We investigated the diffusion behaviors, electrical properties, microstructures, and composition of In-Ga-Zn-O (IGZO) oxide thin films deposited by radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering with increasing annealing temperatures. The samples were deposited at room temperature and then annealed at 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700℃ in air ambient for 2 h. According to the results of time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, no diffusion of In, Ga, and Zn components were observed at 300, 400, 500, 600℃, but there was a diffusion at 700℃. However, for the sample annealed at 700℃, considerable diffusion occurred. Especially, the concentration of In and Ga components were similar at the IGZO thin film but were decreased near the interface between the IGZO and glass substrate, while the concentration of Zn was decreased at the IGZO thin film and some Zn were partially diffused into the glass substrate. The high-resolution transmission electron microscopy results showed that a phase change at the interface between IGZO film and glass substrate began to occur at 500℃ and an unidentified crystalline phase was observed at the interface between IGZO film and glass substrate due to a rapid change in composition of In, Ga and Zn at 700℃. The best values of electron mobility of 15.5 cm²/V·s and resistivity of 0.21 Ωcm were obtained from the sample annealed at 600℃.

The characteristic adsorption-desorption patterns of six quartz crystal microbalances(QCM) coated with different lipid LB films were examined for alcohols. For an olfactory sensing system, the response parameters of alcohols on the various lipids are obtained from the response curve. The initial slopes and the retardations of adsorption and desorption as characteristic parameters are applicable to recognize the chemical substances by the reversible process. The learning for the neural-network pattern recognition is demonstrated.

제안된 시스템은 다가오는 유비쿼터스 시대에 요구되는 기반시스템으로써 가전 및 응용프로그램 제어, 그리고 온·오프라인 커뮤니티 확립 기능을 포함하고 사용자 요구 서비스를 제공한다. 시스템은 기존의 운영체제에서 제공하지 않던 커뮤니티의 정보를 편리하게 제공할 수 있으며 커뮤니티에서의 네트워크를 위한 모니터링 기능 및 관리 기능을 제공한다. 이를 기반으로 다 계층별 관리 및 서비스 기능을 포함한 프로그램 원격지 및 제어, 설치 및 운용을 할 수 있으며 분산처리를 위한 목적의 자원 모니터링 및 제공 서비스까지 할 수 있다. 무엇보다 이러한 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 시스템에 이동 에이전트와 지능형 관리 에이전트 개념을 도입하여 계층의 관리와 서비스 및 서비스 제어에 대한 기능을 위임하고 이를 실행함으로써 원격지 자원을 최대한 활용하고 사용자의 요구에 필요한 서비스 제공할 수 있다.
High-Quality ICPCVD <tex> $\hbox{SiO}_{2}$</tex> for Normally Off AlGaN/GaN-on-Si Recessed MOSHFETs

<P>We have developed a high-quality SiO<SUB>2</SUB> deposition process using an inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition system for use as a gate oxide of AlGaN/GaN-on-Si metal-oxide-semiconductor heterostructure field-effect transistor (MOSHFET) for power switching applications. A breakdown field of ~12 MV/cm was achieved using the optimized deposition conditions that were successfully applied in fabrication of the normally off AlGaN/GaN-on-Si MOSHFETs. The fabricated device exhibited excellent characteristics: a maximum drain current density of 375 mA/mm, a threshold voltage of 3 V, and a breakdown voltage of 820 V.</P>

Analysis of lunar samples returned by the US Apollo missions revealed that the lunar highlands consist of anorthosite, plagioclase, pyroxene, and olivine; also, the lunar maria are composed of materials such as basalt and ilmenite. More recently, the remote sensing approach has enabled reduction of the time required to investigate the entire lunar surface, compared to the approach of returning samples. Moreover, remote sensing has also made it possible to determine the existence of specific minerals and to examine wide areas. In this paper, an investigation was performed on the reflectance distribution and its trend. The results were applied to the example of the double ray stretched in parallel lines from the Tycho crater to the third-quadrant of Mare Nubium. Basic research and background information for the investigation of lunar surface characteristics is also presented. For this research, resources aboard the SELenological and ENgineering Explorer (SELENE), a Japanese lunar probe, were used. These included the Multiband Imager (MI) in the Lunar Imager / Spectrometer (LISM). The data of these instruments were edited through the toolkit, an image editing and analysis tool, Exelis Visual Information Solution (ENVI).
Analysis of import trends and pest detection trends of rubber tree seedlings

고무나무 묘목은 우리나라로 수입되는 재식용 묘목류 중에서 수입건수가 상위에 속하는 식물로 지난 10년 동안 수입식물검역 실적은 총 2,993건 이었다. 수입동향 분석 결과 2008년도 수입(434 건)이 가장 많았으며, 수입 실적이 가장 많은 국가는 중국(2,723 건)이었다. 검역과정에서 검출된 병해충 검출건수는 2012년 이후 점차 증가하여 2017년 가장 많은 검출건(165건)을 기록하였다. Succinea sp., Pseudococcus longispinus 등 달팽이류와 깍지벌레류가 자주 검출되었다. 본 발표에서는 농림축산검역본부에서 운영하는 병해충정보시스템(PIS)을 활용하여 병해충 유입위험이 높은 고무나무 묘목의 최근 10년간 수입동향과 수입검역과정에서 검출된 병해충의 동향을 분석하였다.
