현재까지 수리학 분야에서 가장 많이 회자되고 인용된 공식이 있다면 아마도 1890년에 발표한 Manning의 유속 공식이라고 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 그만큼 그 쓰임새가 많았을 뿐만 아니라 사용의 편리성과 정확도에서도 매우 우수하였기 때문일 것이다. 그러나, 아무리 우수한 공식이라도 약점이 있듯이, Manning의 유속공식 역시 조도계수n을 추정하는데 많은 어려움이 있는 것도 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 확률통계에서 사용되는 엔트로피 개념을 이용한 3차원 유속분포식인 Chiu의 유속공식을 사용하였다. 그러나 지금까지 실증적으로 Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning의 유속공식을 비교분석하였던 논문은 Chiu와 Choo의 논문에서 일부 언급된 것 외 논문에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하상경사를 임의로 변경 가능한 실험수로를 선택하여 정밀법에 의한 유속측정을 우선 실시하였다. 같은 지점의 같은 단면에서 하상경사(Ө)가 0.000935부터 0.025794까지 28번의 경사변화를 주고 각 경사마다 유량을 측정하여 28개의 유량측정 데이터를, Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning의 유속공식에 각각 적용하여, Chiu의 M과 Manning의 n사이의 관계뿐만 아니라, 하상경사변화에 따른 관련인자들을 함께 분석하였으며, 실측된 평균유속과도 함께 분석하였다.

Objectives: The aim was to confirm the stem cell-like properties of the dental pulp stromal cells and to evaluate the morphologic changes during in vitro chondrogenesis. Materials and Methods: Stromal cells were outgrown from the dental pulp tissue of the premolars. Surface markers were investigated and cell proliferation rate was compared to other mesenchymal stem cells. Multipotency of the pulp cells was confirmed by inducing osteogenesis, adipogenesis and chondrogenesis. The morphologic changes in the chondrogenic pellet during the 21 day of induction were evaluated under light microscope and transmission electron microscope. TUNEL assay was used to evaluate apoptosis within the chondrogenic pellets. Results: Pulp cells were CD90, 105 positive and CD31, 34 negative. They showed similar proliferation rate to other stem cells. Pulp cells differentiated to osteogenic, adipogenic and chondrogenic tissues. During chondrogenesis, 3-dimensional pellet was created with multi-layers, hypertrophic chondrocyte-like cells and cartilage-like extracellular matrix. However, cell morphology became irregular and apoptotic cells were increased after 7 day of chondrogenic induction. Conclusions: Pulp cells indicated mesenchymal stem cell-like characteristics. During the in vitro chondrogenesis, cellular activity was superior during the earlier phase (within 7 day) of differentiation.
감꼭지나방(Kakivoria flavofasciata Nagano)의 生態에 關한 硏究 (第1報)

Ecoiogical studies on Kakivoria flavofasciata Nagano 1. Present studies made from 1962 to 1963 was designed in order to investigate the morphological and ecological features of the Kakivoria flavofasciata Nagano which occurs in the area of Biaemyun and paekwoondong Kawnju. 2. Ecological studies were made exclusively on the insects which feeds on persimons Boou. 3. The insect asses the winster in feature larva in the thickish calyx and takes two generations per year. 4. The length of male adult is about 5.5-6.0 mm and female adult about 6.5-7.1mm. A yellawish browish brown hand is on the fore wing toward outer margin between anterior angle and costal margin, and long hair is on the hind margin, fore and hind wing. Antenna is yellewish brown and about 3mm seteceous. 5. The color of larva is dark brownish violet, the head red brown, and the length 0.9-13mm. Many wrinkles and small blak promontories are on the body white hair on every segment, Being old it became pupa in Cocoon. 6. The results of investigation showes the larve infected to persimmon were concentrated in the upper part of fruitstem. 7. The term of the most serious damage of the first generation was about July 5 and of the second generation about September 5. 8. The larva period is 32.9-38.3 days and the pupa stage requries 9.4-9.9 days. 9. It was observed that maximum occurrence of the adult grown at laboratory was earlier 3 days than the occurrence of the adult of the first generation in the field which was most abundant about May 26 and the occurrence of the generation in the field was observed most about August 5 while the maximum occurrence of second generation at the loboratory was about 2days earlien than that of in the field.
NATM 터널 굴착시 불연속면을 고려한 터널주위의 변형거동 연구

In-situ rock mass includes discontinuity such as faults, joints and fracture zone, and underground structure and tunnel within them have some different behavior according to the geometric form and the mechanics properties of discontinuity. It is desirable to consider the effects of discontinuity in designing and constructing the underground structure and the tunnel. Therefore in this study the interface element in finite different program which is one of the continuum modeling was used to effectively reflect the properties of discontinuity. The stability of tunnel would be understanded by analyzing the deformation behavior of around the tunnel with the model for rock mass considering discontinuity. There are some result from this study by FDM analysis considering the discontinuity. It was found that there would be stable state because the convergence analysis was so small. The principle stress had the asymmetry to the vertical axis of tunnel due to the discontinuity. The shotcrete stresses proved to be under the allowable value and the rock bolt axial forces were below the design strength as 10 ton.
장공 계단발파에서 Primer의 위치가 발파진동에 미치는 영향

Not only blasting effects is variable in the long depth hole bench blasting performed at open pits in accordance with working conditions, rock mass conditions, but the blasting vibration velocity is also variable. In comparing the blasting velocities according to blasting methods when long depth hole bench blasting was performed in open pits, the direct priming and indirect priming methods were utilized the level of ground vibration was measured according to the primer position. Also, the regression analysis was measured by real vector value. The results are as followinvg; 1. In the study area, the equation of square root and the cube root shows the confidence of vibration to be 95% as follows; 1) direct priming V=600.6331(◀원문참조▶)^(-1.285) r²=0.869 V=1565.9100(◀원문참조▶)^(-1.290) r²=0.841 2) indirect priming V=549.5082(◀원문참조▶)^(-1.135) r²=0.855 V=1229.3823(◀원문참조▶)^(-1.182) r²=0.869 2. In case of applyion the Scaled Distance ( SD ) of square root, it is shown that the direct priming method has a lower vibration level than indirect priming method, and in the case of applying the SD of cube root, it is the same as the result in the upper a level of SD. 3. Therefore, the direct priming method is recommended to as a means vibration in long depth hole bench a t open pits.
