In augmenting the Oriental noses with silicon implants Dong's guider innovated and has been applied to faciliation of the surgery among the population of the cosmetic cases of more than 70,000 in the Peiple's Republic of China. Using Dong's guider takes the operation time only three to five minutes and attains to high efficancy. This new technique is merely simple and lessens the patient's distress.

If we want to see the real visage of Korean modern literature, there is no denying a fact that the procursors of the realism which embraces also naturalism are Dong-In Kim, Sang-Seop Yeom and jin-Keon Hyeon. Strictly speaking, one of them, Jin-Keon Heon, as compared with Dong-In Kim and Sang-Seop Yeom who stand up for a naturalism, is the most representative auther in the meaning of realism. In the consequence of this view, after my study on the analysis of a style with Dung-In Kim's, here my papers in regular sequence, addition to seek after Jin-Keon Hyeon's works on his literary style, intended to search for its character and to dare answer the visage on the other styles of Korean realism.

A 1-year old, intact male Jin-do dog with ataxia, hypersalivation and anorexia was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Ivermectin toxicosis was diagnosed by the history taking, clinical signs, physical examination and neurological examination. After therapy with intravenous fluid and lipid emulsion administration, the clinical signs were found to have significantly improved.

This study analyzed the main motive of Korean firm's FDI into Qingdao of China in order to improve the effects of attracting Korean firm's FDI to Qingdao. This study first researched the literatures and studies on FDI motive systematically. Then classified it into two groups(low product's costs and Chinese domestic market) and measured Korean firm's features of real motive using survey data of (Korean) firm-level in Qingdao. Finally discussed and showed suggestions for Improving effects of attracting Korean firm's FDI to Qingdao.

지방정부 민원행정서비스 평가의 의의와 측정모형

고객지향적인 개념의 행정 접근은 이제 중요한 항목으로 받아들이고 있다. 특히 지방자치제가 도입된 이후 그 정도나 내용은 더욱 크게 주목받고 있다. 그 중 민원서비스 부문에 대한 관심은 지방정부의 민원프로그램의 개발과 운영, 서비스 접목 등에 집중되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 지방정부의 근본적인 형태가 지역주민에 바탕을 두고 있으며 이를 통하여 행정의 변화를 이끌어 내기 위한 노력을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 민원행정서비스의 질과 그 제공 절차에 대한 시민의 인식은 정책의 지속성 유지뿐만 아니라 수혜자인 시민의 삶의 질에 결정적인 영향을 미친다고 보았을 때 그 중요성은 더욱 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지방정부의 민원행정서비스에 대한 평가의 의의와 측정모형에 대한 초점을 둔다. 민원행정서비스에 대한 평가모델은 시민들과의 직접적인 관계를 형성할 뿐만 아니라 행정의 변화를 느끼게 하는 중요한 창구이고 의사소통의 채널이기 때문이다.

개인화 서비스 프레임워크 : 사용 예

현대인들은 타인들과 동일한 서비스 보다는 자신에게 맞추어진 서비스를 제공 받길 원하고 있다. 또한 변화하는 서비스에 개인의 습관이나 스타일을 변경하여 맞추기 보다는 서비스가 개인에게 맞춰 제공되기를 원하고 있다. 이러한 사용자의 요구를 충족시키기 위한 개인화 서비스 개념이 등장하였다. PDA, 셀룰러 폰, 노트북 컴퓨터 등 다양한 이동이 가능한 기기들이 컴퓨팅 환경의 구성 요소로 등장했으며, 그들의 인기는 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 이동 기기들은 사용할 수 있는 대역폭 및 디스플레이 능력에 있어 한계를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 OPES(Open Pluggable Edge Service) 프레임워크에 인증서버(Authentication Server), 권한부여 서버(Authorization Server), 정책 관리자(Policy Manager) 등을 추가함으로써 개인화 서비스를 제공하기 위한 컨텐츠 변환 프레임워크를 제안하는 동시에 간단한 구현을 통해 이동 기기에서의 개인화 서비스 제공의 예를 보여주고자 한다. 정책 관리자는 사용자 및 네트워크 자원정보를 근거로 룰을 생성하며, OPES 중개자는 사용자가 원하는 서비스 제공을 위해 서비스 응용 호출 시 룰을 이용함으로써 개인화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

