      • Efficacy of Seo Dongil's Voice Technique in Improving Voice Quality in Patients with Sulcus Vocalis : A Preliminary Study

        The present study attempted to investigate the effects of the Seo Dongil's voice technique on voice quality in patients with sulcus vocalis. Three patients participated in the study. Fo, jitter, shimmer, and NNE were measured before and after implementing the technique to determine the efficacy. Dr. Speech was used to compare the acoustic parameters. The Seo Dongil's voice technique consisted of relaxation, breathing, and phonation exercises. The result showed that the Seo Dongli's voice technique tended to improve voice quality acoustically in patients with sulcus vocalis.

      • Efficacy of Seo Dong-Il's Technique as a Method of Improving Voice Quality in Patients with Phonasthenia and Vocal Nodules

        The purpose of this study was to invesigate the effects of Seo Dong-Il's technique on voice quality in patients with vocal nodules and phonasthenia (vlcal fatigue). The patients (4 nodules and 6 vocal fatigue) participated in teh study. Each subject was assessed acoustically (Fo, Jitter, Shimmer, NNE) in the first and last session. Dr. Speech (version 3.4, Tiger-DRS) was used to compae acoustic parameters of pre- and post-treatment. Seo Dong-Il's technique consisted of breating exercise, relaxation exercise, and phona-tion exercise The results were as follows: First, Seo Dong-Il's technique tended to be effective on improving voice quality in patients with phonasthenia and vocal nodules. Secon, the nature of improvements wee as follows: there was a significant difference between pre- and post-treatment in shimmer (p < .01) and NNE (p < .001), while there was no significant difference between pre- and post-treatment in Fo and Jitter. Finally, given the fact that the number of subjects was only 10, the jitter might have shown a significant difference if more subjects partcipated in teh experiment.

        金炳淵 詩集 飜譯 檢討

        Kim Rip Shi Jib is the original text of Kim, Byeong-Yeon's(1807∼1863) collected poetry. The research about the original text of Kim Rip Sin Jib is based on Lee, Eungsoo's first, second, and final editions of which the title was changed into Satirist Kim, Satkat. The secondary texts that are used for the comparison with the main text are Kim Rip Sin Jib by Baek, Gilsoon, Park, Oyang and Chinese poetry written by Kim, Byeong-yeon and translated by Heo, Munsub, Keon, Yonghan, Kim, Yonghan, Lee, Myoungwoo which has the same contents as 『Kim Rip Shi Jib』 but only changed its title. Leaving the wrong words as unsolved led to serious mistranslation. Therefore, the wrong words handed down since Lee, Eungsoo should be thoroughly corrected. Questions can be raised about the authenticity of the poems in the collection given the problems mentioned above. Appropriate measures should be taken to solve the problem.

        복싱에어로빅 참여자의 건강증진 생활양식에 관한 연구

        Among various life-time sports, the boxing-aerobic as aerobic exercise which unites the boxing with the aerobic has been recently attracted public attention due to usefulness and effectiveness. Naturally, the boxing-aerobic enables all over the body to equally train and each body part light and flexible as well as participants to be on a effective diet. The purpose of this study is to look into minutely life satisfaction according to health promoting life styles of participants in boxing-aerobic among life-time sports as well as offers fundamental information for self-control and life quality improvement of boxing-aerobic participants. Specially, it aims to identify differences in health promoting life styles in accordance with demographic characteristics of participants in boxing-aerobic. In order to accomplish the purpose, a convenient sample of 130 boxing-aerobic participants was selected, and the questionnaire for life styles test used for this study was made out by Seo,Yeon-Ok(1994). The background variables of the study were demographic characteristics such as age, education, average income, marriage, career to participate, blood type and religion. Through the analysis of established hypothesis and collected data, it is concluded that the higher monthly average income, the higher health promoting life styles.

