<P>Solution‐processable reduced graphene oxide as a hole‐transporting layer for highly efficient and stable organic solar cells is reported on page 4923 by Dong‐Yu Kim, Seok‐In Na, and co‐workers. Introduction of a newly reduced graphene oxide by simple solution processing into solar cells dramatically raises the cell efficiency and cell life‐time. The results will allow full use of chemically reduced graphene and will advance the realization of carbon‐based printable optoelectronic devices. </P>

에버랜드 전환사채 헐가발행 사건 대법원 판결(2007도4949)의 중대한 오류

No 2007Do4949 sentenced by the Supreme Court on 2009. 5. 29 is on so-called the Everland case. The facts of the Everland case can be summarized as follows: The issuance of convertible bonds of the Everland Co. Ltd was made a resolution at a giveaway price in the board of directors by the representative director and managing director. The preemptive right on the convertible bonds was given to shareholders. But the large majority of shareholders gave up subscription. The board decided to issue the convertible bonds not subscribed by the existing shareholders to third party at the same price and conditions. The third party were the son and daughters of the chairman of the Samsung Group. They afterward converted the convertible bonds into the shares of the Everland, and became the largest shareholder of the Everland. In this case the Supreme Court declared that the representative director and managing director should not be punished a criminal breach of trust against the issuing corporation. The core of the Supreme Court Decision(2007Do4949) is as follows: In case shareholders are granted the preemptive right to subscribe, the director doesn't breach the criminal fiduciary duty even when convertible bonds are issued at a giveaway price or an unfairly low price. On the contrary, in case convertible bonds are issued to a third party at a giveaway price or an unfairly low price, director should be punished a criminal breach of trust against the issuing corporation. The author argues that this Supreme Court Decision(2007Do4949) have two serious mistakes. One is that Supreme Court Decision doesn't discriminate breach of the criminal fiduciary duty from damage of a corporation. The other is that Supreme Court Decision doesn't discriminate damage of a corporation from damage of shareholders. This case review analyzes that these mistakes are harmful both economic criminal law and business law.s

홍삼 추출물이 반치사량정도의 방사선(5Gy)에 조사된 생쥐조직 및 이들 조직에서의 효소활성에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 ICR계 생쥐를 대상으로, 생리적 식염수군을 대조구군으로 하여, 홍삼 추출물 투여군과 방사선만을 조사한군 및 홍삼 추출물 투여후 방사선 조사군 등 4군으로 나누어 1일, 4일, 9일, 17일 및 30일 등 5회에 걸쳐 생체의 조직중 비장 및 고환에서의 중량 변화 및 GOT와 GPT의 활성을 측정하여 결과를 얻었다. 비장의 중량변화는 1일째 및 4일째 최소치를 보이다가 이후 증가추세를 보였으며, 고환의 중량 변화는 17일 이후 급격한 감소로 30일에도 증가하지 못했다. GOT의 활성도 변화는 비장에서는 초기에 현저히 증가했으며 이후 회복하는 경향이었다. 방사선 조사군들에서는 홍삼추출물 투여군이 방사선만을 조사한 군보다 빠르게 회복하는 경향이었으며 고환에서의 GOT활성은 매우 불안정하였다. GPT 활성도 변화는 비장, 고환에서 모두 초기에 증가하다가 점차 회복하는 경향이었으며 홍삼 추출물 투여후 방사선 조사군이 방사선만을 조사한군보다 빠르게 회복하는 경향이었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 홍삼 추출물은 방사선 조사에 의하여 기인된 비장 및 고환의 GOT와 GPT활성도 증가에 방호효과가 있다고 생각된다. This study was prepared to observe the change of tissues weight, glutamate oxaloacetate transminase(GOT) and glutamate pyruvate transminase(GPT) activities in the spleen and testis treated with red ginseng extract injection in the gamma ray irradiated mice. Groups were divided into control, red ginseng extract injection, irradiation after saline injection and irradiation after red ginseng extract injection. The spleen and testis weights were decreased at 17th day irradiation after saline injection and irradiation after red ginseng extract injection. The GOT activity showed earlier recovery at irradiation after red ginseng extract injection group than irradiation after saline injection group in the spleen. The GPT activity showed earlier recovery at irradiation after red ginseng extract injection group than irradiation after saline injection group in the spleen and testis. The above result suggest that red ginseng extract have the recovery effect on the change GOT and GPT activity after radiation injury in the spleen and testis of mice.

