위 MALT 림프종에서 다발성 림프절 전이로 오인된 동시성 림프절 결핵 1예

28세 남자가 내시경적 점막절제술을 통해 저등급 위MALT 림프종으로 진단되었다. 병기설정을 위해 18F-FDG PET 검사를 시행하였고 우측 쇄골상부, 우측상/하부 기관주위, AP window 부위에 강한 섭취가 관찰되어 전이성 림프절로 판단하였다. 그러나, 우측 쇄골상부 림프절에서 시행한 절제생검에서 만성육아종성염증소견이 관찰되었고 조직의 결핵 중합효소연쇄반응에서도 양성 반응을 보였다. 2개월간 항결핵제의 사용 후 시행한 추적 컴퓨터단층촬영 검사에서 림프절 크기의 감소를 보여 최종적으로 위 MALT 림프종에서 광범위 림프절 전이로 오인된 동시성 림프절 결핵으로 진단되었다. A 28-year-old man was diagnosed as gastric MALT lymphoma in diagnostic EMR (endoscopic mucosal resection). He subsequently underwent an 18F-FDG PET. 18F-FDG PET showed intense multifocal uptake in right supraclavicular, right upper and lower paratracheal, and AP window areas that was considered radiologically to represent widespread metastatic lymphadenopathy. Excisional biopsy of a supraclavicular lymph node, however, revealed chronic granulomatous lymphadenitis with a positive reaction of Tb-nested PCR. After antituberculosis treatment for 2 months, a follow-up CT scan showed complete resolution of the lesions. Intense 18F-FDG uptake could be due to an infectious process such as synchronous tuberculous lymphadenitis. Therefore, this could mimic a malignant condition such as lymphoma with extensive lymph node metastasis due to a false-positive finding, which may lead to a misdiagnosis.

Keeping the layer thickness constant is very essential for improving the shape accuracy in the stereolithography process. The layer thickness is created by recoating process, and also affected by recoating parameters such as blade speed and thickness. The created layer in this process can determine the whole accuracy of the entire parts. The aim of this paper is to improve the accuracy of the layer thickness by adjusting the recoating process parameters. Several experiments with different recoating conditions are performed to find the optimal recoating parameters that produce the most accurate layer thickness. The effective recoating method is suggested by measuring and analyzing the cured layer thickness.

Objectives : This study is to investigate the hypothesis that schizophrenic patients have difficulty in inferring mental state of others. Methods : Twenty schizophrenic patients and twenty normal subjects were administered to the Cartoon Task required inferring the character's intention in a given context. Results : The schizophrenic patients showed a statistically significant impairment in the Cartoon Task. Both groups chose the card depicting a frequent everyday action significantly more rather than the similar card to the last picture in each story for wrong answers. Conclusion : These preliminary results suggest that schizophrenia is associated with a specific deficit of the cognitive ability referred to as social cognition, and this deficit can be detected not only in the acute phase as found in previous research studies, but also in remission. Also when subjects fail to appreciate what is going on in the minds of other people, they seem to rely on a socially familiar experience.

The present paper describes 4 clinical cases of Hellman dental age Ⅲ A group of functional Class Ⅲ malocclusion in which the horsehoe appliance was applied to obtain normal anteroposterior relationship between jaws. What is the most noteworthy in the result from the use of this appliance is that minimum down and backward rotation during backward repositioning of the mandible is noticed and the excellent retentive property in itself makers allowance for effective orthopedic correction in mixed dentition with anterior crossbite.

本校 遺傳學 實驗室에서 飼育한 D. melanogaster의 突然變異種 黃色體초파리와 白色眼 초파리를 材料로 하여 性的淘汰 實驗을 하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. D. melanogaster의 黃色體 암컷 (??) 10個體와 수컷(??) 10個體 그리고 白色眼 암컷(??) 90個體와 수컷(??) 90個體로 實驗集團飼育箱子1에 混入하여서 飼育하였다. 그 結果 黃色體 초파리나 白色眼 초파리가 모두 다 健康하게 正常的인 生涯동안 살기는 하였으나 黃色體 암컷초파리(??)는 F?世代부터 한 마리도 남지 안 하였다. 2. 實驗集團飼育箱子2를 利用해서 黃色體 암컷초파리 95個體와 수컷초파리 95個體 그리고 白色眼 암컷초파리 5個體와 수컷초파리 5個體로 混入하여 계속 飼育하였다. 이때 그들 초파리 사이에서 生存價는 같았지만, ??世代이후부터 黃色體 암컷 초파리는 한 마리도 남지 않았다. 3. 이런 實驗結果는 바로 白色眼 암컷 초파리와 hetero型 암컷초파리(??)가 本實驗 초기에는 白色眼 수컷초파리를 좋아 하였을 뿐만 아니라 黃色體 암컷 초파리도 白色眼 수컷초파리를 좋아 하였다는 事實을 말해 주고 있다. 그러나 本實驗의 마지막에 가서는 正常수컷 초파리(??)를 모든 암컷초파리가 좋아하게 되었다는 事實을 입증하고 있다. 4. 이러한 淘汰現象이야 말로 덜 適應한 초파리로 하여금 실로 짧은 기간에 淘汰될 수 있게하는 强力한 性的淘汰(sexual selection)를 보여준 한 例로 看做된다. Yellow-bodied flies and white-eyed flies of the mutant species of D. melanogaster which had been bred in the genetic laboratory of Won University, were used for a study on the sexual selection in experimental populations. 1. In the experimental population cage 1, I set up a culture of D. melanogaster containing 10 numbers of yellow-bodied females (??) , 10 numbers of yellow-bodied males (??), 90 numbers of white-eyed females (??), and 90 numbers of white-eyed males (??). Although previous experimentation had shown that yellow-bodied flies and white-eyed flies are just as healthy and live just as long as Hetero-type flies(??), after ?? generations there was not a yellow-bodied female fly to be found in the culture. 2. In the experimental population cage 2, I set up a culture of D. melanogaster containing 95 numbers of yellow-bodied females, 95 numbers of yellow-bodied males, 5 numbers of white-eyed females, and 5 numbers of white-eyed males. Although they are equal with respect to surval, after ?? generations there was not a yellow-bodied females fly to be found in the culture. 3. At first in this experimentation, I noted that not only white-eyed females and hetero-type females prefer white-eyed males but yellow-bodied females did, too. But at last in this experimentation. I noted that all the females flies preferred normal-type males (++/??_ to white-eyed males. 4. It seems reasonable to assume that such sexual selection was strong enough to eliminate the less "fit" flies in a remarkably short span of time.