      • 저수축형 폴리머 콘크리트의 제조 및 물리·역학적 특성

        본 연구에서는 폴리머 콘크리트의 수축저감을 목적으로 수지량, 수축저감제함량과 S/a 비등을 변화시켜 경화수축의 변화와 강도 특성을 실험적으로 구명하였다. 경화수축량은 수치량이 105%일 때 보다 11.5%일 때, 즉 수지량이 증가할수록 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 수축저감제의 첨가에 따른 경화수축량은 감소함을 알 수 있었다. B10.5-SR10일 경우 수축저감제가 첨가되지 않았을 때 보다 약 30%, B10.5-SR20 일 경우 약 53%, B11.5-SR10일 경우 약 31%, B11.5-SR20 일 경우 약 47% 정도의 수축저감의 효과를 볼 수 있었다. S/a 비에 따른 경화 수축챨ㅇ은 S/a 60일 때 가장 적은 값을 보였으며, S/a 50, S/a 40 일때는 S/a60 일 때 가장 적은 값을 보였으며, S/a 50, S/a 40일 때는 S/a 60일 때 보다 각각 10%, 30% 정도 수축량이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 압축 및 휨 강도특성은 수지량이 증가할수록 높아지고, 수축저감제의 첨가량이 증가할수록 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. S/a 비에 따른 강도 특성은 압축강도와 휨강도 모두 S/a 비가 60일 때 가장 큰 값을 보였으며, S/a 비가 50,40 순으로 감소하였다. Many different polymer based concrete materials are known today, but the large setting or hardening shrinkage of polymer concrete is a problem to overcome in their practical applications. The setting shrinkage reaches about five to ten times the drying shrinkage of ordinary cement concrete, i.e, 50 to 60 ×10^4. This paper deals with a reduction in the hardening shrinkage of unsaturated polyester resin concrete which is treated with respect to shrinkage-reducing agent content, S/a ratio and catalyst content, and tested for length change during hardening, and flexural and compressive strengths. It is shown that the change of shrinkage-reducing agent content and S/a ration the length change of the unsaturated polyester resin concrete during hardening.

      • 여과사 표면처리에 의한 부식물질 흡착

        Suspended and dissolved substance were included in water. Suspended substances can be relatively easily removed by sand filter, whereas, complete removal of dissolved substances in water was not possible at present. It is due to repulsion between negative charge of dissolved substances and sand filter previously used. Potential application of sand filters coated with Al and Fe in removing humid substances was evaluated in this experiment to improve removal efficiency of the dissolved substances in the water. In the adsorption experiment, the removal efficiency of humic substances was higher in the coated sand filter than In the uncoated one. More specifically, the higher removal efficiency of the humic substances in the Al-coating sand filter was obtained over the pH range randomly determined(4.2, 5.1, 7.6, and 10.0). Especially, the removal efficiency of the humic substance at the pH 10 was relatively constantly maintained at a level of about 95% during the maximum 8 hours. After then, it was sharply decreased. In the leaching experiment, the concentration of leachate in both coated and uncoated sand filters was all the highest at pH 9.95. It was relatively higher over the pH range of 7 to 10 than other pH range. Finally, the removal efficiency of the humic substances obtained in the readsorption experiment was rapidly declined, compared to that obtained in the adsorption experiment. Experiment results acquired in this research may be used to develop a promising technology for the removal of bacteria, algae, and colorful colloids, and a variety of dissolved substances in water.

      • 석탄폐석을 이용한 폴리머 콘크리트의 물리 역학적 특성

        최근의 급속한 경제성장과 건설물량의 증가로 인한 수요가 급격히 증대되고 있으나, 양질의 콘크리트용 골재 부족현상을 초래하고 있어 골재의 양적인 문제와 함께 질적인 문제의 해결이 건설재료 분야의 중요한 당면과제로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강원도 탄광지역에 다량으로 산재되어 있는 석탄폐석을 콘크리트용 골재로서 활용하여 고강도이며 내구성이 우수한 폴리머 콘크리트를 제조하고 이에 대한 물리·역학적 특성을 실험적으로 구명하여 공장제품 재료로서의 이용을 위한 기초자료로서 제공코저 한다. Lately, rapid expansion of construction industry and following increment of demand for concrete in the construction created shortage of aggregates in the nation. Supplement of god quality aggregate is an immediate issue for the construction industry to solve. Therefore, this study evaluated a possibility of using coal mine waste collected from Kwangwon-do region as a source of aggregate in manufacturing polymer concretes which have high strength and high durability. First, aggregates were obtained by crushing coal mine waste and polymer concrete was manufactured using these aggregate. Mechanical property test results for the polymer concrete showed that the coal mine waste aggregates were acceptable to use as a replacement of the aggregate in polymer concrete manufacture.

