      • 數種의 腐熟劑 添加가 볏짚의 堆肥化에 미치는 影響

        This study was conducted to find out effect of microorganisms added for decomposition of organic matter when manufacturing compost. The microorganisms used were EM, LACTO, SEMIP, BAIMUD circulated in market and 068065 developed in Institute of Agricultural Sciences. Effect of microorganisms inoulation on rice straw was summarized as follows: The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi was 28.7∼76.7(×106), 0∼72.0(×106) and 0∼198.7(×105)cfu/g respectively. The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi between microorganisms was no different. The maximum temperature during composting periods was reached 69∼76℃- at 3 50 5 days after heaping and kept over 65℃ for 7 to 10 days. The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in compost manufactured with rice straw was 42.8∼206.0(×106), 11.3∼54.7(×106), and 9.8∼42.5(×105)cfu/g respectively. The tendency was similar to control. Degree of decomposition of plot added microorganisms except 068065 and BAIMUD was similar to control at 50 days after heaping. The contents of inorganic elements were 1.26∼1.35% T-N, 1.14∼1.38% P2O5, 0.72∼0.97% K2O, 1.01∼1.74 CaO and 0.63∼1.44% MgO. Contents of T-N, P2O5 , CaO, MgO in compost were increased, but content of K2O was decreased, It was no different between treatments.

        We evaluated the efficacy of the liquid form of enrofloxacin against poultry respiratory and digestive infections, the major problems in the poultry industry, from diverse diagnosis viewpoints. Results obtained through this study were as follows: 1. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed good acceptability to poultry owing to no abhorrence to the drug by chickens, which indicated its suitability for mixing in drinking water. 2. The application of the enrofloxacin formulation improved the productivity of the chicken farm to a great extent by lowering the death toll of chicken raised in the farm. 3. The use of the drug shortened the days to the market, and increased the body weight at the time of marketing. 4. Preventive and therapeutic effects of the liquid enrofloxacin were observed higher than ampicillin, a major antibiotic used in poultry farming. From above results, the liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its use for the prevention and treatment of digestive and respiratory infections, let alone the growth promotion and feed efficiency, especially in the chicken farming practice.

      • 정신분열증에서 신경증적 증상의 임상적 의의에 관한 연구

        To investigate the clinical significance of the neurotic symptoms in schizophrenia, the author applied PSE(Present State Examination) on Screening Schedule to 153 schizophrenic patients who were fit for the aim of this study. The patients were divided into two groups to grasp the phenomenological characteristics as the group with neurotic symptoms (100 cases) and the group without neurotic symptoms(53 cases). Among 91 items except neurotic symptoms in PSE, 14 items were selected as significant under X²-test, and tried factor analysis with 14 items using SPSS/PC+. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. In the group with neurotic symptoms, 4 factors were extracted as slowness of speech and behavior and blunted affect factor, inappropriate answer and affect factor, delusion factor, and restricted and poverty of speech factor. In the group without neurotic symptoms, 5 factors were extracted as slowness speech and behavior and incoherence factor, inappropriate and poverty speech and self-neglect factor, delusion factor, inappropriate affect factor, and loss of affect factor. In the group of total patients, 4 factor were extracted as restricted and slowness of speech and behavior and blunted affect factor, delusion factor, inappropriate and poverty of speech and inappropriate affect factor, and incoherence factor. 2. In the group with neurotic symptoms, slowness of speech and behavior, inappropriate answer, blunted and inappropriate affect were the major symptoms and inappropriate answer and affect, delusion, restricted and poverty of speech were the minor symptoms. Among these symptoms, slowness restriction, poverty of speech and behavior, inappropriate answer and characteristic blunted affect were characterized by negative symptoms(i.e. defect state) which were frequent in chronic schizophrenia. 3. In the group without neurotic symptoms, slowness of speech and behavior, incoherence, and self-neglect were the major symptoms and inappropriate and poverty of speech, delusion, inappropriate and loss of affect were the minor symptoms. Among these symptoms, slowness and inappropriateness of speech and behavior, and characteristic incoherence and self-neglect were characterized by positive symptoms which were interpreted as less distorted reality than the group with neurotic symptoms in the process of schzophrenia. 4. In the group of total patients, restricted and slowness of speech and behavior, blunted affect and delusion were the major symptoms and inappropriateness, poverty and incoherence of speech, and inappropriate affect were the minor symptoms, which were composed of the major and the minor symptoms of the group with neurotic symptoms and without neurotic symptoms. These symptoms can be seen frequently in the diagnostic criterias and clinical practice and thought to be the result of the major symptoms common in schizophrenia regardless of he presence of neurotic symptoms.