지역치안협의회의 운영실태 분석 및 활성화 방향 연구 : 델파이 방법을 활용하여

Recently, as national interest in security like school violence, victim protection, or crime prevention is increasing, general and preprescriptions rather than post-approaches to crime are being more highlighted. Therefore, it is the periodic demand to build multiple organizations' cooperative system in a local community to discuss regional security issues and grope for solutions collaboratively. In particular, with the advent of the decentralization age, there is more demand to solve regional security issues in consideration of a region's specific situations. Thereby, the National Police Agency organized 'the Regional Security Council' in February, 2008 and produced visible fruition as establishing the law and order to expand security infrastructure and conducting activities to form a bond of sympathy for security, so the importance of the Regional Security Council is getting greater now. However, despite the visible fruition of it, the Regional Security Council has recently been excluded from the evaluation of general security results, so its driving force has been weakened; thus, now its mere formal operation is pointed out as a problem. Thereupon, this study figures out the problems of the Regional Security Council by evaluating the actual operation of the Regional Security Council. And it intends to suggest directions to enhance its functions and roles as a private cooperation organization worthy of its fame. To attain the goal, this study used Delphi Method to collect related experts' intuitions and opinions three times based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. As a result, the level of its operational appropriateness was lower than the average in terms of 'the differentiation from existing consultative groups or cooperation groups', 'forming the bond of sympathy with related agencies', 'degree of solving current issues in a local community', 'related organizations' 'cooperative handling skills', 'reflecting the agenda or the current problems and issues of the region at the meeting', 'sharing information on the agenda', and 'activating programs and holding meetings for cooperation regarding schools or sexual violence'. In order to activate the Regional Security Council afterwards, it will be needed to be improved in terms of the above eight items. Thereupon, based on the above findings of this paper, this study suggests directions to active the Regional Security Council from three aspects : the Regional Security Council's organizational operation and cooperation, the Regional Security Council's reasonable agenda provision and conference operation, and activities(or programs). 최근에는 학교폭력, 피해자보호, 범죄예방활동 등 치안에 대한 국민적 관심이 증가함에 따라 범죄의 사후적 접근보다는 사전적· 종합적인 처방의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 지역치안문제에 대해 함께 논의하며 공동으로 해결방안을 모색해 나가는 지역사회내 다기관 협력체제 구축은 시대적 요청이라 할 수 있다. 특히 분권화 시대를 맞아 지역의 특수상황을 고려하여 지역치안의 문제를 해결하려는 요구가 증가함에 따라 경찰청에서는 2008년 2월 '지역치안협의회'를 구성하여 치안인프라 확충을 위한 법질서 확립 및 치안 공감대 형성을 위한 활동을 하는 등의 가시적인 성과를 이뤄냄으로써 지역치안협의회의 중요성은 매우 증가하는 시점이다. 그러나 이러한 가시적인 성과에도 불구하고 최근 지역치안협의회가 치안종합성과평가에서 제외되어 추진동력이 약화되어 형식적 운영이 문제점으로 드러났다. 이에 이 연구에서는 지역치안협의회의 실질적 운영평가를 통하여 지역치안협의회의 문제점을 파악하고, 명실상부한 민간협력기구로서 그 기능과 역할을 제고할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 활용하여 관련 전문가들의 직관과 의견을 3차례에 걸쳐 양적·질적 분석을 통하여 수렴하였다. 그 결과 '기존 협의체, 협력단체와의 차별성', '관계기관의 공감대 형성', '지역사회 현안 문제 해결 정도', '관계기관의 공동대처 능력', '의제 및 회의시 지역현안 및 이슈의 반영', '의제 정보의 공유', '학교, 성폭력 등 협력 관련 회의 개최 프로그램의 활성화'의 측면에서 운영의 적절성 수준이 보통미만의 수준으로 나타났으며, 향후 지역치안협의회의 활성화를 위해서는 위 8가지 항목을 기준으로 개선해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 이에 이 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역치안협의회 활성화 방향을 지역치안협의회의 조직운영 및 협력, 지역치안협의회의 합리적 의제 제시 및 회의 운영, 활동(프로그램)상 3가지 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다.

