We use the mobile client and confirm the service of a Remote Systems to the execution. The manager has the duty to manage the system to the stability. The log which the situation of a remote systems is recorded in the database. A remote systems to be managing uses the database. A remote system to be managing uses the log when the failure happens.

<P> We report 50-nm T-gate metamorphic high-electron mobility transistors (MHEMTs) with low noise figure and high <TEX>$f_{T}$</TEX> characteristics. The <TEX>$ \hbox{30}\ \mu\hbox{m}\times\hbox{2}$</TEX> MHEMT shows a drain current density of 690 mA/mm, a <TEX>$g_{m,\max}$</TEX> of 1270 mS/mm, an <TEX> <TEX>$f_{T}$</TEX></TEX> of 489 GHz, and an <TEX>$f_{\max}$</TEX> of 422 GHz. In the frequency range of 59–61 GHz, the noise figure is less than 0.7 dB, and the associated gain was greater than 9 dB at a drain voltage of 1.3 V and a gate voltage of <TEX>$-$</TEX> 0.8 V. To our knowledge, the MHEMT shows the best performance in terms of <TEX><TEX>$f_{T}$</TEX> </TEX> and noise figure among GaAs-based HEMTs. </P>

RCM developed by American air industry in early 1960, its process is most realistic for some physical assets and it permits the system to maintain given function status through decision of demand about optimum maintenance. Therefore, many industries have selected RCM technique and have carried out RCM in order to solve many problems concerning maintenance management as improvement of reliability and availability of facilities, removal of hazard element about break down and retrenchment of maintenance cost. Through the execution of RCM, we can solve actual problems. And finally we will be able to develop more and more maintenance activities with RCM notion. In this study, we will consider the application of KTX-RCM which is set up with basic theory of RCM and constructed to improve vehicle safety, availability and regularity of KTX, linking with CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System).