        플러그셀 크기 및 용토가 거어베라의 묘생장에 미치는 영향

        양액재배용 거어베라 우량묘를 생산하기 위한 기초연구로 플러그셀 크기 및 용토가 묘생장에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 용토의 물리성을 측정한 결과 가비중, 진비중 및 공극율은 퍼얼라이트에서 가장 높게 나타났으며 수분보유량은 코코피트에서 가장 높게 측정되었다. 162, 129, 72, 50구 플러그셀 트레리별로 퍼얼라이트 코코피트 그리고 퍼얼라이트+코코제트(1:1)을 채우고 60일간 육묘하여 묘의 생육을 조사하였다. 묘의 엽수는 125구 코코피트 처리에서 가장 많았으며 엽면적은 50구 코코피트 처리에서 높게 나타났다. 신초와 뿌리의 생체중 및 건물중 그리고 엽록소 함량은 퍼얼라이트+코코피트 처리에서 높게 측정되었다. 플러그셀 크기가 클수록 유모 생장에 효과적이었으며 퍼얼라이트 단용 보다는 코코피트와의 혼용 용토에서 유묘 생육이 가장 양호하였다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of plug tray cell size and growth media on good seedling production of Gerbera hybrida Hort. Seedlings were worm for 60 days in 50, 72, 128, 162 cell trays continuing perlite, cocopeat and perlite+cocopeat(1:1, v/v). Perlite showed higher bulk density than cocopeat and perUte+cocepeat. Total porosity was greater in perlite, cocopeat and perlite+cacopeat in order. Cocopeat showed the highest water balding capacity. Number of leaves were greatest in 128 cell tray containing cocopeat. Leaf area was greatest in 50 cell tray containing cocopeat. Seedling growth was also better in plug tray of bigger cell size. Seedling growth of fresh and dry weight of shoot and root was much better in the growth media of perlite+cocopeat.

      • 유산소성훈련이 뇌성마비의 심박수, 환기량, 호흡상, 최대 섭취량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the response and the adaptation of the aerobic exercise function related variances before and after 16 weeks' swimming training and after 4 weeks' rest for the cerebral palsied adolescents. For this examination, the capacity of aerobic exercise function(HR, VOmax(㎖/㎏/min), VE, RQ) are selected as variances. The average ages of the 6 subjects were 15.17?.72yrs for 3 males and 15.14+0.68yrs for 3 females. They were medical grades 7~8 cerebral palsied adolescents in the track game of the National Athletic Competition for the Handicapped. The swimming was done 60minutes per day and 5 times for 16 weeks. Warming up for the exercise test was done at the speed of 2.0mile/h, on the degree of 3%, with a three minutes exercise and a three minutes rest. According the subjects' performance, the exercise test was done. The females were tested at the 2-3miles/h speed and on the degree of 3% during the first 25 minutes and at the 3-.5miles/h speed with the degree of 3-5% until all out. The males were tested at the 2-3.5miles with a degree of 3% for the first 25minutes and at the 2.5-3.5miles with degrees of 3-9% until all out. In order to analyze aerobic exercise capacity the experimental design at sex(male and female), trainings(before training, after training and detraining), test times(before exercise, after exercise and rest 30 minutes) were carried out with a repeated measures of 3?? (trainings?ests times) and ANOVA repeated measure design. The results of the tests are as follows. 1. The heart rate of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05) and it was lower than that of after-detraining (P<.05). 2. The ventilation of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05), on the other hand it was lower after detraining (P<.05). 3 The oxygen consumption of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05), on the other hand it was lower after detraining (P<.05).

      • 임산유지수종의 이용에 관한 연구 (Ⅴ) : 장기저장에 따른 때죽나무 종실의 성분 변화 Variation of Components in Sapium japonica Seed Following Long Terms Storge

        This paper was carried out to analyze the variation of composition of seed oil with storage periods. Difference of content of crude fat in fresh-cut seed and one year storage seed is not detected but in pentadecanoic acid, acid value, iodine value and peroxide value in one year storage seed have lower than those of the fresh-cut seed. Linoleic acid and oleic acid were high among of total fatty acid in fresh-cut seed but moiety of linolenic acid and icosanoic acid was low otherwise that of palmitic acid and oleic acid is increased in one year storge. In neutral lipid, capric and mytistic acid were high in fresh-cut, oleic acid, palmitic acid and linoleic acid were increased after one year storge. In glycolipid, the lauric acid and linoleic acid were high in fresh-cut seed, the palmitic acid was increased, otherwise, linolenic acid was decreased after one year storge. In phospholipid, palmitic acid and unknown part were high in fresh-cut seed, palmitic acid, oleic acid and linolenic acid were increased after one year storge.

