In this paper, a new fragile watermarking algorithm for digital images is proposed. It makes possible to resolve the security and forgery problem of the digital images. The most suitable watermarking method that verifies the authentication and integrity of the digital image is the Wong's method, which invokes the hash function (MD5). The algorithm is safe because this method uses the hash function of the cryptology. The operations such as modulus, complement, shift, bitwise exclusive-or, bitwise inclusive-or are necessary for calculating the value of hash function. But, in this paper, an Arithmetic coding method, which only includes the multiplication operation, is adopted. This technique prints out accumulative probability interval that is obtained by multiplying the input symbol probability interval. In this paper, the initial probability interval is determined according to the value of the key, and the input sequence of the symbols is adjusted according to the key value so that the accumulative probability interval will depend on the key value. The integrity of the algorithm can be verified by an experiment. The PSNR is above the 51.13db and the verifying time is 1/3~1/4 of the verifying time of the hash function (MD5), So, it can be used in the real-time system.
Robust Digital Image Watermarking Algorithm Using RBF Neural Networks in DWT domain

This paper proposes a new watermarking scheme in which a logo watermark is embedded into the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) domain of the original image using exact radial basis function neural networks (RBF). RBF will learn the characteristics of the image, and then watermark is embedded and extracted by the trained RBF. A watermark is added to the coefficients at the low frequency band of the DWT of an image and a watermark is embedded into the DWT domain using the trained RBF. The trained RBF also used in watermark extracting process. Experimental results show that the proposed method has good imperceptibility and high robustness to common image processing attacks.

The purpose of this study is to makes a comparison between post-structuralism and Daoism from pedagogical perspective, and finds the same and similar ideas of these two, and to demonstrating the reasonability of the same ideas from the perspective of student-centered education. post-structuralism which started in the west of 20th century is actually the continuation of the researches regarding to Idea which is started from Platon, so it naturally have something in common with eastern Daoism. The comparison between those two are divided into five parts: the criticism of metaphysics and existing order, the criticism to conspiration of power and knowledge, the text disintegration game, the concern of differance and edge , the disintegration of subjectivity and the situation after the disintegration. In conclusion, post-structuralism has something in common with eastern Daoism and these two thoughts point out some insightful comprehension of essence of human and society. Those are helpful to deep consideration of conceptions such as centre , power , diffierance , edge , subjectivity , those are popular in present. And it s meaningful to clearly understanding the idea and methodology of student-centered education. 본고는 후기 구조주의와 도가사상을 교육적 시각에서 비교하여 양자의 공통 인식 및 유사점 도출을 통해 학습자 중심 교육이라는 주제 의식에서 그 공통성의 합리성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 20세기 서양에서 나타난 후기 구조주의 사조는 사 실 플라톤의 ‘이데아’에 관한 탐구의 지속이고, 이는 동양의 도가사상과 많은 공통 인식을 공유하고 있다. 본고에서는 구체적으로 후기 구조주의와 도가사상을 형이상학과 현존질서 비판, 권력과 지식 공모 비판, 텍스트 해체 게임, ‘차이’와 ‘변두리’에 대한 관심, 주체성의 해체와 그 이후 등으로 나누어 비교 분석한다. 결론적으로 양자는 많은 공통 인식을 공유하고 있으며, 양자 모두 인간과 사회 제반 현상에 대한 심층적 이해를 지향하고 있다. 이러한 인식과 이해는 오늘의 학습자 중심 교육에도 많은 시사점을 주고 있다. 특히 본고에서 거론되는 ‘중심’, ‘권력’, ‘차이’, ‘변두리’, ‘주체성’ 등의 개념과 의미에 보다 명확한 이해를 주고 있고, 학습자 중심 교육에 대한 보다 분명한 이념과 방법을 제시한다.

본고에서는 푸코의 ‘규율권력’ 해석에 근거하여 교육의 장에서의 그 양상과 성격을 살펴본다. 푸코는 현대 사회에서는 군주권력이 물러나고 규율권력이 지배적 양식으로 등장하였다고 한다. 규율권력은 비개인적 비가시적 무형의 존재이지만, 모세관처럼 사회의 구석구석까지 침투되어 있고, 사회구성원의 통제에 많은 영향력을 행사한다는 것이다. 푸코는 규율권력의 성격과 특징, 테크닉과 도구를 매우 명확하게 밝히고 있다. 규율권력은 공간배분의 예술, 시간의 배정을 통해 활동의 통제, 발생적 조직화, 각종 역량의 조합 등 다양한 테크닉을 활용한다. 또한 규율권력은 계층적 감시, 규범화 제재, 시험 등의 도구를 활용하며, 은밀하고 억압적이고 공포적이다. 본고에서는 중국 영화 「아름다워 보이는데」를 사례로, 교육의 장에서의 규율권력의 형태와 성격, 그리고 그 메커니즘과 특징을 확인한다. 특히 푸코가 발굴한 또 하나의 권력 형 태인 생명권력의 작동 메커니즘에 대한 이해는 규율권력의 은밀하고 억압적이고 공포적인 면을 극복하는 하나의 단서가 될 수 있음을 밝히고, ‘규율권력’과 ‘생명권력’에 대한 심도 있는 이해를 통해 교육자들이 현실의 학습자 중심 교육을 실천하는 데 유용한 지침이 되기를 기대한다. This paper explored the patterns and properties of ‘disciplinary power’ in education field based on the Foucault’s ‘disciplinary power’ explanation. According to Foucault, the monarch power backs off and the ‘disciplinary power’ is becoming dominant in the modern society. Although the ‘disciplinary power’ is impersonal and invisible, it has permeated through the society such as a capillary tube and has a great influence on govern the member of society. Foucault precisely explained the property and features of ‘disciplinary power’ and revealed its technique and tools. The ‘disciplinary power’ uses lots of techniques like ‘the art of distributions’, ‘the control of activity’, ‘the organization of geneses’, ‘the composition of forces’ and so on. In addition, it uses the tools like ‘hierarchical observation’, ‘normalizing sanction’, ‘examination’ and so on. The ‘disciplinary power’ is secret, oppressive and grisly. Taking a Chinese movie “Looking Beautiful” as an example, this paper confirmed the manifestation, property, mechanism and tools of ‘disciplinary power’ in education field. With understanding of ‘power over life’ and it s operating mechanism, it can be overcome the shortage of ‘disciplinary power’. This paper can be helpful to educators to practice learner-centered education in real world with a deep understanding of the ‘disciplinary power’ and ‘power over life’
