      • Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

        규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

      • 흰쥐 십이지장 점막의 Polyamine 대사, [^(14)C]Spermine 단백 결합능 및 [³H]Thymidine DNA 섭취에 대한 Calcitriol과 Prednisolone의 상호작용

        Calcitriol has been shown to induce the duodenal synthesis of the spermine-binding protein. and hydrocortisone was reported to increase the intestinal polyamine contents. This study examined whether prednisolone might enhance or reduce the calcitriol effects on the polyamine contents, [^(14)C]spermine-protein binding activity, and [^(3)H] thymidine DNA synthesis of the rat duodenum. The mucosal contents of putrescine. spermidine. and spermine were increased by 198.8%, 84.0%, and 78.3%, respectively, within 6 hours after calcitriol. 5 ㎍/kg (CT) and fell down to the control values at 12 hours. And prednisolone. 10 mg/kg (PD) also increased the polyamine contents in similar patterns. They did not counteract each other in the polyamine metabolism. CT increased the [^(14)C]spermine-binding activity of the cytosol protein fraction from the duodenal mucosa by 71.1%. But PD increased the binding activity by 28.0% and did not affect the CT-induced increase. CT increased the [^(3)H]thymidine DNA synthesis of the duodenal mucosa by 42.3%. but PD reduced it slightly. The CT-dependent increase of the synthesis was significantly inhibited by PD. These results suggested that the inhibitory effect of glucocorticoids on the vitamin D dependent increases of the duodenal calcium absorption and mucosal proliferation seems not to be associated with the metabolic changes of polyamines in the duodenal mucosa.

      • 감나무탄저병에서 분리한 Gloeosporium kaki의 2계통

        A anthracnose symptom at persimmon tree was found out in the field, Chonju in Chonbuk province and Haenam Experiment Station in Chonnam province in 1991 and 1992. The cultivated character and the pathogenicity of the fungi were as follows : These fungi, Gloeosparium kaki which were isolated from the anthracnose were classified into strain Ⅰ and Ⅱ by the cultivated characteristics. The size of conidia in strain Ⅰ was 22.5 × 6.82 ㎛ and that of strain Ⅱ was 20.3 × 6.2 ㎛. In a PDA, the colour of strain I was light brown and made a central zone. The colour of strain Ⅱ was black brown and deep grey and didn't make a central zone. The pathogenicity of strain Ⅰ was similar to strain Ⅱ in the leaf, branches.

