        Recently, the Korean Neuropsychiatric Association (KCNP) has been expanded greatly in the number of members as well as the qualities in the area of practice and research. There are also 23 affiliated academic societies : Korean Academy of Psychotherapists, Korean Society for Analytical Psychology, the Korean Psychoanalytic Society, the Korean Association for Clinical Art, Korean Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, the Korean Association of Social Psychiatry, The Korean Society of Biological Therapies in Psychiatry, Korean College of Neuropsychopharmacology, the Korean Society of Biological Psychiatry, Society of Korean Women Psychiatrists, the Korean Society of Clinical Hypnosis, the Society for Human Sexuality, Korean Society of Sleep Research, the Korean Society for Psychopathology and Psychiatric Classification, Korean Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, Korean Psychosomatic Society, Korean Academy of Sleep Medicine, Korean Association for Geriatic Psychiatry, Korean Academy of Psychiatrists in Alcoholism & Addiction, Korean Academy of Adolescent Psychiatry, Korean Academy Schizophrenia, Korean Society for Depressive and Bipolar Disorders, and Korean Academy of Anxiety Disorders. To further encourage the progress of the KCNP affiliated academic societies, the KCNP planning committee has developed the proposed criteria for assessing the societies.

      • 括數根 水溶性 蛋白質의 細胞毒性

        The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of water-soluble protein of Trichosanthes kirillowii(TKP) on the proliferation of human tumor cells. TKP inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells and KHOS-NP cells. The inhibitory activity of doxorubicin on HeLa cells and its of mitomycin C on KHOS-NP cells were increased by the combination of TKP. TKP did not affect on the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells, but inhibited the proliferation of mouse spleen cells and human lymphocyte at 1 ㎍/ml. These results suggest that TKP bas the cytotoxicity on HeLa and KHOS-NP cells, and increase the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin or mitomycin C.

      • Paraquat 투여 백서에서 Cyclophosphamide와 Dexamethasone의 치료 효과

        Paraquat (N,N'-dimethy 1-4,4'bipyrydinium : Gramoxone^(R), a widely used herbicide, is extremely toxic to all green plants and many eukaryotic organisms. In human, paraquat intoxication leads to multiple organ failure, it preferentially damages the lung, kidney and liver and may result in death. The participation of superoxide in initiating tissue damage by administration of paraquat is well known in which one electron reduction of paraquat leads to the formation of radical species which react with molecular oxygen to give superoxide. This process initiates immunological changes with the activation of neutrophilic leukocytes, which is related to further production of superoxide. In this experiment, therapeutic effects of cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone on blood cell count, malondialdehyde as a indicator of lipid peroxidation, and antioxidant enzymes levels in the lung, liver and kidney of paraquat intoxicated rats were inbestigated. The WBC count were significantly decreased by combined treatment of cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone in paraquat intoxicated rats at 3 and 5 days but RBC count were not changed. The contents of malondialdehyde were significantly decreased in the lung and Kidney by combined treatment at 10 days after paraquat intoxication. The catalase acitvities were markedly increased in the lung and liver of rats at 10 days after paraquat intoxication, and superoxide dismutase activities showed minimal changes in the lung, liver and kidney of rats by combined treatment. These results suggest that paraquat induced tissue damage in rats can be redeced by combined administration of cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone.

      • 항만물동량 증가세 둔화에 따른 중소형 항만 개발계획의 타당성 평가

        2000년대 초반까지는 과거의 높은 물동량 증가추세를 계속 이어가는 듯하였으나, 최근 들어 증가세가 둔화되는 양상을 보이고 있다. 이러한 현상은 수출입 물동량뿐만 아니라 환적 물동량에서도 공통적으로 발생하고 있으며, 지속될 경우 우리나라의 동북아 물류 중심지화라는 국가 경제적 목표를 달성하려는 정부의 항만개발계획에 차질을 초래할 우려가 있다. 이에 대응하고자 정부는 2006년 12월 '제2차 전국항만(무역항) 기본계획 수정계획(2006~2011)'을 고시하였다. 본 연구에서는 수정계획에 고시된 중소형 항만의 수출입 및 환적물동량 예측치 및 하역능력을 실제 항만의 실적치와 비교 분석한 후, 현실적인 크레인 대수, 선석점유율 적용을 통해 하역능력을 재산정하여 항만개발계획의 타당성을 평가하고자 한다. The quantity of goods transported seemed to increase until early 2000, however, the rate of increase has been slowing down recently. These situations can be shown both import-export and transit shipment commonly. East-North Asian Hub Port which is the goal of port development of government to achieve macroeconomic targets can be failed if these situations keep going. In order to cope with the matter, government informed "The 2nd revised general planning of the whole country ports(2006~2011)". In this paper, we'll compare and analysis the estimation of the quantity of import-export transported for mid-small ports informed by revised government planning with actual results and then evaluate the propriety of port development and present the way to develop the mid-small ports through the application of realistic number of G/C and berth share.