        기계적으로 밀링된 나노결정 Al-14wt%Ni-14wt%Mm 합금 분말의 열 안정성과 미세조직

        Mechanical milling has been performed for Al-14 wt%Ni-14 wt%Mm(Mm=misch metal) alloy powders rapidly solidified by the gas atomization method. The microstructure, hardness, and thermal stability of the powders were investigated as a function of milling time using X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Vickers micro-hardness tester and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) methods. In the early stage of milling, a cold-welded layer with a fine microstructure was formed along the edge of the milled powder (Zone A). The interior of the powder remained unworked (Zone B), resulting in a formation of two-zone microstructure. With increasing milling time, the nanocrystallite size decreased gradually reaching a size of about 10-15 nm and the lattice strain increased reaching a maximum value of about 0.7% after milling for 200 hours. The microhardness of the mechanically milled powder was 132 kg/㎟ after milling for 72 hours, and it increased to 290 kg/㎟ after milling for 200 hours because of the presence of fine nano structured phases.

        원자력발전소 PSI/ISI 데이터 관리를 위한 지능형 데이터 베이스 프로그램 개발

        Windows 95 환경하에서 PSI/ISI 데이터의 효율적 관리를 위한 종합지원시스템의 구축과 다원적평가와 분석이 가능하고, 비파괴검사에 의한 원전기기의 건전성 평가시 규제측면에서 기술적인 지원을 할 수 있는 고리 원전 PSI/ISI 데이터 베이스 구축과 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램을 활용하면 현재까지 수행된 고리 원전 PSI/ISI의 수행현황과 지금까지 발견된 결함에 대한 조사분석이 가능하며, 향후 국내 PSI/ISI결과의 자료분석이 가능한 전문가 시스템(expert system)개발에 한단계 접근하게 되었다. 그리고, PSI/ISI에서 발견된 결함에 대한 조사분석 결과를 근거로 결함의 종류, 형태, 처리방법 등에 대한 자세한 분석을 통하여 국내 원전 PSI/ISI 결과의 확률론적 신뢰도 평가, 또는 확률론적 안전성평가를 위한 결함검출확률곡선의 작성과 위험도에 근거한 가동중검사제도의 도입에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하였다. 더 나아가 지금까지의 자료분석을 바탕으로 보다 경제적이며 신뢰성이 높은 PSI/ISI의 수행으로 원전 압력경계기기의 건전성과 신뢰성 확보 및 수명예측을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다. For an effective and efficient management of large amounts of preservice/inservice inspection(PSI/ISI) data in nuclear power plants, an intellegent Windows 95-based data management program was developed. This program enables the prompt extraction of previously conducted PSI/ISI conditions and results so that the time-consuming data management, painstaking data processing and analysis in the past are avoided. The program extracts, and the associated remedies. Furthermore, additional inspection data and comments can be easily added or deleted for subsequent PSI/ISI operation. Although the initial version of the program was applied to Kori nuclear power plant, this program can be equally applied to other nuclear power plant. And also this program can be used to offer the fundamental data for application of evaluation data related to fracture mechanics analysis(FMA), probabilistic reliability assessment(PRA) of PSI/ISI results, performance demonstration initiative (PDI) and risk-informed ISI based on probability of detection(POD) information of ultrasonic examination. Besides, the program can be further developed as a unique PSI/ISI data management expert system that can be apart of PSI/ISI data management expert system that can be a part of PSI/ISI Total Support System(TSS) for Korean nuclear power plants.

        Air-Water Test on the Direct ECC Bypass During LBLOCA Reflood Phase with DVI : UPTF Test 21-D Counterpart Test

        Direct ECC bypass phenomena that occur in a reactor vessel downcomer with a Direct Vessel Injection (DVI) system during the reflood phase of a Large Break Loss-of-Coolant Accident (LBLOCA) are experimentally investigated using a transparent l/7.5 scaled down test facility of the Upper Plenum Test Facility (UPTF). A series of separate effect tests are peformed in order to investigate the mechanisms of direct ECC bypass and to find out its scaling parameters. Various flow regimes and phasic distribution in downcomer are identified and mapped, and the fraction of direct ECC bypass is measured under a wide range of air and water injection conditions. From the counterpart test of the UPTF Test 21-D, the dimensionless gas velocity ( $j^{*}$$_{g,eff}$) is derived experimentally, which is believed to be a major scaling parameter for the fraction of direct ECC bypass. And it is found out that the direct ECC bypass is greatly affected by the spreading width of ECC water film and the geometric configuration of the downcomer.r.
