      • 광중합형 글라스아이오노머 시멘트와 복합레진과의 전단결합강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate of shear bond strength of light-curing composite resin to light-curing glass ionomer cement. Composite resin and glass ionomer cement have been widely used as an esthetic filling materials in dental clinics. To achieve better clinical results, sandwich technic was developed with conpensating for disadvantages of these two materials. Especially, light-curing glass ionomer cement provided greately improved bonding strength of teeth or composite resin, and then excellent clinical results can be acquired. In this study, 6 commercial light-curing glass ionomer cements(3 commercial restorative materials Fuji II LC, Vanglass VLC, Vitremer, and 3 commercial lining materials : Fuji Lining LC, Baseline VLC, Vitrebond) were devided two groups. According to manufacturer's appointment, no surface treatment was referred to N groups. Supposing of clinical practice, surface grinding with water ;spray at 320 grit sand paper, 40 seconds etching with 37% phosphoric acid, 20 seconds washing 20 seconds air drying was referred to E groups. Totally 12 experimental groups were devided, and all 120 specimens from 10 specimens of each groups were made. After light-curing composite resin was bonded to right-curing glass ionomer cement, shear bond strength was tested by Instron universal testing machine between glass ionomer cement and composit resin. The data were analyzed statistically by Student's t-test and ANOVA. The obtained results were as follows; 1. In light-curing glass ionomer cement, restorative materials showed higher shear bond strength to composite resin than lining matenals(p<0.05). 2. Variglass VLC of restorative material group and Baseline VLC of lining material group have highest shear bond strength to composite resin(p<0.001). 3. In light-curing glass ionomer cement:, surface grinding and acid etching reduced shear bond strengthto composite resin(p<0.001). 4. VGN group is highest shear bond strength to composite resin, VBE group is lowest shear bond strength to composite resin(p<0.001).

      • Penna-Stauffer 모형에 있어서의 노화의 스스로 짜임

        The Penna-Stauffer model for biological aging is studied. In our work whether the reproduction of each individual is possible or not was determined by means of the number of mutations relevant at that time. The Penna model shows that the species tend to be fitted by themselves to the direction that maximized the self-conservation. The population, the survival rate, the average life span and the average age were calculated with respect to the number of new mutations 1, 2, and 3. The more the number of new mutations, the shorter the average life span, and the higher the average age.

      • 교사들의 여가교육욕구에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        This purpose of the study is to find out factors affecting the teacher's need for leisure education. Two-stage cluster sampling method has been used in this study. The subjects of this study were elementary school teachers(n=220) teaching at schools located in Taejon. An ANOVA test was applied to find significant factors affecting dependent variables. The results of the study are as follows. 1. On the necessity of leisure education : the study shows a significant difference based upon the age[F(2, 185)=3.53, p=0.0314] and the accessibility to leisure education[F(l, 185)=17.16, p=0.0001]. 2. The test results also shows that there is a significant difference according to the faithful operation of extra curricular activities ; whether or not the opinion of the teacher has been reflected on the allotment of the teachers-in-charge ; and the teacher's recognition of the student's taste of leisure activity.

      • 잼버리 참가자의 여가경험과 여가만족, 생활만족 및 재참여의도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationship between the factors of leisure experience , life satisfaction and the intention to re-participate and to analyze the difference between the factors, according to type of participation. To achieve this goal, the people who participated in the "International Patrol Jamboree 2006" took part in this research. The main findings were as follows. First, It was found that the factor of personal leisure experience consists of self-affirmation, escape from daily routine, perceived self-efficacy and social relation. Second, social relation and escape from daily routine had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. Third, leisure satisfaction had a significant effect on life satisfaction and the intention to re-participate. Fourth, depending on the type of participant, all factors differed accept leisure satisfaction. The people who participate as a leader(or as management staff) recognize all factors more effectively compared with people who participate as general members.