상완골 근위부 골절 치료에서 잠김 압박 금속판의 유용성

Purpose: To prove the efficacy of locking compression plate (LCP) in proximal humerus fracture. Materials and Methods: Forty four out of 48 patients who had proximal humerus fracture operation with LCP from November, 2004 to June, 2008 and available for follow up for more than 6 months were evaluated. Eighteen cases were male and 26 cases were female with mean age of 56 years (range 29-85 years). Cause of injury was traffic accident in 17 cases, slip down in 20 cases and fall down in 7 cases. Mean interval from injury to operation was 6.8 days (range 2-30 days) and mean operation time was 80. 5 minutes(range 40-130 minutes). Open reduction and internal fixation with LCP using deltopectoral approach was used in all cases. Postoperative clinical evaluation was done using Constant-Murley assessment and bone union and neck-shaft angle was checked using radiographic exam. Results: Bone union was achieved in 41 out of 44 cases at mean interval of 11.2 weeks(range 6-16 weeks). Mean neck-shaft angle was 129.7 degree (range 101-146) with more than 20 degree of angular deformation in 2 cases. For the complication, 2 cases of temporary axillary nerve injury, 1 case of nonunion, 2 case of delayed unions with angulation, 2 case of ankylosis was observed. Conclusion: LCP can prevent reduction loss and minimize soft tissue injury which result in firm fixation and early immobilization. It seem to be very efficient in treating proximal humerus fracture in elderly.

작가의 의식구조와 문체 특성 : 춘원의 경우

This article is the report that I have studied analystically the stylistics of Choon Won's novels. The followings are the summary of its conclusion. First, stylistic charateristics found by analyzing the styles. 1. His novels were composed of prose styles of plain languages and sentences and were supplemented the imperfections shown in the former 'Sin So Sul'. 2. He named the titles of his novels nonsymbolic and plain. This aspect was shown in the appellation of the characters and also the titles were typical as well as in the theme. 3. The compositions of his novels generally seemed to be passable and, in them, surpise openings to develop the stories or extraordinary technics were not found. And the method composing the stories were analystic, and especially he entirely exclude the abuses of authors' performing the story accidently which was seen in the novels of prior times to 'Sin So Sul'. 4. The lengths of the sentences were a little long but very short comparing with those of Sin-So-Sul, and that showed the transfiguration toward the morden sentences. 5. In his novels, there are more complex sentences than simple sentences, more emotional appeals than intellectual expressions and more expressions of the sudjects than descriptions of objects. And consequently the novels are seemed to have much more romantic characters than realistic aspects. 6. He endeavoured not to use the tricks for subjective sentences, sensual expression, metaphorical, and symborical expression, but to appear the stories honestly and correctly. 7. And also he used declinable words and indeclinable parts of speech, but seldom described the state or actions of objects sensitively. Therefore it seemed to be emphasized self-centered consideration by the viewpoint of himself. Second, the characteristics of stylistic factors found by analyzing his life-background and consciousness-structure. 1. Choon Won was born in the times of self-discovery not only in historical but also in cultural aspects, (the times being strongly influenced by newer culture). The circumstances of the times influenced his excellent talent and made main motive to perform the stylistic factors. 2. The basis of his personality and human nature seemed to be the emotion and will. And that was the source of all his behaviours and influenced his life, and also was shown in his literary works. 3. All his thoughts and principles were revealed by the intelligible consciousness of his mission: The origin of his sense in the value and system of his thought based upon his consciousness of the mission, too. 4. And the writer found that it was necessary that his attitude as an author, the outlook of his literature, and even the valuation of his literary works should be discussed from his deep consciousness-construction like that. 5. Choon Won's historical view as an author having the conviction was grounded on his racialism and illuminating thoughts, and this was realized in his literary works.