Objectives : To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment and western medical treatment on frozen shoulder patients. Methods : 39 voluntary patients were randomly assigned to the Eastern treatment group(E group, n=22) and the Western treatment group(W group, n=17). The E group received acupuncture treatment on LI15, TE14, GB21 and Master Dong's acupuncture points, Shin-gwan and Gyun-joong, twice a week for 4 weeks. The W group received suprascapular nerve block, subacromial injection and trigger point injection, twice a week for 4 weeks. Both groups were instructed to practice self exercise during their daily lives. Evaluations were made before treatment and after treatment using Constant Shoulder Assessment(CSA), Shoulder Pain and Disability Index(SPADI) and the patient's satisfaction concerning the treatment was measured by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). The obtained data were analyzed and compared. Results : The E group showed significant improvement(p<0.05) according to the CSA and SPADI. The patient's satisfaction scored 5.67 on a scale of 10. The W group showed significant improvement(p<0.05) according to the CSA and SPADI. The patient's satisfaction scored 7.73. But the difference between the two groups were insignificant according to CSA and SPADI. Conclusion : Both acupuncture and nerve block treatment significantly improved frozen shoulder. But the difference of the two treatments was insignificant.

Objectives : To observe the effect of acupuncture and nerve block combination treatment on adhesive capsulitis patients. Metbods : 59 voluntary patients were randomly assigned to acupuncture treatment group(E group ,n=22), nerve block treatment group(W group, n=17) and acupuncture and nerve block combination treatment group(EW grouP, n=20). The E group received acupuncture treatment on LI15, TE_(14), GB_(21) and Master Dong's acupuncture points, Shin-gwan and Gyun-joong, twice a week for 4 weeks. The W group received suprascapular nerve block, subacromial injection and trigger point injection twice a week for 4 weeks. The EW group received the same treatment as the W group and after 5minutes of rest, successively received the treatment identical to that of E group. AU three groups were instructed to practice groups were instructed to practice self exercise during their daily lives. Evaluations were made before treatment and after 1, 2, 3 and 4week treatment. Constant Shoulder Assessment(CSA), Shoulder Pain and Disability Index(SPADI), Range of Motion(ROM), the patient's treatment satisfaction measured by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging(DITI) were used as assessment tools. The obtained data were analyzed and compared. Results : The E group showed significant improvement(p<0.05) on CSA, SPADI, VAS and DITI. As for ROM, Adduction and Extension improved significantly(p<0.05). The W group showed significant improvement(p<0.05) on CSA, SPADI, VAS and DITI. As for ROM, Abduction and Extension improved significantly. The EW group showed significant improvement(p<0.05) on CSA, SPADI and VAS. As for ROM, Adduction, Abduction, Extension and Flexion improved significantly. The improvement of CSA, VAS and Abduction ROM in the EW group was significant1y(P<0.05) superior compared to the groups treated with single type of treatment. Conclusion : It is suggested that acupuncture and nerve block combination treatment for adhesive capsulitis patients is more effective than the two single treatments. Through further studies, the acupuncture and nerve block combination treatment model may be developed into East-West Collaboration Model in treating adhesive capsulitis.

These people were wrongfully arrested, imprisoned and (in some cases tortured) by armed police, military and security forces as a part of the 4.3 Incident, without legitimate justification and without proper hearings or trial. It is essential theme that they spend their time in jail without doing any crime during the Jeju 4.3 Grand Tragedy. It is our second theme that they have suffered pains, trauma and lamentations from the Tragedy, then and now. 동결견(凍結肩) 환자의 동서협진 치료의 임상효과 비교연구 : 견관절 가동운동범위(ROM) 변화를 중심으로

Objectives : To establish an effective collaborate medicine treatment of acupuncture and western medicine for treating frozen shoulder patients. The W group received suprascapular nerve block, subacromial injection and trigger point injection, twice a week for 4 weeks. The EW group received acupuncture and injection treatment including nerve block. All groups were instructed to practice self exercise during their daily lives. Evaluations were made before treatment and after treatment based on the change in shoulder Range of Motion(ROM) and the patient's satisfaction concerning the treatment was measured by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). The obtained data were analyzed and compared. Results : The patient's satisfaction scores were E group 5.67, W group 7.73 and EW group 7.67. The E group and the EW group showed significant improvement in abbduction, adduction and flexion(p<0.05). The W group showed significant improvement in adduction(p<0.05). Abduction significantly improved(p<0.05) in the EW group compared to E group and W group. Flexion also showed improvement in the EW group, but the difference among the 3 groups was statistically insignificant. The three group's difference of change in extension and adduction was insignificant(p>0.05). Conclusion : Acupuncture and nerve block alone significantly improved ROM in frozen shoulder patients. Also collaborate treatment of acupuncture and nerve block significantly improved ROM in frozen shoulder patients. But the difference of the three treatments were significant only for improving abduction(p<0.05).

An Ac-type Plasma Display Panel (PDP) operating with Ne-Ar(0.1%) Penning mixture gas is fabicated. The characterics of the panel with electrodes covered with thin and thick dielectric layers are studied. The brightness of the Neon-orange light emitted by the panel measured as function of applied voltage and frequency. As an application, a graphic display system equipped with PDP showing still and moving pictures is made.
