We determined for IgE in serum based on the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in vivo after intraperitoneal injection of Solanum lyratum extract for 14 days. The experiment showed as well whole spleen cells that Solanum lyratum extract enhanced IgE production in vivo. Solanum lyratum extract significantly facilitated the production of IgE by LPS-stimulated murine spleen cells. Solanum lyratum THUNB. also enhanced IgE production from mouse whole spleen cells. Lypopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulated IgE production was enhanced 1.4-fold to 2.7-fold by the addition of Solanum lyratum extract over a period of 7 days.

한계 입력 내에서 단축 경로를 갖는 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 퍼지 강인 제어기의 설계

불확실한 모델과 외란을 가진 로봇 매니퓰레이터를 제어하기 위해, 비선형 강인 제어기가 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 불확실한 로못 매니퓰레이터의 제어에 강인 제어기를 적용할 때 발생하는 입력 토크의 포화를 해결하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 퍼지 논리를 이용하여 초기의 경로를 바탕으로 새로 생성된 단축 경로를 생성하는 것이다. Robot manipulators are operated under model uncertaily, and their dynamics are highly nonlinear. To control them, nonlinear robust controllers are appropriate, but they need high torques so that actuators such as acuating motors can face torque saturation. In this paper, a new scheme is presented to achieve fast tracking in the presence of torque saturation. The scheme generates a new reduced path based onthe initial desired path using a fuzzy logic. Numerical examples are shown to validate the proposed controller using an uncertain two degree-of-freedom underwater robot manipulator.
Co^60-r선 조사에 따른 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름의 열자격전류 특성 변화

In order to investigate the Co^60-γ ray irradiation effects on the thermally stimulated current(TSC) characteristics of the biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films, TSCs on the 15㎛ thick BOPP films before and after irradiation were observed in the temterature range of -120∼120℃ and at the forming electric field of 10, 30 and 60MV/m. Two distinguished peeaks such as β peak and α peak, the former was regarded as the depolarization process of dipoles on a amorphous region and the latter was attributed the thermally excited detrapping process of the trapped ions on a crystaline region in BOPP, were observed in the TSC spectra. From the observed results, the physical properties of γ-ray irradiated BOPP that are activation energy and relaxation time of charged particles, moment of dipole and forming field dependencies on TSC characteristics were analyzed and discussed.
고유 불안정한 도립진자 시스템의 최적 안정화 제어에 관한 연구

This paper proposes a design techinque of dynamic stabilization controller for the intrinsic unstable inverted pendulum system. Mathematical modelling with the more complex nonlineaity and the stabilized control theory presented by C.D. Johnson are adapted to this system by using the stage-space approach. And the stabilized controller with the designed optimal regulator type which can be fastly tracked and can be accurately counteracted against all effects of the constant disturbances and the parameteric variations is sumulated and is implemented successfully on the microcomputer.
비선형 특성의 근사 선형화를 이용한 도립 진자 시스템의 안정화 제어

When we design a stabilizing controller for a nonlinear system, we usually linearizing the system, and then utilize linear control theory. Thus the performance of the closed loop system depends on the linearizing method used in the controller design. The state space linearization by feedback and nonlinear coordinate transformation is an effective method of control design for a certain class of nonlinear system, but it is not applicable to all systems. In this paper, we proposed approximate feedback linearization method using the differential geometric theory. First, the inverted pendulum system is transformed into the approximate feedback linearized model by nonlinear state feedback. Secondly, the linear controller is designed using the pole placement method for the approximate feedback linearized model. The simulation results are also shown to verify the proposed method.
베이즈 방법을 이용한 신규 원자력발전소 EDG신뢰도의 추정에 관한 연구

A commercial nuclear power plant contains at least two emergency diesel generaters(EDG) to control the risk of severe core demage during the station blackout accidents. Therefore the reliability of the EDG's to start and load-run on demend must be maintained at a sufficiently high level. Until now, Wyckoff estimators, a simple start and load-run successful rates, were used to calculate the EDG's reliability. however, this method has been many defects in various points at a situation has not enough the operation data of EDG/ In recent, K.B. Shim et al.(1996) was proposed that Bayes estimator method is more reasonable our situation. In this paper, we will apply Wyckoff method and Bayes method to estimate the reliability of EDG at construction stage and show Bayes method are more reasonable in our situation with various sides.
퍼지 논리 보상기를 포함한 PID 제어기의 Deadzone 시스템 제어

Simple conventional control methods, such as PD and PID controllers are widely used in industrial applications. Such controllers exhibit poor performance when applied to systems containing nonlinearities arising from unknown deadzones. In this paper, we propose a novel fuzzy based precompensation approach for controlling systems with deadzones. The control structure consists of fuzzy logic based compensator followed by a conventional PID controller. Our proposed control scheme shows superior transient and steady-state performance compared to conventional PD and PID controller. In addition the scheme is robust to variations in deadzone nonlinearities as well as the steady-state gain of the plant. We illustrate the effectiveness of our scheme using computer simulation examples.

This paper consist of new secure communication system from using synchronization methode of chaotic signal which Pecora and Carroll have shown, and experimentally proved the validity of this communication system. This communication system transmits the informational signals via the modulation of chaotic signals, and the receiver recovers the original informational signals from modulate chaotic signals by synchronization of chaotic signals driven together Chua circuit was used in generating chaotic signals and nonlinear resistor of this Chua circuit was confirmed by using two OP amps and six resistors.
