In Korea, a number of large-sized public project are understook according to the advanced construction technology and require the schedule management to establish schedule plan, to control construction progresses, and to solve matters related with another project. But, problems are breaking out in field of schedule management because its function is contrary against our expectation. So, This study focus on suggesting the method to be more effective schedule management in huge public construction project.

정합용 변압기를 고려한 ZVS-FB형 고주파 공진 인버터에 관한 연구

In this paper, a theoretical analysis of zero-voltage-switching inverter with each capacitor in parallel with each switching device is presented along with experimental results. The proposed inverter offers both zero turn-on and zero turn-off switching losses, yielding high efficiency at high frequencies. In addition, the soft switching method reduces switching noise associated with the high frequency ringing and high voltage stress at the switching instants. Also, the equivalent circuit of a matching transformer converted primary to secondary side and normalized parameter for generally description are introduced to the estimation of the proposed circuit. A 1KW class-D inverter was built and tested. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. ZVS can be achieved above the resonant frequency and in a limited range of the load resistance. The proposed circuit is considered to be useful for induction heating applications.

초등학생들의 물질 개념에 관한 연구

Over the past 20 years, research on students' conceptual development of science concepts has begun to inform educators about the roles that prior knowledge and experiences play in the development of conceptual understandings. Whereas many initial studies focused on identifying and cataloging naive of misconceptions, more recent research has focused on how student concept development research can inform teaching practice and curriculum design. In this study, we investigated children's (ages 11∼12) spontaneously constructed or naive understanding of the particulate nature of matter prior to any formal instruction in the domain. Thirty students were interviewed concerning their understanding of the macroscopic and microscopic properties of the states of matter(solid, liquid, and gas), as well as their macro/microscopic understanding of phase changes and dissolving. Children expressed ideas about states of matter which were categorized as macrocontinuous, macroparticulate, or microparticulate. Furthermore, a substantial number of the children provided explanations of properties and processes which were consistent with those beliefs. These children's beliefs about matter were not fully and consistently developed across the spectrum of substances from continuous solids to particulate solids to liquids to gases. We speculate that children first develop local frameworks particular to different classes of substances and then slowly expand these frameworks to include a wide range of substances and their properties as well as such processes as melting and freezing.

GO에 의해 유도된 培養 脊髓感覺神經細胞 독성에 대한 鎭肝熄風湯의 방어효과

To evaluate the effect of Jingansikpungtang water extract on cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron which was inhibited by glucose oxidase(GO)-induced cytotoxicity, NR assay and TBARS assay for lipid peroxidation were carried out after the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron were pre-incubated with various concentrations of Jingansikpungtang water extract for 3 hours prior to exposure of GO. GO, a oxygen radical, decreased the survival rate of the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron cells on NR assay. Jingansikpungtang water extract have efficacy of decreasing lipid peroxidation increasing by GO in cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron. From above the results, it is concluded that Jingansikpungtang has marked efficacy as a treatment for the damages caused in the GO-mediated oxidative process.

목적: 베체트병에서는 림프구, 단핵구, 호중구에 의한 염증성 혈관염이 흔하게 발생하는데 특히 단핵구의 활성화와 충원을 책임지는 MCP-1과 같은 케모카인의 증가가 조직 내 염증세포의 충원과 침윤에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 생각되나 아직까지 이에 대한 연구는 없는 실정이다. 저자들은 본 연구에서 베체트병 환자의 혈청 혹은 세포배양액에서 MCP-1의 표현을 조사하고 RANTES, MIP-1α IL-8 등 다른 케모카인들과의 연관성을 조사하였다. 방법: 7 Background: Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) belongs to C-C subfamily of chemokines, which stimulates the migration of monocytes. 우리가 몰랐던 일연과 『삼국유사』

