일본잎갈나무 낙엽 (8.5kg)을 채취하여 9.5% EtOH 용액으로 추출하고 농축된 추출용액은 분획깔때기로 헥산, 메틸렌클로라이드, 에틸아세테이트 및 수용성으로 순차 추출하여 동결건조하였다. 에틸아세테이트용성과 수용성 분획에 대하여 칼럼크로마트크래피를 실시하였고, 충진물질로는 Sephadex LH-20을, 용리용매로는 메탄올 수용액 및 에탈올-핵산 혼합용액을 사용하였다. 단리된 화합물들은 TLC로 확인한 후 NMR 스펙트럼을 사용하여 정확한 구조규명을 하였고 FAB-MS와 EI-MS 스펙트럼으로 분자량을 측정하였다. 일본잎갈나무 낙엽으로부터 5개의 화합물을 단리하였으며, 각 분획물과 단리된 화합물들은 DPPH 라디칼 소거법을 이용하여 항산화 시험을 실시하였다. Fallen neeldes (8.5kg) of Larix kaempferi were separately collected. extracted with 95% EtOH. EtOH extract was evaporated under reduced pressure, concentrated then successively fractionated with a series of hexane. methylene chloride, ethylaectate and water on a separatory funnel. Then, each fraction was freeze dried. A portion of ethylacetate and water soluble powder were packed on a column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20) eluting with aqueous MeOH and EtOH-hexane mixture. Spectrometric analyses such as NMR and FAB-MS including TLC were performed to characterize the structures of isolated compounds.

강원대학교 구내림에서 오동나무 잎을 채취하여 아세톤-물(7:3, v/v)로 추출하고 n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethylacetate 및 H_(2)O 등 네 개의 분획으로 분리한 후 에틸아세테트용성 분획물을 Sephadex LH-20으로 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 수행하였으며 용리용매는 메탄올 수용액과 에탄올-핵산 혼합액을 사용하였다. 그 결과 flavonoid류 화합물인( +)-catechin, ( - )-epicatechin, apigenin, luteolin, taxifolin과 phenolic acid류 화합물인 p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid 및 p-coumaric acid를 단리 하였다. 단리된 화합물은 NMR 및 MS 스펙트럼을 이용하여 구조를 결정하였다. The leaves of Paulownia Coreana Uyeki were collected, extracted with acetone-H_(2)O(7:3, v/v), fractionated with n-hexane, methylene chloride and ethylacetate, and freeze dried to give some dark brown powder. The ethylacetate soluble mixture was chromatographed on a Sephadex LH-20 column using a series of aqueous methanol and ethanol-hexane mixture as eluents. Dopamine is an enteric neurotransmitter that regulates gastrointestinal motility. This study was done to investigate whether dopamine modulates spontaneous pacemaker activity in cultured interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) from mouse using whole cell patch clamp technique, RT-PCR and live Ca2+ imaging analysis. ICCs generate pacemaker inward currents at a holding potential of-70 mV and generate pacemaker potentials in current-clamp mode. Dopamine did not change the frequency and amplitude of pacemaker activity in small intestinal ICCs. On the contrary dopamine reduced the frequency and amplitude of pacemaker activity in large intestinal ICCs. RT-PCR analysis revealed that Dopamine2 and 4-receptors are expressed in c-Kit positive ICCs. Dopamine2 and 4 receptor agonists inhibited pacemaker activity in large intestinal ICCs mimicked those of dopamine. Domperidone, dopamine2 receptor antagonist, increased the frequency of pacemaker activity of large intestinal ICCs. In Ca2+-imaging, dopamine inhibited spontaneous intracellular Ca2+ oscillations of ICCs. These results suggest that dopamine can regulate gastrointestinal motility through modulating pacemaker activity of large intestinal ICCs and dopamine effects on ICCs are mediated by dopamine2 receptor and intracellular Ca2+ modulation.

In this paper, the output tracking control problem is investigated for a networked control system with twochannel random network delays and packet dropouts as well as stochastic noise. To actively compensate for these random communication constraints in the feedback and forward channels, a novel networked predictive control (NPC) method is proposed based on the input-output difference equation model, where the two-channel communication constraints are handled separately according to their different features. Furthermore, different from the existing NPC methods based on round-trip time delays, actual control inputs rather than the predicted ones are employed to generate future control commands. Then a delay-independent closed-loop stability condition is obtained, and a condition to guarantee a zero steady-state output tracking error is derived. Also, theoretical analysis shows that the proposed NPC method can achieve the same output tracking performance as the corresponding local control system. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated by simulation and experimental results.

