Sandwich sheets consisting of two or more different material layers are widely used in various industries due to the diversity of properties they Possess, such as high electrical conductivity. high corrosion resistivity. high strength. etc. The production of sandwich sheets by a rolling process. which is a more efficient and economical approach compared to other types of Processes. has become an increasingly important subject of study. In this study, the focus of the analysis is to evaluate stress and strain of the micro structure by the roll forming.
Background : Aim of this study is focused on the analysis of the needed abilities of medical representatives resulting in building up the market and increasing sales. It is to propose methods to increase this ability ensuring continuous growth in market share and profit. Methods : A survey was conducted between January 6 and May 31, 2003. Using SPSS(Version 10.0), the collected data was analyzed by Hotelling T2, factor analysis. Some hypotheses were selected to include the conclusion. Some questionnaires for physicians working in hospitals or clinics and the medical representatives working in a pharmaceutical company were created and asked to them to either prove or reject those hypotheses. The results were analyzed to find the primary factors that effect the interactions between physician and the medical representatives. These factors were also studied along with the theoretical research based on published references. Results : The results were as follows. The main reasons for the physician to meet with a medical representatives were collection of product informations needed for patient treatment and collection of informations on current medical issue and as well as personal interests. The main parameters by which physicians evaluate the medical representatives are human relationship including sincerity and manners and supply of accurate and unbiased information on products. Overall, the medical representatives’ perception on the importance of medical knowledge and ability to deliver it are lower than that expected by physicians. Conclusion : Medical and pharmaceutical companies’ environment are changed rapidly. And those changes forced medical representatives to set new roles and competency. In order to drive away from the past ‘rule of thumb’ and ‘adaptation to circumstance’, optimal method and systemic development to train and support the medical representatives should be quipped. They will help ,medical representatives to be specialists in medical knowledge and to understand the exact need of health care professions. Product competitiveness will be increased and eventually successful business can be achieved through it.
The purpose of this paper was to review current-using team-building programs and to suggest a team-building program based on self-attention. This technique is one of the sensitivity training. This technique's principal is that self-attention, social comparison, and self-assesment are risen from self-focalized cameras and watching the his interaction video-tapes. One side of self-attention is the chance of self-examination, but it is possible that the other side of that is unpleasant experiences. Therefore, the relationships between trainer and participants and trainer's leading ability of interaction program are very important. 본 논문의 목적은 조직개발을 위해 실시되고 있는 기존의 팀빌딩 기법들을 개관하고, 자기주의(self-attention)에 근거한 팀빌딩 기법을 제안하고자 하였다. 기존의 팀빌딩 기법들에는 박광량의 조직개발적 팀빌딩프로그램, 역할분석기법, 상호의존성훈련, 역할협상기법, 인정 및 염려사항 실습, 장점탐구, 책임차트 등이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 자기주의기법은 감수성 훈련의 일종으로서 주요원리는 훈련 참가자들이 자기 자신에게 비디오 캠코더가 집중되고, 자신의 상호작용 모습이 촬영된 영상을 시청하면서 자기(self)에 주목하여, 자신을 타인들(의 행동)과 비교, 평가하는 것이다. 자기주의는 자기 반성의 기회가 될 수 있는 기회인 동시에, 불쾌하고도 고통스러운 경험이 되기 쉬우므로, 훈련자와 참가자의 유기적인 관계와 훈련자의 상호작용 진행능력이 중요하다. 작업집단 내의 직속 상사와 부하가 동시에 참여해서 집단역학적 측면을 잘 반영하고 있고, 개인적인 성찰의 기회도 제공하여 개인과 집단 모두를 고려할 수 있는 기법이다.
This paper studied the feasibility for utilization of the automatic fishing information recording system, which stores and manages navigational information and fish catch results of a fishing vessel in a portable storing device, in order to help promote the systematic management of fishing information by offshore and coastal fishing vessels. Position accuracy was within 10 meters on the position accuracy experiment using GPS module. Characteristics of navigation according to the navigation, anchoring and fishing operation showed the difference of navigation track information for GPS, and fishing possibility of fishing boat could be estimated through the analysis as the utilization result of system for the large pair trawl and large purse seiners. In particular, it is impossible to provide false positional information by arbitrarily operating the system, and it may be possible to present the factual results of fish catch by date, fishing ground, and fish species by comparing the fishing information with fish catch. Such contents are considered to be useful as basic data for the management of fisheries resources.
