      • 肉鷄後期飼料의 給與時期가 鷄肉의 理化學的 性質에 미치는 影響 : 貯藏期間別에 따른 pH, 保水性 및 軟度의 變化 Changes in PH, Water Holding Capacity and Tendness

        後期飼料를 3주령부터 조기에 급여한 broiler肉의 흉심부, 대퇴부 및 근위를 냉장온도(4℃)에서 저장한 후 저장시간의 경과(0,8,48,96,168시간)에 따른 pH, 보수성 및 軟度의 變化를 경시적으로 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. pH의 變化를 보면 各 시험구의 部位間에는 통계적인 유의성이 없었고 저장시간의 경과에 따른 경시적인 차이를 보면 도살직후 6.68~6.77로 나타났으나 저장후 8시간이 경과될 때 pH가 5.67~5.76으로 급격히 저하되었으며 48시간이 경과되면서 부터 상승하여 이후는 서서히 회복되었다. 2. 保水性의 變化를 보면 各 시험구의 부위간에는 통계적인 유의성이 없었고 저장시간의 경과에 따른 경시적인 차이를 보면 도살직후 65.9~67.4%로 나타났으며 저장후 8시간이 경과될 때 흉심, 대퇴, 근위 모두 급격히 감소되었으나 48시간이 경과되면서 부터 증가되어 168시간 이후부터는 서서히 회복되었다. 3. 軟度의 變化는 흉심과 대퇴部位 근육에 비하여 근위가 매우 낮았고 저장기간의 경과에 따른 變化는 도살직후에 비하여 8시간이 경과될때 현저히 낮아진 후 48시간까지는 서서히 감소된후 168시간 부터는 회복되는 결과였다. 4. pH, 保水性 및 軟度等의 물리적인 性質을 究明한 바 각 처리區間에 통계적인 유의성은 인정되지 않았으며 3주령 부터 후기사료를 급여한 결과 pH, 보수성 및 연도 等에 영향을 미치지 않았다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in pH, water holding capacity and tenderness as the passage of storing time(0,8,48 168 hr) after storing at 4℃ the meat cut 3 parts of leg, breast and gizzard of broiler-Hubbard at 9weeks fed early finisher diet from 3 weeks. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. In the pH changes during postmorterm storage, there were nonsignificant differences(p>0.05) between treatments. In the pH changes as storage time passed, pH immediately after slaughtering was 6.68 to 6.77 and the lowest with 5.67 to 5.76 when storage time passed 8hours and pH was again high after storage time passed 48 hours. 2. Though the changes in water holding capacity were nonsignificant differences(p>0.05) between leg, breast and gizzard meat. There was lightly difference as the storage time passed, pH immediately after slaughtering was 65.9 to 67.4%, pH of leg, breast and gizzard was decreased as the storage time passed 8 hours, but was increased as the storage time passed 48 hours. 3. The changes in tenderness were lower in gizzard in leg than breast. It was lower in the storage of 8 hours than immediately after slaughtering. After pH was gradually decreased to the storage of 48 hours, again increased from the storage of 168 hours. 4.PH, water holding capacity and tenderness analyzed in this experiment were non significant differences(p>0.05) between treatments and there was not the effect of finisher diet on the physical properties.

      • Phase-Shift를 이용한 시분할형 부하병렬 고주파 인버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        A half bridge time sharing type load parallel high frequency resonant inverter to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one and this paper also realize the output control of independence irrespective of the switching frequency using Phase-Shift. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters, such as switching frequency, the variation of phase angle(φ) of Phase-Shift. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

      • CdTe 박막의 물성에 관한 연구

        CdTe thin films were grown by vacuum evaporation method. The polystalline structure of these compounds determined by X-ray diffraction analysis was cubic structure with lattice constant a_o=6.474A. Electrical resistivity(ρ), Hall mobility(μ_H), Hall coefficient(R_H) and carrier concentration(n) measured by Hall effect of CdTe thin films which baked at 360℃ ambient Ar-gas were given ρ=1.046x10^-1Ωcm, μ_H=0.241x10^3cm^2/v·sec, R_H=0.252x10^2cm^3/coul., n=2.918x10^17cm^-3, respectively. CdTe thin films had allowed direct transitions and optical energy band gap measured to be 1.501 eV at 288K.

      • 香氣 Massage 療法이 筋疲勞에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Aromatic Essential Oil and Hong-Hwa Oil Massage on recovery from muscle fatigue. The subjects were twenty four male college students and treated Aromatic Essential Oil massage therapy, Nomral massage therapy, Hong-hwa oil Massage therapy and Non-treated group. After 15, 30 minutes, to observe changes related to physical changes during exercises from muscle fatique of recovery period, it was measured by Electromyogram during thirty minutes of recover period. Two-way repeated ANOVA was performed at the significance level of 0.05 to analyze the data. The results were as following; 1. Considering the changes of reaction time in knee joint extension after exercise, Periods of all groups showed decrease nearly the same. So each period didn't show significant decrease in comparing with other all gorups. 2. Considering the changes of EMG reaction time in knee joint extension after exercise, Each periods and all groups didn't show significant decrease. But Aromatic Essential Oil therapy group showed remarkably decrease in comparing with other group. 3. Considering the changes of peak amplitude during initial phase 100 msec in knee joint extension before and after exercise, Each periods of all groups didn't show significant decrease. Aromatic Essential Oil therapy and Hong-hwa oil massage group had show remarkably decrease in comparing with other group but it is not significant. 4. Considering the changes of mean amplitude during total phase in knee joint extension before and after exercise, Each periods of all groups showed significance decrease. And Aromatic Essential Oil massage group showed remarkably significant decrease in comparing with other groups. According to the above results, it tis considered that Aromatic Essential Oil massage can be a way to help to recover from muscle fatique.