Currently most of the vision-based structural identification research focus either on structural input (vehicle location) estimation or on structural output (structural displacement and strain responses) estimation. The structural condition assessment at global level just with the vision-based structural output cannot give a normalized response irrespective of the type and/or load configurations of the vehicles. Combining the vision-based structural input and the structural output from non-contact sensors overcomes the disadvantage given above, while reducing cost, time, labor force including cable wiring work. In conventional traffic monitoring, sometimes traffic closure is essential for bridge structures, which may cause other severe problems such as traffic jams and accidents. In this study, a completely non-contact structural identification system is proposed, and the system mainly targets the identification of bridge unit influence line (UIL) under operational traffic. Both the structural input (vehicle location information) and output (displacement responses) are obtained by only using cameras and computer vision techniques. Multiple cameras are synchronized by audio signal pattern recognition. The proposed system is verified with a laboratory experiment on a scaled bridge model under a small moving truck load and a field application on a footbridge on campus under a moving golf cart load. The UILs are successfully identified in both bridge cases. The pedestrian loads are also estimated with the extracted UIL and the predicted weights of pedestrians are observed to be in acceptable ranges.
감성공학을 이용한 중국 실외 공공장소 쓰레기 분리수거통 투입구의 디자인에 관한 연구

2020년 중국에서 쓰레기 분리수거를 강제 시행함에 따라 중국의 실외 공공장소에 설치되어 있는 쓰레기 분리수거통의 문제가 더욱 부각되었다. 현재 공공장소에서 쓰레기통의 디자인은 획일화되어 있고, 이런 차이가 없는 디자인은 사람들의 분리수거 행위를 유도할 수 없어서 사람들이 종종 쓰레기를 잘못 버리게 되고, 이는 결국 쓰레기 분리수거에 대한 사람들의 의지를 저하시키게 된다. 본 연구는 쓰레기 분리수거 통 투입구를 연구 대상으로 정하고, 감성공학(Kansei engineering, KE), 의미분별법SD(semantic differential method)와 수량화 Ⅰ류 이론을 결합하여 감성 형용사에 대해 사용자가 선택한 것을 비교하여 분리수거통 투입구의 디자인 요소에 대해 참고할 수 있도록 한다. 나아가 쓰레기통 투입구의 외형과 기능을 바꾸어 쓰레기통 투입구의 디자인 요소를 정하고, 공공장소에서 쓰레기 배출자들에게 쓰레기를 분리수거하도록 유도하여 쓰레기를 편리하게 버리는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. Garbage in public places is a serious and prominent issue in China right now. Even though there are many kinds of classified dustbins located in public places , they, to some extent , can only lead to the failure of corresponding garbage disposal as well as the reduction of people’s intention of throwing garbage. Taking the mouth of the classified dustbin , this detail, as the research object. This article is Based on the perceptual technology (Kansei engineering, KE), introducing Semantic Differential 、Cluster Analysis、the method of reduction dimensions and some other analyses. .And then,by comparing the differences which are formed between perceptual design elements among ethnic groups , the bin on the mouth design elements can be determined by changing the shape of its mouth and its functional design. Consequently , the effect of awakening the awareness of the tourists in pubic places to dispose garbage conscientiously can be reached.
한·중 옥외 공공 분리수거 쓰레기통 디자인 비교 연구 : 상하이 시 쓰레기 통 색상, 형태, 재질을 중심으로

중국의 최초 쓰레기 강제 분리수거가 상하이시에서 시작된 이래로, 상하이시 옥외 분리수거 쓰레기통 문제가 부각되기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 문헌을 총 정리하여 옥외 쓰레기통 디자인의 3가지 요소를 정한 후, 트랜드 예측 전략 시스템, 재질, 컬러 이미지 스케일(color image scale)을 이용하여 상하이시와 한국 쓰레기통 디자인의 3가지 요소인 색상, 형태, 재질을 비교 분석한다. 만족도 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 통해 쓰레기 배출자가 선호하는 디자인 요소를 파악하여, 한국 쓰레기통의 트랜드 예측 전략 시스템 및 이미지 스케일 분석을 종합하고, 이를 통해 상하이시 옥외 쓰레기 통 디자인의 3가지 요소에 대한 향후 분리수거 쓰레기통 디자인 발전 방향을 제시하고, 후속 연구에 이를 참고할 수 있도록 한다. This paper starts from Shanghai, Under the background of compulsory waste, This study adopts a series of research methods--TTSS, Materials, Color Image Scale and Literature Summary for reference, so as to ascertain the three design elements of outdoor dust bin. Based on these three elements, garbage bins in Shanghai are compared with the dust bins in South Korea to analyze design differences between the two countries. According to Advance Study in South Korea, three main design elements--color, modelling and material of dustbins in public area are screened out . Through the feedback questionnaire survey,the demands of users in the design elements of the selection tendency is obtained. Combined with the analysis of TTSS and Color Image Scale of dustbins in South Korea, future development direction of the three designing elements of outdoor dustbins in Shanghai are put forward,which provides reference for the follow-up study.

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) isomers, c9, t11- CLA and t10, c12-CLA, have been proved to exhibit excellent biomedical properties for potential use in anticancer applications and in reducing obesity. Acer truncatum Bunge (ATB), which is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid, linoleic acid, and nervonic acid, is a new resource for edible oil. In the present study, we developed a new method for producing two CLA isomers from ATB-seed oil by fermentation using Lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC8198 (LP8198), a novel probiotics strain. Polymerase chain reaction results showed that there was a conserved linoleate isomerase (LIase) gene in LP8198, and its transcription could be induced by ATBseed oil. Analyses by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry showed that the concentration of c9, t11-CLA and t10, c12-CLA in ATB-seed oil could be increased by about 9- and 2.25-fold, respectively, after being fermented by LP8198.
