        Photographic survey is possible that it can survey the simultaneous three-dimensional survey about so many points, therefore it is so fast and precisely. We takes a snap the objects with digital carema, and input the data to the computer from this data. We can take the three-dimensional coordinate through relative orientation, absolute orientation and have to check the merit of three-dimensional suveying. Otherwise we can get the error in one centimeter after analysis three-dimension coordinate and we can get the higher precise accuracy cause to set the camera angle of 20∼45 degrees.

        심폐소생술후 혼수상태의 환자에서 체성감각유발전위의 예후 예측인자로서의 유용도

        Background: The improved technique for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) has resulted in the survival of many patients who experienced cardiac arrest. However, mortality in resuscitated patients is high, and the survival rate without brain damage is very low. Various neurological examination models, neuro-imaging techniques, electrophysiological procedures, and biochemical tests have been studied with respect to the detection of cerebral damage and outcome, but an early, reliable prediction of individual outcomes is still uncertain. Methods: We studied twenty patients who had been in a coma for more than 24 hours after CPR, Somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) were measured within the first three days after CPR. Results: Of the twenty patients, seven patients(35%) had a good outcome, and thirteen patients(65%) had a bad outcome. Of the eleven patients with loss of the cortical evoked potential's N2O peak, all had a bad outcome. Conclusion: SEPs are of great benefit in prognostic evaluation after CPR.

      • 인공위성 데이터를 이용한 태풍에 의한 삼림피해의 추적조사

        One of the common applications of remote sensing is monitoring and evaluation vegetation over the land surface, and an important mechanism for assessing vegetation condition is the Normalisted Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) which is widely used for analyzing vegetation conditions. Therefore, the NDVI was applied to trace survey for demage of collapsed forests by typhoon using satellite data. On a 1989-1994's NDVI results derived from the MESSR sensor, a damage tracing study on collapsed forests due to typhoon was elaborated for the damaged conditions collapsed and healthy forests. As a results of this research, we obtained the grasping possibility of forests damage condition due to typhoon using satellite remotely sensed data especially inside damage. It is very important keys that can be used to investigate the damage of natural disasters and forecast the second damages of typhoon.

        Points of maximum and minimum elevations together with Points of Curvature inflection are Chosen in the field when execating levelling nets. Since these points are definite and Special in defining the slope of the ground surface, they are used in a Mathematical model for Canfouring. This method proves to more rigorous than the Usual linear interpolation. It also reduces the amount of field work required, Since only those special points which define the Ground Shape are Considered and, Accordingly, the Number of levelling points is reduced.

        흰쥐에서 심정지후 뇌의 허혈-재관류 손상과 Tumor Necrosis Factor-α의 상관관계

        Background : Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) has been thought to play a major role in neurological injury during global brain ischemia and subsequent reperfusion following resuscitation in cardiac arrest. So, we hypothesized that the elevation in TNF-α was dependent upon the duration of the global brain ischemia, and related to delayed neuronal damage. Methods : Fourteen rats were divided two groups ; 1 minute-cardiac arrest group(n=7) and 3 minute-cardiac arrest group(n=7). we induced cardiac arrest by chest compression and clamping of tracheal tube for 1 minute and 3 minutes respectively. And then, resuscitation was initiated. To measure the plasma activity of TNF-α, blood samples were drawn before and at the end of cardiac arrest, and 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after initiation reperfusion. At 72 hours after resuscitation, the ND(neurologic deficit) score was determined and the histopathologic outcome of hippocampal CA1 neuron was observed by the percent dead hippocampal CA1 neurons. Results : 1. TNF-α level during the early reperfusion period(<2h) was significantly increased in 3 min-cardiac arrest group compared with 1 min-cardiac arrest group(p=0.0001). 2. There was a no significant difference of neurologic deficit score between 1 min-and 3 min-cardiac arrest. 3. Percent dead hippocampal neurons were significantly increased in 3 min-cardiac arrest group compared with 1 min-cardiac arrest group(9.1±1.2% vs 1.2±0.9%, p<0.05). Conclusions : The results suggest that longer duration of global brain ischemia causes a more profound increase in plasma TNF-α level during the early reperfusion period(<2h) and more delayed neuronal damage than lessor duration of global brain ischemia, and that increase in TNF-α level during the early reperfusion period(<2h) is related to delayed neuronal damage.

      • 全北經濟의 停滯性 克服에 관한 硏究

        This research is to give light upon the cause of stagnated economy of Chonbuk province by comparing the interreginal conditions of economy mainly since 1960s which is the period between Japanese Colony and the development of this province, and to propose its measures to overcome it. Chonbuk region, Since its opening of Kunsan port, through the term of Japanese colony, had been degenerated into a relative area of stagnation compared with other areas due to land seizure and exploitation of agricultural products by Japan. Thus since the opening of port the structure of economy in Chonbuk region was deformed into that is typical monoculture from colonial exploitation. Of course, althrough the structure of Korean economy under Japanese colony was generally maimed through exploitative structure of economy, it was demonstrated by substantiation data, that Chonbuk region with its opulent exploited as a primary object area of exploitation by Japan. Deprived of its autogenous vitality and alienated even from "the age of development" for decades, economical structure of Chonbuk province couldn't but be still aggravated rather than improved. Eventurally the gap between present growing regions is more over deepening through the compound geometrical functions of various factors that restrict regional development of economy as analyzed above.