      • 시판 감귤과즙음료의 품질특성에 관한연구

        시판 감귤과즙음료의 품질 특성을 규명할 목적으로 유기산, 유리당, 색도, 미생물 수 등을 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 비타민 C는 13.77-41.91mg%로서 강화제로 비타민 C의 첨가에 의해 희석과즙음료와 천연과즙음료 간에는 큰 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 2. pH는 2.74-3.78로 나타났으나 희석과즙음료가 낮았고, 총산은 희석과즙음료가 0.43-0.45%, 과즙음료가 0.57-0.64%, 천연과즙음료가 현저히 높았다. 3. 유기산은 citric acid 0.26-0.80%, malic acid 0.014-0.39%, succinic acid 0.010-0.185%, tartaric acid 0-0.069%로 어느 과즙음료나 citric acid의 함량이 많은 비율을 차지하였다. 주 유기산인 구연산의 함량이 천연과즙 0.54-0.80%, 과즙음료 0.37-0.40%, 희석과즙음료 0.26-0.28%로서 천연과즙이 현저히 높았다. 4. 환원당은 5.41-11.83%, 총당은 7.65-13.76%로 나타났고, 이를 당은 천연과즙음료보다 희석과즙이나 과즙음료가 대체로 높은 경향을 보였다. 5. 유리당은 fructose 1.90-7.92%, glucose 1.86-4.74%, sucrose 0.45-3.35%로 희석과즙이나 과즙음료는 이성화당의 첨가로 fructose가 가장 많고 sucrose가 미량이었으나 천연과즙은 sucrose가 희석이나 과즙음료보다 함량이 높았다. 6. 아미노테질소는 천연과즙음료가 42.92-53.75mg%, 과즙음료가 11.36-18.09mg%, 희석과즙음료가 2.0-2.8mb%로 천연과즙이 높아 감칠맛이 좋은 것으로 고려된다. 7. 색도는 명도(L)와 황색을 나타내는 b값은 천연과즙음료가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 8. 무기성분은 K가 13.33-199.34mg%으로 가장 많이 함유되었고, 그 다음 Na, Ca, Mg 순으로 많았으나 시험구간에는 차이가 거의 없는 편이었다. 9. 미생물수는 효모는 과즙음료와 천연과즙음료의 일부에서, 내산성 세균은 일부의 희석과즙음료에서 검출되었으며, 총 세균수와 곰팡이는 거의 모든 시료에서 각각 나타났다. 그러나 대부분의 시험구에서 이들 미생물 수는 10/ml개 정도였다. Commercial orange juices were analyzed to elucidate the composition of organic acid, tree sugar, color and microorganism count. There was no sigfinicant difference of the content of vitamin C between the diluted orange juice to be added vitamin C and natural orange juice. The pH of all the tested samples was in the range of 2.74-3.78. Total acid of natural juice shows the highest level among all samples. Citric acid shows the highest level among the organic acids. Among the samples, the citric acid content of natural juice was showed the highest level at 0.54-0.80% rather than the that of 50% orange juice and 10% orange juice was 0.37-0.40% and 0.26-0.28%, respectively. The content of malic acid, succinic acid and tartaric acid was 0.014-0.39%, 0.01-0.19% and 0-0.069%, respectively. The content of reducing sugar was 5.41-11.83% and the content of total sugar was 7.65-13.76% for all samples. Those sugar content of natural juice were showed higher than those of 50% orange juice and 10% diluted juice. Among the free sugar, the content of fructose, glucose and sucrose was 1.90-7.92%, 1.86-4.74% and 0.45-3.35%, respectively. In the case fo the diluted orange juices, the content of fructose was high, but the content of sugar was extreemly low. It may be resulted from the extra addition of fructose syrup. The sucrose of natural juice was higher than that of the diluted juice. The amount of amino nitrogen for natural juice was 42.92-53.75mg%, and it shows higher level than that of amino nitrogen of 50% diluted and 10% diluted orange juice. The increased amount of amino nitrogen for natural juice seemed to provide good taste. Natural juice shows higher value of lightness(L) and yellow color(b) than diluted juice. The concentration of potassium was the highest level among the mineral content. The concentration of sodium, calcium and magnesium relatively high, but there was no difference among the tested groups. Yeast was detected at the natural juice and 50% diluted juice. Acid tolerant bacteria was only detected at the 10% diluted juice. Total aerobic bacteria and mold was also detected at the all samples. The microorganism count was around 10 per ml for all samples.

        수평 매복된 상악 견치의 교정적 견인

        치아 매복은 구강점막이나 악골내에서 치아의 맹출이 중지된 상태를 의미하며, 제 3구대구치와 상악 견치에서 호발한다. 상악 견치의 매복은 주로 측절치가 상실되거나 왜소한 경우와 연관성이 높지만 치배의 위치 이상과 같이 유전적인 요소와도 관련될 수 있다. 매복치는 심미적, 기능적으로 여러 가지 문제점을 야기하므로 조기에 진단하여 치료하는 것이 중요하며, 매복치의 상태에 따라서 치료 방법을 적절하게 선택하여야 한다. 본 증례는 11세 여아에서 구개측으로 수평 매복된 상악 우측 견치의 치료를 보고한 것으로, 매복치는 외과적 수술을 동반한 교정적 견인 방법을 사용하여 기능적, 심미적으로 회복되었다. 견인 치료는 매복 견치의 맹출 공간을 확보하면서 이루어졌으며, 치료 종료 후 매복 견치는 치근 흡수와 같은 합병증 없이 적절한 부착치은을 확보하여 양호하게 위치되었다. Tooth impaction is defined as a cessation of the eruption of a tooth at the level of the oral mucosa or alveolar bone. Maxillary canines are the most frequently impacted teeth next to the third molar. Maxillary canine impaction is associated with congenital missing of lateral incisors, peg lateralis and genetic factors such as ectopic positioning of a tooth germ. The clinicians have an important role in early detectionof tooth impaction for prevention of esthetic and functional problems. There are specific methods to treat impacted tooth for different conditions. In this case, an 11-year-old girl with a horizontally impacted maxillary right canine in a palatal position was treated through orthodontic traction along with surgical button attachment procedure. On regaining of eruption space, canine traction was performed. At the completion of treatment, the canine was positioned fairly within the arch with proper keratinized gingiva and complications such as root resorption were not observed.