『삼국유사』와 ‘그 저자 일연’을 알리는 글들에는, ‘어긋난 정보’로 조합 추론된 것들과 왜곡歪曲 또는 오도誤導된 것들이 상당하므로 이를 바로 잡고자 하였다. 우리 국민들이 『삼국유사』를 ‘삼국의 역사서로 잘못 알고’ 있는 이유는 ‘삼국을 세 나라(고구려, 백제, 신라)’, ‘유사遺事를 『삼국사기』에 빠진 역사’, ‘기이紀異를 기괴하고 이상한(기이奇異) 신화나 전설’로 설명하고 있는 글자의 (오해와 착각)뜻풀이 때문이다. ‘숫자3’은 민족고유 언어전통에서 ‘두루/함께/아우르다’라는 개념이며, ‘나라 국國’은 영토국가가 아니라 ‘동질의 포괄적 역사문화권 영역’을 의미한다.(실제 고구려·백제의 역사사실은 신라와의 관계 속에서만 가끔씩 곁붙이로 언급되고 있을 뿐이다.) ‘유사遺事’란, 유遺의 본뜻이 ‘남기다·전하다·잇다’이므로, 이야기 형식으로 후손에게 남기는 ‘교훈적 역사사실(유언집)’이라는 의미이다. 한편 책머리의 ‘기이紀異’를 ‘기괴하고 이상하다(기이奇異)’로 오해하는데, 일연은 ‘각국 제왕들의 벼리’[紀기]를 ‘신성神聖하고 특별한 사연(異)’ 중심으로 써 내려감으로써 ‘우리 민족, 겨레의 근본은 신성神聖하고 특이特異하다’라는 것을 강조하고 있는 것이다. 「보각국사비문」 원제의 ‘가지산하 보각국존비’와 『삼국유사』 제5권두의 ‘가지산하인각사’에 나오는 ‘가지산’의 실체는 ‘기린의 뿔에 해당하는 인각사의 뒷산’이다. 시중에 나온 서책들마다 잘못 인용하고 있는 일연의 호칭으로, 대부분 논저에서 ‘경주 김金씨’라 하는 부분은 탁본 상 ‘속성俗姓 전全씨’가 확실하며, ‘어릴 적 이름’으로 널리 알려져 있는 ‘견명見明은 휘諱 즉 법명法名’이고, 개명改名한 이름으로 알려진 ‘일연一然’은 ‘후後 역명易名’, 즉 ‘나중에 달리 쓴 법명法名’이다. 일연의 9세 때 첫 수학受學출가지 ‘해양海陽 무량사無量寺’는 전남 광주나 경남 남해가 아니라 출생지인 경산 인근의 오늘날 ‘경남 밀양 무량원’일 가능성이 매우 크다. 14세 일연의 ‘체도수구剃度受具’ 스승은 통설로 되어있는 ‘진전사의 대웅장로’가 아니라, 무량사에 계시는 법호‘진전陳田’ 원로‘장로長老’ 법명‘대웅大雄’인 스님이다. ‘남해 정림사定林社로 초청받아 주지主之했다’는 것은 ‘팔만대장경 간행의 최종 총람總覽 역할을 했다.’라고 보아야 하며, 『중편조동오위』를 저술 간행한 ‘윤산 길상암’은 지리산 길상사가 아니라 경남남해섬의 대장경 간행장소인 ‘정림사 인근’이다. “又於 包山東麓 重葺涌泉寺 爲 佛日社 .... 因取 師佛日結社文 題押 入社”의 밑줄 그은 부분을 기존 해설들에서는 ‘용천사를 불일사로 바꾸고 ... (국왕이)불일결사문을 불일사에 들였다.’로 해제하고 있지만 “용천사(寺)를 불일사(社)로 삼았고, ... (국왕이)불일결사문에 제압하고 결사(조직)에 들었다.”로 풀이하여야 한다. 입적 후 식종지례飾終之禮를 행한 관후서觀候署 판사는 성명이 ‘전척全倜’인 사람인데, 이를 대부분 글에서는 ‘인물명 영척令倜’ 또는 ‘후히, 엄숙히 했다’는 문장으로 풀이하고 있지만 수십 종의 탁본에서 어김없이 전全자로 나오는 바, 이는 비슷한 꼴의 령令자로 잘못 판독 활용한 경우이다. 일연 행장行狀을 지어올리고, 비를 세운 인물인 통오진정대선사 ‘청분淸玢’을 ‘법진法珍’또는 ‘청진淸珍’으로 기록하고 있으나, ‘법진’은 필사본을 사료로써 연구 발표하던 시절의 기록을 인용한 것이며, ‘청진’은 탁본글씨를 비슷한 꼴의 다른 글자로 오독한 것을 그대로 인용한 것이다. ‘청분淸玢이 분명함’을 재확인하였다. This article tried to correct the distorted cases about the Samgukyusa (三國遺事, Stories on Three Kingdoms) and its editor Il Yeon. The Sam (三, three) is a concept that means ‘all/together/to combine’ in the tradition of Korean language. Guk (國, State) means a territory that involves a common history and culture instead of just a state. Yusa (遺事) means an edificatory history transmitted to the descendants in the form of stories. The author emphasizes the holiness and uniqueness of our Korean people by describing such stories in the first chapter Giyi(기이紀異), although it is known to be weird and strange stories generally. His family name is surely not Kim but Jeon supported by rubbed copies from tombstones. Gyeonmyeong (見明) known as his social name would be Buddhist name and Ilyeon is another Buddhist name named later. However, his social name is not known. In addition to these facts, another novel corrections were presented including his Buddhist master, first temple he entered, and major temple he worked. These findings would give new perspectives about Samgukyusa and monk Ilyeon.