      • Langsat Tm 영상에 의한 원자력 발전소로부터의 온배수 확산의 추적조사

        지금까지는 선박등을 이용하여 표본추출등으로 온배수 확산관측이 이루어져왔으나 온배수의 확산속도, 위상조건, 비용, 범위설정 및 위치 결정등의 여러가지 방해인자등 때문에 동시성, 광역성 및 경제성등의 문제에 있어서 새로운 탐사방법이 요구되어 왔다. 그러나 인공위성 영상을 이용하여 분석하면 단시간에 해양 환경을 감시 및 탐지 할수 있기 때문에 기종의 방법보다 상당히 신속하여 정확하게 수온 분포와 확산정도를 감지할 수 있다. 따라서 이연구는 인공위성 영상에 의 Observation for hot water spread has been carried out by such activites as sampling of water with ship, etc, until now. It was required further to have new probe methodologies in such issues as simultaneity, great-spheric nature, and economics due to many hindering ele- ments such as spread speed of hot waste water, weather conditions, cost and expenses, scope and location determinations. However, it was believed that stellite could be utilized to monitor spread of water temperature and spread level in more quick and correct way than existing one, because it would be possible to supervise and detect marine environment within significantiy short period if analyzed by means of satellite images. Therefore, this study is taken into account to flow and spread conditions of hot waste water, survey of water temperature, by means of satellite images.

        응급의료센터의 단기입원치료실 활용경험

        Overcrowding of emergency department is a serious and growing problem at St. Mary's Hospital. This has motivated the development of short-stay unit(SSU) as an alternative ward to routine hospital admission and ED discharge. In our hospital a SSU begun to admit patients in January 6, 1997. The SSU received 247 patients from the ED during the eight month interval(January 6, 1997 to August 31, 1997). To examine the utilization of the SSU in ED, we retrospectively analyzed 247 patients admitted in SSU from the ED, and compared the average hours per patient with acute gastroenteritis spent in the ED during the 2-month intervals before(July-August 1996) and after(July-August 1997) the establishment of the SSU. The following results were obtained; 1. The total patients consist of EM 92(37.2%), GS 48(19.4%), IM 24(9.7%), PS 21(8.5%), OS 20(8.1%), OBGY 14(5.7%) and others 28(11.3%) 2. The results of EM patients admitted in SSU from ED 1) Sex ratio of male to female was 1:1.1 and the mean age was 37.3±16years 2) In diagnosis, acute gastroenteritis was 29 cases(31.5%), multiple contusion 14 cases(15.2%), drug intoxication 12 cases(13%), limb laceration 6 cases(6.5%), tendon rupture of hand 6 cases(6.5%), and others 19 cases(20.6). 3) Mean length of stay in ED was 9.18 hours. 4) Among 92 patients to the SSU, 79 patients(85.9%) were discharged, 11 patients(11.9%) formally admitted to hospital and 2 patients(2.2%) transferred to otherhospital. The mean hospital stay time of the patients admitted to SSU was 2.6 days. 3. There was a significant reduction in the average stay time spent in the ED by treat-and-releasing patients with acute gastroenteritis after the establishment of the SSU(from 14.65±9.6 to 7.52±5.4 hr/patient, p<0.001). Conclusively, the establishment of the SSU can shorten the average stay time that treat-and-releasing patients spend in the ED, and reduce the number of admitted patients waiting in the ED.

      • 실리카 도파로형 WDM 광 필터의 설계 및 해석에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 Mach-Zehnder 간섭기로 구성된 1×4 필터와 성형결합기로 구성된 5×5 광도파로 격자 라우터를 BPM CAD TOOL을 이용하여 설계하였고 최적화 하였다. 마스크 레이아웃을 효율적으로 실현하기 위한 전체 도파구조를 설계하였다. BPM 전산모사를 통해 설계된 소자의 WDM 특성을 0.8 nm(100 ㎓)와 8.0 nm(1000 ㎓)의 채널간격에 대해서 살펴보았다. 설계된 소자는 두가지 채널간격 모두에 대하여 3.5dB 이내의 잉여손실, 0.5dB 이내의 균일성과 -22dB 이내의 누화(crosstalk)특성을 보임을 확인하였다. In this paper, we designed and optimized 1×4 WDM Filter composed of Mach-Zehnder Interferometer and 5×5 Waveguide Grating Router(WGR) composed of two star couplers. The overall guiding structure is designed to realize the mask layout efficiently. Through the BPM simulation, we demonstrated WDM characteristics of these devices with 0.8 nm and 8.0 nm channel-spacing. It is shown that the excess loss is less than 3.5dB, uniformity less than 0.5dB and the crosstalk smaller than –22 dB for both the channel spacings.

        혈중 콜레스테롤과 음독자실시도

        Objective: Several studies suggest that a low cholesterol concentration is associated with a greater than normal risk of mortality from suicide. The authors sought to determine whether a low cholesterol level is associated with a history of serious suicide attempts among drug ingested ED patients. Method: serum cholesterol levels of attempted suicide of 89 patients, aged 20-72 years, were obtained from the ED admission biochemical profiles. Results: The seriousness of suicide attempt was associated with low serum cholesterol concentration in all age subgroups. Conclusions: Low cholesterol concentration should be futher investigated as a potential biological marker of suicide risk.