      • 부사관 후보 대학생들의 학년과 성별 자가건강관리행태, 신체적 자기효능감 및 영양섭취상태에 관한 연구

        For the study on the type of self-care status, physical self-efficacy and nutritional status according to grade level and gender of cadet noncommissioned officer on college students(n=249). This study took a Chi-square to compare the type of self-care status according to grade level and gender of cadet NCOs students and physical self-efficacy, nutritional status data were analyzed by independent t-test, and the alpha level of p<0.5 was set for all tests of significance. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the students carry out this exercise, and regularly carried out by both health-training. The students showed irregular breakfast, and the preferred food of animal meat. Smoking rate is the male students 52.1%, female students 15.9%, 40.2% of the total smoking and drinking rate is the 81.1% of the total student showed that the drinking. The physical self-efficacy in significantly difference grade 2 male students was higher than that in grade 1 male students. Nutritional status of all students not enough even of fiber daily intake, and grade 2 male students was significantly lower than that in grade 1 students. Therefore, the desirable health care and diet to increase physical self-efficacy should improve the quality of life. 본 연구는 D대학 부사관 후보생들의 학년 및 성별 자가건강관리행태, 신체적 자기효능감 및 영양섭취상태를 비교 분석 하였다. 자가건강관리행태 중 운동여부는 1학년이 83.1%, 2학년이 73.7%, 남학생은 85%, 여학생은 68.3%로 실시하는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동을 실시하는 이유는 1학년 운동자체가 좋아서 36.7%, 2학년 체력증진을 위해서 62.9%, 남·여학생 모두 체력증진을 위해서 실시하는 것으로 나타났고, 규칙적으로 실시하는 운동은 두 학년 모두 헬스를 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 아침식사는 모두 불규칙적으로 식사를 하는 것으로 나타났고, 동물성 육류를 선호하였다. 흡연율은 남학생 52.1%, 여학생 15.9%로 전체 40.2%로 나타났고, 음주율은 전체 학생의 81.1%가 음주를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 신체적 자기효능감은 남학생의 경우 2학년이 1학년보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 영양섭취상태는 남, 여학생 모두 섬유질 섭취량이 1일 충분섭취량에 못 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 2학년 남학생이 1학년 남학생보다 유의하게 낮게(p<.05) 나타났다. 이상의 결과 바람직한 자가건강관리행태와 식습관을 통해 신체적 자기효능감을 높이고 삶의 질을 향상 시켜야 할 것이다.

      • 하수슬러지를 이용한 복합소재 개발연구

        본 연구는 하수 종말 처리에 의해 발생되는 하수 슬러지를 잔 골재(경량골재)로 사용하여, 폴리머 콘크리트를 제조하여 그 때의 역학적 성질에 대하여 검토하였다. 하수 슬러지는 5일간 110±5℃에서 수분함량 0.1%미만으로 건조한 후 파쇄하여 No.4∼No. 200 번체의 잔골재 표준 시방서 기준에 부합되도록 사용하였다. Pellet는 보통 회전pan에서 만드나, 본 실험에서는 수동으로 제조하였다. 제조한 하수 슬러지 경량 골재는 평균 겉보기 비중은 1.58(g/㎤), 단위용적중량은 1.98(t/㎥)으로 KS F 2534의 경량골재의 절건비중과 단위용적에 따른 분류에 의하면 중위급(medium weight) 경량골재에 속하는 것으로 측정되었다. 또한 잔 골재 중 하수 슬러지 경량 골재를 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%로 치환하여 그때의 압축, 휨, 인장강도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 하수 슬러지의 증가에 따라 강도 감소를 보였으나, 일반 경량콘크리트 제조 또는 단열용 콘크리트 블록 제조에 사용이 가능하다고 사료된다. 그러므로 앞으로 건조수축, 크리이프 특성 및 내구성에 관한 연구가 더욱 심도 있게 이루어져야 폐자원인 하수 슬러지를 이용한 건자재의 개발이 가능하리라 판단된다. In this study, the polymer concrete was produced by using the lightweight aggregate that had been manufactured using the sewage sludge and its physical properties were experimentally examined. Experimental results show that when the portion of sewage sludge lightweight aggregate in the fine aggregate increases, slump values decreases. Also, the compressive, the flexural and the tensile strengths decrease when the portion of sewage sludge lightweight aggregate increases. Although its strengths decreases, the sewage sludge lightweight fine aggregates is thought to be used for construction materials.