      • 시분할 방식 고주파 공진 인버터의 특성해석

        In this paper, we propose the high frequency resonant inverter of the time sharing type which has the effects that the duty cycle of each elements and the thermal loss can be reduce. The analysis of the proposed circuit is described generally by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the characteristics of drive were estimated by the switching frequency and the load parameters. And we got the data for designing by the characteristic values obtained at the estimate of characteristic. At the same time, the example of the design's method was proposed and the waveforms of simulation were compared with theoretical waveforms. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

      • 조강시멘트를 사용한 라텍스개질 콘크리트의 보수재료 개발

        The purpose of this research was to develop an available repair material to solve the problem such as coherence, construction period and economic performance that the repair material of existing water-construction have. The latex was good at coherence and resistance of permeability and the high-early cement shorten construction period through the early strength development. Therefore, in this study, we tried to develop the High-Early Strength Latex Modified Concrete(below ; HESLMC) combining these two characteristics. First, to find the optimum mixtures according to the construction criteria, slump condition, the maximum size of coarse aggregate and the antifoam agent adjusting air-content were selected as the major variables. The unit weight of cement and percentage of fine aggregate were fixed by 400 kg and 50 %, respectively. The suitable content of latex was 15% with considering the situation of inside and outside of the country. Second, the strength tests in order to estimate the mechanical characteristics were carried out and the permeability test of chloride ion and scaling test were carried out to estimate of durability of HESLMC, respectively. In all experimental variables, the results of strength test showed that the compressive strengths and flexural strengths, at 3 days after placement, were more than 21 MPa and 4.5 MPa, respectively. Especially, the resistance of permeability was excellent when compared to that of High Early-Strength Concrete(below ; HESC). 본 연구의 목적은 기존 콘크리트 수리구조물 보수재료가 갖는 부착성, 시공기간 및 경제성의 문제를 해결하기 위한 적절한 보수재료 개발에 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 부착성 및 장기공용성이 우수한 라텍스의 특성과 조기강도발현을 통해 공기단축이 가능한 조강시멘트의 특성이 결합된 조강형 라텍스개질 콘크리트를 개발하고자 하였다. 첫째로 HESLMC의 시공조건에 따른 최적배합도출을 위하여 슬럼프조건, 굵은 골재 최대치수 및 소포제량을 주 변수로 설정하였다. 국내외 여건을 고려하여 단위 시멘트량과 잔골재율은 각각 400 kg, 50 %로 적정 라텍스 함량은 15 %로 하였다. 둘째로 역학적 특성 파악을 위한 강도실험과 내구성 특성을 파악하기 위한 투수저항성 실험과 표면박리저항성 실험을 실시하였다. 강도측정결과는 모든 변수에 있어 재령 3일의 압축강도가 21 MPa, 휨강도가 4.5 MPa 넘어 초기강도를 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 투수저항성은 HESC와 비교하여 상당히 우수하게 나타났다.

      • 저압전로의 단락사고에 대한 보호협조 연구

        This paper describes the protection from line to line fault current caused by the trouble of source the low voltage power line. The decision of interrupting capacity in the low voltage circuit breaker is based on foreign rules, environment and actual condition within a country. Congregation of full capacity rating, selective breaking method and cascade breaking method is based on relevance reference and catalog of a manufacturing company. From above result, we obtain the method of optimum coordination and contrive the convenience of actual experience application according to the importance of electricity installation. The calculation of breaking capacity and the application of breaking method investigate actual condition in the case of design of electricity installation established and enlarged for personal use in Gumi, Chilgok area recently and present the point at issue and countermeasure. In the future, I think that this data contribute not only the preventing of electricity installation accident but also of electricity installation accident.

      • 복 공진형 고주파 인버터의 특성해석 및 설계

        This paper proposes a double resonant high frequency inverter which reduces the distribution of the switching current. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of the basic operation and the characteristics of driving were estimated by the switching frequency and the load parameters. And the data for the design were got by the characteristic values obtained from the characteristic estimation. At the same time the example of the design method was proposed. In addition, Comparing the theoretical waveforms to the experimental waveforms certified the operating characteristics of the proposed Inverter. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

      • 고속전철 추진 시스템의 미끄럼 방지 제어기법에 관한 연구

        Induction motor drive with PWM inverter control has been developed for Korean High Speed Railways. To improve traction performance, the anti-slip control(ASC) to recover adhesion must be considered. This paper describes a novel hybrid anti-slip control method for the induction motor drive. By introducing the vector control for drive system, quick response of the motor torque can be achieved when wheels are going to slip. A hybrid control scheme by mixing two conventional control methods (slip velocity feedback control and slip detection pattern control) for wheel slip and re-adhesion is proposed. This control method is simulated by motor drive, train load, and friction-creep models. The train running simulation results based on induction motor vector control with PWM inverter show that good re-adhesion characteristics are obtained.