      • Adhesive Bonding Layer의 Void영향연구

        복합재료를 구조재로 가지는 항공기 제작시, 기존의 기계적 체결법(Bolted Joint) 보다는 접합법(Adhesive Bonding)의 사용이 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나, 접합법에 의한 bonding layer는 layer내부의 void에 의한 crack과 수분침투 등으로 심각한 물성저하의 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 void의 발생원인을 공정전의 adhesive가 가지는 volatile의 gas 화에 의한 것으로 보고, vacuum(9.6×10?Pa)작업을 이용하여, 공정초기에 volatile을 제거함으로써 최종 void양의 벼화를 관찰하였다. Vacuum작업을 고려하지 않았던 기존의 접합 cycle(McDonnell Douglas Specification)을 표준조건으로 하고 vacuum작업을 부가하여 접합을 실시한 결과, void의 양이 적게 나타났고, void의 평균크기도 기존에 비해서 감소되었으며, 그에 따른 접합능도 향상되었다. Voids in the adhesive bonding layer lead poor mechanical properties of the bonding layer. In this study, to remove the entrapped air and the diluents, we added a vacuum process to the widly used bonding process which consisted of thermal and positive pressure process. The result of the experiment showed that the use of the vacuum process reduces the void content in the cured adhesive layer and improves the mechanical properties of adhesive bonding layer.

        Hypophosphatasia 환아의 치료 증례

        1. Hypophosphatasia 는 골조직 및 치아조직의 비정상적인 석회화를 나타내는 대사장애로, 특징적구강내 소견 인 우치의 조기탈락 양상으로 치과에서 조기진단이 가능하다. 2. 본 증례에서 상악궁 확장을 동반한 의치 제작으로 심미적, 기능적으로 양호한 결과를 얻었으며, 영구치열기 까지 장기적 관찰 및 치료가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. hypophosphatasia is a rare metabolic disorder which manifests characteristics such as abnormal mineralization of bone and dental tissues, diminished serum and tissue alkline phosphatase, and increased urinary secretion of PEA. It ingerited as an autosomal recessive or dominant trait and occurs in all races. In general, hypophosphatasia can be classified in 4 subtypes which are the perinatal, infantile, childhood, adult type depending upon the age at presentation and severity. In young children with Hypophosphatasia the long bones show irregular defects, and the skull showes poor calcification. In older children with premature closure of the skull sutures there may ve multiple lucent area called gyral or convolutional markings, described as resimbling beaten copper, presumably resulting from increased intracranial pressure,Examination of the jaws reveals a generalized lucency of the maxilla and mandible, the cortical bone and lamina dura are thin, and the alveolar bone may be deficient. Clinical features of Hypophosphatasia imclude premature loss of deciduous teeth, especially incisors, hypoplasia of aplasia of root cementum, enamel hypoplasia, irregular calcification of dentin, large pulp chamber, and resorption of marginal alveolar bone and roots. Our report involves a patient with a chief complaint of early loss of both Mx. and Mn. deciduous ncisors. after conducting a through clinical and radiographic examination this patient was referred to pediatrics under the suspicion of hypophosphatasia, the diagnosis proved to be correct and successful results were accomplished through a denture made to improve esthetics and function.

      • 다발성 간종괴의 형태로 나타난 특발성 과호산구 증후군 치험1예

        Hypereosinophilic syndrome is characterized by persistent blood eosinophilia of 1,500/ul or more in the absence of known causes and multiorgan dysfunction by eosinophil-related tissue damage. In Korea, some cases of hypereosinophilic syndrome with hepatic involvement have been described with prolonged benign clinical courses. Most of them were diffuse or multifocal lesions in imaging studies, and a few case presenting as a single mass has been described. Here we report a case of hypereosinophilic syndrome with hepatic involvement in a 65-year-old man who presented with multifocal mass lesions. By abdominal US and CT scan, multiple, ill-defined nodules were detected in throughout the liver. Liver biopsy revealed severe eosinophilic hepatitis, suggestive of hypereosinophilic syndrome. Hepatic mass lesions improved after steroid administration for several weeks.

        PC U형의 단면을 사용한 포스트텐션된 넓은 보-기둥 내부접합부의 비탄성 거동

        Post-tensioned precast concrete system(PPS) consists of U-shaped precast wide beams and concrete columns. The continuity of beam-column joint is provided with the topping concrete on the PC shell beam and post-tensioning. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the response of PPS interior beam-column joint subjected to cyclic lateral loading. To this end, the experimental investigation was performed with three half-scale specimens of interior connection. The design parameter is the ratio of beam width to column width. Test results showed that cracks were distributed well and plastic hinges spread toward midspan without any significant degradation of strength and ductility. And the specimens sufficiently resisted up to the limiting drift ratio of 0.035 given by ACI of acceptance criteria for concrete special moment frames.