Visualization is the process of exploring, transforming and viewing data as images to gain understanding and insight into the data. Visualization in medicine is helpful in understanding human anatomy by presenting the information in a form that is not only pleasing but also easily recognizable as well as in gaining functional attributes of medical systems, such as biomechanical and physiological properties. Medical applications include accurate anatomy and function mapping, enhanced diagnosis. accurate treatment planning and rehearsal, and education/training. The Visible Human data set of the National Library of Medicine, the most complete anatomically detailed. computerized database of the human body ever assembled, has been used for these purposes. In this study, we have visualized the Visible Human Data set with VTK(Visualization ToolKit, Kitware Inc.), IAP(Image Application Platform, ISG Inc.) and Visual C++ 6.0. A motivation of this study is the fact that computer imaging techniques have become an important diagnostic tool in the practice of modern medicine. The 3D visualization system consists of a basic 2D image processing such as filtering, panning, zooming and measuring image as well as 3D image processing such as multiplanar reformatting, surface rendering and volume rendering. The wide-spread use and accessibility of the web have been required to provide the visualization of 3D image on the web. Thus, we have developed web-based medical 3D visualization system that supports World-Wide-Web using VRML and client/server architecture.
Finite element analysis of sheet metal forming process is generally carried out by the explicit and implicit time integration method. And membrane, shell and continuum element are applied to finite element analysis. Membrane analysis can not provides sufficient information for the process which involve considerable bending effects. Shell element allows the consideration of bending effects, but involves too much computational time. In order to estimate in sheet metal forming processes used Auto-Form software using static-implicit method and shell element. Result, by applying this to an industrial site the productivity improvement and cost reduction etc. effect able was predicted.
Effects of defatting and reincorporation with fatty acid on the textural characteristics of rice starch gel were investigated. Hardness of cooked rice starch gel was increased by defatting during storage periods. Among the textural parameters, hardness showed significant differences. Retrogradation rate of defatted rice starch gel was faster than other starch gels.

류마티스관절염은 활막관절 부위의 만성 염증을 특징으로하며 병이 진행될에 따라 이환된 관절의 연골 및 골과 관절주위 연체조직의 파괴를 초래하는 전신성 자가면역질환이다. 전세계에 걸쳐서 주로 젊은층에서 발병하며 전 인구의 약 2-4%가 이환되는 것으로 알려진 류마티스관절염의 병인에 대하여는 아직도 완전히 규명되지 못하고 있으며,이 질병을 완치 시키거나 질병의 질행을 막을 수 있은 치료법이 정리되지 않은 실정이다. 牧丹皮는 淸熱凉血 活血祛瘀의 효능이 있어 임상적으로 발열,도한,월경불순등 이나 급성충수염 또는 跌打瘀血 등에 응용되어 왔으며 최근에는 진정,최면,진통작용과 항염 및 항알레르기 작용 등이 보고되고 있고 adjuvant 관절염에서 염증반응을 억제하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 목단피가 콜라겐유발관절염(CIA)에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 bovine type II collagen을 랫트의 꼬리에 주사하고 목단피를 투여하여 CIA의 유발과정중의 면역학적 변화에 미치는 영향에 대하여 관찰하였다. 그 결과 목단피는 생체내와 생체외에서 담식세포에 의한 탐식능을 증가시켰으며 활막세포에 의한 반응산소중간물질 생성능을 감소시켰다. 또한 목단피는 림프구의 증식을 억제하였고,CD4+세포의 비율을 증가시키고 CD8+세포의 비율을 감소시켰다. 아울러 목단피는 요증 미tric oxide(NO)의 분비를 억제시켰고, 활막세포에서의 NO생성을 약간 증가시키는 효과를 보였으나 고농도의 목단피를 투여할 경우 다시 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 collagen에 의한 관절염의 진행시 목단피의 투여는 면역반응을 조절하여 ROI와 NO의 생성을 억제하고 탐식능을 증가시켜 외부 항원에 대한 탐식을 효과적으로 하여 관절염의 진행을 완화시킨 것으로 생각되며,따라서 목단피는 류마티스관절염의 치료에 임상적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by a chronic inflammatory, proliferative polyarthritis with joint destruction. The disease occurs throughout the world. Most cases are common in young adult age, and 2-4% of the population are affected with female predominance. However the curative therapy of RA is not yet available, so the development of successful management is required. Moutan Cortex is an herb drug applied for such disease as fever, sweating, menstrual irregularity, acute appendicitis and trauma. Recently it is reported that Moutan Cortex has the antiinflammatory, antimicrobial and antihypertensive actions. It also has analgesic, sedative, and anticonvulsant effects. And it is reported to inhibil swelling of rat's paw and reduce arthritic joint swelling. So as to investigate the effects of Moutan Cortex on collagen-induced arthritis, its water extract was administered in the rat immunized by collagen and the immune responses were measured. The phagocytosis was increased in vivo and in vitro after administration of Moutan Cortex, which was strikingly increased after secondary immunization in vivo. Moutan Cortex decreased lhe reactive oxygen intermediate(ROI) formation and nitric oxide(NO) secretion in urine. While formation of reactive nitrogen intermediate was slightly increased after administration, it showed tendency of decrement in high dose. Moutan Cortex also inhibit lymphocytes proliferation. The ratio of CD4+ T cell was decreased and CD8+ T cell was increased. These results suggest that Moutan Cortex might inhibit arthritic changes by regulating immune response, inhibiting ROI and NO formation and increasing phagocytosis. So Moutan Cortex could be applied for the treatment of RA.