        아르곤 레이저에 의한 복합레진의 중합시 물성 변화에 관한 연구

        After polymerizing composite resin with argon laser and visible light, four test, to be concretelv, measurement of compressive strength using Instron testing machine, surface microhardness using Rockwell hardness tester, quantitative analysis of residual monomer using HPLC and analysis of degree of conversion using FTIR, were accomplished. Test groups were a sort of specimen with 3mm diameter, 4㎜ thickness for measuring compressive strength, two sort of specimen with 7mm diameter, 2mm and 3㎜ thickness for measuring surface microhardness, quantitative analysing of residual monomer after curing and measuring the degree of conversion, each were divided by according to the condition of light exposure. In case of argon laser. in 1.0W and 0.5W output. the exposure time for specimen were 5 sec, 10 sec respectiyely. In case of visible light, the exposure time obtained. 1. Compressive strength of composite resin was the highest in the group of 1W output, exposing for 10 sec with argon laser, followed by the group of 0.5W, exposing for 10 sec with argon laser, the group of exposing for 40 sec with visible light. But there were statistically no significant difference between these three groups(p>0.05). 2. Surface microhardness of composite resin wasn't significantly affected by light curing conditions. 3. BIS- GMA within residual monomer was least detected in the group of exposing for 40 sec. TEGDMA was least detected in the group of 1W output, exposing for 10 sec with argon laseboth 2㎜ and 3㎜ thickness specimen. 4. The degree of conversion of all groups in the 2㎜ thickness specimen were more than 5%, similar to each other but in the group of 1W, exposing 10 sec with argon laser the degree of conversion was highest in the 3㎜ thickness specimen. 5. Argon laser could make composite resin to has similar properties with 25% lesser exposure time than visible light.

      • 유아기의 태권도 수련이 폐 기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 태권도 수련이 유아기 아동의 폐기능에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 18개월 이상의 경적자(N=10)와 2개월 이내의 초보자(N=10)를 대상으로 실시하였고, 집단 간의 유의성 검증은 독립표본 t-test로 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 폐활량(VC, L)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.28L 더 높게 나타냈고 통계적으로 유의한 차를 나타내었다(p<.05). 2. 최대 중간 호기속(MMEF, L/min)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.36L/min 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 3. 노력성 폐활량(FVC, L)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.14L 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 4. 0.5초시 노력성호기량(FEV.S)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.15L더 높게 나타냈으나 통체적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 5. 1초시 노력성 호기량(FEVI)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.14L 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 6. 1초시 노력성 호기량 백분율(lFEV%, %)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.75% 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 7. 최대 호기속(PEF, L/min)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.73L/min 더 높게 나타났고 통계적으로 유의한 차를 나타내었다(p<.05). 8. 노력성 호기속25%(FEF 25%, L/min)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.43L/min 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 9. 노력성 호기속 50%(FEF 50%, L/min)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.38L/min 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 10. 노력성 호기속 75%(FEF 75%, L/min)은 경력군에서 초보군 보다 0.16L/min 더 높게 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차는 없었다. 이와 같이 유아들의 규칙적인 태권도 수련은 폐기능 발달에 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of pulmonary function between the taekwondo trained and beginner. The subjects consist of trained group and beginner group. The trained group(10) were trained for over 18 months. The beginner group(10) were trained for below 2months. The conclusions of the study are as follow : 1. Pulmonary Function 1) The VC of trained group was significantly(p〈.05) higher than the beginner group by 0.28L. 2) The MMEF of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.36L/min but not significant. 3) The FVC of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.14L but not significant. 4) The FEV.5 trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.15L but not significant. 5) The FEV1 of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.14L but not significant. 6) The 1FEV% of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.73% but not significant. 7) The PEF of trained group was significantly(p〈.05) higher than the beginner group by 0.73L/min. 8) The FEF25% of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.43L/min but not significant. 9) The FEF50% of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.38L/min but not significant. 10) FEF75% of trained group was higher than the beginner group by 0.16L/min but not significant. As seen above, the two groups showed significant differences VC and PEF of pulmonary function through taekwondo practice. In this regard, the author suggest that the regular participation in taekwondo practice is an important role in improvement of pulmonary function.

      • 청각 자극용 전기자극기 개발

        This paper introduces a development of an electrical stimulator for auditory stimulation. The electrical stimulator is useful in neurotological diagnosis, audiological evaluation, candidate selection for cochlear implantation, optimal device selection and decision making of MAP strategy for severe-to-profound hearing impaired persons. The development was based on sound parameters of auditory brainstem responses and auditory electrophysiological characteristic such as effective firing of auditory nerve and recording evoked potentials during refractory period of neuron. Besides pulse parameter could adjustable by programming for more varied electrical stimulation evoked response audiometry. Using the electrical stimulator, electrical square pulse was applied to promontory, and electrically evoked auditory brainstem response and electrically middle latency response were successfully recorded in cats.