        The heat storage type combustion oxidation device is a system capable of treating VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) discharged to the atmosphere at 95% or more. Aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene are strong carcinogenic substances that cause leukemia, central nervous disorder, and chromosomal abnormalities, and hydrochloride causes destruction of the ozone layer and global warming. This VOCs reduction technology is expected to reduce the number of harmful substances generated for many operating and working conditions. This paper implements a 100CMM Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO) device to reduce air pollution in VOCs generating sites. The carbon-free system is evaluated by measuring the concentration of the VOCs emission gas according to the operating conditions of the production process, analyzing and measuring the THC (Total Hydro-carbons) concentration change. As a result, through the 100CMM RTO experiment, stable RTO driving, renewable energy measurement, and hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides can be reduced.

      • Iodide management in formamidinium-lead-halide–based perovskite layers for efficient solar cells

        <P>The formation of a dense and uniform thin layer on the substrates is crucial for the fabrication of high-performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs) containing formamidinium with multiple cations and mixed halide anions. The concentration of defect states, which reduce a cell's performance by decreasing the open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current density, needs to be as low as possible. We show that the introduction of additional iodide ions into the organic cation solution, which are used to form the perovskite layers through an intramolecular exchanging process, decreases the concentration of deep-level defects. The defect-engineered thin perovskite layers enable the fabrication of PSCs with a certified power conversion efficiency of 22.1% in small cells and 19.7% in 1-square-centimeter cells.</P>

        Shoreline Changes and Erosion Protection Effects in Cotonou of Benin in the Gulf of Guinea

        Coastal erosion has been a threat to coastal communities and emerged as an urgent problem. Among the coastal communities that are under perceived threat, Cotonou located in Benin, West Africa, is considered as one of the most dangerous area due to its high vulnerability. To address this problem, in 2013, the Benin authorities established seven groynes at east of Cotonou port, and two additional intermediate groynes have recently been integrated in April 2018. However, there is no quantitative analysis of groynes so far, so it is hard to know how effective they have been. To analyze effectiveness, we used optical satellite images from different time periods, especially 2004 and 2020, and then compared changes in length, width and area of shoreline in Cotonou. The study area is divided into two sectors based on the location of Cotonou port. The difference of two areas is that Sector 2 has groynes installed while Sector 1 hasn’t. As result of this study, shoreline in Sector 1 showed accretion by recovering 1.20 ㎢ of area. In contrast, 3.67 ㎢ of Sector 2 disappeared due to coastal erosion, although it has groynes. This may imply that groynes helped to lessen the rate of average erosion, however, still could not perfectly stop the coastal erosion in the area. Therefore, for the next step, we assume it is recommended to study how to maximize effectiveness of groynes.

        Solvent engineering for high-performance inorganic–organic hybrid perovskite solar cells

        Organolead trihalide perovskite materials have been successfully used as light absorbers in efficient photovoltaic cells. Two different cell structures, based on mesoscopic metal oxides and planar heterojunctions have already demonstrated very impressive advances in performance. Here, we report a bilayer architecture comprising the key features of mesoscopic and planar structures obtained by a fully solution-based process. We used CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB> Pb(I<SUB>1 − x</SUB>Br<SUB>x</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB> (x  =  0.1–0.15) as the absorbing layer and poly(triarylamine) as a hole-transporting material. The use of a mixed solvent of γ-butyrolactone and dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO) followed by toluene drop-casting leads to extremely uniform and dense perovskite layers via a CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB>I–PbI<SUB>2</SUB>–DMSO intermediate phase, and enables the fabrication of remarkably improved solar cells with a certified power-conversion efficiency of 16.2% and no hysteresis. These results provide important progress towards the understanding of the role of solution-processing in the realization of low-cost and highly efficient perovskite solar cells.

      • Design and Fabrication of Internal Wideband Folded PIFA for Mobile Handset

        In this paper, we propose a internal wideband folded planar inverted F Antenna (PIFA). We designed the wideband folded PIFA for K-PCS(Korea-Personal Communication Service: 1,750 ~ 1,870 ㎒), US-PCS(US- Personal Communication Service: 1,850 ~ 1,990 ㎒), WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access: 1,920 ~ 2,170 ㎒), Wibro(2,300 ~ 2,390 ㎒), and Bluetooth(2,400 ~ 2,485 ㎒) frequency bands. The designed antenna shows a S₁₁ value less than -6 ㏈ (VSWR < 3) at K-PCS, US-PCS, WCDMA, Wibro, Bluetooth frequency bands. Measured peak gains are 2.71 ㏈i at 1.810㎓, 1.87㏈i at 1.920 ㎓, 4.02 ㏈i at 2.040 ㎓, 0.13 ㏈i at 2.345 ㎓, -0.44 ㏈i at 2.440 ㎓
