting increased with the increase of the horizontal and the vertical angulation.
방사성폐기물처분연구를 위한 유성지역 화강암내 심부 시추공 단열충전광물의 광물학적 특성

방사성폐기물의 처분연구와 관련하여 대전 유성지역 화강암내 심부 시추공 시추코아의 단열 광물들에 대한 광물학적 특성을 연구하였다. 유성지역의 심부시추공들에는 다수의 단열대가 발달해 있으며 국지적인 열수변질작용이 중첩되어 있다. YS-01 시추코아에 대한 전암분석결과 -90 m ∼-130 m 구간과 -230 m∼-250 m 구간에서 급격한 SiO₂ 함량 감소와 Al₂O₃, CaO, L.O.I 값의 증가가 관찰되며 이는 단열충전광물의 생성과 관련이 있다. 이러한 단열충전광물에 대한 XRD분석결과 불석광물(로몬타 휼란다이트), 방해석, 일라이트(2M₁1M_(d) 다형), 녹니석, 녹염석, 카올리나이트 등이 확인되었으며, 산출되되는 양은 방해석 불석광물 > 일라이트 > 녹염석 >> 녹니석 > 카올리나이트의 순이다. SEM관찰 및 EPMA 분석결과, 단열충전광물들의 심도에 따른 조직 및 화학특성 변화는 관찰되지 않는다. 연구지역은 화강암반내에 발달된 단열재가 지하수의 유동로로 작용하여 오랜 기간에 걸친 물-암석 반응이 진행되었고, 또한 저온의 열수변질작용이 중첩되었기 때문에 이들에 의한 단열충전광물의 생성기원 연구가 필요하다. Mineralogical characteristics of fracture-filling minerals from deep borehole in the Yuseong area were studied for the radioactive waste disposal project. There are many fracture zones in the deep drill holes of the Yuseong granite, which was locally affected by the hydrothermal alteration. According to the results of hole rock analysis of drill core samples, SiO2 contents are distinctly decreased, whereas A12O3 and CaO contents and L.O.I. values are increased in the -90 m∼-130 m and -230 m∼-250 m zone, which is related to the formations of filling minerals. Fracture-filling minerals mainly consist of zeolite minerals (laumontite and heulandite), calcite, illite (2M₁ and 1M_(d) polytypes), chlorite, epidote and kaolinite. The relative frequency of occurrence among the hcture-filling minerals is calcite ≥ zeolite mineral > illite > epidote >> chlorite kaolinite. Judging from the SEM observation and EPMA analysis, there is no systematic change in the texture and chemical composition of the fracture-filling minerals with depth. In the study area, low temperature hydrothermal alteration was overlapped with water-rock interactions for a long geological time through the fracture zone developed in the granite body. Therefore the further study on the origin and paragenesis of the fracture-filling minerals are required.
Immunoturbidimetric assay를 이용한 철결핍 및 만성질환에 의한 빈형에서 가용성 트란스페린 수용체 측정의 진단적 유용성

Background : Soluble transferrin receptor (sTfR) has been known to be a good marker for evaluating iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and anemia of chronic disease (ACD) without bone marrow aspiration. The sTfR has been measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). However, Immunoturbidimetric (IT) assay for measuring sTfR was recently introduced. Author try to use clinical application and measure sTfR using IT assay. Methods : IDA group (26 patients, ferritin < 12.0 μg/L), ACD group (20 patients, ferritin > 60.0 μg/L), Iron depletion and control group (30 normal persons) were classified. Hemoglobin, RBC indices, serum iron, serum transferrin, serum ferritin, total iron binding capacity were measured and calculated. Serum sTfR measured with IT assay using automated chemical analyzer. Those sTfR levels of each other group were compared. The correlations between iron parameters and sTfR were studied in other group. Results : The sTfR receptor levels were prominently higher in IDA group (5.2 ± 2.2 nmol/L) than in ACD group (1.1 ± 0.8 nmol/L), and normal control group (1.4 ± 0.3 nmol/L). The sTfR levels between ACD group and control group was not different. The correlations between sTfR and Hb levels in IDA group was in good inverse line. Other iron parameters and sTfR levels were not correlated in other groups. Conclusion : The results indicate that IDA can be differentiated efficiently from ACD with IT method to measure sTfR.
